Dear sir/ madam,
I have made the booking for individual singapore tour for april 19 through cox and kings in the month of january 2019 for which the desired amount was paid too.
Now almost in april they called and conveyed that due to flight cancellation from the airline we will be booking new flights and we now need to give cost applicable for today’s date which is the difference of almost 35000 rupees which i am not willing to pay.
If a customer is booking 3 months in advance that is for they want to save money else could have booked now if money wasn’t an issue.
I spoke to mr tejpratap and his teamleader (Who spoke as if she is giving me a gunpoint to bear the loss at any cost). The lady wasn’t polite enough for an apologetic behaviour but was on top of her voice.
This isn’t first time i availed services from cox and kings but probably could be last due to their services and staff behaviour.

Cox & Kings really have worst customer service. No response on time from them. Their packages are higher than other competitors but still worst in customer service & response. Had booked tour with C&K last year for Europe, June 2018 and had a very very nerve breaking worst experience from their Visa team, Insurance team. I had to finally make a visit to their Office in Fort, Mumbai and meet officers to get the issue resolved. Even during the trip few things happened but was managed by tour manager. But their team at Mumbai office, the poorest response one can have.

Today also I am facing another issue, they have not given me my gift coupon (its 2 months now) after signing the letter.

Hence from these all incidents, I decided never to go with Cox and Kings ever in y life. Hence booked my trip with Thomas Cook this year...(lets see how it goes).

    Booked package tour to hongkong n macau from 25th mar 19 to 30th mar 19 n paid all due sought.
    Today i get info that jet air tkt cancelled n am to reschedule paying extra with lesser stay there. Then i recd cox letter citing my hotel booking at kuala lumpur for 3n whr amnt scheduled to go. Den showing return flight from hk to singapore instead delhi. What the hell is going on. Is there any responsible executive reverting to me

      I paid an advance of rs 60000/- for a euro group tour on 27th july 2018 for a tour set to depart on 27th of october 2018.

      However, due to unforeseeable circumstances, i was forced to cancel on the 27th of august and substituted another person on the same tour to take my place.

      Even after several emails and phone calls asking for the refund, i have received no response, even though i had agreed that nominal charges be deducted towards flight bookings.

      I hope i will get redressal through this forum as it is unthinkable that cox and kings retains my entire amount though most hotels and flights charges a cancellation fee of rs 5000 to 10000/-

        This is regarding booking id 1067892. Booked the american glimpse - east coast (Summer 2019) date of start 01-april-2019. Final payment was made on 5th march 2019. Tour cancelled by cox & kings after giving ‘assured departure’. Requested for full refund of money as tour was cancelled by company after giving assured departure. Centre for booking is andheri, mumbai 400059. Two representatives dhara chitrodha and fagun joshi were helpful in booking but they are hostile now and not responding properly when asked about refund. Money is stuck with company the whole visit to usa is in jeopardy! Help! Hoping for reply and refund soon!! Moreover the tour was for my senior citizen parents a dream crushed!!

We have decided to cancel the trip and asked the cox and kings personnel to send us the cancellation email and the expenses occurred for the cancellation.             Hello sir,

            This is Dr Saurabh Sharma..I had booked european rhapsody tour from cox n kings on 23rd november with initial deposit of Rs 30000. At the time of booking I made sure that I will have the right to cancel the tour before December end and I will get my initial deposit without any deduction. I made cancellation request on 7th december due to some very personal reason. I am attaching all receipts and mails with this mail.

            Now I get call from local cox and kings office indore that I wont get even a single penny back. This incident is shocking and shows CnK in poor light having unprofessional conduct. They refuse to provide us any assistance now and ignoring our complaints repeatedly.

            I have waited for months to get my refund back but nobody seems to listen. Please look into this matter and help us.

