I have some dispute regarding the below mentioned matter as I authorized to club members to debit my credit card a/c on EMI basis but your company deducted my entire amount at one go so I am not happy with services . I am not able to understand why my credit card got debited with rs. 50000/- on dated 07/09/12 and with rs. 15000/- on[protected] . After having so many discussions your company refund my amount but after few days you again deducted the 50000/- rs.they take from other card 30000 rs . So I have the dispute about both the transaction made. Also find the attachment of Dispute form. Know i don't like take his membership so please help me get back my deposits because i am going out of India.
Country club and country vacations both are the worst organisation. They are filled with Liars, Cheaters, Frauds and Shameless persons. None of their team member knows what is the meaning of customer or Service. I am pretty much sure that they might never have heard the word " Customer Satisfaction". I have wasted my enough money because of my gullibility. I trusted wrong persons. If anyone is ever planning to join country club Or Country Vacation, I would only say " Welcome you have declared your self one of the few brainless persons "

The sales pattern of Country club salesman are really terrific, Innocent people will surely fall in fraud trap.

I am really horrified with this kind of act. Anyway I was offered a Rs.81,000/- All India package and gave Rs.10000/- cash as initial amount. Now within just 2 days I went to them to cancel my booking citing my inability to afford the amount in future.

Now they are not ready to give my money back.......!! JUST TRAPING PEOPLE and money laundering.......No other good company does this.

Firstly they sell similar packages of various price tags to consumers. Secondly the type of promise they made during presentation are not matching the docs provided...and i guess in future things will change without notice also.

This I feel one of the top fraud company in India which many people are victim of this. Kindly help us to take some necessary actions against them so that I get back my hard earned money.

I was not satisfied with the attitude of the Customer care department and immediately tried to get the refund of Rs 60000 from Country Vacations.
The false promises that were made were not kept and there were lot of hidden charges.
Then I met Mr Srinivas Gupts , customer care head for Country Vacations in Hyderabad and he promised me that my annual charges would be waived off for 3 years and directed me to Mr Yusuf to handle the case.After few approvals he confirmed me verbally that it was done and i was told that it will be automatically updated in my online account.

After a year has passed , i was surprised to get a call from Country Vacations asking for annual charges and now i am not being able to reach anyone of them.Ths is leading to immense mental harassment and I would like an enitre refund of the amount.

I paid Rs.70,000 (Rupees: Seventy thousand only) for club membership at Country vacations, having H.O at Hyderabad. The membership was taken at chennai with ref no:DT5/532 during 2009. Then and there no reply or assistance been given to me yet. Even I made many personnel visit to chennai off and Regd post to H.O hyderabad no reaction not reply. Since 2009 my amount has been locked with them. I need your kind help to get my problem solved.

I got Cheated By the Renowned Country Club Vaccations When An agent Took Rs.4000 from us guarantying us 6 nights & 7 Days at any one of the Club situated in Various cities Dated 6/8/11,According to the Voucher Number 2340. But recently when we went for getting it reedemed they Completed forbade us from booking & also giving the money back & the worst part is the rude Behaviour of the employees present their.
Please we want our issue to be resolved as sson as possible bacause we I have done my Train reservation of 12th June 2012 & if Hotel Reservation is not confirmed by the Organisation whole of my trip will be spoiled & money wasted.

They are fraud company, once they collected nos from biz bazaar and they called us ,saying that we have won a tour package n kitchen accessories. They asked us 2 come n collect it contact person was NANCY. she is no 1 fraud sales person over there. i reached there collect there gift they told i have to bring my 1 year old kid n wife.i replayed i cant bring them by travelling 15 kms.they compelled me 2 bring with them to collect gift vouchers.finally i made an appointment for next day 10.30. however next day i taken half day leave n travelled 15 kms with kid and wife to collect there gift vouchers then they telling i have to attend a conferance for 45 mins. me n my wife shouted, we return back with empty hands.COUNTRY CLUB IS NO 1 FRAUD COMPANY BEWARE OF THAT.

