Hi, I bought a country vacations membership product. They charged me 1, 10, 000 and said it is a 24 month EMI but they charged me for 12 months EMI. I asked for a refund after raising complaint. they agreed to pay 10000 as compensation but they provided only 5000 and remaining 5000 they never returned. trying to reach the person or the company resulted in vain. they either never respond or says they will call back but it does not happen.

    Overcommitment made by Country Club executives leading to frustrating experience.
    I also need help get my payment refund which I made to Country Club.
    On 22nd June 2015, I got a call from Country club saying that I have been nominated for 6 nights & 7days free stay vouchers from country club anywhere in India based on the form I had filled in Subhash Nagar Mall. For collection this free voucher I had to come along with husband at City Squre Mall (Rajouri Garden). I specially asked whether there was any other condition for the free voucher. They specifically said ‘Nothing’ just come and collect your free voucher.

    So we went there on 22nd June15 for the collection of Voucher. After reaching there Mr. Nadeem of Country Club attended us & told us to attend the session to know about country club after which you the free voucher will be given. We sat with him to listen about country club.
    In the discussion, he started talking about country club membership for 30 Years at a very nominal price with so many lucrative benefits for 30yrs membership. Then, he called Mr. Rohit (Sr.Manager) to explain about Membership Charges.


    Mr.Rohit explained the charges (Rs.2, 83, 000/-) for 30 yrs. Membership. When we refused to take membership for 30 yrs., he said you can go for 10 yrs. Membership only in 1, 20, 000/- with all the benefits of 30yrs membership.

    Still we refused to take 10 yrs. membership as being salaried person we can’t afford this type of club membership on such a heavy membership fee along with AMC charges of 8500/- per year.
    Then Mr. Nadeem again insisted on choosing any plan as it was very beneficial. He then gave us offer for two vouchers of 6days/7nights which at a very reasonable price of Rs.20500/- for use in three years only.
    One voucher included veg. breakfast and dinner. Then he called his senior Mr.Rohit again to explain us about these two vouchers. Mr. Rohit came again and explained about these two vouchers which we could be used in three years. He explained that only in one voucher (6 days/7nights) we can take free breakfast and dinner facility and we can use these vouchers’ anywhere in India in country club hotels. He also offered that we could split these vouchers and transfer to these vouchers to my daughter if she gets married and wants to use these vouchers as honeymoon tour. And in second voucher only accommodation facility will be provided alongwith free facility of sauna and steam bath with both the vouchers. As we were planning to go to Goa for vacations, this plan looked reasonable and we agreed to of Rs.20500/- for these two vouchers scheme.

    Then Mr.Rohit said that today being of 25th anniversary of country club as special offer company is offering only 30/10 yrs membership in such a cheaper rate which was valid for that day only but as we had not agreed for membership of even ten years but they had to show our main office for membership only so you have to confirm on confirmation call for 10 yrs membership and pay only Rs.20500/- and the next day they will convert our membership in three years vouchers plan. And Mr.Rohit and Nadeem insisted on making the decision right there and promised that all the terms and conditions of these two vouchers will be sent to us within 7 days.

    So I paid Rs.20500/- by my debit card and after seven days I called Mr. Rohit regarding my vouchers. He said it will take one month time and we had already sent me mail of receipt and asked me to wait for one month.

    After one month I called Mr. Nadeem but he did not respond to my calls. Then I called Mr.Rohit for my vouchers. He said whenever you want to use this voucher just inform me I will issue that vouchers. I specifically asked why they were not sending vouchers as per terms are and conditions as they had promised that vouchers and agreement of all terms and conditions will be issued within 7 days. He said that voucher will expire in one year so whenever we planned to go anywhere just inform him. I said i[censored] leave the job where will I search u, You people give us vouchers with all other facility which have been promised mentioned in it.

    Now he is refusing any benefits like free breakfast and dinner on any voucher and not sending vouchers and terms and conditions.

    Now I understand that these guys have made us fool by offering those vouchers as we had not opted for their membership plan and coming in their trap and they have taken Rs.20500/ from us by hook or crook

    Now I don’t want to have any thing to do with this fraud and cheat company. I just want my money back.

    So I request Pehredar to help me to get my payment refund. I have found lots of complaints about country club for the same commitment with the other customers by country club where neither payment was retuned nor they fulfilled their promise. My Membership number is CCDL10V10LB22105 (NO club 10 yrs. 6N/7D Blue U12).
    I never expected such a thing from a reputed firm like Country Club. My experience has been very frustrating with lots of false promises. I hope that my membership gets cancelled and I get my money back.