              Me and my wife booked the tour to aust and new zealand on 9.12.2018 and paid 80000 inr and visas for both apprvd. After getting mail confirmation on 21.01.2019, that tour shall go 100%, we paid total amount 7, 98000/= the very next day after full amount paid, we were informed that this departure cancelled. After so many complaints and mails we got the payment after deducting visa charges which is no use for us we being senior citizens have been mislead by this co. This company has played a fraud with for which a complaint is being filed with consumer court for our claims

                Sir, i (Shrigopal bhattad, aurangabad) have booked europe holiday (Group tour) with cox and kings for 4 people. Tour (Aakarshak europe) will start on 23rd may. Mr. Shirish from aurangabad have made the booking on 17th december 2018.
                I am surprised to note that till date there is no e mail communication from the company to us regarding the tour booking and tour information.
                I have made a payment of rs 200000 towards cox and kings.
                Even the uk visa documents guidance was pathetic. Why there should not be any sort of communication from the company with us?. We have booked europe holiday looking at the brand legacy of cox and kings.
                Kindly revert back with satisfactory remark and take appropriate action.

                  Fraudulent dealings.
                  Nothing in india can ever work. Every business is a scam.

                  The sales agents are professional scammers even contacts you on sunday. After you make the payment it all goes downhill from there.

                  Do not trust them with anything they says. Once they told me that they will be sending the us visa and sponsorship letter to the us embassy for a tourist visa but then they changed the story again.

                  None of the numbers work on their website and you can't even get them on the phone when called back.

                  I might sue them for misleading information and doing fraud.

                    I have booked a customized honeymoon package for dubai and mauritius (Package cost: rs. 263100/-). The booking id is 1063145. I did the initial payment of rs. 40000/- on 17-jan-2019. Vijay arora ([protected]) was dealing with me.

                    After initial payment i have not received any call from vijay and not from any other person of cox and kings. I have followed multiple times vijay. He was not picking up the call so i need to call him multiple times. I followed multiple times for the remaining payment. On 26-jan-2019 he said that i need to do payment of rs. 60000/- and he will share the link. I have received the payment link on 31-jan-2019 after multiple reminders. When i tried the link for payment it was expired. I informed vijay at the same time and he said he will call me but i have not received any call. Today i tried 13 times (Proofs available) and after that when he picked the call he informed that your bookings are not done because they have not received payment. Why i have not received any reminder from vijay and cox and kings.

                    This is a mistake from vijay and cox and kings side. I want the same package at the same cost on the same dates.

                    I am getting married on 15-feb so i hope you can understand my situation and you cancelled booking at last moment. I was not accepting it from cox and kings and now i can understand why sotc is better than you.

                    I need the same package. As this is a honeymoon package so i can not change the dates, package. And i will not wear any addition cost. Payment reminder is your job not my. If you have any proof of payment reminder then please show me. Otherwise accept your fault and provide the same package.

                    You guys destroyed one day (Today) and i do not want to destroy any more day so i need solution by tomorrow.

                    I have discussed the same issue on your customer care number (Rahul jaggi) and as per rahul the holding was till 24-jan-2019. And i received the next 60000 payment link on 31-jan-2019. Now can you please explain how the payment and holdings are related.

                    Need the solution by tomorrow any how. And no booking cancellation.

                    As mentioned in my previous complaint that I need same package at the same cost and on the same dates. Due to cheaper flight rates cox and kings changed departure date from 23-feb to 22-feb. due to this we missed the flight and whole trip.

                    Worst Experience with Cox and Kings………I recently got married and booked a customized honeymoon package from Cox and Kings ( Booking reference = 2996091) ….I booked this package much before our wedding date in order to avoid last moment hustle… but just because of the stupidity and irresponsible behavior of their staff, they created problems in the bookings during my wedding period. The time actually meant for my enjoyment was destroyed and ruined ….. just to settle the issues created by their team.
                    In addition to this, they preponed my departure dates without even informing and taking any kind of confirmation ….that to just because of the cheaper flight rates ……because of this lack of information, we both (me and my wife) missed our flight …..From yesterday’s onwards, multiple phone calls has been made but such a unresponsive behavior from their staff and no one is helping us to get out of this situation instead was asking for more and inappropriate money to resolve the issue……
                    I have to spend my golden and precious time in talking to their customer executives which actually should belong to my spouse and family.
                    We are in mental stress and trauma ….thanks to the cheating of Cox and Kings ….. I request you all not to book any package from such cheaters ….or please discuss with me before proceeding with them.

