Hi,

I am Nagaraj G. In February 2013 I got a call from Country vacations stating I have won some gifts & when I went with my spouse to collect that they gave 1hr speech & convinced to take membership for Rs.47,777. which I paid through my credit card for 18EMIs. They promised me to give 1)7days vacations for 25years, 2) life time free Country club gold membership, 3)HDFC insurance 4) Spa Vouchers, list went on..
But till now I dint receive anything otherthan temporary membership card number bearing DT72#1207. And after that i tried to contact them many times thru customer care number for which they will respond telling they will get back but nobody contacted me yet..!! I am fed up with this fraud. Please reimburse my money back & keep your promises to yourself CV.

Also I am attaching only communication I got from CCIL for receiving my money..! Please help..!!

    On June 2012 I got a call from your Kolkata office stating that I have won a gift hamper from your lucky draw and to collect the gift I have to come your office with my wife and also to attend a presentation. I with my wife gone their and met with your representative Mr. Abhishek Srivastav ([protected]) who give us the presentation after a long presentation when I am not fully satisfied to get the membership at that time your venue manager Mr. Mukesh Kumar Shaw ([protected]) come and try to convinced us. At that time I clearly told him that I am unable to afford the cost of membership as my financial condition is not so well. At that time he assured me that by December'2012 he will be return back me Rs.30,000/- by renting my portion at his own contacts and I am ready to get the membership by paying Rs.70,000/- from my HDFC Bank credit card on 3rd July 2012. For that I have send many correspondence to your Mukesh Shaw but he did not respond at all below please find the correspondence which I had with your venue manager. But till date I have not received any communication nor a single penny from your end and I feel that I have cheated by this way. I really don't know how a person who hold the position like venue manager in your organisation can cheated the normal public because it harms your goodwill as well as your business.


    Therefore I request your good self and begging that please cancel my membership and refund back my hard earned money at the earliest.


    Looking for your early and favorable reply in this matter and try to get me out of this financial crisis.

      Ref: - Deficiency of service, false and fraudulent promises of “Country Vacations” with an ulterior motive of cheating.

      Sir,
      I, Rajiv Kumar Dugar, residing at 20C, Ballygunge Place East, Kolkata – 700019, would like to draw your kind attention to the following Facts.
      I received few phone calls from the organization i.e. “Country Vacations” about few days ago requesting me to take membership of their organization as they have many interesting holidaying offers at a nominal value. After few calls of request I finally agreed to visit their office.
      On 13/07/2013 at about 3 p.m. I along with my family members visited their office at Gajraj Chambers, 86 B/2, 1st Floor, Park Circus Connector, Topsia Road, Kolkata – 700046 and attended the presentation.
      Out at that presentation I was offered the following plan :-
      Plan/Package- 30 years of Holidays membership, 99 years of clubbing @ Rs. 3,50,000/-.
      The said presentation was given to us by their executives Mr. Dhiraj and senior Executive Mr. Amit.
      The offers which were made to me:-
      1. 3 (three) years Spa (at any property) absolutely free for whole family throughout the year.
      2. Car, Driver, Guide would be available at all destinations at a very nominal charge.
      3. Banquet halls (at any property) can be used upto 4 (four) times in a year at free of cost.
      4. Pick up and drop facility from airport free of cost at all locations.
      5. 7 days free stay at any property.
      6. Event passes (of anywhere) for the family.
      7. 99 years of clubbing membership.




