i had received a call from ms. Alina, in the month of February 10 where in i was promised that they are ready to buy my balance of holiday entitlement with my other membership with country club if i become a member with them, for which i was made to pay Rs. 13332/-. i was promised an amount of Rs.70000 for 7 days entitlement with pending with Country club. i did pay my amount of Rs. 13332 but till date have not received the amount of Rs. 70000. if you try to call them they are not responding, even the emails are not getting answered.

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    A shamefull act to attract customers with fraudulent promises

    I, an innocent citizen of the country, am forced to write this mail to as a claim against the fraudulent ways adopted by you to cheat me and then facing off from my grievances

    This is in regards to a so called lucky draw award given to me from your group members at Vishal Mega Mart Jaipur, on the 15th of April. We were invited with a blessed wish that I am the luckiest man on earth to have won this lucky draw. When we visited the site, Mr. Manish & Ms. Rashmi (Country Club Representatives) offered a red carpet welcome and gave me this lucky draw reward. Now the reward as delivered to me was a 7 days vacations at any of the locations of Country Club in India. Alongside they offered us a lucrative offer of a 5 year membership worth Rs. 1 lac, on which they suggested that I can go for a 2 year trial period membership worth Rs. 15000 wherein I could avail 15 days holiday within 2 years at any of the 8 locations suggested and if I still do not wish to continue the package I need to return the company documents and can addiotinally enjoy a 2nights + 3days package holiday at any of the clubs

    I repeatedly enquired for any kind of extra/hidden charges for the mentioned holidays, and got a firm assurance that there would be nothing such which would be levied to us, under the universal mantr of "Hum Hoon Na...."

    Hereafter, whe I received the requisite documents frm your side, and as I went them through I realised that I was 1 of the men cheated by you on earth. The documents stated all the commitments wrong and fake. i immeidately happended to call your customer servoces where they informed me that all that I was caliming under the acquaitance of your commitments was ingenuine and the only benefits that I could availf of the 2 year trial offer subscribed by me, would be only a 2nights + 3days holiday package within 2 years, that too by paying certain adminstartive charges (around 30% of the trail package cost paid by me) and additional government taxes as applied. After me optimum reinforcements I was claimed to be worng

    I got the similar lkind of response from your local representatives - Mr. Heman Raj Singh & Mr. Bhavani Singh

    Now this is what I call a sheer fraudulence geing floated by you to the public, which is fully liable for a reasonable suit against the Country Club Management

    I have a confident realisation that I am also an integral member of the benevolent Service Industry, who can clearly realise the cheat and fraud done and can take necessary action to rectify the same

      Dear Sir/ Madam,
      I am member of this country club (India) Ltd.this is my membership # CV(36)DTB00090.
      Since a month we are going through a agony. We planned our family holidays and booked for Kodaikanal, Tamil Nadu for 5 days, starting 15th of april 2010, a month back. We visited their office in Shiavajinagar, Bangalore. The representative attended us was by name Saumya. She said she will get back to us once she makes booking at their club in kodaikanal by name valley vista country club. And now a month is passed, no confirmation of our booking. Every day i call up the office in bangalore, the receptionist takes my details and says saumya is busy and she will get back in half an hour, but no body calls me back. when I ring up again, she's busy, then again phone rings up without answer. When i ring up in the afternoon the receptionist says every body has gone for lunch, then for coffee. When i call up at around 4:30 pm every body is left. The same sequence of events are happening since 5 days. when i asked cell # of the manager she gave me this # which never reaches, this is the # [protected] (Kamal), the tel # of Soumya is[protected].
      I am a member since two years, this the first time that i am trying to avail promised one week holidays in a year.
      Please help me in this regard.

        Payment made to Client called "Country Club I Pvt.Ltd. " Sicnce Last 6 Month. But receipt of services offered against the same was poor and found as mis commitment . Hence request towards bank to revert back all Initial made Payememts and do not deduct further EMI in April and onwards Month.