    The above mentioned complaint has not been resolved till date but again they are cheating by posting that resolve this complaint.
    After two days of submitting my complaint they called me and asked my bank account no. thrice and ensured they will return my payment. And fourth day again Mr.Rohit Gupta called me and said they will not give money back and offered vouchers but with no breakfast dinners coupons as he earlier promised. I again asked to give my money back. Now they are not even picking up the phone not replying any mail.

      Paid the full membership amount of inr 2l by cheque in advance in the month of january'15 at our home in bhiwani (Haryana)

      2 salesmen named abhishek & shakti, sit in their noida office pitched me for an offer which included:

      1. Membership benefits for full family including myself, 2 sons & daughter in law with a separate membership card for each individual
      2. No maintenance charges for first year and inr 8000 every year from 2nd year if you use any offer excluding free clubbing services till lifetime
      3. 2 free domestic airtickets
      4. 6n7d free accommodation arrangement in country club resort in bangkok
      5. 2n3d free accommodation arrangement in country club resort in dubai

      Status of freebies offered at the time of collecting the membership charges in advance:
      1. Received 2 cards for myself & younger son but still waiting for membership card for daughter in law and elder son - when we followed up regarding this again & again, we received an email from their central office in hyderabad mentioning that it's not valid for dependents more than 25 years of age. Abhishek did not disclose this at the time of collecting the membership charges.
      2. I tried to book a trip to jim corbett national park and was asked to pay the maintenance charges which should have been waived since this is our 1st year of membership. I spoke to abhishek about it and paid the maintenance charges so as to avail the offer. The concerned cclub representative offered us 1+1=2 yrs o[censored]sage while paying the amount for 1 year. They also agreed to mention it in writing in email and share but i have not received that email also yet.
      3. Received only 1 ticket coupon that too in the month of june with only 3months validity after continuous followups.
      4. & 5. I have not availed these 2 free accommodation offers yet.

      I request cclub to send the remaining 2 membership cards asap as agreed.
      2 domestic airtickets with atleast 6months validity as discussed

      I would also like to mention here that i have the recording of everything which we discussed with abhishek that day so as to prove that abhishek & co is a fraud. I have a piece of paper also where abhishek mentioned all the benefits as discussed above.

        I have purchased club and vacation membership by paying Rs150000 on dated 12-Jul-2015 to Country Club Vacation, Outer Ring Road near Intel Office Bangalore. I have been promised following facilities before selling the membership but according to your welcome mail doesn't seems so. Please cancel the membership CVBG1CLUB30LB203445 with immediate effect and refund my money asap. Free Accommodation for 6nights 7days for 8 people at any country club properties located at all over the world FLAT 50% discount on airfare any number of times in an year. • Free car pickup from airport/Train station to the hotel and free car drop from the hotel to the airport and railway station.(Customer care now says there is no such facility). • Free life time membership of the club for 8 people which includes free massages, beauty parlor and Jacuzzi along with the free usage of sports room. • Free couple passes to the events such as new year eve, valentine’s day, Deepavali, dasara etc.(I have never received any pass from country club till date). • Free hosting of personal events such as birthday, marriage days and other such occasions in their club. • Along with the 10 years holiday plan we will receive one more holiday voucher using which we can stay in their resorts in Thailand, Indonesia and Sri Lanka.(Indonesia and Sri Lanka properties are not present in their booking list) Still I was not prepared and not convinced and as I decided to leave they offered me one additional package with there 10 years Club membership. In this package they promised me to offer 7 day all inclusive(Food/Beverages, 5 Star Free Accommodation, Air Fare for Dubai trip for 2 person.             On 28th June, I received a call from Country Club call center informing that I was chosen in a lucky draw and that I’m supposed to collect the free gifts from their Rajouri Garden Office.After reach there I got false promise and paid part payment 40000/- via my credit card at 10:10 PM.             Dear Sir, On 28th June, I received a call from Country Club call
            center informing that I was chosen in a lucky draw and that I’m supposed
            to collect the free gifts from their Rajouri Garden Office.On reaching
            with my wife there were usual presentations by Mr Nadeem and Mr. Rohit
            Gupta has been talking about. Interesting proposals, flexible payments,
            Value-for-money vacations etc. I got interested in a proposal and paid
            part payment 40000/- via my credit card at 10:10 PM, unknown of the
            additional terms and conditions.In earlier morning when I read the
            condition and understand all things I informed to both Mr Nadeem and Mr
            Rohit Gupta by sms that I want to cancel the transaction and return the
            membership. But no such response came from other side, Next day I
            reached his Rajouri Gdn office at 8:30 PM and meet Mr. Kapil
            Somra(Branch Incharge) and telling him all things but he refuse to take
            application for Return money, after that I return back my residence and
            mail to Mr. Kapil Somra, but no response came within 48 hours.After that

              Hi, I have been following with MR. Prasa Jain, who is the manager at Pune country club, Amenora. While Taking the membership, we have clearly told that, we can utilise the member ship for 1 year, and we do not like they will deduct the amount of 18000/- and return the rest of the amount. On basis of this I have paid them 80000/-. As I do not like the holiday they provide, Now i am asking to revoke it, and return my rest of the Money. But he just ignoring. I have called him so many times, I mate him on his office, every time tells me one another story. Now it's been 2 months, still he is not giving me any concrete time, when they will give my money. Please help me!!.