      8. 6 Nights/ 7 days of holidays in Bangkok free of cost no extra charges.
      9. 2 Nights / 3 days of holidays in Dubai free of cost with no extra charges.
      10. 2 Flight Domestic Tickets free of cost with no extra charges.
      11. 1 HCL tab
      12. Insurance, Doctors available 24 hours, medicines at all locations free of cost.
      That their executives also told me that on my package plan of Rs. 3,50,000/- ,I was a offered a discount and the final amount paid by me would be Rs. 3,15,000/- (Three Lacs Fifteen Thousands) Only.
      That on 13/07/2013 itself I made a payment of Rs. 90,000/- (Ninety Thousand) only vide three transactions of Rs. 50,000/- , Rs. 25,000/- and Rs. 15,000/- respectively through my Credit Card, i.e. Standard Chartered Manhattan Platinum Card, and the rest was asked to be paid by cash by their executives.
      I was assured by their executives that the amount I paid through my card will be converted into 12 E.M.I. as their company have tie up with Standard Chartered Bank and all these E.M.I’s will be interest free and I will not be charged any processing fees as well. It is pertinent to note here that the representatives of their organization explained us the offer on a plain piece of paper. When I asked them to hand me over the paper they gave me a few sheets of computer printed papers the first page being a Rs. 50/- non Judicial Stamp Paper and assured me that whatever plans they have explained to me are all written on those papers and all I need to do is to sign the papers to avail the offers. Believing them I signed those papers.
      That later on that day when I contacted bank to confirm my E.M.I amount I was totally shocked and disappointed to hear that my bank i.e. Standard Chartered Bank have no alliance with their organization. All the promises and assurance made by them are false as my Bank informed that if my transaction is to be converted into E.M.I’s then I have to give the interest and processing fees as well.
      On very next day i.e. on 14/07/2013 I went to their office in the above mentioned address and told them about what I have come to know from my bank. To my utter surprise their executives started behaving very arrogantly with me. They told me to read the agreement signed by me with their organization and claimed that they have never promised any such conversion of my amount into EMI’s. I was shocked to hear this and when went through the said agreement, I found that whatever they promised me most of those clauses were not there in the said agreement and many clauses had various extra charges attached to it which I was not told about. They even pressurized me to pay the remaining amount as soon as possible otherwise they won’t entertain me anymore. When I told their executives that I don’t want to continue anymore and asked them to
      refund my advance money they threatened me that they won’t be doing so at any condition. They even threatened me to try out any avenues, even to knock the legal doors but they will not refund me my money and other than lodging in hotels (if available during my vacation period) their organization would not provide me anything else.
      I would like to refer here that as per AIRDA’S (ALL INDIA RESORT DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATION) Code of Ethics there is a clause of “Cooling off period” which states that :-
      “After purchase has been made, AIRDA recommends a cooling off period of 10 clear working days, during which customers have the option to revoke, rescind, and make void ab initio, any sales agreement entered into”.
      “If agreement is revoked by the buyer, the seller is committed to refund all payments made and return share certificates, title deeds or any other documents handed over during signing of sales agreement”.
      Hence it is proved that by acting in such manner they are also violating the guideline set by the AIRDA.
      Feeling completely cheated by this act of theirs I sent them few E-mails on 14/7/2013 and 15/7/2013 stating that I don’t want to continue with the membership anymore and asked them to refund my money. In reply, their company has sent me a mail stating “ A person from our company from the respective branch and department will get back to you shortly”, But nothing positive has been done till date. There is absolute deficiency of service and cheating from their side in this matter.

      Country Vacations — refund of money

      i want my refund of rs.10000./-...
      You all people do flase agreement... While taking the membership they gave big promises and also they told agreement will of Rs. 150000/- and they made it of Rs.196000/-... and when we wished to withdraw it they r not giving our refund back. 4m last 6 months v r mailing them calling them they r not replying us... whn they were givin membership they gave all possible fake promises...

        Well to start with, I had visited Big Bazar for shopping with my family at Amanora Park Mall, Hadapsar near Magarpatta city. There after completing our shopping, one lady offered us a coupon to write our details for lucky draw (24/05/2013). The very next day I received a call from Country Vacations sales executive saying you have been selected in a lucky drawn and requested us (a guy named suraj called us for 10/12 times cell no is [protected]) to come to 2nd floor, near fun city, Phoenix Market City, viman nagar, pune with my wife. I still have message stored in my cell. After reaching there, they told to attend a 90 min presentation. The sales executives were forcing us and brain storming us to go for either 5/10/30 years vacation trips by Country Vacations and Clubs. They explained that reputed banks like HDFC and ICICI have tie with them and they have their own authorised purchase license. I am having long and healthy relationship with HDFC bank and how could this happen? I have home loan with HDFC bank also. Reputed banks like HDFC shall support innocent customers. Digging information more and more, even a kid could make out that CV is continuing fraud activities in different parts of the city, then how could a bank with such a large customers supports this frauds CV? Hundreds of complaints are filed against CV, how could HDFC bank are unaware of this activity???

