I am a member (Membership No. 48661) at Mumbai. I received call from Hyderabad head office, AMC department. They offered me a scheme for discount AMC payment for 3 years. Along with that I was promised activation of expired holidays, some food coupons and additional holiday packages.

After I made the online payment, The AMC department person, Mr. Rajesh, who had called me with the offer, started to behave as if he doesn't know...

They will keep calling you till you attend their place (usually shopping malls) for counseling. I have taken the membership of Country Club in the year 2008 with Andheri Office. My membership is cool global and number isis K-968M. Under this membership I was to get a agricultural plot a measuring 21000 Sq ft in Kolad, Maharashtra. I paid the entire amount of plot including registration charges in the year 2008. But till date nothing is done....

I am member of country club India. Till 25th Dec' 2015, three AMCs were due which were required to be paid to revive all the benefits. I was going to book a holiday during that period. I had an complaint against the country club Pune.

I had taken country club membership in 2012 while it was assurance from country club employee ( PRO) that after taking an membership we don't have to pay anything extra it's all inclusive (eg: accommodation, travel arrangement, kitchen)
But when we made reservation for room booking, they have ask us to pay utility charges...

I want to Cancel Membership as right from joining they are failed to provide proper details. My membership number is CVPU1CLUB10LB201781. I have taken membership of 10 years and paid all the money including 10 Yrs Maintenance in advance, which they forced me to pay extra money then agreed. That time also asked to cancel my membership which was within a week of joining. But they promise me to provide extra free holidays, New Year Passes etc....

The lady called is not fit for the customer care because she don't know how to convince a member, her way of convince worst. I am not at all ready to receive this type of person to call me In feature. This happend 2 ..3. Times. Please give good training to them, and take action on her who called me and infrom me regarding the action taken.

My Husband Laxman Reddy received a call from one Mr. Ravi, who informed that we have won a lucky draw & asked to collect the free gift. He asked to come along with family & stated that it is compulsory to attend with family. Post denial from our end he started convincing that it is genuine & they do not take any money or anything for that...

Paid membership fees for a year in a moth they closed down and even before they closed they took new membership and one fine day closed it without informing members. I visited the Andheri office and the Manager Rakes Kumar assured that the cSh would be refunded. It has been two weeks and now he is evading my calls. the whole organization is corrupt and rouges. I would like to know what the consumer court is doing when are flooded with complaints...

I am too much depressed as representatives of country club use to misguided and cheated we people very badly.They use to commit any things whatever you like during taking their scheme, but they never promises their commitments...
its my best advise to you all please do not take any scheme or plan offers by country club ...

I have taken membership from County Club enforce by sales person. After few days i have realized that I have been cheated with country club. Because they giving fraud promises. Now i don't need membership.

I have paid Rs 165000/-, Now i want my money back. I don't need any holidays/Gifts.

I have taken Life membership in Jaipur city. Country club has close the club house from Jaipur. Now there is no club in Jaipur city. I have not use any type of facility or service from Country club till time.

Hence I want my paid fee refund but there is not action taken by them....