This is regarding how Country Vacations cheated me giving all the false promises and incashing my credit card transactions in one go in place of promised 18 EMIs.


I was called by Country Vacations on 04.02.2012 to come with my wife and collect free gifts that I have won in a lucky
coupon filled up in Big Bazar Noida.

I had very a busy scheduled, so I expressed negative of this call, but they put pressure on me saying that it's office is near my residence, so to come for 1 hour only.

My wife was suffering from cold fever, but they rang on my mobile continuously and requested to come and collect gift. I reached country Vacations office located at SUB Mall, Sector-27, Noida on 04.02.2012, at around 4:30 PM.

Mr. Feroz Khan welcomed me. As my wife was not well, I requested him to complete the discussion quickly. He asked many questions to know how much we know about country vacations. When he made sure that we know little, he started explaining about country vacations plan.

He along with one junior executive said that we are so lucky to be here. 100 out of 500 coupons got selected for free gifts and out of this 100 only 25 coupons are selected for this SPECIAL OFFER.
This offer will happen only today and if we miss it we will miss something big. We can travel around the world "FREE of COST" one week in every year. Country vacations will take care of all your needs.
You have to spend money only for Food and Petrol.
Country vacation will take care of Arranging Guides, Security, Transportation and Free 5 star accommodation. Country Club membership through out India where we can make use of all their Buildings in India, According to our will , just with 1 week prior notification.

They emphasized us to take the plan for 10 Years or 30 Years or Life Time. AMC charges will be fixed Rs. 5,000 (for Studio accommodation) for throughout the membership period.
When I told I can't take such a big financial decision on day itself and I need few Days time to think, his face became red and he told that this offer is only for TODAY and you have to take the decision now itself. He further said that, they have contracts with all the banks and my amount will be converted into equal 18 EMIs. I will not get financial pressure.


He also managed to keep us in big stress by putting forward lot of leaflets and explaining about the Big Benefits. He asked me to pay using credit card and also got hold of my credit card by saying that let us check whether
it is a valid card or not.( He returned the card only after I paid the amount Rs.15,000 from my HSBC bank credit card and then Rs.65,000 from HDFC Bank Credit Cards).
When I REPEATEDLY said NO. He put forward another scheme to extend this 10 years into 30 years, just paying Rs. 40,000 more. Mr. Feroz Khan said that, if we don't taken membership for 30 years in place of 10 years, he personally will get a loss of Rs. 5,000.
Mr. Dharmendra Kumar, made a commitment that my 5 AMC will be waived off. He also promised that they can REFUND it at any time and all the Club membership schemes will still remain with me.
After putting me into BIG STRESS ( now the time was around 6:00 pm and my wife was unwell), he managed to swipe my card for Rs. 40,000.



I kept saying NO NO. But they kept forcing and assuring .He returned my card only after I paid total (Rs. 1,20,000 : Rs. 15,000 from HSBC bank credit card plus 1,05,000 from HDFC Bank credit card)
. They also made me sign the agreements. But was made sure that I will not read it thoroughly. When i tried to read it the Manager grabbed it and told sir i will explain everything for you.

After coming to my residence I came to know that I fell victim to big Fraud scheme.

After four-five days, I contacted HDFC Bank credit card customer care to know that my amount has been converted into EMI or not? The customer care executive informed me that Merchant had charged the whole money Rs. 1,05,000 in one go and it had not been converted into 18 EMIs.
Immediately I contacted and brought this matter to Mr. Feroz Khan (Manager Sales).But he replied me to wait till I get credit card statement. If EMI is not reflected in credit card statement, he will request your company to return my complete money. It was committed that this amount will be converted in 18 EMI.

When my credit card statement reflected to pay complete amount in one go, I also pointed out the issue to Mr. Feroz Khan and Mr. Jitender (Customer Care) on[protected]. They replied that it will be converted before my credit card payment due date[protected].
But even this date passed and my continuous follow up, nothing happened.
They said to send my credit card statement's scan copy to Mr. Dharmendra Kumar and Mr.Tapan Mandal. I sent it, but till now nothing has happened.

