The Country Club executive Mr. Dev, Gurgaon have assured us that country club hospitality & holidays limited will give us a 5 star stay at port Blair, havelock and at Neil Island if we avail their membership.

We relying apon his words and company we have taken country club membership and have deposited all the amount required by them. Further, I was trying his contact no. [protected] from last three days to know the name of hotels having tie up with company in Andaman.

I am surprised that you are not giving any response and no information is provided by you. He is disconnecting the line again and again.

Kindly help us in refund of our hard earned money.

    My father is a member of Country Club with membership number KPR1311.
    I Siddharth Kadakia provided documents for transfer of membership on 16.03.2016. Today 22.06.2016, I received the documents back stating that membership cannot be transferred.

    Memberships are transferable as per the agreement and letter provided to us at the time of membership.

    It is just that Kandivali staff is so inefficient that they are not aware of list of supporting with the transfer application.

    Andheri office also does not seem to have an idea of it.

      Hello team,

      I am bhawarlal parihar resident of borivali west, mumbai.
      I got to know about country club through one of your promotion at infinity mall, andheri, i was interested to know about country club and filled the voucher and submitted the same. It was assured that club holiday lifetime membership till 3 generation and holiday packages and food vouchers till 15 years.

      Next day we got a call from one your sales employee named suraj - [protected] and we had verbal communication on phone. His office is located at parikh nagar, kandivali. He explained us about schemes and benefits of country club and convinced us to buy the membership. Once we decided to buy the membership on paper the membership was only of 5 years instead of 15 years which was claimed earlier.

      Suraj took 5000 inr in cash (No receipt received) and rest 20000 inr as a cheque (Hdfc bank).
      He assured us that he will be providing 4 membership cards within 10 days. We awaited for 10 days and still the card was not received, so we started calling him but he didn't respond, now it is passed 25 days still we are facing issues. Such type of gestures shows that schemes and suraj is fraudulent.

      Please take a strict action and look into it at priority as it is a serious issue and requesting you to return the whole amount of 25000 inr asap as no more we trust your company and its scheme.

      Hi

      I am also one of the unsatisfied customer of country club. I have purchased the membership by paying Rs.40000/- on 1st oct'16.

      Before purchasing they told me that everything is included in Rs.40000/-. But once I purchased they said that I need to pay every year an additional AMC of Rs, 8500/- annually to avail the services.

      I wanted to raise voice against these guys collectively and get my money back.

      If your case resolved then please help me with process, so that I can also get my money back. If not let's get together against this Unethical company and get our money back.

        Hi team,
        On 9th june, i got the call from hyd office regarding life time membership payment. They calculated and ask me to pay 33k amnt. I made the payment from hdfc credit card and opt emi for 12 month. After sending payment confirmation, account is still not updated and i am getting call form blr center they are saying hyd office person are not authorized to collect the payment.

        Now hydrabad office person "harish" is also not picking the phone to give the clarity.

        Can you refund the amount which you collected and stop the emi

          I was promised by sales representative at the time of registration that they will get my holiday vouchers en cashed within 3 months of my enrolment & based on this promise that I will get my 40000 back within 3 months I went ahead enrolling for membership till date I have not received that money I have called several times but they don't pick up calls and when they pick up they give excuses of TAG agency changed give us time etc but nothing happens absolutely poor service it is going to be 9 months now and i havent recived my money, I keep calling the Manager Mr Harish he promised he will call back but he never does that, the crazy part is I have not used the services of country club so far I often get calls to pay annual maintenance fee can my complaint be heard or can someone give complaints email so that I can get resolution for my issue

            I took the membership of CountryClub in Jan 2016 and made 2 payments - 125, 000 and 50, 000 through SCB credit card.
            Since I was short of cash in Jan 2016 I was given an option by Paras to make payment through EMI and he told me that interest component would be refunded by Pune office and not to mention anything during confirmation call from Hyderabad.

            After 1st month statement was issued in Feb 2016, I sent the copy of the statement for the purpose of interest calculation and refund.
            Ever since there has been lot of interaction over mail and phone and SMS but every time I was given some excuse or the other. Refer below mail trail.

