Hello sir/madam, Below is my country club details Member id:- cvhyd6club5lb The country club given oral commitment so i have purchased by mistake this product, as in bond (100 rs) which i have signed, nothing is mentioned as commitment made by ahmed mohiuddin (Mob: [protected]), so if possible can u please help me to cancel the credit card emi which i am paying from last 2 months. Country club also committed to pay the emi interest rate but they are not paying the interest rate to me, as it is writing in bond which i have signed Please help me to get rid of this 1 lac rupees Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||||

1. If payment made through Credit card, raise dispute to the bank immediately
2. if payment made through Debit card or cash, then you to file FIR against Country Club & file case in consumer forum as well

The Country Club & your executive already cheated me, & please don't give any false statement again, i have already waited & wasted 2 month to refund my money back, So i don't want your membership anymore so request you to refund my hard earned money 100000(1 lac) as soon as possible).

Even I have been cheated with the 1 lakh rupees with false promises, Even I need my money back.
Any update on refund process?
immediately file bank dispute form if you paid through credit card, there is no other way to get refund. or filed a case in consumer court.
Please just google "country club fraud" and you will get thousands of complaints and news paper reporting of your fraud. Please stop doing this dirty business. and return my hard earned money.