It is a matter of breaking the commitment, misguiding and wrong precedence of HDFC/HSBC banks credit cards used by Country Vacations. There are other commitments regarding 5 AMC waived off (later on telling it will be waived off from 26th Year to 30 Years of membership, in place of firs- five years), AMC remaining fixed for whole period, etc have been broken by Country Vacations.


Therefore, I have decided to get return my complete Rs. 1,20,000 immediately with charges like interest 3.05% from 04.02.2012 onwards, late payment, service,Cess, etc from me as payment dates are passed).

Big Shopping Malls are allowing certain organisation like Country Vacations to distribute their coupons to fill up for conducting lottery which was completely misleading to many of customers. Next day customer are getting phone call from country Vacations that they have selected lucky winner and to collect prize they have to attend country Vacation office along with wife and son. During presentation a Gang of professional in tie and broad light and sound start game of cheating the customer by false promises of holiday in India & abroad and collecting handsome money by making fool to the people of India.

There was a call from Country Vacation that I am lucky winner in lucky draw and to collect the prize I have to collect it from their office . When I reach their office they told me that I have to attend one hour presentation to collect gift. I agreed for that and sales representative of Country vacations explained various facilities (turn false after paying money) of Country Club resorts. Before deciding anything with my wife, there was a one lady she told me just show me your Credit Card , after i showing she just handover to his person and swap it for Rs. 125000/- in installments.

Next day i called and mailed certain the credit card's bank for not to pay anything , but Bank and Country Vacations are both has their chain. Bank not cancelled and told bring letter from merchant , and country's people told they will agree to pay only Rs. 50000/- (InRs. 125000/- ) i.e. 40% means KHAYA PIYA KUCH NAHI GLASS TODA BARA ANA.

Within this four months happened no call and nothing we just paying for like donating to them. We are from middle class family but THEY CHEATING AND COLLECTING MONEY FROM SO MANY.................................

My experience with Country Vacations has been very disappointing and has caused huge mental harassment and stress.

I am greatly disillusioned by the COUNTRY CLUB brand name and felt duped by COUNTRY VACATIONS setup. The way the COUNTRY VACATIONS lures its Clients into the contract is highly objectionable. As per the contract act, if an agreement is done by misrepresentation, it is voidable at the option of the party who has been misrepresented. I am very shocked to see that a "so called" reputed brand can stoop down to this level just to make a few bucks at the expense of innocent people who put faith in the brand.

Country Vacations are running an unscrupulous activity from the address : C/V, 308/09, level 3rd, Connaught Place, Nr Wadia college, Bund garden Road, Pune - 411001.
One of their associates who tried to dupe me is Bhagwan(mobile: [protected])

Fraud details: They are asking people to make standing instruction to bank to pay them Rs 2500 per month for various memberships, holiday vouches etc. They are claiming they'll give free entry to all 5-star hotels like Westin, and clubs like Pancard clubs. They are naming all hotels, clubs, beauty parlors etc and saying that they have link up with all of them and they can provide free entry to all of them.

We were called by country vacations 6 months back and they got us into a membership for Rs. 60000/-. This included a lifetime membership of country club
After that there is no response from them.
Calling multiple times and sending emails without any proper response.
It is a fraud company and I would like to get my money back..

CHEATING GAME PLAN OF COUNTRY VACATION IN ENTRY & EXIT OF MALLS

I have filled one coupon at the exit of one reputed Mall at Nagar Road Pune.Next day I received phone call from Country Vacation that I am lucky winner in lucky draw and to collect the prize I have to collect it from their office . When I reach their office they told me that I have to attend one hour presentation to collect gift. I agreed for that and sales representative of Country vacations explained various facilities (turn false after paying money) of Country Club resorts. To provide good holiday to my family I have deposited Rs 46000/- on the faith of rep of Country Vacations.