            Finally in Apr 2016 I was told that cheque is ready and somebody will deliver it in my office address. But no one came and after repeated follow up he gave me no. of Manoj Mishra ([protected]) and asked me to contact him to collect the cheque. However the phone was switched off for days together, again I contacted Paras and he said he will look into it.

            Finally yesterday, he sent an SMS stating that this amount will be adjusted against next AMC. There is nothing in writing and no official record on this commitment.

            Moreover I am asking for refund of additional expense incurred and I am NOT interested in adjusting this against next year AMC. I need Country Club to honour their commitment so that I can pay repay the bank.

            During my discussion with Sandeep, another executive from Pune, he has mentioned that there is no scheme to refund the interest component and not sure about Paras' commitment. This has really shaken my confidence in integrity of your organization. I want cancellation of membership and full refund of the amount.

            Requesting you all to look into this urgently and resolve this amicably so that I am not forced to explore various other options at my disposal.

              My father has become victim of there false promises and efficient sales services by ‪# mr. Deepak kaushal‬ from ‪‎country club india‬ rajhouri garden branch delhi @yadu residency, meerut. He was convinced with best price offer for their blue category membership (5 yr membership) which was offered to my father (By invitation) for 50, 000 rupees as one time fees (And flight tickets for one way on first travel) and 8000 rupees as annual charges for next 5 years. He registered for it and paid cash amount to mr deepak. For which he asked him to fill a form with his personal details and signature. From there on the problem started, the kit which we should get in few days was delivered to us after long calls and chasing of 4 months with membership no. ‪#‎ccdl10v10lb21668‬ (On name of my mother suman gupta) and to our utmost shock the photocopy of the form which was signed by my father has now total fees of 105000 rupees written by hand on it. When asked mr deepak he said it's nothing to worry as my father got special profile offer. Now when we tried to avail the services and book the hotel their customer care denied us by saying 55000 rupees are due on us so as to avail services. We got in touch with mr deepak and he completely denied any such offer given at all. So finally we wr sitting by paying hefty amount of 50000 without getting any single service from them. I have heard about their frauds cases and unwillingly now a victim of same. Sincere request to get the registration amount back since we haven't availed a single service from them till date as my father is not having good health and thus cant travel. He has to leave hi job too for the same reason.

                Country club has cheated us of our money by promising attractive offers for free. Now the people working at their franchise are not picking up our phone. We want complete refund asap. Kindly guide me how to proceed. Please tell a way by which we get full refund. Ican't go for court hearings regularly as I am a housewife and I have complete responsibility of my kids n home. Please tell an easy n sure shot way to get my money back. We belong to a middle class family. Country club people have cheated us. There are a lot many complaints against them. This is strong enough proof that they are not providing services as promised. Kindly help

                  I hold a Country Club Membership since Feb 2007. At the time of membership, I was told I will be allotted a plot at Lonavla; I was also promised that a club would soon be opening around my locality. I made a payment of Rs 1.75 lakhs to the club for the plot and membership facilities. A few months later, a representative of the Club also collected Rs 25, 000 from me for registration of my plot at Lonavla. I was also allotted a 2000 sqft plot at Kollad under a MGM (Member get member) scheme promoted by the club. In March 2009, I received an offer to upgrade my N.A. plot at Kollad to 21000 sqft by paying Rs. 1.80 lakhs (registration & other charges included). I had come across other property investment opportunities around the same time, but since I trusted the club, I decided to invest in the club property; a mistake I regret till date!

                  In 2012, I was told I will have to opt for 2 plots in Bangalore in lieu of Lonavla, since the Lonavla project cannot be completed; I fail to understand why did they collect a registration amount from me when the project was in no stage of completion. The club also did not open up a branch in my area as I was promised while taking the membership. So I have also never been able to use the facilities for which I paid such a huge amount, though they never tire sending me reminders for payment of annual membership charges. I was forced to opt for the plot offered or risk losing my money. After endless follow-ups, I did manage to register the 2 plots; the location though showed Hyderabad & I am also sure the plots would not be worth much compared to the Lonavla promise they had sold me.

