On confirmation from CCIL employee Radha Singh, I had paid the AMC for 5 years. The terms discussed by the employee during conversation are as follows:
Commitment by CCIL employee: AMC for 5 years is 20000/- plus I will get food vouchers worth 3000 and a holiday package.

But after payment of the amount, the employee doesn't answer my calls and I got to know from the customer care that my subscription has been made for 3 years only.
I had paid the amount on 11th March, 2016, but till date I had not received anything from Country Club (India) Limited
There are two Membership numbers for which I had paid Rs. 20000/- each. CCSU23CLUB60560 & CCSU23CLUB60588

No one responding my emails

I am country club member since 2013. I have paid AMC for 4 yeras and it has been updated only for 3 years in system. When I raise this complaind, no one is thier to look into this matter and respond since 11 months.
They did not reply, just doing copy/paste for each complaint. We need to come on single stage and file a complaint against country club.

    Hi Team,

    When we were taking membership it was told that from first day of taking membership we can avail country club facilities.We took one year membership and paid 30000.

    Now when we requested to make first booking, country club is asking ti pay 50K which is completely unethical .

    If this continues i will not hesitate to pull country club in consumer court.

      I am not satisfied with country club membership (Card no.Cvcdgivi0lb160182) .
      False commitment/ cause:
      1) as per your gym instructor: children's are not allowed in sec-8 chandigarh gym but country club representative told me children's are allowed and can do running, cycling etc. Exercises.
      2) whenever i called for hotel booking, i got response from customer care representative either it was full or country vacation property was not available in that place.
      3) as per county club representative, country vacation was going to open a gym in mohali (Near my office) but till date there is no gym.
      I have not used any service against membership cards because of above mentioned reason.
      So i want my money with interest.
      10-15 times i have visited country club chandigarh office centre and more that 100 times call in customer care. But no fruitful reply i have received and mail to central as local team but no reply.

        My Country Club membership number is CCKK3V10LB66298. I would like to lodge a formal complaint with regard to the discrepancy between what Country Club promised to me and what I am facing in reality.

        When I took up the membership, Country Club Kolkata Marketing team promised me that I can carry forward my holidays for years just by paying the AMC, as long as I consume all 10 holidays within my 10-year membership period. Recently, the Kolkata AMC team promised me the same (in writing and I have the email with me) that I can carry forward all my holidays just by paying AMC for years. All my AMC dues are cleared till date and I always paid on time, if not before time.

        Now I did not avail my 2015-16 6N7D holidays, and I will not be able to avail my 2016-17 6N7D holidays either due to personal reasons. I requested Country Club to carry forward both these holidays to at least 2018, as I will not be in India during April 2016 - April 2017 period. However, Country Club is now tellimg me that my 2015-16 holidays cannot be carried forward post 7th January 2017. Since I will be staying abroad till May 2017, this actually means loss of my hard earned money that I invested in Country Club in good faith, and to me, it is a sheer case of breach of promise.

        I have been quite pleased with their services and amenities (I have been to their Goa and Bandipur properties) so far, but this incident has completely shattered my trust on Country Club. I have also written to their central customer care team, but they have not resolved the issue so far.

        So, it is pretty evident that when they sold their membership, they made false promises -- part of their marketing strategy -- that they cannot live up to now.

        I am hoping this forum would help me resolved this issue.

            Hello All,
            Its a very big disappointment that i have to write this email as i had not expected this from such a reputed club with so many branches and so many outlets around india, I Rehan Bellara i visited country club on dec 28th and finalised the membership on the spot by paying a token amount 5000inr in terms of cash payment handed over to mr akhilesh which reciept was not given to me nor have i recieved it till date
            & what felt fishy to me was if i had handed over the cash to Mr. Akhilesh on the 28th of dec then how is it possible that online it shows me that the 5000inr was creditted to my payments on 13th of january 2016
            How can the companies representative take cash on the 28th and credit it to my account after 15days approx screenshot given below.