          We intend to get our membership fee refunded and CCIL membership terminated with immediate effect for the following grievances and complaints:

          1. There are no communication mails or sms from CCIL to its members. Not even a single welcome mail has been recieved by us.

          2. As promised, CCIL, bhubaneswar has failed in organizing any events neither on 25th Dec nor on 31st dec. Also, no intimation was provided to us regarding any party or event in CCIL Kolkata.

          3. For last 5 months, we are not able to avail any of the membership facility by CCIL, as promised during enrollment. This seems to be a complete mis-selling.

          4. There is no plan for any CCIL property or club facility, coming up in bhubaneswar. We are completely in dark and even the state head is not able to give us any kind of commitment on that.

          5. In the absence of any CCIL own property at BBSR, there is no temporary arrangement for its members to do clubbing and entertainment.

          Our money as against CCIL membership fee seems to have been lost for no reason and benefits. Thereby we intend to get it refunded by you. Please let us know the details of our money refund.

          This person is just blaming the company.I know very well to this company as well as the staffs related to yhis matter.At least mr.mishra should think that he has given the post dateed cheque.With out permission how some one can take the amount?i am also a member of country club bhubaneswar and getting all the ambience properly.So dont follow this complain>Its just to humilate the company in public.

          I have also taken the membership in Jan 2010 & am yet to hear from them till date.

          No communication or anything of that sort. I got an SMS asking for renewal of my membership.

          Mr. Agarwal: Seems you are the only one enjoying the nenefis of this cheater club. Please elaborate as to how we can also avail the same.

            Respected Sir/Madam,

            Country Club & Country Vacations had given me Membership before 10 months, but till now not issued Membership Card and every time when we ask for Vacations Booking they said no vacancy. Those people (Specially Mr. Salim - BM of Mumabi, Mr. Syed, Mr. Sameer, Mr. Azhar and all Customer Care excutives) are giving ansers as "Ho Jayega", "Mil Jayega", "Not available in office", "Busy", etc. Every time they give answer "We will call you after some time or please talk with Mr. X or Mr. Y ect", but never call came back. They really are such CHEATERS. Please take some serious action on those people.

            And yes while we are asking to cancel our membership and give money back at that time one of his executive (Mr. Sameer) had given us written application but after that when we called him her BM (Mr. Salim) told take whatever Legal action you have to take, we will not cancel your membership. He talked very rudely. They are really CHOR no. 1 company.

              Like you many people have been cheated and I appeal to every victim that form a team or group in your city to fight against this menace.

                  I became member of Country club more than 02 years back by paying Rs.1.15 lakhs towards the membership charrges with the assurance of following benifits:
                  1. Plot near Bangalore
                  2. Free Holiday Plan at Goa with air tickets

                  But regret to inform you that I received non of the above benifits from the country club inspite of repeated chasing & follow up. The only thing I got was a monthly mazine which was also discontinued after some time. In my opinion this organisation is a bunch of frauds & cheats who after taking our hard earned money never respond.
                  My several requests for refund of membership amount have fallen into the deaf ears of the office bearer of this club & also the CMD i.e. Mr. Reddy.
                  I would be thankful if you could help me in getting the refund at the earliest.

                    Became a cool global parivar member after paying rs.225000.in december 2008
                    I was promised a free complimentery holiday for two with
                    Free air tickets and free stay
                    Also promised of rci membership for 30years.
                    After mailing mr. Anandbabu in bangluru office atleast 15 times
                    And mailing to others several times i have not received anything
                    Baroda local club is also non functional
                    My money seems to have gone down the drain.

                        cheated on membership

                        as i hav paid 145000 on memear kolad but till date i hbership and was promised additional land of 4000sq.ft havent recd land nor any membership benefits as like trip etc....it has been over a year since i took d membership...i also called the sales marketing head and the sales manager concerned to me but they r neither picking up the phone nor replying ....i would strongly urge the authorities to tak my complaint n act severely against the...

