We have booked holiday through cox and king's

Magical ladakh with air 7n/8d

Booking i'd 1093662

We have made full payment but still not received any details regarding status of our travel, air tickets, contact details, hotel vouchers.

It's only 2 days left.. We have to fly to leh fro mumbai on tuesday[protected] @ 4 am.

But, still not received flight tickets.

We have tried multiple times to reach customer service but, they are pathetic they don't know the status and day they will call back.. But no one calls back.

Most worse holiday planner we have ever come across.
Can someone please help immediately.

Pathetic services, 3rd class Food. 3rd class accommodations. No solution in problems during trip. Lier company & employees. Fraud company.

    Booked the above tour at ahmedabad on 18th april' 19.

    We were told by email that we shall get our passports & visas by 13th or 14th of may.

    Now, we have to leave ahmedabad on 23rd may to board flight on 24th may from mumbai to russia.

    It is 10. 30 pm of 22nd may and so far our passports & visa etc have not been delivered to us at ahmedabad.

    No one is bothered at cox and kings.

    Pathetic services of cox and kings ahmedabad office.

      Please see the email sent to cox and kings office at mumbai.. Today is 20 may and still i have not received any response from them.

      Dear sunil,

      Hope this email finds you in good health!

      I have a concern (Again) for which i need your assistance.

      I received a letter in first week of feb’19; from your team members regarding rs 5000 travel voucher (Which came as lucky draw against my above booking reference). I received a call from cox n kings office and your person mr. Vikas mayekar also visited my office to get the letter signed from me. The voucher was supposed to reach me within 10 days of signing the letter.
      Now after the letter signed in early april’19, today its 4th april 2019, almost 2 months passed, and i have not received any travel voucher / coupon/ gift coupon.

      Can you or someone update me on this?

        Cox and kings is the worst tour operator out there. I used them recently, and for the first time for a trip, and it was the worst travel decision i have made. Their so called travel advisers are more like telephone operators, who are unable to provide any information or service. They will not give you any assistance or support during a trip, even if that means being stranded somewhere. Their service, food, accommodation are all way below standard. On the particular trip i was in, the entertainment was also very cheesy, and inappropriate. Not appropriate for family vacations. Avoid using them at all costs!!

          I had booked a trip to china scheduled from may 17/ 2019 for 8 days duration. Ms. Pavithra n mr. Venkatesh at anna nagar, chennai handled the details. Booking id is 1091339. Amount of rs.6, 65000 was given as cheque on april 11 was cleared on 16 april. Pavithra informed us that the trip got cancelled from their side n the process for refund has been initiated on 22 april, on repeated calls from my side they is no proper response as to when our money would get refunded. Hoping this issue gets resolved as early as possible..

            We were a group of sixteen who had booked a trip to Bhutan from PUNE on !st MAY through the COX & KINGS in Kalyani Nagar, PUNE.The payments and bookings were done individually but were booked under the name of two persons without ref to others in the name of Mr Veena Bengale(who is a widow) and Mr Bhupendar Kumar Kempraj .This was done by the office in Kalyani Nagar on their own and names chosen by them without asking though all transactions were done and papers delivered to me.The list and tickets were delivered on Monday night for our trip on Tuesday with one widower who was supposed to be a single teamed up with another married single lady inspite of he having informed your pune office that he needs a single accn (P32 Mr GOVINDA RAJAN SRINIVASAN).This caused innumerable problem at every hotel/ resort and he had to pay for extra bed and team up with a couple or two ladies causing inconvenience and embarassment and unnecessary inconvenience to the entire lot.Though, the boys MR AJAY and MR RAHAT did their best to resolve the problem and did a commendable job.at BHUTAN..The three employees of your COX & KINGS in your Kalyani nagar played truant and most of the time we had a difficult time get info and were not available and from 29th of April onwards it was fourth person Mr Nishkesh who had no knowledge what had been done by the others and who just delivered and could not answer any queries raised and the staff who were responsible disappeared Mr Kunal as the Manager has not done his job with the diligence required.Trip iand visits in Bhutan were ok except that we lost three days due to one govt holiday and had to to wait till the afternoon in PARO and had to leave at 1500 hrs and reached PUNAKHA late in the evening and just spent the night and returned and visited PUNAKHA DZONG the next day and thereby reducing our time in PARO.Further, the BHUTAN govt closes on saturday and sunday and COX & KINGS has failed to keep track of the holidays and due to which permits to visit got delayed and we had to forego visits which were in your itinerary.In fact we lost two full days due to the improper planning by your organisation .The GOVT holiday due to which our trip to PUNAKHA got delayed and we had just to sleep at PUNAKHA and leave next morning and saturday and sunday .I propose that your organisation compensate the 16 o[censored]s for the loss and not being able to do justice to our trip as per your itinerary .The hotels and resorts and food were good and we were well taken care of by your representatives in BHUTAN