After 2 months when I was planning to go to holiday and contacted for booking of resorts, game plan of cheating and fraud and violation of condition of Agreement by Country Vacations started and all facilities explained by sales rep turn to be false. That is an OUTRIGHT LIE, That is WRONG, That is TOTALLY UNETHICAL and SHAMEFUL on part of COUNTRY VACATIONS.

Here is the bottom line, COUNTRY VACATIONS HAS FAILED TO DELIVER ON ITS PROMISE AND COUNTRY VACATIONS CHEATED US BY GIVING FALSE PROMISES.
After further research on social media sites, I have found many cases similar to mine where innocent people have been cheated by COUNTRY VACATIONS.

I loose Rs 46000/- due to coupon filled in the Mall.The target of this co is couples who are comming to Mall for shopping. I REQUEST YOU NOT TO ALLOW such organisation like Country Vacation IN MALLs TO DISTRIBUTE COUPEN for the sake of money.....

This is in regards to my Membership#DT54 2797. I bought this membership in August 2011 for 46000 Rs. When i bought this membership it was told to us that the amount that we will pay using a credit card will be converted to EMI for 18 months. However they did not tell us that they did not have Tie up with Citibank to convert the swipe amount to EMI. The card was swipped for 46000 Rs, we waited for a week to see if it has been converted to EMI, however it was never done. When we called Citibank to check why it has not been converted to EMI they told us that- it is suppose to be done at the time when u swipe the card, it cannot be converted to EMI post swiping is done, Also Citibank informed us that they don't have tie up with Country Vacations for converting swipe to EMI's. We went to the Pune office when we came to know about this however no one was ready to help us with anything. After following up for so many days they finally told us that they will refund the interest charged to us. We gave them all the documents that we have received from Citibank, Wasim told us that it would be refunded to the account with 45days however nothing has ever happened up till now. We are tired of following up with Wasim on this, he never returns the call neither he replied to the SMS,s.

Following are the people involved-

1. Sumit- Closed the sale with us- Cell #- [protected]
2. Shrutesh- Took the payment of 46000 Rs and did not inform us that it will not be converted to EMI. Cell#-[protected]
3. Wasim- He promised us the Refund of the interest, all the documents were submitted to him. he does not call back neither he replies to my texts. cell#- [protected]
4. Rasheed- Was the person who followed up with us to make the payment fast, he called us 3 times in a day before the payment was made, when the payment was made he did not even bother to take our calls. Cell#- [protected], [protected]

this membership was purchase in August and its Jan 2012, nothing has been done so far to help me with anything. Real bad customer service and on top fooling innocent people by lying to them and not telling them everything.

This is in regards to my Member ship with Country Vacations DT54 2797. We purchased this in August 2011, The payment was to be made to Country Vacations only using credit cards. At that time when we bought this we had HDFC and Citibank Credit Card. However on HDFC Credit card we did not have enough credit limit to charge 46K. We told the sales person to wait for a weeks time, we told him that we will upgrade the Card and the credit limit will be increased and then we can make the payment and get it converted to EMI, however the sales agent was in such a hurry that he told us pay using ur Citibank credit card and i will get it converted to EMI 18 months, This was suppose to happen when he swiped the card, however this was never done. The reason it was never done was because Country Vacations did not have a tie up with Citibank to get it converted to EMI. Me and my wife have gone through lot because of this. We have been to Country Vacations office so many times however no one seems to Help. Wasim one of the Managers there told us to call Citibank and get the amount converted to EMI and whatever Interest and other fees were charged to us will be refunded. We have given him all the documents that we recived from Citibank, he told us that it will be refunded to us with 45 days, we gave him all the Documents on Nov 1st, 2011. Total Amount Swiped was 46,000 Rs, Interest charged was- approximately 4000 rs plus 1200 processing fee.