        CV sales person were showing us all sort of brochures with events within India and abroad and accomodations, food, site seeing with cab at free of cost. Right now i am wondering how the hell I believed these guys. They even told us that HDFC bank have different installment period like 18, 36, 48 months. How bluntly they were speaking I am still wondering. They showed us all sorted of plans with rated started from 1.5 lacs and above. Denying several times, they kept on reduced their limit and finally my bad luck was with me at that day that I agreed at 60k for country vacation. They told they will provide us with 7 weeks free trip within 5 years. This idiotic people didn't provide us vouchers which they promised. They told like they would provide us with hotel accommodation facility anywhere in India and abroad. They told they are having resorts/hotels in 104 countries in abroad and more than 100 cities in india. They told us that County Club India Limited has three divisions like real estate, country vacations, and country clubs. All things are rubbish and bull [censored]. They were saying like hell lot of things like they will provide free of charge of hiring lawns, occuping guest houses etc. They told we can attend gym, spa, and can have our pleasure in using all facilities like badminton court, lawn tennis, football etc. at free of cost at hotels/guest rooms. They told they have 3 clubs in pune and planning to open 3 more in pune. Even promised a week trip to Bali, Bangkok & Thailand as complimentary.They told they have different category availables in guest room starting from studio room to royal suites. The representative were banging my head to go for royal (1.5 lac) but then ended with studio rooms (60k) for free of cost for 5 years with availability of HDFC EMI for 36 months. But when they swaped my HDFC credit card, those guys swaped for 18 months without any notice of mine and after swapping told me to talk to HDFC bank for extension to 36 months. I don't know what on the earth made me believe such things. They got a 100Rs stamp paper with contents already typed on it and got signed by us. They swaped my credit card before and showed us the agreement thereafter. They have taken a photo copy of my driving license. I am ditched by the CV. Thereafter those guys gave us " so called free gifts" which included useless glass and dish set and and one voucher. They told the voucher contained free trip to bali and manali. But it didn't contained bali/manali trip neither was it free. After coming home, I had doubt so surfed net and my heart and soul was out of my body whithen no time. I realized i was robbed.
        I am in deep tension right now. Request all you people to please please help me get my hard earned money. It means much to me. Please advice me what to do/correct steps to get my money back.
        Its my humble request please help me out with this. I am trying to call this people but none are responding. They told me to submit my photo, address proof and Id proofs. I haven't submitted any document of mine except driving license.
        Please support me and help me to get of this traumatic situation.

        Country Vacations — Country Vacations will cheat once you registered

        Please don't go and trust these stupid fraud COUNTRY VACATIONS. Initially they will tell that they refund the amount if we are not satisfied. But once we registered, they are not going to refund. We lost our 28000rs. Please trust me. and call me i[censored] have any doubt in this. Please dont join in this.

          Country Vacations

          Cheated by Country Vacations for 1 lakh
          I had received a call that I won 3 free gifts on 22-Jan evening and was asked to visit Hotel Amrutha Castle, Hyderabad to receive them. However, to my surprise there was a Sales team to explain about Country vacations package and I was forced to sign-up a package after listening various attractive offers and promises. However, I could now realize all these offers and promises are not genuine and rather fake & misleading the customers.

          After the sign-up completed there are several issues, fake promises and complaints (mentioned below), so I talked to Sales person Samsun but he unable to address these. Sales Manager S Srikanth was not responding to my calls at all (i called more than 20 times). So, I broought these compliants to Customer center Himayat Nagar attention (Mr Augustine). He promised for refund on false EMI grounds, but so far no update was given.

          I signed up for India vacation package for Rupees 39,000 with a free Country club membership offer. Subsequently the Sales team given a special offer of a 150Sq Yards plot will be given free of cost for 1 lakh rupees in total. Though the package was 1.25 lakhs but the Sales team would redeem the free Gift voucher (which worth of 25,000 rupees) that I had received and adjust that money to qualify for this offer. So, I paid additional 61,000 rupees as per their request (total 1,00,000 rupees) on 23-Jan-2013.