                  I also realised that Rs 90, 000 (out of total of 1.80 lakhs) I had paid in 2009 was not accounted for by the club. I followed up with my bank and provided them with all the details to locate the missing funds. I was then told that the funds were erroneously transferred to Chennai & the issue had been sorted. However, on a visit to the club in 2015, I realised my account still does not reflect a payment of Rs 90, 000 done by me. After innumerable follow-ups & dead ends, I somehow managed to make the club record my payment correctly.

                  My troubles though have still not ended, since the club now says the Kollad plot cannot be registered. I have tried contacting everyone at the club to sort this out, but it seems like a waste of time. They do not show the same enthusiasm once they have received money from the member. All this seems like a big scam taking place at Country club india since many years now. But I wonder how are they allowed to even operate after having cheated countless people by offering false & fraudulent promises & schemes.

                  I do know that writing a complaint here might not be of any help. But its just a start. I want to try out every possible means to get my money back with interest for 7 years, or get the plot promised to me, registered in my name.

                  Please be noted by all the members who took membership of Country Club by seeing the advertisement of getting a plot along with membership as well as have paid Rs25000/=towards registration charges that Country Club is nothing but a group headed by the greatest cheat Rajeev Reddy and sons.
                  Even in Bangalore they had promised a plot near SIRA and lateron shifted to Pennakonda(on the border of karnataka-Andhra)the land value in that area is just pea nuts.Yes the only way to get the money is by forming a association and move legally.The country club officials are TOO rude any where in the country, The only call you get from them is begging for AMC that too to give salaries to their staff.
                  One of the most worst club ever seen in India or aboard where mission of Rajeev Reddy and sons is to Cheat public and enjoy on that money.

                  I am trying my luck by writing to you about my fate in taking membership of country club.You will not
                  believe when i was making payments for the membership, several friends have told me not to throw the
                  hard earned money in garbage but against all odds i paid the amount as well as administration charges
                  in 2007 for getting a plot near SIRA(Karnataka).
                  But after lots of persuasion, The Country Club could get me Plot No 600 at ProjectVS2/Phase K and
                  registration was done on 10th May 2013(Not in my presence but by sending Id proof and photos.
                  I received original documents from Your County Condo's Limited Indiranagar bangalore on 3rd AUGUST
                  2013 and after going through the documents pointed out mistake on page 5(instead of 1633 Sq Ft-it was
                  typed 1089 sq ft.
                  AS per the advice from Ms Vasugi, i sent my original documents to her on 03/08/2013 and the same was
                  received by her next day and got a call from her that after correction i will get back the original
                  documents.Even after words i did followup but as usual in country club--we have sent the documents for
                  correction, we are looking into the matter, and after few months no response.
                  So today after a lapse of 3 years, anticipating that i will get positive response to get back the
                  ORIGINAL documents.
                  My request is Mr Rajeev Reddy should cheat a rich person(which he will not dare to do and he will not
                  have guts to do) instead of enjoying on hard earned money of middle class.
                  Can i expect the documents after necessary correction?
                  You will not believe, i have not visited any of your clubs till date.
                  I do under stand that people working are also helpless as they have to follow the guidelines / command
                  of the top people who have been appointed to ensure cheating is done in systematic way.

                  I am a member of Country Club since 2009 (which I should NOT have been). Same story here with a difference of plot near Bengaluru. Plot registration amount of Rs.30, 000 has still not been paid by me in view of service neither thru call nor thru website/email.

                  Even this website (Consumer Complaints) might have been started by person who got cheated elsewhere.