Following people were involved-

Now Finally comes Wasim his cell nbr is [protected]- I swear if this email goes to the owner or someone in Country Vacation they should actually fire Wasim. This guy has give us so many false commitments and never did anything about it. You call him he never picks up, never will call u back, never will reply to you SMS/Texts. We submitted all the documents with him for the refund, he was the one who promised us that it will be refunded back within 45 Days. i hope someone can understand the frustration we have gone through post buying this membership.

Also we were suppose to get the welcome kit within 60days of joining and that its already Jan 2012 and there is no information on the welcome kit.

People there have show no co operations or help to us. Pathetic customer service and all the attempts are made to get the people to buy this membership. When they started the sales pitch it was for 1 Lakh 65 thousand however they sold this to us for 46 000. What a bunch of junk and fooling people. they accept payment only through cash or credit card as once the payment is processed the customer is stuck with the tmembership with the bunch of morons and idiots sitting there and doing nothing.

now i demand for a quick resolution on this asap. I am already ready to escalate this further to higher authorities.

My name is siva govindu reddy. I got call from country vation (venkat), we visited amrutha castle, There sales person Ravikumar (country vacation emp id : 63) he explained about county vacation. He told pick and drop from airport or railway station and sight seeing, and food and 7 days hotel stay (if we booked 45 days ealier then we will get one more week free vacation) any country of the world (especially we asked about the cities: paris and switzerland. He told, country vacation have own properly it is completely free everything).After that we explained most of these things to his manager Sahail (hyderabad: country vacation id: 68) also. He also agreed on this.

Othr offers along with this: 2.5 lakhs life insurance - hdfc and life time country club gold card memeber ship and only one time waved maintaince charges 6000.

Finally saradhi (higher manager) came and we discussed with hime about the memeber ship fee, he agreed waived the maintaince charges for only one time.

After that we got the correct information from country vacation reservation and one of my friend (who is already member), As per cv reservation people (toll free number +[protected]. they are telling we dont have any own property in foreign countries. and we are not providing food, sight seeing, pick and drop from airport or railway station.

we cheated by country vacation sales persons and already we paid 60000 rupees. All this things we explained to Saradhi and we given return complaint to country vacation team as saradhi request (we given complaint letter to sahail) .

Saradhi told (in phone) we will inform to higher team and we will supend the sales person ravi kumar and we will return your money we will update the status next 4 days.

I have checked all the complaints and countr vacation... may be it is very difficult to get my money, we are all cheated by country vacation team.

I (Siva Kumar) was called by Country Vacations to Country Club (near to life style building, Begumpet Hyderabad) to introduce me to their holiday packages. A sales executive, Mr Rama Krishna, assisted by Mr Ajay Srinivas Raju, introduced me to a holiday package worth Rs 1.26 lakh .
Both of them told me that I had to pay this amount in that day itself since it was an offer price. They said that I could pay the amount in EMIs using an HDFC credit card for 36 months and EMI will be charged from next month statement onwards (i.e., after 26th october). Also they have offered 7 gm gold and 3000 sodex gift pass including 150 sq. plot as a part of this holiday pacakge. They have promosied to provide the gifts to be given with 2 to 3 days. But I haven't received yet.
After seeing my first credit card bill, I was surprised that. The amount was charged in the month of october statement itself and also EMI amount charged 7000 instead of 3500. After talking with HDFC Bank Credit card customer care. I came to know that, it was converted to 18 months EMI. But not for 36 months EMI. When I approached the sale representative person Mr. Rama Krishna and Ajay Srinivas Raju. I haven't received any proper response from them and always their cell phones are switched off. Even I haven't received the gifts offered to me even after finishing one week. When I called to his office number, they have told that, they will convert that 18 months EMI to 36 months EMI within a day time (this discussion happend on 20th October) and till today nothing happended. When I approach to his manager Mr. Santosh on saturday and there is no use.
Daily i am calling to them & wasting my valuable time towards this issue. Due to this we are mentally disturbed. When I asked to refund my money back and they said that it is not possible. Please help us regarding this.