              fraud company... never book trips with this group

              I had booked a europe trip on feb first week... These ppl charged 80000 for booking.. We had paid them already. Due to unavoidable reason we had to cancel the trip. They have charged us lumpsom amt of 34550 just for cancelation.. The cancelation receipt also has not been provided yet. The refund also has not been initiated. Mr. Arun from chennai office was taking care of the issue.. Later on he washed off.. Never attends to our calls. This...

              I have planned europe tour for my family which is starting 8th may (French swiss medley) but i already got gist of mismanagement and ill planning of my tour. Initially my tour was planned on 9th may 2019 but it was rescheduled to 8th may due to less response. Air tickets were accordingly issue. When i noticed my return tickets, i got ti know that there is 10 hrs of gap between my hotel departure and flight time. When i highlighted this issue to tour cox and kings agent handling my file, i was been told that tour manager will adjust timings to fill the gap. But when i spoke with tour manager who was assigned on last moment, i got to know that there is no change in schedule and plan as per itinerary will follow. This means that i amy have to spend 1pm to 10 pm on zurich airport. I requested cox and kings to plan some free day and air port drop in evening which was denied. Any quick help in the matter will be highly appreciated.

                  The deadline for cashback has expired if it is from date of transaction/ date of travel.
                  Bank says the merchant have not listed my card for cashback offer, however merchant says they have already processed it. I m attaching screen shot of the emails from merchant and the bank.

                  I would like to bring it to your notice that i have not received the cashback of rs 8000/- yet.

                    Bad experience from cox and kings bookings i’d 1065154
                    Fraud company
                    Glimpse of cox and kings and the designated tour date was from 1 apr 2019 to 8 apr. I have taken vpp and tpp to seek protection for visa cancellation. Later on i was informed that my tour was rescheduled from 8 ap to 15 apr 2019. With great pain i rescheduled my leave also. But my visa was rejected by embassy and as per vpp i am eligible of refund as per vpp and tppafter deducting all applicable fees. Total amount. I paid was rs 116250. To my dismay even after 25 days so called cox and kings have bothered to refund the amount. On 17 apr i called their kochi office and they have very rudely told me that they do not know any thing about the payment details. I have numerous e mail in which they have agreed to refund the money. This is nothing short of cheating and as a consumer i tell it is a worst travel agent.

                      I manmeet singh, have booked my honeymoon package, but im completely unsatisfied with your staff, branch managers etc, because of false commitments, irresponsible and careless attitude.
                      Following points where im cheated -

                      1. We have booked the tour for 23/04/19 travel, in lieu of which we have been pressurized to pay all the amount immediately with a statement that your tickets will not be booked if not paid to us as per our demand, we have paid to the last penny well in time and have been assured by cox and kings team that we are booked for 23/04/2019 travel.
                      We receive a phone call from your cust serv gaurav gupta
                      [protected], saket branch) on 19/04/19 19:00 hrs, that due to some problem ur travel dates has been postponed and will share the travel date soon.
                      Finally they have booked us on 03/05/2019 without any compensation for the mistake done by cox and kings.