          I have these complaints on this offer:

          1) I have not received Country club membership, Country vacations membership cards or any Services so far. This violation of not meeting the delivery of Membership cards within 30 days. And no communication given to me on why these membership cards were not issued as promised.

          2) Country Vacations team promised to show me 150 sq yards plot in 1st week of February 2013 and so far they have not shown the plot to me. I have no information where is the site and what plot I will receive.

          3) Sales team promised and taken responsibility of redeeming the gift travel voucher for 25,000 rupees and they asked me NOT to use this voucher at all. So, I surrendered the voucher to Sales team on the same day for this adjustment and as per my knowledge I don’t owe any balance for membership fees. I confirmed the same with Sales team.

          4) Sales team said, the 1 lakh rupees payment will be processed in easy 36 months EMI, however this payment was processed only for 18 months EMI. I requested several times to change this but no corrective action taken so far.

          5) Sales manager Srikanth not responding to my calls regarding the membership cards delivery, visit to plot site etc,

          6) I see several complaints and concerns raised by various customers on Country vacations membership frauds on Internet and this is definitely worrying me about the credibility of the this company.

          Request Country vacations to immediately look into these complaints and, please cancel my membership and refund my credit card charges immediately. Else, I will need to complaint in Consumer forum, my credit card bank and other appropriate forums about these false commitments by the Sales team and misleading the customers.

            I contacted Country Vacations branch of Belgaum on 27/02/2013 for obtaining Life Time Country Vacations International Holiday Club membership.

            A advance of Rs86,000 was was taken by Belgaum office of Country Club India Ltd
            on 27/2/2013 in very late evening, with a promise that the 'Documentation' will be completed next day.

            Next day I was asked to sign 'Papers' which has completely different terms and conditions,
            than that was explained / promised me on the previous day (while collecting the cheque for membership charges).

            I refused to sign any document / affidavit and demanded my money back.

            I am still waiting to hear from the company, despite repeated phone calls, letters and emails.

            the Club membership and paid full amount or rs 86, 000, through cheque/CC no : 094029 No dated 27/02/2013 drawn on State Bank of India for Rs 76, 000 and cheque/CC no : 094028 No dated 27/02/2013 drawn on State Bank of India for Rs 10, 000 to Belgaum office of Country Club India Ltd on 27/2/2013.

            2) Since it was very late evening, I was promised that the 'Purchase Agreement' will be prepared and signed next day. Next day I was asked to sign a 'Purchase Agreement' / Affidavit, which has completely different terms and conditions, than that was explained / promised me on the previous day (while collecting the cheque for membership charges) by your salesman at Country Vacations branch of Belgaum. I refused to sign any Purchase Agreement / affidavit.

            3) In view of the fact that no contract / legal document / Purchase Agreement / Affidavit has been signed by me, it is completely illegal on your part to keep my money.

            4) I have made verbal communication with your complaint cell ( Tel[protected], and posted multiple E-mails at [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com & [protected]@countryvacationsmail.com, also, I have written two letters to
            your head office on 16 Mar 2013 & 24 April 2013, which were personally handed over to your Belgaum branch asking for complete refund of my money.

            5) Despite all my pleadings you have not made good the refund which is indeed regrettable and highly unbusiness like. On account of your aforesaid dereliction
            of duty and failure and neglect to rectify the same I have suffered financial losses
            and mental agony which you are liable to compensate to me.



            6) Now this letter should be considered as the 'final legal notice' for refund of my complete amount within a period of one month, failing which I will be fully justified in addressing my complaint in court of law.

            7) You are hereby finally called upon to return the price/charges paid within
            30 days of the receipt of this notice failing which I shall be constrained to
            initiate against you for redressal of my aforesaid grievances and recovery
            of the aforesaid amount. Such. proceedings, both civil and criminal as are warranted by law, besides filing a complaint under the statutory provisions
            of The Consumer 'Protection Act, 1986 exclusively at your own risk, cost,
            responsibility and consequences which please note.

            8) I also will be entitled to claim my entire amount with 2% interest, and due compensation for the harassment inflicted by you on me.

            9) Since I have not entered in any legal no contract / legal document with you, I also will exercise my right to address my complaint at the place of my choice, in court of law.

