On[protected], we were cordoned off by many staff members of country vacation & Country Club Begumpet Hyderabad. Forcefully they have taken signature on the contract paper and snatched the credit card & swiped the card for the above mentioned amount.

Many a times, I have told executives of Country Vacation on phone as well as through email to terminate my membership and return the deposited amount with interest. But till date staff members of Country Vacation have not credited the paid amount. Instead of returning my hard earned money with interest, they have been harassing me and my family members mentally & physically.

I have given sufficient time to the company i.e. more than one year to return the above mentioned amount.

    Their office in noida, called us and offered a deal where we will pay 1.75 lacs and in return we will get offers equaling more then this amount.

    They insisted on credit card and deducted 1.75 lacs.
    After payment i realized that they have actually made me a timeshare vacation member and offers have suddenly altered with different terms and conditions. which i cannot avail.
    I am busy with a technical course at present pursuing at a college/university and i told then before hand that i cannot travel before july 2017, still their offers have validity within six months from now.

    Above all, i am already a member of 'Sterling holidays' timeshare vacation, then why would i opt for another timeshare vacation, its ironical that marketing staff got so busy in duping customer that they sold a timeshare vacation member to a person who already holds a similar membership with another company.

    Whatever they say is verbal with no company brochure and terms and conditions, because if they do that they will get exposed as whatever they are saying is ultimately for duping customers and don't exist in real.

    For ex- all products in market have details printed on their packs, then why are timeshare companies can't do that, they will still get customers like all other products get. But they follow a reverse method in which they sometimes sell a product to a person like me who already has a same product.

      Extremely disappointed and harassed by country club staff.I have taken membership of 5 yrs and gave Rs 70000 thorough credit card for which Rs 18000 i have been charged extra and committed to be refunded by Sr Executive Mr Akshit. He asked for the bank statment and promised to the get the refund initiated in 1 month in the form of cheque but its been 6 months now no refund iniated and he stopped taking calls too.

      Also my membership is for 5 ys and they have wrongly input the details for 10 ys due to which daily i am getting harassing calls from them to give balance due amount as per them for rs 45000.

      i had talk to Mr akshit several times to update and coorect my information but till date nothing has been done.

      i am cheated by country club people ang being harassed everyday by thier calls.

      help me ro get my refund back and account updation . I have recored calls of all the staff who cheated me and misbehaved with me.

        Dear Sir,
        We have requested you soo many times that we don't want this membership, but failed. we are not getting any response from your side.
        Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This is just to bring to your notice that on 8’th May 2016, I got a call from Country club (Spring Club) saying that you have been selected as lucky draw winner for dinner set and some additional prizes. For collection I need to come along with my wife at Country Club in Mumbai, Kandivali West. So we went there for the collection of our price. After reaching their Mr Suraj and Chand of Country Club told us to attend the session of 45 minutes to know about country club facility and their property .after which we will give you the free gift.
        Mr Suraj explained me about Membership Charges and offered me 10 years Membership in Rs. 1, 40000 Thousand/- . I told him that this is very costly & I cannot afford this. Then they reduced the amount to Rs 72 Thousand/- for 10 years membership. Mr. Suraj also promised me that this amount will be converted into 2 years EMI’s installments and apart from that any interest levied on your credit card will be refunded through demand draft (DD). Based on this I gave them my HDFC credit card for payment of Rs.72000/- and to convert it into 24 Months EMI, But they never informed me the transaction fee and interest facility that they had behind this. After making the payment they made me to sign one document but not provided me enough time to read the same cause the presentation of both the executives was so dramatic that I had no choice left but to sign it since we had already spent 50 minutes of time to understand about their organization.
        Upon the confirmation call on the same day evening I got to know that there is no EMI facility is provided by Country club neither tie up with any bank for EMI facility, I’ll have to pay all the relevant service and finance charges to credit card department which occur according to the RBI bank and the estimated tax and interest amount comes to around extra Rs 35 to 40 thousand in 2 years, apart from that the verification caller informed me about the AMC amount of Rs 8500/ which will be paid by the customer on a yearly bases which was again shocking news for me, Also I have 2 kids one of them is already 13 Years of age, and as per their agreement copy kids will be considered below the age of 12 only. Therefore I did not complete the verification call which was made by Feroz Khan from their Hyderabad office, I told him to stop this service immediately since I was not aware of all these hidden costs behind obtaining this membership. Further, very next day afternoon I went to Spring Club India to cancel this membership and get my refund back, where I met Mr. Michael who is the manager of that particular office and advised me to wait for couple of days to initiate the refund since he will have to coordinate with his Hyderabad office and legal department for the same.
        Further I sent couple of Registered AD to notify them about the fraudulent which has happened to me and requested my refund but they are least bother to take any action against on the same and finally I was told that refund will not be initiated as per their terms and conditions (policy)
        Hidden cost which were not discussed by Executive (Suraj) as follows and fraudently made me to sign on the agreement.
        1) Credit Card Emi for 2 Years
        2) Annual maintenance charges (AMC) Rs 8500/
        3) Payment should be made of Rs 3500 for 2 night 3 days, or Rs 5500 for 6 night 7 days
        4) Food Coupon of Rs 500 /
        5) Children would be considered below the age of 12 years