                      2, we have been shared itinerary with first day free at paris, but as per schedule received with arrival in paris late evening / early night (I. E 19:40hrs paris time), which is totally unacceptable.
                      A day free means we are free to explore local locations, buyt unfortunately on this situation, we will be reaching hotel late night, ruining my complete
                      Travel day...

                      3. When i tried to contact and discuss the matter with mr shrey (Who sole the package to us) and mr rajnish (Senior to shrey) none of them is responding to our calls, sms, instead we have been kept waiting itinerary till 2 days prior travelling.

                      Desirable resolution
                      - need to concerns responding immediately.
                      - need compensation for postponing my travel date in form of flight travel upgrade or value addition in my travel date.
                      - need confirmation by 29.04.2019 or refund my complete package cost.

                        Hello, we had given 15 passports (front & back copies) along with Air Arabia return tickets, photos & other docs of girls students for UAE visa processing to Mr. Deepak Verma and Mr. Gagan of Cox and King. These girls were going to attend an educational event in Dubai, recommended by their college. While submitting the passports, it was mentioned to Mr. Gagan that 2 of the passports carry "ECR stamp" and "OK to Board clearance" has to be taken for these two girls. Advance amount was also with Cox and King for OK to Board payments, in addition to visa fee.

                        After receiving the visas for 14 girls (one was returned by them though money paid for 15), students went to board their flight on 14th April, 2019 early morning (13th Apr night) considering everything has been taken care of.

                        To our utter shock, I received a phone call at 01:00AM (14th Apr) from 2 of these girl students, who were denied boarding as "OK to board" formality was not done by Cox & King visa processing staff.
                        After speaking to the Airport offcials, we immediately called Mr. Gagan on his mobile in conference with the girls and asked him to do the OTB formality as airlines would send it in few minutes time. He denied doing anything saying that we are disturbing his sleep and then disconnected the phone. When we tried his number again, his phone was switched off and it remained switched off forever during that night.
                        With this behaviour of Mr. Gagan the girls started crying, then they informed their parents about the situation, who also started worrying as their daughters were left all alone at the airport (other 14 girls passed through immigration) due to this whole unprofessional & irresponsible behaviour of Mr. Gagan. After that, we started calling his boss Mr. Deepak Verma who also had one of his mobile phone switched off and the other was not answering the whole night.

                        During the night from 01:00AM to 07:00PM, I personally called more than 100 times each on the three numbers of Mr. Gagan and Mr. Deepak Verma but mobile phone of Mr. Gagan was swtiched off and Mr. Deepak Verma's unreachable. In the meantime, parents of the the offloaded girls were also trying the numbers of Mr. Gagan and Mr. Deepak (we had shared the numbers with the parents to see if their calls are answered by the Cox & King staff) but all in vein.

                        Due to this Pathetice behaviour of Cox & King staff, parents of the girls were so annoyed and disappointed that they were cursing why we chose Cox and Kings for their daughters' visa formalities.

                        Eventually, the girls were offloaded by the airlines (not to mention that they were left emotionally drained and stressed) due to the OTB issue and parents had to pick them back from the airport on 14th April around 4AM.

                        Further, we had to buy a new ticket for the two girls for Rs.74K and had to pay urgent OTB charges of Rs3K, which costed in another Rs.77K expense, so that the girls could join their classmates (group) in Dubai next evening.

                        We strongly protest to all this mess created by Cox and King visa department and also for the unprofessional and irresponsbile behaviour of not supporting us at the required moment, which not only resulted in a stress for the girls, their parents and siblings, myself but also an additional cost of Rs77K.

                        In consideration of the above, we demand Cox and King to take necesary action against the above mentioned errant employees of its visa department and compensate us with our financial loss (our mental stress can not be compensated in any way).