                  Now, the point is if any o[censored]s or known person might be interested in taking our case to consumer court. How to go about it?
                  * Malign the image of Country Club by staging dharna
                  * Taking an employee of C Club in confidence & finding out facts & bank details
                  * Any other method ;)

                    Hi, i got member ship (No.Ccdl10v30lb21524) from delhi on 18th april 2015 by paying 1.5 lacs. The promises made by the executive mr. Dharmendra ([protected]) and mr. Ran vijay ([protected])
                    1. All payment will be converted into 12/18 emi without paying any interest
                    2. Four person return air domestic tickets of rs. 5500 each.
                    3. Worth rs. 3000/- food voucher/demand draft three no.
                    4. Maintenance charges will be fix rs. 8500/ up to 30 year
                    Also promised me for booking of vacation at goa and gold coin as complimentary during verbal discussion.
                    I have audio recording and messages on what’s app details of this communication in my mobile also.
                    Till now i didn't receive any of the above benefits and the amount paid also not converted to interest free emi. When i contacted dharmendra and ranvijay (From day 1), both were saying that i will get all promised facility within few days. Now both are missing and not responding on phone calls.
                    But till now both are not responding to the calls or not providing any information or any higher level manager who can help me in this.In between i also visited at kalka office with my lawyer and discussed with mr. Radhakrishan on 11th may 2015 regarding the issue and he committed to fulfill all requirement within 20-30 days but now mr. Radhakrishan ([protected]) is not responding on my mail or phone calls.
                    Sometimes delhi customer care team member contacted me to short out the matter and they will compensate all promised made by country club executive but situation is still same.
                    Now i decided to move in consumer forum to file the complaint, if i will not receive any solution from country club within 20 days in written only.

                      In the month of june 2015, unfortunately, i had taken membership with the country vacation. The executive had informed that if i use my citi bank credit card, i will get a 24 months interest free emi. To prove the point, after swiping my citi bank credit card for 40000, he had show the charge slip from the "citi bank", in which the bank promised to convert this transaction into 24 emi interest free. I was told by the executive, that they will get in touch with the citi bank and convert this into a 24 month emi. A couple of days later when nothing that they promised had manifested, i searched for credibility of this club and was surprised with such a low rating. One of the reasons why i have taken this membership is due to the tie up with citi bank. I trusted that citi bank has done its due diligence. Now i am tired doing a follow up with country club agents in pune (Amanora tower) being specific to paras, piya and kshitijsagar as they have given me false promises for a year now. At the time of signing up they had asked me to sign a form which gave different information from what they said. When asked for explaination they said it is just a generic form that they use. I hold all of them responsible for this fraud. I want my hard earned money back.

                      I am victim of the same case. I was convinced to take membership with many promises. I took membership and paid some Partial amount. I am still not a full member of Country club. I gone through many resources, searched their properties and did lot of research and found that membership is neither worth nor their services seems to be up to the mark.

                      I just want to withdraw membership and want my refund. I have not used any of the services of country club at all till date.

                      I am getting reply that I can not get my money refunded.

                      I think this is cheating and illegal as well. If I have not bought anything from you I have right to get my money back.

                      In case needed I am ready to share my membership number as well.

                      Before purchasing they told me that everything is included in Rs.40000/-. But once I purchased they said that I need to pay every year an additional AMC of Rs, 8500/- annually to avail the services.

                      I wanted to raise voice against these guys collectively and get my money back.

                      If your case resolved then please help me with process, so that I can also get my money back. If not let's get together against this Unethical company and get our money back.

                        I visit country club, begampet, hyd. On 25.05.2016 and i shock to now that membership was issed, but the amount showing balance due which was already paid.
                        As i gone with family to now, how their will welcome the members and giving service, but as their was no response and very bad service you can also see the photos that how the 3 star or 4 star country club, begampet, hyd.
                        In dinning room their are plastic chair's with local tent house used that iron tables. Giving water in plastic glasses, salts in small cups, tamato sauce in ordinary plastic cups, etc... And tasteless food and very bad service.
                        I had got totally shock that this type 3 star or 4 star like look service that their are giving at the head office country club, begampet, hyd.
                        But imaging that how their will other places of it site.
                        I thinks that it was totally waste type of membership this like place. As at the presentation tell one think and giving third class service. As it was cheating the people.
                        Please cancel my membership and return back my money.