        Hence I request you to please look into this matter and help me to get my refund back.

        I am one of the Victim, even i faced the same situation and paid Rs72 thousand to this fraud company,
        But i would recommend each and every individual that if you have paid by credit card and same time or later in the evening if you come to know that they are fraud and just making money from Innocent people, then I would suggest to go to nearest credit card branch which you have swiped during the payment, and write a letter explaining the bank that how fraudulently they have made you to pay money, and stop that transaction immediately.
        I believe they will stop that transaction instead going to Country club office and requesting them to refund the money, even the that particular (country Club) manager would give you the false committeemen t that i'll send your request to my head office for refund.
        He's a big liar he's also plays a key role in fooling innocent people.
        Many people are not aware that by visiting to the nearest credit card branch with written application with the scenario, you can ask the bank to stop that transaction.

          I have purchased the country club membership around 3 months back. I have paid all the amount from My credit card, Country club representative told that they will convert into EMI with 0% intertest.

          But after some days he called and told that they are not able to convert from their end. You go ahead an convert with your Bank and send us mail we will refund your extra amount.

          I have done the same but nothing happen. After so many chaseup he transferred my request to customare care.
          I got a call from them and explained everything but after that no reply.

          I try to send them mail but it bounced back with no quota warning and nobody is picking call.

          Also, whatever they promised while selling the membership was not fullfill.

          I am not sure what to do now and get back my amount back.

            Hi There,
            Now it is quite impossible get the refund also they wont cancel the membership, I have clearly mentioned that if you swipe your credit card for this company and you think you are being cheated then you should have immediately or next day gone to your credit card bank with written application explaining them the situation and ask them to stop the payment.
            These people are very smart and they have been given proper training to trap the innocent people and make money by fraudulently.

            Thanks for the information. I am also a victim and paid 1, 20, 000 for the same company from my credit card and converted into emi. It happened on 7th January 2017. I am really feeling cheated by this company. Could you please tell me if I submit an application to the bank now, will my money would be stop transferring to country club?

              I had purchsed country club membership in the year 2008 but till date i have not received membership card.
              Apart from this i have charged excessive AMC though it was mentioned in the agreement @1800 PA

                I am piyush pathak.I got some free coupons from country club when i went to collect them they started to show their offers of being a country club member. we weren't sure so they said pay 5000 and book yourself and if you decide not to become a member the 5000 rs will be refunded to you as sodexo or cash within few days. its been almost three months i have visited three times they stalled me like anything and called numerous times no one picks up.its ridiculous.such a big company and behaving like street beggars for 5000 rs is astonishing. your hyderabad manager mr anil stalled our calls put our no on rejection list this is how u treat ur customers.mr anil also spoke very arrogantly and rudely to us when we called several times...there r many others who have been rude to us. i request you to return my money immediately.

                  When subscribing for the membership CV people told I ll get 6N/7D per year for 5 years. In online and in app it shows only 2N/3D per year. When I confronted the sales manager Vinay, he told its app mistake and I ll get 6N/7D per year.

                  Now after few months while booking same issue happened. And now when I call Vinay, he tells me that it's never a 6N/7D deal.

                  This is cheating.

                  After that call, Vinay is not receiving my calls..Everytime I need to find new number to get my call answered by him.