            I received a phone-call from 'Head-office' that my membership is already 'cleared' & i am their esteemed member.


            Now I really don't know which membership is being talked about???


            I am of firm conviction now that CV is deliberately confusing & cheating their costumers.


            They are in for quick & easy money, without serving their clients.

              I have completely paid my Membership fees via Cash to Mr.Sainath in the month of Dec'12 & h gave me receipt also.But,he paid to country vacations in the month of Feb'13,Nearly 75 days late after receiving money from me.He told in Dec'12 that i will receive my Membership cards & Policies by the 20th of January 2013.But i didn't receive.When i call him he told ,e he will send me within 20 days.These goes like this till april'2013. Till now i have not received my cards nor my policies.I have maid many calls & complaints to Country vacations Begumpet,they told me i will receive in 20-30 days.But,no result till now.At the time of purchasing membership,Mr.Nisar told me that i have to bear registration charges for Land.But on 28/03/2013 i got a letter from country vacations that i have to make a deposit of Rs.30000 to Country vacations for plot registration(includes land development,etc) process.But,i clearly told Mr.Nisar & Sainath that i will not pay for development & etc process.Registration process costs nearly Rs.8000 which i will pay him & they agreed to my term & said that they will call me for registration process.When i call them both for registration process,they either give there phone to others for talking to me or they will cut the phone.Since 3 weeks Mr.Nisar([protected]) is not responding to m,y phone & since 2 months Mr.Sainath([protected]) is not responding to my phone.When i call them they use to tell there friends or colleagues to attend my my phone & tell them that they forgot there phone & is outside etc reasons were said to me.
              They told me that i will get free accomodation tickets from Country vacations & i can sell this tickets also.So,i told Mr.Sainath to sell my tickets & pay me.Whenever i call him he used to say me wait for 10 days.How much time it will take for you to process my cards,policies,land regisration process & tickets

                I had received a call that I won 3 free gifts on 22-Jan evening and was asked to visit Hotel Amrutha Castle, Hyderabad to receive them. However, to my surprise there was a Sales team to explain about Country vacations package and I was forced to sign-up a package after listening various attractive offers and promises. However, I could now realize all these offers and promises are not genuine and rather fake & misleading the customers.

                After the sign-up completed there are several issues, fake promises and complaints (mentioned below), so I talked to Sales person Samsun but he unable to address these. Sales Manager S Srikanth was not responding to my calls at all (i called more than 20 times). So, I broought these compliants to Customer center Himayat Nagar attention (Mr Augustine). He promised for refund on false EMI grounds, but so far no update was given.

                I signed up for India vacation package for Rupees 39,000 with a free Country club membership offer. Subsequently the Sales team given a special offer of a 150Sq Yards plot will be given free of cost for 1 lakh rupees in total. Though the package was 1.25 lakhs but the Sales team would redeem the free Gift voucher (which worth of 25,000 rupees) that I had received and adjust that money to qualify for this offer. So, I paid additional 61,000 rupees as per their request (total 1,00,000 rupees) on 23-Jan-2013.

                I have these complaints on this offer:

                1) I have not received Country club membership, Country vacations membership cards or any Services so far. This violation of not meeting the delivery of Membership cards within 30 days. And no communication given to me on why these membership cards were not issued as promised.

                2) Country Vacations team promised to show me 150 sq yards plot in 1st week of February 2013 and so far they have not shown the plot to me. I have no information where is the site and what plot I will receive.

                3) Sales team promised and taken responsibility of redeeming the gift travel voucher for 25,000 rupees and they asked me NOT to use this voucher at all. So, I surrendered the voucher to Sales team on the same day for this adjustment and as per my knowledge I don’t owe any balance for membership fees. I confirmed the same with Sales team.

                4) Sales team said, the 1 lakh rupees payment will be processed in easy 36 months EMI, however this payment was processed only for 18 months EMI. I requested several times to change this but no corrective action taken so far.

                5) Sales manager Srikanth not responding to my calls regarding the membership cards delivery, visit to plot site etc,

                6) I see several complaints and concerns raised by various customers on Country vacations membership frauds on Internet and this is definitely worrying me about the credibility of the this company.