                          Booked family group tour in february for corbett and nainital wants to go with group tour inspire having number of options for customised tour children wanted group tour so selected 19 april group tour on 12 february while booking they not told that it is difficult to form group taken full charges and before 7 days of departure your mail comes and told that only 4 bookings done group not formed so you hv to go customised as per terms and conditions and pay for lunch all enrtramce charges jeep safari boat riding etc then i asked your office to pay difference as all lunch and boating and safari i hv to make now myself but they denied then i ask for change one night stay from delhi to other place as now it is customised tour then company saying no all booking done already then how safari booking remained and i hv to pay it separately not cooperating rawal taken bookings but not told no one booked yet and see other dates or petiwala not responding on calls very bad experience despite of paying full amount in advance now my tour cost going high budget due to this cheap peoples of cox and kings otherwise i think it is policy of company to take group bookings and then convert it into customised booking and saying not booking done and when asking for changes saying all bookings done never book trip again with you and suggest peoples and freinds on social media not to book tours of cox and kings

                            I booked a tour package for the us for 6 days. The company sales agents sama siji, mohit, ambhuj and others claim to get the visa but they did not even upload the itinerary on my us visa application which results in my visa rejection. The company demanded full payment before my visa was issued and the trip was booked. Nobody answers the phone number provided on the website (Coxandkings.com). After sending 23 emails to them about my money they refunded me inr 54, 000 from inr1, 60, 100. I have proofs of the money paid to this company inr 80, 000 by the credit card and around 80, 000 by cash deposit. When i called the local office in my city (Meerut) they denied having any information regarding my credit card payments (Attached). After sending another 15 emails or so they are not returning my money. The agent that they send to me for passport pickup is not answering phones and claims to have quit the job.

                            They have committed enough frauds. I am suing them for false claim and fraudulent dealings against this company in Delhi and Meerut ... anybody having issues with this company may contact me and I'll add their claims to my appeal no matter what stay you were cheated in. I won't stop unless and until I burn this fraud company to the ground forever.

It is not about the money anymore.

                            After multiple followup I did not get my issue resolved hence I emailed the team to refund my 70000 but again I am not receiving any revert for my request. I think it is high time I should give an official complaint at Grahak Manch against the team.

                              I booked a trip to Singapore through Cox and Kings in Oct 2018. i made the payment through HDFC Debit card and they said there's an offer of 10% cashback if i pay 80, 000 in first transaction. i did the payment in co-ordination with Cox and Kings employee. payment was done successfully. everything went smooth.

                              they said within 90 days my cashback would come but it been more than 150 days and no cashback yet.

                              im chasng the cox and kings customer care both through email and call but they say they are checking on it.

                              3 months and still they're checking on this??????

                              i would say it's a pathetic service by Cox and Kings. i'm fade up of chasing them again and again.

                                  I booked a packaged for thailand on 28th february. I paid amount of ₹80000, but due to increase in rates of air flights from your side, we had to pay around ₹38400 more to get our flights booked. This rate was not at all good for us so we cancelled the trip and we were told that we will get full refund back but despite being a problem from your side we were charged ₹2400 as our cancellation fees. And even after that it has been8 days and i have just recieved the refund of ₹7600 from your side and haven't received ₹70000 yet. Why do you think i will pay ₹2400 for cancellation please i want my full refund because it has been already 8 days.
                                  I hope you don't maintain the same reputation of treating your customer well. I hope i get my whole refund without any cancellations.

                                    I have booked the trip to kailash mansarovar. The trip starts with kathmandu the price is 1.92 lakh for 1 pax in that ticket to kathmandu is not included. They are not providing the details properly so that ticket should be bought on time. They asked me to submit the terms and conditions and then they will initiate all the things and to my surprise they do not respond properly. I will never recommend trip with this operator. They are pathetic. Please help me to get back my full refund.

                                      I was called by vijay arora from cox and kings regarding my maldives package. Costing around 1.4lac i made the payment only after getting confirmation of room availability from vijay on 12th march 2019, i paid him 20000 initially and later 50000 inr. From that day itself i have nit received any confirmation from his end. After 100s of attempts of followup from my end, what vijay told me is that the flights have been booked and the backend team will send me the package coupans. Now this mr vijay arora neither replies to the emails not gives callback.

                                      This is such a worse customer service.
