We recently joined in COUNTRY VACTIONS/ COUNTRY CLUB just because we got a call saying we were selected for a gift + vacation trip. They talked about being a country vacation member will get you lot of interesting deals.Mentioned they will book international tickets with 30% discount and soon. Unfortunately even though we didn’t feel comfortable, we joined and paid 15, 000/- as first premium. We got hit by this bushtit scam. We didn’t realize company like this will also cheat and play this kind of cheap tricks to get members! When I tried to book a ticket to US within two weeks, I started calling, they directed me from one number to another which doesn’t work or redirect to another number. I tried and tried calling approximately 50 numbers and finally gave up.This is a big scam. Don’t be cheated with this kind of cheap tricks like we did. Unfortunate thing -Vultures out there!!!

    I am duped/cheated by country vacations as they had promised me so many things during presentation. Now after the payment and registration the terms and conditions are different. So they created a picture of false promises to convince us and made us to sign agreements. The sales team had also told me that I can cancel the membership within 10 days as AIRDA guidelines, that also they are refusing to cancel. I got a call from country club group on Sunday morning(25th May) that we (me and my wife) won a free holiday gift voucher worth 25K and to collect that we had to visit the Country Vacations office, 308/309, Connaught place, near Wadia college, Pune. We went there in the evening at 6:45PM. They told us that we need to attend a presentation of their membership plans and we can collect the gift voucher after that. First of all one of the presenters asked us about our bio-data and some other questions like how many times you like to go on vacations and where you wish to go in nearby future. We answered them. They asked us about our budget if we go on a vacation outstation and stay in a five star. They were asking so many questions and buttering us in a way by saying very nice things to us (now seems as a sales technique). In that 2 hours they presented the benefits so hyped that you will find yourself lucky to find such benefits. We were brainwashed and convinced like a hell to get the membership.They showed us too many booklets showing the properties and resorts of country club all over the world (I don't believe now, if some of them even exist), through the fantasies they created we were completely lured and we were ready to pay for the membership. They gave us various options of interest free EMIs through credit card. I paid the amount at the same day as they created such an environment that we had no room for thinking. We signed all the documents there and paid the amount of 80000 thru multiple cards. As I was not having credit card at the spot so they came with me at home to get the money. My total payment was 1.25 lac out of them I paid 80000 with following cards HDFC credit card: 50000 Standard chartered bank:15000 card Bank Of Baroda debit card:15000 They did the direct swipe from all my credit cards instead of converting them to EMI. They had promised me to have interest free EMIs of 18 months but now when I called bank they told me that there is nothing happned related to EMI. If I want, I will have to convert that into EMI. After all this got over, I just checked Internet about this and there were so many cheating cases. I just felt dark in front of my eyes and that was horrible experience. And unfortunately I was among them cursing myself. Even I got a call from unknown number welcoming us to country vacations. I just confirmed my membership details and asked about AMC (Annual Maintenance charge) which we were told that paid and we don’t need to pay it. Next day I visited country club office, the same PRO met to me with whom I had talked the previous day. I asked about concerns and even I raised a point to cancel the membership but he said firmly No, they can’t cancel the membership/refund the money. I asked him to write everything in written over the agreement about the facilities; he refused to write anything in the agreement which I was given and he only said that it is out of his limits. He only agreed to mail me the benefits. The benefits which were mentioned the previous day by them during presentation, they were only false commitments. Please see the details of discrepancies which The transparency is at very low grade and completely unclear. Different people from the same organization talk different things just to deceive the customer. I am all disappointed by this and I am passing sleepless nights at home and workless hours at office after this incident. Please help