                        Never take/accept any offer from Country Club (I) Ltd. Membership. The crooked Sales guys of Country Club will give you lots of commitmentsa and offers in terms of membership benefits, and will simple take away your money.

                        There are 1000+ complaints posted about Country Club at various Consumer forums.

                        Hi,

                        Would like to know how do i go forward with regards to the disconnect that i have with countryclub, Bangalore.. I was approached by a representative named Ramprasad on May14th, 2007 for the Mr cool Memebership.. I was not aware of the company details so i had asked them to come afterward, but he insisted that i give a token amount of around 40k which was debited to my ICICI credit card # [protected]... He had assured me that if i am not interested then the money would be refunded.. I came to know abt the company, when one of my friends did tell to stop everything. Now i was clueless what was suppose to be done so i refused to pay any further amount, they kept on calling me saying that i will not get anything back, i did not want to loose my hard earned money.

                        After the article in the hindu, i approached them, but they declined saying that nothing could be done about this.. Pls help me out in this...what can be done, pls send me the details on [protected]@yahoo.co.in so that i could take the necessary actions.

                        Now my point here is if i would have paid the entire amount then i would have got the money back,all people under MR cool programme should get there money back.

                          As per the contract with Country club (I) Ltd, and axix bank, any payment maid through axix bank credit card by the customer to country Clib, should be converted into 12 EMI . This was intimated to Axix Bank and documented by Country club also to axix bank . Inspite of that the bill against Aug, 09 of Rs 40, 000/- has been forwarded for payment by the axix bank to the customer .
                          I would request for a immediate correction and proper advise as to pay the 1 st EMI only and not being loaded with interest later on for the non payment of balance patment .
                          This is a serious issue and need to be resolved to avoid any additional paypent there off .

                            I had purchased country vacations membership on jan 31st 2009 for the down payment of 1, 25, 700. I never received the membership cards for country vacations, country club as well as the RCI membership cards not even the RCi membership number is given. After waiting for 3 months i called the customer service and asked for the cards and the rci membership number. I got an answer tht it is being delayed by the HYderabad head office.I waited again for a month and called back and got the same answer alongwith the request of my family photos for the cards.I called an executive and asked to take the photos from me in the month of April.their customer service agent at pune site said it will take 45 working days ... I again waited for the same period . I called them again in the month of june lady at customer service (rohini) said it will again take 45 days also need photographs again...I got very annoyed and called their branch manager MR.Rajeev Sharma...told him about the entire problem. He said he'll call back in 2-3 days...which he never did till today(21st july 2009)...i kept on calling country vacations and kept on getting different answers all the time...till today i dont have any kind of proof (membership cards) which i can carry and atleast enjoy their club services...I think i hav lost my huge money with this company.when i called country vactions today got an information that i will be receiving cards in the end of august which is purely a nonsense to me. This organisation is not at all botherd for their customers, customer satisfaction. Management at country vacation is badly irresponsible. this is the worst organisation i hav ever dealt with.

                            Country Club India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            I am also one of the scapegoat by the fraud Country Club/Country vacations.
                            Recently in Tamilnadu Police booked this culprit and asked to lodge complaint with them.I t was published in the news papers in Chennai. Their postal addresses are :
                            1. The Commissioner of Police,
                            Pantheon Road, Egmore, Chennai 600 008; &
                            2. The Addl.Director General of Police,
                            Economic Offences Wing,
                            Tamilnadu Housing Complex Building,
                            Anna Nagar, Chennai 600 040.
                            Don't delay and lodge your complaints in detail with all copies of the documents through Speed Post and you will get promp response from the Tamilnadu Police.
                            I too also lodged and my complaints are heared by the Inspectors and one Coolie lawer appointed by the fraud Chairman Rajeev Reddy
                            and agreed to refund the complete money paid by me during end of 2002 (without any interest!) withing 3 weeks.
                            When I lost my hope of getting back my investment, now is it not good news to me? God is there to help us.
                            Act now and get back your money.Please don't forget to inform me the progress and final result to me. With best wishes.