                I am holding above membership of your club at the time of giving membership a lot of promises such as:- 15 Days before we can make booking anywhere in the world for vactations but when I actually did it I was told that minimum 2-3 months is required for this hope of booking. I had taken I holiday in your Kerala Resort when I went there I was shown a third class room I was told that on this membership this type of room is given if you want to upgrade it you have to pay Rs. 10000/- I was very much surprised to see it. There are lot of things also which were promised and not deliver therefore i request you to kindly refund my money

                  Fraud and fake promises by Country Club

And as everyone get selected in that lucky draw, we also got selected and got call from a girl who ask us to visit their office in Aundh to collect gifts, and told us that you will have a session of...

                  Country club has been cheating people since a very long time. They claim that they have accommodation properties globally but they don't. They are using pictures of big hotels like Zuri - Goa, Sun & Sand etc in their email circulations. We had booked at Amruta Castle Hyderabad, they rooms were horrible, cockroaches, lipstick stains on bed sheets and pillows, dim lighting, terrible taste of food and they claim it's a 5 star property. This organisation has been cheating people.. If a product like maggie can be disposed off by Nestle and if the stars endorsing Maggie are questioned, how come no one is questioning Country Club and all the stars who are endorsing this horrible vacation package? The sales team cons customers by saying that they have properties all over the world and when the customers actually pay them up and ask for bookings, the bookings are never available or the location mentioned was never there. Can someone please look into the matter?

                    We are members in country vacations from 2005. Cnvlm 317 in the name of s. Mohan. We have been availing the country club vactions thru rci and later shifted to country clubs. In feb 2015, we stayed in country club trivandrum kovallam and during our stay a team of country vacation people met us and informed that there is a new scheme called dial & exchange thru which we need to pay $99 for domestic holidays and $199 for international holidays. For domestic and international they have tie up with various clubs and resorts and we need not pay amc and whenever we book holiday we need to pay the money. For this scheme we need to pay rs. 25000 immediately. So three of them mr. Sridhar / mr. Satheesh / mr. Prabhal chandra jha came and took cash from us and after so many follow ups finally they updated the membership and say that the scheme is applicable only for international holidays and without our concern shifted our membership to trivandrum. If the scheme what they have promised is not available, either they need to refund the money or they may have to adjust it in the holiday bookings. They are not ready to do that and without our confirmation, they simply shifted our membership to trivandrum. Wants to talk to any of their ceo but not able to get their mobile no.                       There have been numerous instances of fraud, forgery and embezzlement of member's funds by Mr Rakesh Kumar Yadav, ASM, Andheri office, Mumbai . I have been sending mails and complaints for the last more than 5 months but the central customer care has not even bothered to acknowledge the mails, forget about taking any action against the person. He has been making false commitments time and again and is being saved by other employees of his ilk. The matter is in the notice of his superior at Mumbai as well as at Hyderabad but nothing has happened till date.
                      Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                      Country club has been cheating people since a very long time. They claim that they have accommodation properties globally but they don't. They are using pictures of big hotels like Zuri - Goa, Sun & Sand etc in their email circulations. We had booked at Amruta Castle Hyderabad, they rooms were horrible, cockroaches, lipstick stains on bed sheets and pillows, dim lighting, terrible taste of food and they claim it's a 5 star property. This organisation has been cheating people.. If a product like maggie can be disposed off by Nestle and if the stars endorsing Maggie are questioned, how come no one is questioning Country Club and all the stars who are endorsing this horrible vacation package? The sales team cons customers by saying that they have properties all over the world and when the customers actually pay them up and ask for bookings, the bookings are never available or the location mentioned was never there. Can someone please look into the matter?

                        Hi, I was called in your GK office wherein i was told about the products and i had clearly denied for the membership. I was no charges for the same and Rs 25 k were debited from my bank account via debit card. I don't want to avail any membership and please refund my amount on priority.