                    I have given Payment for 30YR BILLIONIARE PLATINUM+DAE to Country Club on[protected] at vanue code CCDL10, Rohini, Delhi, last night at 8'clock value rs. 2, 60, 000 from Country Club and canceled very next day morning within 24 hours of payment & company sales manager Mr. Vishal Kumar Rai told us if you inform us upto 48 hours of payment, we will cancel the same & refund your amount. i call him in next morning but he did'nt pick my call then i informed them by e-mail on[protected] at company's email address at [protected]@countryclubmail.com & same has been forwarded to sbi credit card & icici credit card. They have generate my membership forcefully and refund my money.
                    I have given payment Rs 2, 30, 000 through my credit cards as follows :

                    Sbi card no 400667******4750 Rs 1, 90, 000 (Rs one lac Ninety Thousand )

                    ICICI Card No 437551******8003 Rs. 40, 000( Rs Forty Thousand )

                      I was promised few complimentary holidays at the time of purchase. But yesterday I called them and asked to book talegaon package (one of the complimentary package) but instead of booking the package they started demanding more money stating that you have paid only 30K and we cannot book that for you unless you pay 50K. But at the time of purchase, they told me you can use those packages and services any time from the day I purchased membership. At that time they were insisting to avail that package on the next weekend after I purchased membership.

                        I called up country club booking on[protected] & received the most pathetic service from your representatives.

                        I spoke to a girl first who was not able to pull my membership details after giving her my membership number & registered mobile number. She took more than 5 mins & when she couldn’t pull up my details, she hung on me. I called back & spoke to another girl and informed her about my ordeal that the previous rep hung up on me & she was least bothered about that. She said that she is new & didn’t address my concern that even if she is new doesn’t give her the right to hang up on me. No reaction from her (More like I care less)

                        I then asked her for simple details about booking a one-week vacation in Goa from 15th – 21st Jan 2017; like what was the cost & if an extra person would join what would be the cost. Later I asked her what kind of room will I get & she instead of explaining things to me, she retorted back stating you are a member you should know all these things. This got me infuriated & I asked her why can’t you tell me details, how difficult can it be. She started shouting & yelling and then hung up on me.

                        I’ve been with country club for over a decade now & this is not how I want to be treated, this is not how customer service is provided. We have spent Lakhs of Rupees and taken this membership and this is the appalling customer service we get. If this is what I’m going to receive, I might as well cancel my membership and go to Club Mahindra. If I do not receive a reply in the next 24 hours, I will take to social media and spread the excellent customer service I received.

                        The resolution I require is that they hire competent staff & compensate me for the poor customer service provided.

                          Surprising, Great welcome at Amrutha castle, Madam, even though having confirmed booking at Amrutha castle at arrival from a long distance, we came to know there is NO VACANCY AT THE RESORT and sent to other accommodation, what s this ??? Is it making country club members fool??
                          Or else?! After taking all charges including food in well in advance at time of booking only... Is this for what?

                            In 2015 I was called along with my family to a place in Bangalore in MG Road, He gave false assurances and made me to pay Rs 75, 000 through EMD machine through my credit cards, After one year I was getting calls to pay annual maintenance fee of Rs 8000, I was surprised, I am not using any of the country club/vacations felicity neither in Bangalore not else where, I do not have any plan to go on vacation, Kindly refund my money back.

                              I am a member of country club and took membership more than 3 years ago. I was promised a number of things at the time of payment. I have a written confirmation on the same. Once i paid the money the sales person has ignored all that was promised and now even the branch office is doing the same. this is going on for more than 3 years and i have enough evidences to prove my point. I write to this forum as I hope someone takes cognizance of this mail. I have been complaining for more than 3 years on my membership but I have not received any feedback. The Pune office as well as the Hyderabad office keep avoiding my mails and calls. I have been promised number of things by country club but have not got any benefit so far. I really expect some responsible person to handle my case.

                              I am not mentioning my complaint details in here as there are atleast 10 mails to central customer care. If the person who reads this message cant find then then he / she is expected to call me on [protected] or reach me on [protected]@hotmail.com. I want to talk to a person who understand customer care and wishes to help a member who has paid hard earned money and following up patiently for last 3 years.

                                I have taken a membership vide no : CVHYD6CLUB215228, due to false advertisement by the marketing representative (rajashekar). Anyway i was being polite & asked for a refund by cancelling the membership. But the customer care executives are transferring the call to other department & to some other department & finally i got no response from them.
                                Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                  Hi, I am Huzefa Majunga, I have purchased a package from Country club Abu Dhabi and very next day cancelled my package, which was excepted and agreed for refund of full amount.
                                  Commitment was given to return the money within 2 months and now it is more than 4 months.
                                  I made multiple follow-ups to Abu Dhabi office but no response yet. ([protected]@gmail.com)
                                  Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