            The deal i was offered was after giving the cheque i shall be recieveing the card withing 15 days from date of cheque clearance and a cash back of ₹9000/-, 15-20 days after the card has been recieved by me.
            The cheque was given by me on 1st jan 2016 and was cleared by 5th jan but i failed to recieve the card within 15 days infact i had to repeatedly make calls to akhilesh & at once i even caught him avoiding my calls & i had to make calls to mr akhilesh from other numbers & finally i recieve th card after a month in the month of February after all the harrasment faced.
            The second part of the deal was "SIR AS SOON AS YOU RECIEVE YOUR CARD 15 DAYS WITHIN THAT YOU SHALL GET A CASH BACK OF 9000/- either NEFT OR DD"
            Failed failed
            I got the card 1st week of feb and afta that i had to repeatedly call & call and then i was said that 3 cheques of 3000 would be given i Even agreed upon that but i got only 1 cheque after calling and following up with Mr akhilesh for almost 12-15 days & now finally the worst part of the deal its march now its been almost 2 months making the payment & now mr akhilesh tells me SIR i cannot commit when will the second and third cheque come
            " I WILL LET YOU KNOW THE DATE OF THE CHEQUES AFTER MARCH 31st so what is it SOME KIND OF joke how can he even say that & when i ask him to give me his seniors numbers or mail ids he says hes the only senior and no one else is there

            People join clubs for purpose of entertainment and relaxation but its already been a trauma for me from the begining it was pathetic no professionalism no proper commitment i hereby request higher authorities to kindly take some action so other customers should not face all what i have faced because when Mr akhilesh goes wrong infact i must say very wrong it will somewhere affect the club he represents.

              After discussed with Country vacation Manager(Dharshan ph no:[protected]) I swiped my credit card an amount of 75000/- on account of Membership on 10th Jan'16. He told me that he will convert into EMI for 7 years. So I took the membership in country vacation. I am keep on cheeking with Country vacation/club people they are not taking any action from their end. In between I am getting to much pressure from bank and already charged interest of Rs..4200/-

              I got one email from country vacation Manager and copied to bank and He mention that he cancelled my membership and pay amount back to bank.

              Today he sent an email to me and saying that he will not cancel the membership card and asking to me check with customer care people. I already checked my customer care and they told me that they will not take any action from their end. Its almost 50 day over. In between I went to Country Vacation office still they are not taken any action.


              I have enough proofs.

                Hi Sir,

                We are 3 friends, who came to Hyderabd for Jan 1st 2016. one o[censored]s got a call from Country Club as we got gift to collect.

                When we went to the office at Begumpet. They said about the Country Club package and promised so many offers like 40% discount of flights, free entry to any resorts, free pass to audio launches, no annual maintenance fee, 150 square yard space including registration fee, 0% EMI, shopping mall coupons and you can sell your vacations to company, and so many and so many offers. They promised us we will get 1 falt and 30 years vacation plan and life time membership for just 1, 65, 000/- including land registration charges.


                We paid total 1, 00, 000/- for 3 people as advance. After next day they came up with some hidden conditions which are not explained before making payment. There is no 0% EMI, land registration change is Rs.50000/- extra, No 40% discount of flight, no cancellation process, no refunds, . etc. We lost all our amount. These are the 2 people who influenced u with fake promises for 3 hours continuously.

                These 2 persons said fake things and took our money. Please help us to get our money back. We are not in position to continue their services and don't want membership.

                I reached their customer care about the same and they said one of them will be in touch very soon but did not get any call or mail from them.

                We lost our 1 lacks which out any use. Thats all fake promtion and this kind of promotions will make many enimies to the company. Please help us to take necessary action

                  in your country club network/data base they updated my contact number is different number and that number got the welcome call and he /she informed about my personal details.

                  How can you people update some other people number against my membership. how you people share my personal data to them.

                  now I am seeing all complaints for EMI in this blogs. How can you people keep on cheating to public. Mine is not first case. I have saw many cases like this.

                  How your sales executive always make public as fools. this is very shame less to your company.

                  IF YOU NOT RESOLVE THE ISSUE I WILL COMPLAINT A CASE IN CONSUMER COURT.

                  I HAVE ENOUGH EMAIL PROOFS.

                  I already sent all emails to your company and cc to your all sales team.

                  Please stop all game and don't cheat to customers.

                  Today is the my due to date if I not paid again bank will charges the interest.

                  on dated 16th Jan'16 to still now I am keep on going to your office at Kalyan nagar branch. Every time your sales they promised to me will cancel the membership and will pay interest also.

                  Now finally they told me that they will not cancel and check with customer care. i checked with customer care and they were responded.

                  Please take action on your sales team because they cheated me by promised all false statement.

                  And cancel my membership due to false promised give by your company sales people.and pay amount back to bank along with interest.

                  on Friday I will put a case in consumer court and also a case in police station. I have enough email proofs those I will forward to media also.

                    I am a member (Membership No. 48661) at Mumbai. I received call from Hyderabad head office, AMC department. They offered me a scheme for discount AMC payment for 3 years. Along with that I was promised activation of expired holidays, some food coupons and additional holiday packages.