      Country Vacations gave me a call stating that I have won a prize in their lucky draw. To take the prize, I will have to go to their office in Crystal Palm, Jaipur. When I went there on 11th May 2014, they asked me to attend their one hour session over there where they told me about taking the membership of Country Club explaining the benefits. I opted to go for the membership and paid them Rs 55, 000 via my credit card which would be converted into EMI’s that I would be required to pay to my bank. Just after 5-10 minutes of taking the membership, I realized that I took the decision in hurry and should not have taken the membership as I would not be able to make the payment of EMI’s because I need to meet my Family expenses too. So I called their Take Over Manager at same time and told him that I want to get my membership cancelled and asked to get my money refunded. The Take Over Manager told me to wait for few days and assured me that he will get my membership transferred to someone else and will get my money refunded. I kept following with the Take over Manager about my money refund for few days and he kept replying me that he has sent email to Head Office and is awaiting their response. Since I did not get proper response from him, I went to their office, where they asked me to meet their Assistant Manager. The Assistant Manager asked me to write an application on this so that she can send it to their head office. I submitted the application and kept waiting for their response. For few days I followed up with the Assistant manager after which she told me that my money cannot be refunded to me. I called their Head Office too and they also told me that my money would not be refunded. Please help me getting my money refunded.

          It is My Painful Request You to Help me to Surrender my Country Vacation Membership bearing Member No. CVAH2BCLUB5LB168428 in Favor of Mr SHAH CHINTAN D.


          After Many Explanation & Some Wrong Commitment from CV Executive, I Have Deal for the Category: Club + 5 Yrs 6N7D Blue SR U12 (Billionaire) on 1/2/2014 wide Receipt No. 0214-CVAH-5584 with Membership Fess of Rs.20000. But Very Next Day on 3/2/2014 - i Came to Know about Some Bad Experience about Country Vacation & Country Club.

          So Went to Inquiry to the Customer Care Located at the Satellite, Ahmedabad. The Experience for Inquiry was worst in my Life; the Team don’t have Time to Talk & Don't have any Courtesy to Talk with the Member / Customer. So i have Decide to withdraw my Membership from the Doorstep of that office.

          Further, i have given 2nd chance & went to Country Club Fitness Center Located at Anandnagar, Ahmedabad. I Came to Know that, all the facility are chargeable here. The fake Commitment was given by CV Executive while dealing that all the Facilities are free for Member. So I finally Decide to Surrender Membership & went to Iscon Mall, Ahmedabad - from where i was Committed for everything.

          @ Iscon Mall Office, CV Executive had denied me for Refund of Paid Amount by Saying that it is not in Company Policy. I requested him for 5-6 Days & finally he committed me that once you try to Our Club / any Vacation - if you are Not Satisfied - He will help to Process for Refund. So i Process for the Same as per He Said / Committed.


          on 1/3/2014, i went to Visit the Ahmedabad - Country Vacations Located at Sanand Road. Very Horrible Experience I felt there. The Office In charge & GM had Simply Denied me to Provide Room against My Membership Card. Even there were all the Rooms are Vacant. I paid for the Entery Fees & found More Horrible that Club is Totally Messed up. No Maintenance / No Entertainment / No Service for the Premium Member. Only the Experience of CHEATING was Feeling on the Day.


          After that, i have Share my same Experience to the CV Executive, who had committed me for the Refund Process. But he is saying that, We can Only Process after You Experience for our Vacation. This is Simply Misguiding to Member for avoiding him for Refund Process.


          Herewith, Considering above Reason - I request You to Consider My Membership Surrender Request & Process for the Refund of the Paid Amount.

          country vacations is a fraud company giving all false commitments, they won't offer any vacation doscounts nothing they will offer. I Vijay baskar received a phone call from country vacations office located in amrutha castle and their head office is located in himayat nagar, hyderabad about i won a lucky draw for doing shopping in hyderabad central and they asked me to come and collect the prizes with my family, so I went there on september 2013 to collect those but after I went to country vacations located in amrutha castle there M. Naveen(Team Lead) started to explain us about their offers and discounts in country vacations and M. Naveen and his team forcing us to take the membership in country vacations, during their false commitments and promises we are supposed to stay in their office for 4 hours with out food and drink. They also warned before entering into their office better to switch off our mobiles because mobile signal jammers were installed with in their sorroundings.and finally we are unaware of their illegel bussiness and we have paid 12, 500 rupees to country vacations, they told us they will send me membership card and broucher by post but still now I didn't receive any membership card or brochure. after collecting money from innocent people they will not care about their customers, for each and every event conducted by COUNTRY CLUB(BE AWARE THIS IS ONE OF DIFFERENT COMPANY, IT IS NOT AT ALL RELATED TO COUNTRY VACATIONS) country vacations people will call you message you for inviting you because after getting there for each and every program event you need to spend money, they will empty you pocket before leaving their place. My advice is better think once and speak with your family and friends before receiving phone calls like these fraudulent companies

            Hi,

            I took the membership for country vacations based on the benefits stated by the marketing folks. They turned out to be fake one. When I clarified the customer care those benefits are not all fake.
            They said there is free sight seeing by bus provided by country club, no AMC every yr if we are not availing the club facilities Pick and drop was stated only fuel charges we have to bear while after confirmation with customer care we come to know that it is like full charges we have to bear like a travel charges.