                Request Country vacations to immediately look into these complaints and, please cancel my membership and refund my credit card charges immediately. Else, I will need to complaint in Consumer forum, my credit card bank and other appropriate forums about these false commitments by the Sales team and misleading the customers.

                  I am Sateeshkumar Tammana , recently settling in Bangalore. Myself & my wife Madhuri went for shopping, we faced one gentle man and shared about country vacation benefits, he presented lot of benefits if you take 20 years membership . And I have agreed and paid 1,90,000 Rs. and he told if you take 20 years membership you will get 242 square yards plot fee at Hindupur and he requested 30,000 registration fee ( I paid 30,000 Rs via cheque no. 491323-favour of amrita estate hyderabad). He given all agreements & benefit brouchers.
                  while using the benefits he told you can call customer care to reservation, and whenever we call they used to say no room on those days, and we fedup with the service.
                  We decided we want to sell our membership, he told he will assist to sell his membership ( we approached his office in Koramangala ) for 25 times, he told next week you will get customer ( 5 times we went ) we got same answer.
                  We want to cry now, no one helping us to sell our membership , we are not using their service even once, all promises are wrong & futile, kindly help us to get our money & help us sell our membership.

                    I bought country vacation membership in april 012. At time of membership, they didn’t disclose the amc charges which is of rs 6000 per annum. After a long discussion & follow up, they apologized for the same and also emailed me for processing of refund, but I have not get any refund till now. My membership no is cvgg1v10lb110306. I am following the same from 16th july, 012, already 4 months have passed even no one is ready to reply my email & call. First mr. Chander mohan (head of customer care dept) had approved for refund. And I was following to mr. Devender (delhi preet vihar branch (-contact no 508) for refund, every time he was telling that it’s in process, and I will get refund soon. After that he told me that mr. Chander mohan has resigned the company, when new person will join that time I will get my money, after that mr. Anuj pandey ( sr. Manager customer care 042) has joined, now he is not giving any satisfactory reply, always he is telling that he is checking all the evidence. Now my question is that, when mr., Chander mohan has already approved the refund, than why again & again doing all these. I have all email send by mr. Chander mohan stated that “as per discussion with management, we are ready to give you refund" mr. Devender said that “we are processing your refund". I want them to refund my money immediately

                      Hello I have paid an amount of rs 00/- As an initial payment to country vacations hyderabad representative lakshmi & shiva kumar at country club, begumpet and later swiped my credit card for that amount. Even after that I DID not get the amount I paid initially. I called them many times but they would never return my calls. I had to go to the place where lakshmi lives almost after a amonth and get back my money. What a service !!!!! later I have used my sbi credit card for an amount of rs 00/- At country club hyderabad on 23rd feb 012. I was promised that the amount would be automatically converted to emi in 10days. Unfortunately that DID not happen. After communicating with the bank, I was told that they have not received any information from the merchant - country club regarding emi. So after following up with the country club representative neha (mumbai) and sbi bank for 3-4 months I have been told that my credit card was blocked as the interest levied on the swiped amount made my card to go out of limit. I was reluctant to pay the interest because the amount had to be converted by the bank. Because of this delay on both the bank and merchants' side, the interest kept on increasing and so my cibil score was badly effected although there is clearly no mistake on my side. I have contacted the merchant and bank many times but was forced to take another credit card, swipe it at country vacations, get money and pay the amount. I had to pay the interest of almost rs 00/- From my pocket and finally close the credit.Even after clearing all the credit, cibil was not updated with this information. I have gone through lot of mental harrassmnet. Because of the low cibil score, I was rejected for a corporate credit card by a bank. The country vacations customer care representative anusha at hyderabad is very rude and does not even know the meaning of being polite. She even shouted at me when asked to refund the interest amount that I had paid to the sbi bank. When I went for a vacation at country club goa, I was not given a transport from railway station to the resort as promised by the customer care representative shiva kumar & lakshmi at the time of taking the membership. They also said that there would be a free group sight seeing option available at the resort but DID not find any. All the promises were false and when tried to contact them they never used to return my calls. I am very dissappointed with your services.I had wasted so much money on phone calls to country club and sbi bank. There was no appreciable reply to my emails. So, return my membership money and the interest else I will lodge a complaint in the consumer court for all the mental harrassement and the financial loses caused by you.                         We filled a coupon for lucky draw at a mall in Pune. Next day we got a call from Country Club local office that we have won a few gifts in the draw and need to collect them. As a first timer with no knowledge of hera pheri, we went to their office and asked for the gifts. we were told to undergo a meeting which then lasted for good about 2 hours. I don't know how we got influenced but agreed to have their membership for Rs 85,000/-. I paid but later we came to know that we need to pay Rs 6000/- every year for availing the facilities. They showed such an urgency to make payment that they followed me to my place and took money through debit cards. Mind you, membership is only for stay at their clubs and amount is non-refundable. Later we browsed net and found that this Co is really looting the people. I know its my foolishness to go for membership but now its eating me from within considering the amount and its advantages. I curse myself for that moment when I decided to go for their gifts. I want to to all readers to know that this club is a big farce. don't succumb to their tactics. If they are genuine, they will not sell it like this? If possible, please help me get back my membership money. Now that membership payment has been made, they are not responding to my calls. Country Club India and its associates are all a farce. You fill any coupon at Malls, it pertains to Country club. Its a big racket. BEWARE!!!