                        I immediately decided to leave your office there and then. As a part of courtesy he even did not provide us the free holiday voucher as promised...

                        I Just wanted to bring this whole incidence in your notice so that this kind of incidence will not repeat in future with anyone.

                            I recently joined country club membership on 22.05.2016 at your office kphb colony, hyd. By cash payment of rs.1, 00, 000 and not given any payment receipt and told that you received receipt by e-mail.

                            But i had not received any thing, i went personal at your office on 23.05.2016 as your manager not present their and your sales person ravinder told that he will get it or e-mail it to me.

                            But by the dt.24.05.2016, i had not received. I call to your manager regrading and she told that she will immediately send or e-mail it to me.

                            But by the dt.25.05.2016, i had not received any receipt. It was totally fool's me and it also tell false at time of presentation and writing in an agreement document. I think it was totally fraud to everyone.

                            As now i want to return back my money and cancel my membership.

                                I rama grover, i had taken the membership and been given false commitment by the executive rohit gupta from rajouri garden delhi of country club for getting membership and deal finalised for rs 165000 we have been shown the contract only after paying the money and had been given the receipt of 1, 30, 000/- and been told you will be charged 165000 only by bank that means the membership is of 1, 30, 000 rest is the interest i am paying to bank.

                                Now these people are threatening us and not giving us as per commitment, i want my money back as i could not avail any facility.

                                  My name is karan patel, team, your employees are really bad, no one is never giving any response for my queries, no one is picking my call anytime. I am from pune and i have got my membership from phoenix mall office. Your customer relationship executive yogesh is never picking my call, if this is the response to customer than i think you should close your all offices because i have heard many cases against country club. It is really very irritated to call again and again. We are not the servants of yours that we should always call you or visit your offices. Your sales people just call us again and again for offers and make us irriated, but no one is ready to solve the problems. If this is you service, than be aware of common people and your customers, i have already started circulatin your service and membership feedbacks to my friends and collegues.                                     On 15 may 2016, i got a call from country club saying that you have been selected as lucky draw winner for dinner set and some additional prizes. For collection i need to come along with my wife at country club in mumbai, kandivali west
                                    So we went there for the collection of our price. After reaching their mr suraj and chand of country club attended us & told us to attend the session to know about country club after which we will give you the free gift.
                                    Mr chand explained me about membership charges.
                                    They offered 10 yrs membership in rs. 1, 40000 thousand/-. I told him that this is very costly & i cannot afford this. Then he offered 72 thousand/- for 10 years membership. They promised me that would convert this amount into 2 years emi, but they never informed me the transaction fee and interest facility that they had. They said that they will convert the amount in emi’s installments and will refund the interest amount of rs 10 thousand also i was not informed that the annual fee is of 8000/-
                                    Based on this i gave them my credit card for payment of rs.72000/- from my hdfc credit card & to covert it in 24 months emi. After payment they ask me to sign one paper but not provided me enough time to read the same. So i signed by going through some terms & conditions. Upon the confirmation call i got to know that there in no emi facility is given i’ll have to pay all the relevant taxes which will occur according to the rbi bank, apart from that the verification caller informed me about the amc which was again a shocker for me, also i have a 2 kids one of them is over 12 years of age, and as per their agreement copy kids will be considered below the age of 12. I did not complete the verification call which was made from their hyderabad office, i told him to stop this service immediately. Then i was given one of the managers number, mr michael. To follow up on the refund, it’s been a week he’s trying to avoid my calls and giving bull excuses. I am going to wait for another one week for my refund or else i’ll have to take local police help and to file a fir against this fraud people.