              Hi sir, Am ch. shankaraiah (cvhyd3bclub5lb144237), is the member of country vaccations from last april 2013, but till now they were not issued me a membership cards till now i paid 36000 rupees, but still i did'nt get the cards and there is no response form there executives. so i need to cancel the membership and i need my money back.

              While taking membership I have promised to give the below offers by Mr.Sudheer (branch head, Chennai phoenix market city), and While signing the membership I have asked to give all the below offers in the agreement and he said all the special offers will come with official letter along with membership card. But I didn't get any official letter with the membership card.
              I need to know that all the below offers are valid or those are said only to take the membership and nothing is valid. Need a valid reply from you, I like to know what are all the offers that are available in that 116 family special membership plans.


              before to this I have send many mails and calls but there is no response for this from the country club, You are just calling me only for payment.


              I call to Sudheer but he is not even interested to response to the member, Then how can I believe and take the membership?


              Also kindly send me your senior persons, If I want to make the compliant. I need solution for this problem, or please return back the money by cancelling the membership or transfer it to someone and take the documentation charges. Kindly

              . Rent option if we are not using the vacation, the rent will be arranged by country club agents.
              . I can use the membership for 365 days a year ( It was just mentioned as blue and normal priority)
              . There is no pickup / drop/ sightseeing free service details
              . Renewal the same plan after 5 years
              . Assurance for cash back if I am not satisfied in my first trip / vacation
              .Free accommodation with free breakfast services
              . No need to pay the maintenance charge for the year if the vacations are not used.
              . While renting the vacation using your agents there is no need to pay the yearly maintenance charge.
              . No other charge or Fee in the Country club membership for life time.
              . If I per book the vacation trip before 2 weeks, I can get the free 7 days trip for that year and I can use that for rent or I can extend that to next coming year.
              . I can maximum accommodate up to 8 persons using my membership if I book before 2 weeks.
              . I can use the country club / country vacation cards for my friends or relations with some additional ID proof.
              . HDFC insurance that covers 5 lakhs ( I am not sure about the amount and also the plan - some thing they cover for me and my wife) with zero premium.
              . If I didn't use the vacation for particular year, then I can move that days to next year without any charge.
              . If I am not satisfied at any time, I can write a compliant letter to the office where I take the membership and I can cancel the membership at any time.
              . If I don't want to cancel, I can transfer my membership. The agents in country club will do the same for me, they will collect only the processing fees.. If i want to cancel membership at any time, i can write a letter for cancellation and they will refund amount in 2 to 7 working days (special offer provided) - Sudheer - manager country vacation chennai .


              I also like to know what is the process I need to follow if I want to cancel the membership now.

              No one from country vacation is ready to help or clarify. Everyone in the customer service is saying that they have no idea about what the sales person said. then what is the meaning for the customer care? Everyone are working in same club and everyone saying different details.