I have been a victim of Country Vacations fraud. I signed for 30 years membership for an amount of INR 245,000. I paid INR 190,000 upfront as they fooled me by insisting to pay more.
They swiped INR 66,000 from my credit card and when I said I cannot give you any cash amount, they said they will refund the amount and convert it into EMIs if I swipe my debit cards. So, I paid INR 100,000 through my debit cards (two).
I also gave them cash amount of INR 24,000.
Now, I reliaze that I was kind of hypnotized by them and made to believe I am taking the best decision of my life.
In total I paid INR 190,000. Since then I have not received any gifts that were promised to me. Also, the money was not converted into EMIs and I lost a huge amount in a single go.
I have visited their office at least 20 times and call their office more than 500 times. At first they promised to modify my membership to 10 years and refund INR 70,000 to me. I agreed to it and their executive said, it would require a permission from their head office. Since 3 months, I have been chasing but there has been no positive response.
I want file a legal complaint against them and also want a full amount refund along with a suitable compensation for the trouble that they have caused to me

Initially committed for sending to Dubai after paying Rs 15,000 Advance & & rest Rs. 40,000/- can be paid within 12 months at any time as per our convenience.

False commitment, that the maintenance charges are Rs 1000/- per day in DUBAI which now they are telling is approx 3800/- as per your yesterdays words.

They have made an agreement also for this. We have paid Rs 15,000 & now they are denying to give it back even after false comittment.

Please help to reimburse this payment.

I would like to bring it your notice that Country Vacations Pune are defrauding their customers. I was charged a sum of Rs. 220,000 for 30 years of holiday membership for 6N/7D stay each year at different country club resorts and their affiliates. I’d like to list how they are cheating their customers:
1. The membership fee is not standard. My friend in Hyderabad paid Rs. 150,000 for a similar membership. This is the most important point for those who have paid huge amounts like I have.
2. They never confirm a vacation. They will always say the resorts are full and ask you to pay for making arrangements in other hotels in the name of ‘utility charges’. This, I’m sure would’ve been the experience of most of the members. There is no point n giving an organization our hard-earned money if they don’t fulfill the basic promise on which they are selling the memberships.
3. Most of their resorts are in a very dilapidated condition. It’s nowhere close to four star or five star properties that they mentioned while selling the membership. In fact I have personally been to the Mysore resort and the rooms are like that of a seedy hotel. Most of their properties are quite old and very badly maintained. Most o[censored]s wouldn’t have taken the membership had it not been for the dream of staying in four and five star resorts. Except for a couple of properties, the others are a far cry from it.
4. There is no huge network of affiliates. They operate as middlemen and offer to make arrangements in other hotels for which you will have to pay a substantial amount. The trick is that they will tell you they are getting a big discount for you.
5. Free gifts like air tickets etc. are seldom given

my membership card no CCR0006 (temporary)

on[protected] my family (my wife & kid) joined country vacations as a member on payment of Rs 25,000/- for life time membership along with assurance of Mr. Pradeesh & Mr. Druva Kumar for 2 nights & 3 days stay for 2 years & 30 spa coupons without any additional maintance charges for life time, in the mean time they issued 3 temporary membership cards on my name, my wife name & my kid name

they were supposed to delivery all the documents pertaining to agreement copies & above what they assured docments, but untill 31.07.2011 nothing we received all the contacts no provided by them were false, on personal visit only assurance were given.

on 31.07.2011 Mr. Chandra Shekar who was incharge came to residence with agreement copies along with 30 spa coupons & 2night 3 days stay for 1 year only & confirmed next year once again country vacations will give one more 2night 3 days stay for one more year & said maintaince has be borne by us every year of Rs 1800/- & said for life time membership cards one Mr. Sivakumar will issue withing week.

From 01.08.2011 i have been following with Mr. Sivakumar through email communications there is no proper response & neither he answers phone calls, i have fed up of trauma occured during this past 4 months.

At last i have lost my patience & i am writing this complaint, i feel these people are fraud their only aim is to con normal public by taking money & not giving membership.