                          1.First of all we were called by telling that we have won few gifts so come and collect your gifts.
                          2.Forcefully they convinced us to pay 160000 rs for 5 yrs membership when i refused they said ok pay 85000 for this with complimentry 2 vouchers.
                          3.Now when i am planning to go for a vacation from the places they mentioned during conversation,now they are telling they can't provide the facility in such places,they provided me a list where they can provide us their hotels,believe me its just 50 places and in conversation it was 4000+ and other than that their was an onother list were they have tie ups,but if you avail the facility with tie up hotels you will have to pay per day charges which was never mentioned to us
                          4.They said that if you book your vacation before 2 months we will provide 50% airfare discount and now they are telling they don't have tie ups with airlines.

                          any how now i want my money back,i used my HDFC credit card for the payment.What shold i do

Later I found it to be a company of only false promises and filed a complaint in consumer court thru lawyer Vidya. She took good care of the case and got my money refunded. I moved to hyderabad sometime in the middle. Even then she took hold of everything till the end.I didn't attend the court proceedings atleast once.The fee charged was also very nominal. I also got an interest of 18% on my money along with Rs.2500 as court charges. Any one got stuck up with similar case in Bangalore, can contact her. She is a very good lawyer.

                              Country Vacations is a timeshare business. Before you spend big $ entering into a Timeshare arrangement, you should make sure it is an investment that is right for you. There is plenty of information available on the internet about the disadvantages of timeshare including that they are difficult to sell, and you are stuck with an annual maintenance fee. There can also be alot of fraud around timeshare sales.

I tried calling their customer care number several number. Most of the time my call is not received. Even if it is attended by somebody they are asking some time to verify my case and cutting my call without proper response. I sent several emails to their customer care mail ID but there is no response for any of those emails. For the initial few days, their sales executives (who sold this package to me) were responding to my calls and later they stopped responding to me.

                                Through this communication, I would request you to kindly help me for canceling my membership and refund my payment as soon as possible.

                                  Hi,

                                  One day a member from Country Vacations called my mobile & informed that I won a mega prize in the lucky draw for the coupons dropped in one of the malls in Bangalore. Also they said that I have to visit their Country Vacations/Club office @ the Outer ring road in person (along with my wife) to collect the prizes.

                                  After going to their office they said, it is mandatory to attend the presentation about Country Vacations with one of their agent. In that presentation they started talking about all the benefits & facilities in getting the permanent membership with Country Vacations i.e. Life time membership of the Country Club that can be transferred to the children's later, Life time membership of the Country Vacations i.e. using this we can book the hotels/restaurants anywhere in India, Asia & European Countries for free of cost (only tax should be paid) and we will get discount on the Air Fares etc...

