Hi, I am vishal bansal, i got a call from some number that you have filled a voucher and are selected for free holiday voucher, you have to come to collect the same with your spouse, when we reached there on 17/05/2015, they started telling about country club and were insisting to purchase country club member ship, executive details are given below, they were forcing us to take the membership but when i was not convinced by any means then they offer if you want to discuss with your father then do one thing, deposit inr 5000 in cash and let us know with in 3 days, if still you don't want to purchse the same, we will return your money, accordingly i give them inr 5000 and get a receipt for the same, upon reaching home, i wrote a mail to give confirmation on the features what they advised during our visit but i am not getting any revert, when i am calling them they are denying to give any such confirmation, then i asked for my money back and they are refsing to refund and saying that this money is not refundable. Looking for your revert and resolution on the same and want my money back or else i have to take some legal action on the same.     I am Priti Gupta, resident Pune. On 10th May 2015, I had a telephone call from Country Vacations Office from Amanora Hadapsar branch Pune telling that I am one of the lucky winner drwan from recent GKSF, free stay with family for 7 days in five star category resorts in India or our neighboring countries. To collect the same I should be present their office at Pune with spouse. Accordingly we went and we are told to attend their session 2 hours.Finally in 2 hours session they explained us to purchase their club membership and we denied it. But somehow they told us that to collect lucky draw gift you have to pay 2000 Rs/-. and took us the amount from us by credit card. After paying that amount, their manager comes and told us that welcome to country club membership. We had asked him that we dont want to be member but they said sorry you have paid amount and so you have to be member for at least 10 years and subsequently by compulsion they filled us form and register us. I told them to cancel this membership and refund the same amount. But they are denying telling that we cannot refund the amount. This is a cheat fund organization which calls the customer by calling then that you are one of the lucky winner from 1000 and indirectly taking the money from customer. Please do needful.

      Hi, I have taken membership from pune center for country club of india. It took almost 2 months after repetitive chasing to get my membership id. Your representative at pune mr. Paras is not ready to provide proper details and not even replying to my mails. I got call on friday stating your aggerment is old and new aggrement needs to be signed.. No body is ready to come to my place to get it signed. I guess your company is nly working for money and not customer satisfaction. Is this the kind of service you provide and you.         I have joined as a member in the second half of 2012 and recently paid rs. 25, 000/- also as fees for five years. So far, i have not used the club services and now when i tried to log-in to book a room at hyderabad from tomorrow - i am facing issues - Not able to log in My e mail id - [protected]@gmail.com is shown as not registered. There is no provision to go through mobile number - [protected] Unable to understand as to what needs to be done. Hence, lodging complaint and looking for a response immediately.           I was mesmerized into taking the club membership, by using superb marketing techniques & promising the moon on 17th of march 2013 by the companies marketing team located in pune, oundh. Among many other things promised & mentioned i was specifically said that i do not have to pay any annual amc as it is applicable only to club vacation members, & i am not a country vacation member. When i pointed out that it is mentioned in the agreement clause, they said that it is a common "from" for country club members & country club vacation ownership members, (Thus this clause) & that they will it removed & they will give me a letter to that effect. I was given an option to pay the membership fees of rs 50000/- as 10000/- immediately & balance in 18 emi's. Details of how to pay the emi's were never given to me & as i had been following them for the amc waiver letter their representatives took rs 10000/- twice from me mentioning that i will get the amc waiver letter soon. Till date nothing has been recd & now since last 6 months they are following me up to pay the amc. Due to this reason i had asked them 6 months back, to cancel my membership & refund the amt 30000/- paid by me. But they are adamant & are not willing to refund the amount mentioning that it is non refundable & that as i have not paid my membership amount fully, the membership is put in dead account. Pls help to get the refund of rs 30000/-. I have all the record of e. Mail correspondences i had with the company along with the name & mobile nos of the company executives with whom i had discussion at various times.