              please help to cancel my membership and return back my money

                I have registered as a member of this Club in the month of 1st May-2011 at Gurgaon Office. My Membership no. is FMCV /86/119. Since then I have been waiting for the Platinum membership cards of my family & parents. Despite a series of communication, I am not getting proper response from the Organization. I have made an agreement of Fractional Ownership of Fractional Platinum Scheme with 500 sq. ft. area (for 4 Adults & 2 children) and with annual maintenance of Rs 4000. But the Membership Card which I received was Silver and the maintenance amount charged without availing the facility was Rs. 6000. Got a mail from Samina for payment of Rs. 6000/= as a maintenance charge. Also Temporary Handwritten Card given for my parents to me in the month of Feb'12. When queried about Platinum Card for my family & parents & high Maintenance charge, there was no response. After follow-ups, they say that I am not eligible for platinum membership. If you see the agreement it tells Platinum Membership. I have a written document that I own T1 facility, but they deny the fact in my correspondence. I also have a written proofs from Preet Vihar Country Club office, New Delhi. I wanted my Parents Card, No response on the same. The Portal for my account was not updated and also My 1st holiday expired on[protected] without availing the facility. The most interesting fact is that every time the manager gets changed with whom I discuss my issue, since 2011 and I have to repeat the issue again & again from scratch which seems to be a harassment for me. I requested the Country Vacation Management Team that unless all my papers / Cards are cleared I am not going accept any type communications or pay any maintenance charges requested from you. Till date after I become the member of the Country Club in 01st May 2011, I have not used / utilized the services of the Country Vacation, I waited for correct documents to be delivered to me, as because of some serious confusions among the Country Vacations Management staff on the agreement signed (or trying to make a mockery out of me). In fact I was treated like a joker, harassed moving from Gurgaon Office to Ghaziabad & Delhi and vice versa. No proper response. Lastly, I thought of visiting Preet Vihar Country Vacation Office last time, on 8th Dec’13 before requesting for cancellation but there also could not get proper response. This is just to let you know that I have been fed up following from 1st May 2011 ( 2.5 years now) and have no more strength to continue. Taking all the issues like a gentleman I patiently waited for long but I think it was too much and the limits have crossed, and now I wish not to continue and withdraw my money (Rs. 1 lakh 30 thousand) back by cancelling the agreement. I have written a final mail, but that too not taken seriously… It’s already 2.5 years past after I have made an agreement with Country Vacation without utilizing its assets till date. What should I conclude about the company? Is the company FRAUD which is making false commitment to its stakeholders even after proper agreement. ????                 contacted with the complaint against Country Club. Ask a lawyer to draft your complaint or you
                yourself do it and come to court. They are still doing the same trick with others please stop them.

                  We ( Dr. V.B.Lal & Mrs. Ratna Lal), joint member of Country Vacations; (holding Membership No. DT560376) valid till 2015. We had booked a room in Country Club Konat Resort, Ahmedabad from 18.12.2012 to 20.12.2012 & had also paid Rs.6000.00 as Maintenance Charges for the said booking. But later on, due to our inconvenience, we asked Country Vacations to cancel our said booking. On our request, they CANCELLED the said booking & promised us to adjust the Maintenance Charges of Rs.6000.00 in our next booking.
                  We asked Country Vacations to confirm a new booking for us in their Resorts situated in Goa & Hyderabad on February, 2014. But Country Vacations neither reserved any booking to the said places nor adjusted/refunded our Maintenance Charges of Rs.6000.00 as promised by them earlier.Moreover they are having very casual & careless approach towards this matter.
                  Hence we complaint herewith against Country Vacations to either refund our Maintenance Charges of Rs.6000.00 or adjust the same amount by offering us a new booking at their resorts situated at Goa & Hyderabad in February, 2014 or maximum by March, 2014.

                    I got a lucky draw coupon in Big Bazar, I filled it and got a call from Country Vacations 2 days later, asking me to visit their office, I visited it in Pune. Rather than lucky draw, they explained their vacation offers and schemes, they created such environment and hype that I fell for it and paid 35000 by cards, I got agreement on 100 Rs stamp paper. They told me that you can reserve our hotels by just making 1 call. Now when I called them for booking hotels, they told me that your subscription is not for country vacations and it is for country club and refused to give me any booking, I followed up with them several times, I am neither getting club services or vacation services. I completely lost 35K which was hard earned by me by my efforts. Feeling cheated by such a fraud company owned by bugger Reddy. I still have agreement with me but it is of no use as the customer representative is always in no mood to listen anything. Please help me get out of this and help me getting my money back.                       This is to inform you about a very serious fraud going at ccv jaipur branch .let me tell you the whole story, we were invited at the ccv office for a gift tour and we reached there at 8:o clock on 24 November, and we were introduced their numerous holiday scemes by their reps :mr upendra and branch head :mr manish kumawat and conned with the amount of 1, 31000rs .
                      The points that led us into this misery and pain are as following:
                      1. Firstly mr upendra misguided us by showing us the ppt sights of the resorts that did not belongs to ccv and convinced us that by taking the membership we will be able to use that and more properties by coming time