                                  At the end they said this offer is only available for today and we have to confirm immediately. Believing all of that, I decide to go for it and paid Rs.50,000 through my HDFC Credit Card (they have a tie up with HDFC bank to pay the amount in EMI with 0% interest). Also they said all the documents about the membership will be send to home in mail and they got our signature in the agreement which does not have any details about the offers/promises they were presenting to us. When we ask for the agreement document to cover all the membership benefits they said it is a special offer which is available only to the persons who won the lucky draw and all the documents, membership card will be mailed to home in other two weeks.

                                  Its almost six months now, but I have not received any mails from the Country Vacations or even the membership card for the Country Club. I tried calling their Customer Service agent & the manager in the local branch but there are no proper response from them. Now I am not able to cancel the membership since the amount is deducted fully from my credit card which I have to pay as EMI every month. This is completely a fraud and I am not sure how they are able to do such things. Have anyone faced the similar problem or paid money to Country Vacations or Club? How do I get my money back? Please let me know. Thanks.

                                  we attended this today..same modus operandi no change at all..they said free gift worth 6000 dinner set, but we got 4 glass bowls maybe 200rs..anyways thank god we did not take the offer.by gods grace my credit card was not working..but they gave so many ways around..but sumhow i thought it was inauspicious so declined offer.now i feel i would have been in same situation as you..i really hope you get legal help to get your money back..

                                    Country Vacation is a chain of cheaters and frauds based in India, They have a very planned way of making business out of cheating and looting innocent people around shopping complexes around malls.

                                    Notice : if anyone sees a person asking to fill a form and you get a free vacation.please for God sake don't fell into the trap, Just slap away and complain the same to the mall/store manager for making the same person standing and irritating people

                                    IN BANGALORE THEY OPENLY WANDER AROUND AND ARE OFFICIALLY CHEATERS/ MONEY LAUNDERERS, BRAIN WASH YOUR MINDS

                                    For my case
                                    They took my Rs.10000 by showing me false dreams and even after repeated calls they are not responding and even not giving a callback for customer service. No cards No registration, Nothing they will provide, they will do nothing and you can't take back your hard earned money.

                                    I must say as like the case of corruptions are coming up, we must always read forums and users ratings while doing a purchase decision. In other cases companies like Club Mahindra , SOTC,etc are really good companies which are transparent and don't cheat.

                                    DON'T GO BY OFFERS, ALWAYS CHOOSE THE RIGHT ONE FROM OTHERS EXPERIENCES

                                    Even i[censored] post in forums they will reply very humbly and will never pick your calls. PLEASE BE CAREFUL NET TIME YOU SEE COUNTRY VACATIONS... issued in the public intrest

                                      I am Shafiullah, received a call stating that you have received a gift prize worth 25k, we went and they trapped us with all false promises, stating they will provide Yearly 6 nights & 7 days accomodation in their resorts for life long, Membership can be sold through agents any time, Free allotment of Plot worth 1 Lakh, etc.....then we paid Rs.1,20,000/- and got a agreement copy which says 3days 2 nights for 3 years. When we checked out with Mustafa who is the Customer care manager, he says simply sales people will give false promises like that only. I have applied for a refund of money but no response from them till now. They even send a mail asking me to pay the yearly annual charges.

                                      NEed some help to get back my Entire money.

                                        My name is Suhas Jain GP & I have some dispute regarding the below mentioned matter as I authorized to club members to debit my credit card a/c on EMI basis but your company deducted my entire amount at one go so I am not happy with services . I am not able to understand why my credit card got debited with 45000/- on dated 1st Dec 2012. I don't like to take this membership so please help me get back my deposits.

                                        I have not got my membership card & have not used anything until now.

                                        I am not getting the service as promised I was about to get 14 days’ vacation package per year &
                                        Now I got a call from Hyderabad & saying only 2 days.
                                        I am trying to call the Country club Bangalore office team Vinod ([protected]) & his managers ([protected]) & they are not responding.

                                        Country club and country vacations both are the worst organization. They are filled with Liars, Cheaters, Frauds and Shameless persons. None of their team member knows what is the meaning of customer or Service. I am pretty much sure that they might never have heard the word “Customer Satisfaction". I have wasted my enough money because of my gullibility. I trusted wrong persons. If anyone is ever planning to join country club Or Country Vacation, I would only say " Welcome you have declared yourself one of the few brainless persons "