                    After I made the online payment, The AMC department person, Mr. Rajesh, who had called me with the offer, started to behave as if he doesn't know me and he didn't care a bit even when I told him all 10-12 calls that I have a receipt for the payment. He just took my membership number and said that in 15 mins you will get confirmation for all the above things But it seems that 15 mins are not yet over.

                    I feel this a cheating scam where the payment is diverted to some personal accounts and now they cannot give me any promised club services because the payment has not actually gone to the club.

                    On 15 May 2016, I got a call from Country club /Mumbai Kandivali West saying that you have been selected as lucky draw winner for dinner set and some additional prizes. For collection I need to come along with my wife at Country Club in Mumbai, Kandivali West
                    So we went there for the collection of our price. After reaching their Mr Suraj and Chand of Country Club attended us & told us to attend the session to know about country club after which we will give you the free gift.
                    Mr Chand explained me about Membership Charges.
                    they offered 10 yrs Membership in Rs. 1, 40000 Thousand/- . I told him that this is very costly & I cannot afford this. Then he offered 72 Thousand/- for 10 years membership. They promised me that would convert this amount into 2 Years EMI, but they never informed me the transaction fee and interest facility that they had. they said that they will convert the amount in EMI’s installments and will refund the interest Amount of Rs 10 Thousand Also I was not informed that the Annual Fee is of 8000/-
                    Based on this I gave them my credit card for payment of Rs.72000/- from my HDFC credit card & to covert it in 24 Months EMI. After payment they ask me to sign one paper but not provided me enough time to read the same. So I signed by going through some Terms & conditions. Upon the confirmation call i got to know that there in no EMI facility is given I’ll have to pay all the relevant taxes which will occur according to the RBI bank, apart from that the verification caller informed me about the AMC which was again a shocker for me, Also I have a 2 kids one of them is over 12 Years of age, and as per their agreement copy kids will be considered below the age of 12. I did not complete the verification call which was made from their Hyderabad office, I told him to stop this service immediately. Then I was given one of the managers number, Mr Michael. to follow up on the refund, it’s been a week he’s trying to avoid my calls and giving bull excuses. I am going to wait for another one week for my refund or else i’ll have to take local police help and to file a FIR against this fraud people.

                        I am a cheated, frustrated and a non valuable customer of yours.
                        Membership No CCDL10CLUB18687

                        Case :

                        In simple words, you sold me your memebrship for Rs 60000 and now you are asking Rs 10000 more by saying that memebership cost was Rs 70000.
                        Given a fact that i have written email where its clearly mentioned that memebership total cost is Rs 60000 and it covers 4 family members plus 2 parents.

                        Now why are you asking Rs 10000????

                        1. I have spoken 100 times on customer care department which is in Hydrabad. No resouloution so far.

                        2. Everyone asks for written Proposol, i have forwarded the same to everyone. No resoloution so far.

                        3. AMC is also due ...I am getting daily calls for Memebrship due amount and AMC. I have explained evryone that i will pay AMC but first fix the first problem.
                        No resoloution so far.

                        4. Great cheaters in your company --- Person who called me from hydrabad said if you pay AMC now ...he will fix the issue (that rs 10000 due). It was you first pay AMC ..he will take care of membership due amount issue. I told him to first first fix the issue ...later i will pay AMC. He said ok he will fix and will call back. Never fixed the problem and never called back too. Instead some other person called me.

                        Please fix the issue if you can.

                        Now since you guys were not able to take any actions...so i will be taking the same...

                        1. Mental harassment: Imagine like how you feel when daily calls with threatening attitude.
                        2. Refusal of service : They denial me to use Gym and refuse to provide new year part passes.
                        3. Cheated/Fraud

                        Eough points...
                        I am going to take legal actions now since its been more than One and half years and no one is listining to my calls.

                        First here let me highlight couple of names.

                        1. Person who sold me this Product -

                        Mr. Dharmendra Arya and his Manager Mr. RanVijay singh.

                        Looks like they have done this with others too...

                          This company is cheating so many people yet escapes any punishment. Their trap is perfect. They will allure you with free gifts and holidays. They will keep calling you till you attend their place (usually shopping malls) for counseling. Music is usually played in high decibel in counseling room so that you can't record the conversation (as proof in future). They will promise everything verbally (like RCI membership and their international holiday resorts etc.). But in writing they will mention only your membership type and your obligations. Facilities you are eligible for the said membership is not mentioned in the agreement. Once you agree to take membership (means you willfully agreed), you will be signing an agreement (their best defense against law of the land) after paying min. 5k or 10k (non refundable as per the agreement). The same thing happened to me. I got a call from their City Centre II, Kolkata, office. I paid 10 K advance and took a membership in my wife's name (Studio unit White Season) by signing agreement and I asked them to organize a holiday for my family. But they failed to organize even after one week. Instead they asked me to upgrade my membership to avail the said holiday since it was not included in my membership. I informed that the lady Nitu & Ajit promised me the holiday that's why I took the membership (CVKK37BPCLUB10LW156670) but their customer care simply refused to accept it. I demanded refund which obviously they did not pay yet. What's more, even after 2 years I am getting disturbing calls every week to clear the balance and I had to withstand abusive language for not paying up, as if I have cheated them!!!