                      3. We were promised for 7 nights and 7days but later it found to be 6 nights and 7 days
                      4. We were promised to be given RCA card but later denied.
                      5. We were promised that for rci domestic vacation 160$ and 250$ for rci foreign destinations will be charged fixed, not a single extra penny will be charged, but not now they refuse to give it in writing instead, they convince me by telling me that they might do it unofficially but could not officialy, why, after paying the full amount, why I will go through the unofficial way ?
                      6. Than after finding the whole fraud when contacted mr manish, ms pooja from customer grievences, there was no respose, infact where rude and cover up attitude was bestowed upon me.
                      7. And we were mentally exhausted and persuaded for the down payment at the time of 10:00, at the night even their rep mr upendra came to our house to get the money with us at the wee hours and did not gave us any single moment to think or revise our decision, now I can make out that it was their plan to cheat us and let not waste a moment to change our disguided mind, what kind of company will do it …………only the fraud one
                      Thank you ccv for making my life miserable for last couple of days, the company which boost of giving families happiness, has made my life hell, u see, the sense of being cheated itself is very painful and that too with this big amount, the thought is so disturbing that has taken all our peace and happiness and ……..and ……I m still hopeful that this doing has not been a policy for a company like ccv but a cheap business perfomed by the staff like manish and upendra for their pity incriments or so.
                      And I strongly believe that customer satisfaction is still the most important motto of business

                          Today i got a call from country vacations saying that i had won a lucky draw and askd me to collect 4 gifts from cg road abad. he messagd me the address. unfortunatelyonce filled a lucky draw form at himalaya mall at ahmedabad few days back. The executive who called me was named mr.daniel. i knew this is something fraudelent as i am very sceptical about such forgery. i surfrd about cv on internet and found several people complained of being mentally tortured for buying their membership or vacation plans and other schmes. somehow i was saved and din't went to collect gifts. i am writing this complaint not for myself but i want this fraudelent company to be sued with penalties and shall be shut down for harassing innocent people. how can they make money like this. if so many people have already complained about their fraudelent activities, why no action has yet been taken. The law suits of this forum should raise this matter un judiciary platform.i am literate and somehow wasn't trapped but wjat about those who are illiterate, innocent and those who have already bern trapped and lost money. as a citizen of this country, is it not our respobsibity to raise voice against fraudsters like COUNTRY VACATION.

                              Dear sir, Our membership number is: CVGO1V5LB123680, registered on 18th September, 2012. I have not yet utilized the 1st year holidays. This year I have decided to go to Goa on 16th Dec, 2013. On enquiry we got to know that we have to pay extra money beyond the maintenance amount even in your own property!. They have been asked to pay extra 650 rs. Per person per night even in the own property which was not informed us at the time of taking his serives. When we opposed, we are told that this is compulsory without which they won't confirm our booking. At the time of taking membership we were told that we don't need to pay anything if we book in country club own property. Now all of sudden hidden charges came in to picture. I have been asking for the answers but the manager and management is going round the bush and giving me the foolish explanations. Not only this, I had a guest booking in the month of last April in Goa where even they had a very bad experience which was given to me in writing and already discussed with Ms. Princy. They were not even asked for a glass of water! Staff treats them as if we are availing the free holidays!!! Is this the hospitality and service they provide to the guests?? We take the membership to enjoy our holidays in any season, not to take follow ups and fight when we ask for the booking. If all these terms would have been told to us, we would not have taken the membership at all. It is like you promised big but delivered not even a half of it! Since last 2-3 days, I have been trying to speak to a right person but after 20+ calls on the different different nos referred by the customer care, I got to know that Ms. Mansi is the person whom I can speak for the refund. But now customer care people do not let me speak to her and every time when I call for follow up, they says you will receive the call from her in 5 mins, then in 10 mints, and then within and hour and so on… … But this is enough! I am not at all satisfied with your service and feel as if I am being fool. I do not want to go ahead them. I have not availed any of the holidays for year 2012 and not at all wish to avail the remaining years. I want my hard earned money back in any case. So please help to get refund our hard earned money as I don’t want to avail their so called holiday’s service. Finally I have managed to talk to Ms. Mansi but then she diverted me to Mr. Asif saying he is sitting at HO, Hyderabad and he will call me... Again same, After 3 days follow-ups and calls, Mr. Asif has called. I have asked him to refund my amount as I am not at all happy with your so called customer services.                               By pasting the same above duologue for allt he complain is not the solution. Pick up the phone and talk to them if you really are genuine. If my hard earned money is not refunded, I have to go to consumer court and you have to pay the full amount with interest with compensation for mental agony and also consumer case on your own cost as well.                                 This is with reference to my membership number CVHYD7SB3MLM125229 in the name of Mr. Ranveer, we had visited your sale office in Kukatpally, Hyderbad on 6th Oct 2012.
                                Mr. Anil babu and Ms. Sindhu had attended us and discussed about the membership of Country Vacations.
                                Both the persons informed about the facilities and misleaded us in such a way that facilities and packages that through this membership we can book rooms in
                                5 star hotel and all falilites are free including SPA, beaulty parlour club house, swmming pool, marriage function halls and birthday function including decorations etc .