            Dear Sir/Madam, I kirti h mehta already paid my amc charges for the period 2014 to 2017 through cheque drawn on bank of baroda which was clear from my account on 22/02/2015. but till today several phone call to me regarding the same i also mail to your office but no reply kindly look into matter seriously to avoid any legal complication at the time of my payment of my new membership payment i want the membership in installment, but i came to know that you had taken full amount from credit card, after that your representative said we will compensate and give you one year interest but i have not received till that i feel i was and have cheated by country club and their representatives. please look into matter .

              I received call from miss. Anu regarding you have got a
              Free coupon worth rs 30000 just come along with your wife and collect the free
              Gift without any payment come to country fitness, velachery phoniex mall 2nd floor
              At 7pm.

              There i met mr. Sudheer konda and mr. Selvam explained
              From 7 :15 pm with white paper in hand written about the vacation and club
              Membership and he says everything will be given in agreement trusting that
              The club will not do fraud, i had given my card for payment
              At 9:30 pm and after that only they gave the original agreement for
              Ignature. We asked for some clarifications from sudheer. The country
              Club had taken my money of rs 40000 from icici bank debit-card (Salary account)
              And amount of rs 60000 from standard chartered credit-card mr. Sudheer
              Konda (Sales - take over manger) told that that you can convert to emi for
              24 months at 0% interest and 0% processing fees but the bill comes with 12
              Month emi with int rate (P. A) : 14.00% with the emi of rs 5387.2 for 12 month
              Total amount: rs 64646.4 i was shocked to see the copy. I asked regarding this
              But mr. Sudheer konda told that we will provide separate 7 days voucher apart
              From this to compensate the interest that also i will sell by renting and give
              The money wait now i will give the voucher like that he said and after seeing
              Computer for some time he told network down we will e-mail the voucher now
              Itself but not yet received. But while signing the agreement it’s late
              Around 10:30 pm, my son was 3 yrs old shouting and crying because he was
              Hungry. So we signed by thinking its genuine but when we came back home and
              Checked agreement it does not match which was said orally & then we checked
              The reviews and consumer complaint i have found around more than 400 peoples
              Reviews that they had been cheated like this. But only one point i saw and asked
              Why it shows only 5 year membership but you told for 30 year for that
              Mr. Sudheer told that by paying 5 % tax as already told you can renew to 30
              Years but that details is not written here i asked mr. Sudheer told that we will
              Provide you separate sheet with stamp pad and signature as he told he had given
              The sheet. After came home and reviewed the complete document it says that
              Apart from this agreement any other written communication by cv representatives
              (Including on comapany letter pad and stamp paper was not valid).

              I will list out the point by
              Point difference between which they have said orally and what was in the
              Agreement,

              I can avail a 14 days holiday for
              30 years free of cost (After 5 years you can upgrade to world plan or you
              Need to pay 5% tax which is rs 5000 for next 25 years to continue the same
              Plan) at any of the club hotels or the affiliated hotels and lifetime
              Membership of the club/fitness center, there will be no charge for using
              Country club and its fitness center, if member will avail any vacation then
              Only need to pay 8500 for 14 day in any country vacation’s and its associated
              Property or if you gone only for 3 days you need to pay only the amount of
              8500/14*3 =rs 1821. (But in agreement its written that amc of rs.
              8500 per year which is required to pay to use any club facilities, otherwise we
              Cannot use any facilities)

              Then they had said that you
              Can get rental income of minimum cash of rs 20000 for your non used holidays of
              Maximum 7 days out of 14 days. If you rent your holidays for five years you
              Will get the money back what you had invested. They also said if you go with 4
              Adult and 2 child your holiday will be reduced from 14 days to 12 days.
              (But in agreement it had been mentioned only 7 days for 2 adults and 2
              Children’s below 12 year’s. And extra charge of rs. 500 for the 3rd adult.)