                                    Same happened with me, on 31 December while enrollment I deposited AED - 1000/- (Rs 18500/) they asked me to pay remaining amount within 3 month and if not paid they will return my amount paid while enrollment... after two month as i am unable to pay remaining amount I contacting their customer care and other officer they told amount is non refundable ...and denying to give any facility or refund of amount..During this period i have not enjoyed their any facility

                                    I have taken membership from their Abu dhabi office...and one more fact...In Abu dhabi there is nice Country club of Abudhabi who does not have any relation with country club of India but they not giving clear information about that so customer feel it is same club of Abu dhabi...Thus they are misleading customer at the time of membership. Please advice me can i go local police to refund my money which i paid.
                                    On May, 2017, I had received a call from Country vacations, Ghatkopar Mumbai office (now closed) (Mr Salman / Mr Riyaz) saying that you are a lucky draw winner and there is a gift awaiting you and you have to come with your spouse. Then, there was a session which went late night till 11.00 pm and we were not interested in any of there scheme but still they were bringing many options to influence us. Finally we were trapped by their marketing technique and they asked for the debit card. I said that payment will be done later but they insisted to pay immediately and took card from us and swiped immediately for Rs. 40, 000/-. Since then I have been following up with Thane/Kandivali and Hyderabad office (Mr Sagar / Mr Michael / Ms Sandhya / Mr Ismail) for the refund which they were refusing early and later agreed. But, since they agreed, now its almost 8-10 months, I am hearing from them to "wait" but no progress. This long wait is still not over. Please provide me the refund soon or else I will have to take some appropriate steps (police complaint & politics) for my justice.

                                      It has happened with me when i was trapped to become the member of this club in may 2016 and within 2 day after swiping my card for the full amount, they have gone back on their words. Sincere request to all not to become the members of the cheater club, they promises moon and will not deliver anything. I am promised three foreign trips with air tickets and with in a day they have gone back on their promise. The photos shown of their properties are all photoshopped and are not real. The srilanka property is located at a distant place and is just like a old guest house. The hyderabad property which they are marketing is not surrounded by lush greenery as shown to us but is surrounded by commercial. Similar is the fete of most of the properties. Don't succumb to any hollow pressures/promises/allurments. They will try to hypnotise you but you have to say a 'big no'. They have promised the following :
                                      1. Free breakfast with stay : not given in writing
                                      2. Three foreign trip with air tickets and stay with free breakfast and dinner : they have gone back on their words and are not giving in writing (One complimentary holiday of 6 nights and 7 days for bangkok / malasiya with air tickets for two, one complimentary holiday of 2nights and 3 days for dubai with air tickets for two. One complimentary holiday of 3nights and 4days for singapore. With air tickets for two.), the above holidays can be clubbed. For eg, it will be allowed to have a dubai/singapore trip for 5n/6d with air ticket for 4 instead of 2 separate holidays for dubai and singapore. This is also not being given in writing.

                                      4. Split holidays promised - now they say you will lose two nights out of 6 nights
                                      5. Promised that it can be used for 2+2 guests for 6n/7d. It can be upgraded to 4+4 guests by losing one day ie for 5n/6d and further upgraded to 6+6 guest for 4n/5d trip. — not ready to give in writing.
                                      6. Promised that the week can be exchanged with an exchange fee will be rs 1000/- for any indian property and rs 2500/ — for any overseas property. - not ready to give in writing
                                      7. Promised air tickets at 25% discount through your travel desk with no time limit — not ready to give in writing.
                                      8. Life time free event passes at any of your cc clubs. (2 nos allowing 2 persons against each pass.) - not ready to give in writing.
                                      9. They promised to charge fixed a. M. C rs 8500/- per annum. (No increase for 30 years). No other charges for the stay will be payable or for club facilities. — they are not ready to give in writing.

                                      I have written to so many emails and called their people but no one is interested in listening to us. They dont receive your calls and dont respond to your mails.

                                      Please, please consider the above and pay only when they give you in writing the above. Although, even if they give in writing, they are not likely to keep their words.

                                      Dont allow them to even touch your credit card.
                                      They are a very big fraudsters. Beware!!!

                                        I am upgrading my membership from club member to chalo dubai scheme from country club's sales manager mr. Purnachandra, pune. As per deal dubai trip is all inclusive. He gives me offer letter in that they clearly mention fully paid dubai trip but at a time booking they says only airfare and stay will provide by us. It's a fraud, cheating done by country club. And now they are not receiving my phone also.