                          Myself Nishit Gor have been country club member from last 2 years or more. My country club membership number is CCMU2BPCLUB10LB46313. I visited your Mumbai Kandivali country club on Friday 22nd May 2015 for a swim along with my friend Urgit Gor (who is also your member). I was swimming in 9ft deep water as beginner and when I was about to reach other end, I was drowning. To my surprise the life guard and other swimming coach were looking at me drowning and I wasn’t even 5ft away from them. My friend Urgit gor came from other end (he swam more than 20ft approximately and helped me get to shore. Thanks to the negligance of your life guard either I could have drowned or I could have died of Heart attack (caused due to shock). I also swallowed lot of water in this process. When I came out I asked your life guard that why didn’t he jumped to save me, he quoted “So that I learn a lesson, I[censored] don’t know swimming either you take coaching or else you swim in shallow water”. I am certainly not expecting such type of negligence and excuse from esteemed club like yours, even a small hotel; club or resort life guard would have jumped to save me. Kindly explain me your behaviour to play with your client’s life. I am not sure whether I will be able to swim again coz of this shock which is still fresh in my mind. I have been cheated while taking your membership, continuing the membership and lastly while staying in your rooms also.                             I purchased their membership for which they said i will get a membership id and password... it has been 3 months and i have no email/ id/ call or anything from them. They said i can pay in emi, for which no interest will be levied, they are levying 12% interest on it. I have tried to email them, all thier email id are not working- the mail bounces back. I dont know what am i supposed to do. I am stuck and helpless and need my hard earned money back if not that then atleast they should give me the vacations they promised.

                              Dear sir/madam, I have joined country club india and country vacations on 10th may 2015 based on the commitments given by sales manager and sales executive. And very next day i sent the mail containing the commitments given and ask him to confirm the mail. He continuously refused to confirm my mail hence i made a complaint to central customer care. They tried to convince me and refused to return my money. I have produced voice record of sales manager and sales executive to customer care. But they have refused to return my money.

                                  My self ibrahim quraishi and i'm from bangalore as per the agreement between country vacation (Country club) and the member of country vacation ibrahim quraishi membership no: cvbg2club10lb171335 the country club (Country vacation) are not providing the booking for holidays and facility as per they said subject to availability for booking rooms, i called on 05/05/2015 to booking reservation department for reserve my booking in bandipur for 3nights and 4 days before 20 days of my dates but they are not able to book my reservation and harassing regarding food meal again i called on 07/05/2015 and 09/05/2015 same sentences i got i have mailed to [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com (Dear country club my membership no: cvbg2club10lb171335 and i don't want to be a member of country vacations or country club, because i'm fed up regarding your service, and we have called on 05/05/2015, 07/05/2015, 09/05/2015 regarding our holiday booking on 25/05/2015 and i called before 20 days to reserved my booking, we have paid as your executive or manager or reservation department or customer care told to us (Membership fee, annual maintenance charges in advance, food meal charges etc..) for using of holiday with services for my family on my dates but the country vacation (Country club) had not provided as they promise so please refund my full amount and cancel my membership immediately) i holding all evidence regarding payment and booking telecommunications and i have paid 158000/- (One lakh fifty eight thousand rupees) for membership, annual maintenance charges, etc.. And need my full amount as refund, in agreement they had mentioned amount is non refundable and judiciary must be in hyderabad, please help me for justice (I have taken membership in bangalore made payment in bangalore if we want to booking at any resort it i'll make by self online but why only judiciary in hyderabad (That the clause in such agreement restricting the jurisdiction to hyderabad as not tenable as you had entered into such contract from bangalore it self) thank you regards ibrahim quraishi [protected]@gmail.com

                                    Membership # cvbg1club5sb199720. I was informed to come with the spouse and collect the gifts i could not go on that day so they asked me to send my mother and father. So i sent them a sales person called fanus contact # [protected], had given us a deal for 38, 000/ rs and was told that this amount will be converted into 0% interest and will be taken from your credit card the member ship period is for five years and we will get a travellers card he mentioned free travel to any country club resort without mentioning there is an amc charge of 5000 per annum and also the amount of 38000 is not converted to emi due to technical issues he mentioned with the payment machine so he insisted to wait he will get it converted from their end but so far we had not heard from him we kept calling he does not answer our call. Later he asked us to convert the money into emi by calling our bank and he will refund us the interest fee. Which we did and we are trying to reach him again he is not answering our call.                                     And also the Country club app when trying to book anything it says payment due of 47000/- . This is complete robbery he mentioned this is the deal for 5 years but the mail says the total amount for the deal is 85000/- . Please refund my amount

                                      Hi Its a total farud company and will not suggest anyone to take the membership and also they will provide some invalid documents. their manager and others employees(Tapash mobile no. [protected]) behaviour is totally bad. they are always treated the customer as role of street dog. Please give him some idea to learn the way of behave.