              They also told us about gifting
              The holidays to friend or relatives and also told us about the spa’s, fitness
              Centers, etc., coupons may also be gifted. (But in agreement they told no
              Friends or relatives can enjoy in the club)

              Free car pickup from
              Airport/railway station/ bus stand to the hotel and free car drop from the
              Hotel to the airport and railway station and free site-seeing will be provided
              With guide and complimentary break-fast (But in agreement its written
              Pickup/drop/sight-seeing/ break-fast/lunch/dinner may be arranged on request
              Only at additional charge)

              Free vip couple passes to the
              Events such as new year eve, valentine’s day, etc. (But in agreement it was not
              Mentioned)

              They told us whenever we cancel
              Our membership we will get our money back what we have paid. And we can also
              Transfer our membership to our son/daughter after some years at free of cost.
              And membership card is for lifetime (But as per agreement it says membership
              Amount is non-refundable)

              They said that you will also have
              Insurance benefit of rs 6 lakhs from hdfc bank. (But it is not mentioned in
              That agreement) and we have tie ups with icici bank, hdfc bank, standerd
              Chatered, etc.,

              But check the reply mail got from
              Cv not possible to refund the money which i have paid,

                Dear sir, my country club membership no. Is cvmu1club5lb174001. I want to lodge a complaint of misguiding / fraud case while purchasing membership. I purchased membership from andheri office in which i got life time membership & five years holidays there in. But while purchasing that their e0xecutives never told us that its only free
                For india & no additional cost for any abroad trip or any affiliate/tie - up properties. He only shows us a good pictures / catalog of your holiday property's & showed only plus points & never shows additional cost for overseas trip. Now when i have to book for some abroad trip i got revert that i have to pay additional cost per night, which was never told by executive mr. Sumedh nor his boss who is present there.in first time i got such a bad experience & now i don't want to trust on country vacation / club. If that time they have clear these clauses i will might thinking to go for other clubs. But for selling membership they just lied to me which was unethical & un - professional. I have wrote so many mail for complaint & request for refund but each mail was unanswered & even all email id was faked as all mails was bounced. I wrote on each & every id mentioned in their agreement & on there web site gets bounce.
                Requesting you to pls take a serious action against it.

This particular membership is only for domestic holidays at any of our own resorts and frenchiesy resort across India. The Purchase agreement signed by yourself at the time of taking membership clearly has all the set clauses. There is no abroad trip included in the membership purchased by you.For your information you need to pay your AMC charges every year to utilize your holidays within our resorts.                       Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Mr. Pavan Gunjal Consultation at : AUNDH Centre Pune. Date : 07/02/2015 Time venue 4.00pm This Saturday, I have consulted through your team for the membership. I have misleaded and made victim on many fronts for the membership of the country club India Limited, Freebies and benefits for membership. Even i was forced to take the membership same day with full payment of Rs 100000 (Rupees one Lakh) through the credit card. I was not given sufficient time for the discussion and decision making. All around the membership is forced at me, so i am victim of the great fraud by your club. After doing thorough research and online reviews, i don't desire and intend to have your Country club membership. So hereby i give my consent to cancel my application for the membership. As the enrollment is still in process, i want my all payment reimbursement immediately. I have planned for the consumer forum and Police FIR, if the all money is been not reimbursed immediately. I have been not treated very ill manner and unproper manner, when i consulted for the cancellation in the office, your customer-care service is rubbish and dont give definite solution. So overall the experience with club membership is in accordance with online reviews and members experience.And i do have great doubt regarding service and membership contiunity.So do not desire to Continue with you anymore.                         AMC charges includes all three meals or by paying nominal charges
                        of Rs. 250/- to 350/- for whole family

                        AMC charges includes sightseeing and Airport/Railway Station Pick
                        & Drop
                        Member will get a cake, gift and a bottle of champagne on his/her
                        birthdays
                        AMC will only be paid if we take holidays--- No Holiday means No
                        AMC

                        Other than these wrong commitments, your Delhi team just playing pass the bug game with me for last 02 years