                              I am member of country club India. Till 25th Dec' 2015, three AMCs were due which were required to be paid to revive all the benefits. I was going to book a holiday during that period. One of their representative called me and mentioned that if I pay the remaining AMCs now, I will get several benefits as
                              1. 25% rebate in due AMC
                              2. 2000 INR food voucher applicable for 6 months
                              3. Hotel accommodation as per my requirement and if in associate hotels then will also get food vouchers worth Rs. 1000/day
                              4. additional one holiday
                              5. Revival of all the holidays
                              She mailed me that how much I am required to pay and she will pay all the agreed benefits.
                              But among these primises, she only complied 5th commitment easily and booked holiday as per my requirement which caused additional 2000 INR food voucher on them.
                              I sent them several mails regarding compliance of all the commitments. I have asked them several times to issue food vouchers but they are unresponsive to my mails. They have not replied even a single time.
                              So I decided to withdraw my membership. I mentioned them to return all the money I have paid. But till date they are unresponsive even after complaining at central customer care. I need my all the money including subscription and AMCs as they are not looking as good people

                                I had an complaint against the country club Pune.

                                I had taken country club membership in 2012 while it was assurance from country club employee ( PRO) that after taking an membership we don't have to pay anything extra it's all inclusive (eg: accommodation, travel arrangement, kitchen)
                                But when we made reservation for room booking, they have ask us to pay utility charges 700 rs per night.
                                After we have taken this issue to Pune base office. This time we had an promise again there will be no charges.

                                Now resently 2 nd time I was looking to book a room same issu is accuaerd. Again I have to reach Pune office again but this time all new staff no one has data profile for the record also had very bad services fro m office.
                                I was trying to reach branch manager, have received an Different answers from staff.
                                First I had been informed that branch manger is Mr. Raju Narale. And his not came yet in office advices call back after 2:00 pm when called one of the staff mention his busy with some one. Agin call after some time. This happen twice..

                                Again I had called & this time I was been told he is left the country club. When ask in one day within 3-4 hours how it's possible. Mention that he was forgot Again ask who is replace him had answer from staff that is mr. Bansal has replace him . When request him to transfer the call to him again same answers starts his busy and so one.

                                I wants to mention this country club is an big fraud. They are making fools to people also what services they promises it won't get fulfill.

                                The number[protected] that cv has given is wrong and not connecting...also i have the complaint against CV and wrote a email to the given above emai id but no resonse.
                                CV is misleading not only customers but also consumer forum by giving false response
                                on consumer forum.

                                Please take action agasinst CVfor their fraudulent activities .

                                  I want to Cancel Membership as right from joining they are failed to provide proper details. My membership number is CVPU1CLUB10LB201781. I have taken membership of 10 years and paid all the money including 10 Yrs Maintenance in advance, which they forced me to pay extra money then agreed. That time also asked to cancel my membership which was within a week of joining. But they promise me to provide extra free holidays, New Year Passes etc. But all false commit. As I haven't availed any holidays wanted to cancel membership and my money back. Please help

                                  U r inviting a big big trouble for your staff and the head of this cheating club. Cancel my membership ASAP.
                                  Beware of Country club do not take any membership from them. You will loose a lot, they simply cheat innocent people by giving 5, 10, 30 years membership. You will pay in thousands and will not get any service at all. Country club is running a business to fool innocent people and rob their hard earned money. Surprising with thousands of complaints floating on internet against Country Club, no legal action has been taken against the company since last many years.
                                  I also want to close my membership from country club but there's no proper response. I have become the member about 10 years back. I could not able to avail even a single holiday package because of high price. CoolCG500A is the member ship.v

                                      Today I had a Call from the no +[protected] at 6:15 & 6:17.
                                      The lady called is not fit for the customer care because she don't know how to convince a member, her way of convince worst. I am not at all ready to receive this type of person to call me In feature. This happend 2 ..3. Times. Please give good training to them, and take action on her who called me and infrom me regarding the action taken.