                                They attracted us by discussing about facilities which are absolutely free and misguided us by their false statements and asked us to pay Rs.40000 for MLM membership.

                                Below is the list of services/ products informed us at the time of joining and actual status is completely false when we visited to use that facilities as they are
                                charging money for every facility.


                                1.Life long free MLM card membership to all the country club resorts and I would be provided a free entry across all their existing clubs and
                                can use all the facilities there, whether it be gym, spa, swimming, games etc. ?
                                Totally false, everything is chargeable and Totally false.

                                It is a duty of the Sales Team to guide the customers in a right way and not to cheat the customers which is absolutely against the business ethics and code of conduct.
                                Your Sales Branch Office is offering absolutely different facilities and benefits which have not been confirmed by neither your
                                customer care nor by your club staff members.

                                I am requesting you cancel Country Club Membership and Country Vacations Membership right now and refund our money back
                                as soon as possible. Rs. 40000/-

                                Last week we spoke to HRD manager Mr.Vivek in kukatpally Country vacation branch and he informed us that they will cancel our membership and will refund our money back soon.

                                Please help me to get my money back completely in a couple of weeks or else i will book a case(legal action) on three guys as well as on country vacations.

                                  I was informed by country vacations Belgaum Mr Krishna Darbanjan, to pay on counter the room rent of Rs 4200/- at counry club Kolkatta.This was paid by DHFC credit card on 8.3.2013 at 10.44 am at Panchwati holiday resort Kolkatta. Receipt was submitted at Belgaum Branch in the month of March 2013 to Mr Krishna. Several efforts including a written complaint on web site of country vacations have failed to get the results. Twice call was made by CV Hyderabad to resolve the issue in the last month but no response thereafter. My contact no [protected] and Country club Membership no CVBL1CLUB5LB99868.

                                    We have had very very bad experience. We made booking through Country club for the Udaipur Property. We planned our vacation for 4 days. We are surprised when we reach the venue. The hotel is not to call the hotel as it does not had the basic requirements for the stay. You cannot even stand It has bathrooms which cannot be used, even village open are better. and also within 30 mintues we remain electric supply was disconnect almost 3-4 times. It does not have the hygiene which is required for the stay. We had travelled all the way from Ahmedabad and travelled 600 kms with the last 20 kms of adventure to reach hotel. We didn't stay at the hotel and leave looking at the difficulties. It was absolutely nightmare for us. My family entire holiday plan spoiled. We had paid Rs 8000 for 2 rooms. Spend 7000 for the travel. I had to immediately shifted to other place and had to incur Rs 25000 on the stay as had to made last minute bookings. We informed Country to refund us immediately the amount paid towards the booking as property is pathetic in all respect. However they are not responding. We called 25 times and written 15 reminders without the response. We havent in the first step asked for the any compensations for all the hardships, travel cost and alternate stay cost. But looking at the approach of the seller, we now want refund of Rs 8000 spend for the booking, Rs 7000 spend on the travel and Rs 25000 spend on the alternate stay.                                       I am member Country Vacations alongwith lifetime membership of Country Club also since 2008. I got the membership for Rs. 200000/- at that time. I have done the full payment also. My problem is that they are not giving booking at anytime, although I had also the RCI membership for 5 years. Till date they are not able to give me booking. I have not even once used my membership and availed holidays, but than also they regularly send me yearly maintenance bill for their properties of Rs.4000/- approx. which I have not paid as I have not availed any facilities under this membership. So please help me and guide how I can come out from this membership.