                          I had a room Reservation on 01/03/2015, in Amrutha castle Hyderabd. One Mr. Suresh who is their in reception he asked for aid proof Myself and my wife submitted id proof he refuse to take that and he was telling their is no address matching and he spoke valogerlly language to my wife and he refuse to give in writing that address is not matching so iam not proving their a room and he started scolding my wife as [censored] and he used all 3rd class language with me Mr.suresh. so please do needful action and if not please cancel my membership and give back my money.I didnot Excpect this from country club. please look into the matter it is seriou iam going to take legal action if not solved.this on country clube

                            Hi, I have taken a membership of country club by paying a initial amount for Rs 20000 for a period 5 years on the condition that i will take the holiday in the first year and then pay the remaining amount. When i tried calling them to book my holidays the numbers given does not work correctly. i received multiple calls from country club for the remaining payments so i asked them to give me the first year holiday. i recieved multiple promises from these individuals but nothing happened post the call. Now i am regularly harassed for the remaining amount and dont want to continue with country club. I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED

                              Hi sir,

                              This is to inform you about a biggest fraud/scam run by country vacations/ country club. I become a member of country vacations on 10/02/15 in hyderabad.
                              The total cost of membership is 85, 000 and on 10/02/15 i paid around 25000 to join the memebrship as i was running sort of money and i said i can pay the
                              Remaining amount through credit card and they agree for the same. Later on 13/02/15 again i went to pay the fees this time they agree for 80, 000. So i paid the
                              The whole amount 80, 000 through icici credit card on 13/02/15. They refund only 20, 000 and promised me to gave coupon of 5000 which i can use malls and big bazzaar.
                              But till now i did get any coupon from them not even any membership card and now i'm realizing now what the sales people said that time was totally false.
                              Following commitments are made by sales team of country vacations.
                              1. Five years holiday along with club event membership.
                              2. Total cost will be inr 85, 000/-.
                              3. There will be no amc charges if you are not using any vacation for that year.
                              4. I can attend any club event from the next day after taking membership event list will be available on my account section.
                              5. I will receive membership card within 2 to 3 days.
                              6. All the details about my membership will be available under my account section of website.
                              7. You can sell your membership or vacation to other people any time if you not willing to use ann you no need to do anything for selling just you have to call us
                              Willll sell your membership to other people and will take 2.5% of that amount as service charge.
                              8. If country club failed or not able to meet the commitment made by the sales team, i will be free to withdraw my membership anytime.
                              As offer made by them looks attractive to me, so i purchased it and paid inr 80, 000/.
                              9. They are saying they will conver that 80, 000 in to 24 month emi with no interest now i'm not sure for how many month emi get converted
                              Even i checked with icici customer care peopl thay are saying still emi conversion is in process.

                              Things lost.
                              I called them to sell my vacation for first year now they are saying its not our duty you have to sell personally.
                              Even i can see lot of mismatch in my online country vacation portal.
                              Customer care people are not even picking my call and saying you have to pay maintainance charge of 7500 every year wehther are you using or not.
                              I had never seen such a fraud in my life and i am one of the sufferer/victim of these county club people and now i have to pay emi for all those
                              Ervices which i'm not using.
                              I have not used their any of the services till now and i'm not willing to continue their membership.
                              Hence it's a humble request to you, please allow to raise a disputed transaction and help me to get my money back. It is possible only with your help.
                              Please hlep me sir to get rid out of these pain.

