We were told by email that we shall get our passports & visas by 13th or 14th of may.

Now, we have to leave ahmedabad on 23rd may to board flight on 24th may from mumbai to russia.

It is 10. 30 pm of 22nd may and so far our passports & visa etc have not been delivered to us at ahmedabad.

No one is bothered at cox and kings.br...

travel agency

Cox and kings is the worst tour operator out there. I used them recently, and for the first time for a trip, and it was the worst travel decision i have made. Their so called travel advisers are more like telephone operators, who are unable to provide any information or service. They will not give you any assistance or support during a trip, even if that means being stranded somewhere. Their service, food, accommodation are all way below...

I had booked a trip to china scheduled from may 17/ 2019 for 8 days duration. Ms. Pavithra n mr. Venkatesh at anna nagar, chennai handled the details. Booking id is 1091339. Amount of rs.6, 65000 was given as cheque on april 11 was cleared on 16 april. I booked a tour package for the us for 6 days. The company sales agents sama siji, mohit, ambhuj and others claim to get the visa but they did not even upload the itinerary on my us visa application which results in my visa rejection. I booked a packaged for thailand on 28th february. I paid amount of ₹80000, but due to increase in rates of air flights from your side, we had to pay around ₹38400 more to get our flights booked. I have booked the trip to kailash mansarovar. The trip starts with kathmandu the price is 1.92 lakh for 1 pax in that ticket to kathmandu is not included. They are not providing the details properly so that ticket should be bought on time. They asked me to submit the terms and conditions and then they will initiate all the things and to my surprise they do not respond properly. I will never recommend trip with this operator. They are pathetic....