                        My parents dr raghunath pradhan and mrs binodini pradhan booked a holiday package for malasia, thailand and singapore travel (14th jan to 23rd jan 2019). Their old passports alongwith new passports were submitted to mr bisoi ([protected]) of bhubaneswar cox and kings for visa purpose. He has not returned their old passports yet.

                          I went to dubai tour at your services from[protected] to[protected] with my family (Total 3 adult & 1 child with no bed).
                          1. No itinerary provided by you as per my requirement.
                          2. You couldn't provide the services as per your commitment based on my requirements.
                          3. Keep on changing the program.
                          4. First 2 days of our customized tour was wasted due to your improper planning.

                          I explained the same to you in my mail to [protected]@coxandkings.com on[protected] with supporting documents & requested for refund with compensation. But, till now, you have not confirmed the same.

                            I have made a booking to bali in november and had transfered extra 2000rs ad my total trip expense was 1, 55, 511 but i made a payment of 1, 57, 511. The contact person told us that he will contact the accounts team and make the refund asap. But even after 2months of the trip the payment have not been made.
                            Look into this issue immediately and refund the amount asap

                              I had booked an instant bali couple holiday package (6n 7d land package) for honeymoon with enquiry id 2863167 on 26th of november and paid ₹ 48, 239 online. On 22nd of dec. Indonesia was hit by tsunami which killed thousands of people there. So i have made my mind not to put my and my wife's life to risk by visiting such a place. Instead i have planned to stay in india itself for my honeymoon.

                              But when i talked to ur customer executives regarding this, they outrightly denied any refund to me citing company policies. Instead they forced me to visit bali only, while giving lame logics like bali is far away from the tsunami hit areas. When i requested them to change the location to some domestic destination, they rejected that too while telling me dat they can use my money for booking only one of the 5 international destinations viz. Thailand, singapore, mauritius, bali, maldives.

                              This is pure cheating. My wedding is only 15 days away, and ur ppl are not allowing me to book a destination of my choice, with my hard earned money. This was not expected from a 200 years old company.
                              I request you to plz resolve this matter at the earliest so dat i am not robbed of my mental peace and my hard earned money too.

                                As per tour itinerary on day 4 5th jan 2019 we are going to niel island and you also told me the same. And ms. Swati the agent is saying that its a typing error and this is something which we cant expect from a company like cox&kings...
                                Kindly revert me asap n make a proper solution on this matter. I am pissed with companies false commitments. They also charges extra in goa hotel. They are fraud.

                                    I cancelled my international trip and when asked to refund back my booking amount, the travel agent and the team started building up fake stories and kept delaying to initiate the refund.

                                    The excuses given by them are as follows -
                                    1) the head of the department is not available.
                                    2) i have already spoken to the accounts team and they will be will initiating your amount soon.
                                    3) i have personally spoken to the sales team and have initiated the refund
                                    4) you will get your refund in 3-5 business days
                                    5) i shall take your case on priority basis
                                    Etc etc etc...

                                    Here i am with there fake attitute and misleading guidance.

                                    With my threatening emails and calls, the agent would only call me back giving another fake promise.

                                    I have the mail chain and my threatening mails too.
                                    I am attaching the screenshots of emails in this forum. If people in this forum don't help me, i shall approach the consumer court and will make sure the ceo of this company knows about his employees well.

                                    The sales team did call me but again promised me to take my case on priority but they ignored.

                                    I shall wait for a week and see if this forum is a help, else consumer court isn't that far away.

                                      I'm amrita dhar, from navi mumbai. Priyam halder kundu, one of your employee has deceived me and taken 6000/- from me. She is yet to refund my money. Blocked me from all sources. Not just me she has taken money in name of delivering saree but blocked all after receiving the payment. You can find all complain in facebook. I have all documents as proof. Kindly note such behavior is not going to bring any good fame to an esteemed organisation like yours. Request you to kindly take care of this.

                                        I have booked kerala trip in january from cox and kings and now the concern person is saying that the tour is not confirmed, flights r already booked, so for working person if we ahbe to apply leave we can't, we r in dilemma. Please sort this matter so that we can plan accordingly as this uncertainty is wrong on part of cox and kings even booking the trip 6month earlier..