                                I have taken membership along with land of 360 Sq yard at shailu bhomi, during the initial discussion i have agreed the terms &amp; conditions. After that i have filled the form with all my details for the process of member ship, i have selected payment mode through credit card with EMI option, i have opted for 48 months tenure, after that they have changed the details to 12 months, in the final agreement, with this i am in deep financial trouble. i have enquired there sales team ( during the time of membership), about the same it will be get adjusted during the next month EMI, due to some technical issue, after a month also it is repeated. sales Manager sent a mail stating the amount will be refunded from official mail ID, by downgrading the membership. after couples months nothing moved, after continues fallow up, informed to contact customer support. few changes in the customer service team, it got delayed. after continues fallow up with customer team reginal manger sent a mail amount will be refunded after degrading the membership. now that manager also left the company. now they are asking to submit the original documents to provide the refund.                                   My Membership No Is CVBG2CLUB10LB171335 As Per Telephonic conversation with Ms.Bala ( Bala Amc &lt;[protected]@countryclubmail.com&gt;) I agree To Pay Amount Of 31000/- For AMC Charges Till Year Of 2020, With Free Rs 1000/- Food Coupons And She Mailed Me (As per the tele conversation this is ton inform you that if you pay 4 years AMC charges you will get 1 year AMC is wave off. I.E" 8427*5=42135/-, After discount you need to pay 33708/- &gt;You will get 1000/- food coupons. /- &gt;After clearing this payment there is no AMC charges upto 2020 ) on that basis i Have Made The Payment Of 31000 /- On 12 Months EMI But She Didn't Converted in EMI, So i Paid Once Again Rs, 31000/- For Converting In EMI For 12 Months AMC Charges Till 2020 Year, First Amount 31000/- Amount Of 30408/- Is Refund To My SBI Account No: [protected] But Still 592/- Amount Is Remaining That Not Refund To My Account Even Rs 500/- Food Coupons Is Also Remaining And I Paid The AMC Charges Till Year 2020 As I committed, In My Account Only Till 2019 Is Showing, About This Problem I Spoke To Mr Veerandra ( [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com ) He Also committed Me, Sir Don't Worry I'll Take Care Of This, From Now Its Not Your Problem Its My Problem, As He committed But[protected] He Told Me Sir We Can't Handle Your Problem So The Amc Department Solve This Problem.                                     Resp. Sir i take a memb. Of ccil on[protected] and paid amc on jan 2015 total amount rs. 50000+21900=71900 at both times i was cheated by their representative
                                    Tehy give me mail on my id [protected]@gmai.com about the offer but the company rules are totally different from their executive mr. Rohan nile and jaimin patel and for amc mr. Mallesh and raghunath they gave lots of offer but after payment they do not give

                                    This is very big scam which is going on in India by Country club based on false commitments. I am also a victim &amp; my incident happen on 25Jan15 &amp; now they are not even refunding my money. I contact to Akosha who is helping me in this.

                                      I was told I can cancel my membership within 24hrs of payment if I don't authorised the same and my Money will be refunded within 45days Now when want cancellation there is no response from CountryClub team, Rather they have created membership id in my wife name. This is total cheating as many of the promises done are also not there are per membership email. This looks they are totally fraud company and do not even bother to respond.                                       -Joining Bonus of additional 6N/7D international trip
                                      -High-end Dell laptop for full payment
                                      -I will be Owner category were as email says I am blue member
                                      -I was told I will have full access to Club across, were as the email says No club
                                      -I could transfer / surrender / share / gift and take advance vacations - email does not talk on any of the polices, the guy from HYD says this is not the case


                                      There are many more, I'll put here as I get to remember, unfortunately I believed in the guys word and got into trap
                                      Dear Sir i have taken country club membership in 2006, at that time they had offered us to buy plots in Bangalore we have made full payment against it.But till date we have not got the registration papers. Now after so many phone calls with Nikhat Madam we have not received it, now they are not responding to our call, we have now reached to this stage to cancelled our membership we want our money back paid for the membership and for the plots with INTEREST.THIS IS A HUMBLE RESUEST TO YOU TO PLS GIVE OUR MONEY BACKI
                                      1st thing, You guys have to accept that ur marketing and sales people are big cheater and have been fooling people with wrong commitments, You people tell your sales people to make all the false commitments and then you people change your words, I don't know how you people get your sleep at night by cheating so many people. &lt;B&gt; Don't you people feel ashamed of what you are doing, U guys will definitely go to hell and will live a miserable life, curse of people will not let u like in good health &amp; wealth and you people will die a dog's death. &lt;/B&gt;

                                      2nd, the document, I have singed does not talk anything about non refundable membership, I have attached the copy of document as well here, which was given to me on the date of signing document, you guys have filled some more document and have attached to my signed paper. In fact as per the documents membership will not be created unless you have my photo id proff and signature