                              Sir, i take a membership on commitment of surat(state:-gujarat, country:india)office incharge Mr.Dharmendra who said you pay first for membership and then i send you a gold coin with COUNTRY CLUB INDIA LOGO in one month but till fiftten months gone away but no reply from them and he simply said sorry we have not in stock as and when a stock came from h.o. we send you.
                              Counrty club india not having a complete club in surat. Till today they shows nice club on website but not in real to use for member they simply make a frod & cheat the member and said that once you take membership we already a takeover AQUACITY WATER WORLD which can use within six month for member but till today notihng can be happened and not a single member can enjoy with property. There is not a single member happy with this club. Try to survey and reply me please.

                                I BECAME MEMBER OF COUNTRYCLUBINDIA LTD AS I WAS PROMISED RCI MEMBERSHIP FOR 30 YEARS AND ALL INDIA CCI MEMBERSHIP MEMBERSHIP NO.IS CGPP102V.
                                IN DEC2008 I PAID RS.225000.FOR THE SAME I WAS ALSO PROMISED 2500 SQ. FT. PLOT NEAR BANGLURU CITY.
                                I BECAME MEMBER FROM VADODARA.NOW THE VADODARA OFFICE IS SHUT DOWN .AND FROM AHMEDABAD OFFICE AND BANGLURU OFFICE I AM NOT ABLE TO GET ANY INFORMATION REGARDING RCI MEMBERSHIP STATUS AS WELL STATUS OF
                                PLOT IN BANGLURU.MY RCI MEMBERSHIP FORM WAS SUBMITTED
                                IN JANUARY 2009.WHAT CAN I DO?

                                  My membership no is Kool 3079 . I have paid 145000/ for it. I was promised by Executive of country club that i will be getting two plots 0f 1089 sqr-ft with membership. I did not received the letter of Allotment of second site. I received only one that is in phase J site no-257. please issue second allotment of site so that registry process of both site can be initiated.

                                    Sir,
                                    Mr. Shankar Pr.Mishra, Marketing Executive and Mr.Soumendra Muduli, Marekting Executive under
                                    Mr.Swadhin Ku.Sahu, A.S.M, Coultry Club (I)Ltd, Bhuabneswar, House No.9538, Shop No.2, 3, 4, 5, Ground
                                    floor, Commercial Complex, Acharya Vihar, Bhubaneswar 05(Orissa) have approached me several time
                                    to maka member of Country Club (I)Ltd.However I have partly agreed to take Membership and as per their request I have handover them 5 nos postdated checque for Rs.7, 000/- each for 35, 000/- only subject
                                    to produce the checque monthly basis.But without collecting the Country Club Membership related
                                    ducuments from such as Photocopy of ID card, proof of death of birth of all the family members and Passport Photo of all the family members etc.
                                    But instead of submission all the ducuments by me they have withdrawn one checque amounting to
                                    Rs, 7, 000/- from my account without my notice.After sending a complain through Country Club (I)Ltd.web
                                    page Mr.Swadhin Kr.Sahu, ASM has requested me to submit the related documents for membership.I
                                    have denied to be a member where such cheaters are exploiting the public.Mr. Swadhin as promised before me to return the amount of Rs.7, 000/- soon after getting a request letter for return back of my
                                    money.
                                    As per his advise the request letter accepted by Mr.Swadhin, bu till date they have not returned the
                                    money to my account.
                                    Pl. suggest me how could I get back my money from Country Club (I)Ltd.

                                    Dear all viewer,
                                    This person is just blaming the company.I know very well to this company as well as the staffs related to yhis matter.At least mr.mishra should think that he has given the post dateed cheque.With out permission how some one can take the amount?i am also a member of country club bhubaneswar and getting all the ambience properly.So dont follow this complain>Its just to humilate the company in public.