                                        I am Sunil Kumar from Bangalore and I been requesting you to cancel my membership due to bad service of Country vacations. My membership number is CVBG1BCLUB5LB150458. Please see below: This is with reference to my membership number CVBG1BCLUB5LB150458 in the name of Mr. Sunil Kumar, we had visited your sale office in Sarajpur,Bangalore on 25th Jun 2013 where Mr. Gowda, Mr. Uday Raju and Ms. Sukanya had attended us and discussed about the membership of Country Vacations. All the three persons discussed the Country Club Vacation Membership facility and benefits and offered us various facilities and packages which found attractive that time and they promised us that we can book rooms in Le meridian, Marriot, Leela Palace, etc . Below is the list of services/ products offered and actual status 1. I can take a holiday for 7 days in a year and they were booked 10- 45 days in advance then I would get a week free, (India or Abroad), Out of the country they have tie ups where i need to pay only taxes for my accommodation which would be 5star or 7 star. For International holidays through RCI exchange program they will charge of Rs[protected] for every week of stay wherever they do not have their properties. ? Yet not availed but most of the times whenever enquired dates were not available. 2. Life long Gold card membership to all the country club resorts and I would be provided a free entry across all their existing clubs and can use all the facilities there, whether it be gym, spa, swimming, games etc. ? Totally false, everything is chargeable 3. The 14 days can be either used the same year,or carried over to next year, or can be borrowed from next year etc - False 4. 20-40% discounts on domestic/international airfare and can avail the benefit of residing at any of the country clubs India/abroad for free of cost (free accommodation) and also said that they also offer free sightseeing . - Totally False 5. I would be provided a free entry across all their existing clubs and can use all the facilities there, whether it be gym, spa, swimming, games etc. ? Totally false, everything is chargeable . The cards issued to us are not even given weightage by the representatives there. 6. Spa membership which includes 30 ayurvedic massages either for me or any family members absolutely free. - ? It is not totally free, you have to shell out Rs 350/- per massage. 7.Use of party halls in any country club 7 times a year along with cook,vessels,kitchen free with a capacity of 1000 to 2000 people , where for arranging a party I will need to pay only the fooding part rest all will be borne by them . ?Nothing available free of cost, you need to pay out for everthing. 8. The membership can be transferred to some other person or the company itself will sell it through its TAG agents for the market price prevailing at that period for a charge of 5% of actual amount. ? Totally false 9. HDFC Life insurance for 6 Lakh rupees. 3 lakhs for me and 3 lakhs for my wife plus medical insurance of 50k each in case of accidents . - No such insurance received . 10. We have been committed by your staff that one party in a year is allowed free of cost at Country club or affiliated clubs, but no such written confirmation is given to us for the same. ? Yet to check. 11. They promised us that we book rooms in other properties apart from Country club properties which incudes Le Meridien, Marriot, Leela Palace, etc - When I tried booking room at Le meridian, the customer care explained that cannot book rooms other than country club properties. I have taken the Country Club membership and paid Rs 70,000/-. I have made this transaction with axis bank for amount Rs. 61,000/- and with Standard chartered bank with Rs. 5,000/- and Rs.4,000/- on the faith that you will provide us all such facilities which you have been offered to us in the meeting by your sales team. However we found that all such commitments given to us during that meeting are incorrect and false. It is a duty of the Sales Team to guide the customers not to cheat the customers which is absolutely against the business ethics and code of conduct. I am unable to understand that your sales team is misleading the customers or your sales team. Your Sales Branch Office is offering absolutely different facilities and benefits which have not been confirmed by neither your customer care nor by your club staff members. I am requesting you cancel Country Club Membership and Country Vacations Membership and and refund our membership fees of Rs 70,000/- to be refunded back as this amount was taken by misguiding us and on false commitments given by your Sales Team. Please help me to get my money back.
