I had booked an instant bali couple holiday package (6n 7d land package) for honeymoon with enquiry id 2863167 on 26th of november and paid ₹ 48, 239 online. On 22nd of dec. Indonesia was hit by tsunami which killed thousands of people there. So i have made my mind not to put my and my wife's life to risk by visiting such a place. Instead i have planned to stay in india itself for my honeymoon.
But when i talked to ur customer executives regarding this, they outrightly denied any refund to me citing company policies. Instead they forced me to visit bali only, while giving lame logics like bali is far away from the tsunami hit areas. When i requested them to change the location to some domestic destination, they rejected that too while telling me dat they can use my money for booking only one of the 5 international destinations viz. Thailand, singapore, mauritius, bali, maldives.
This is pure cheating. My wedding is only 15 days away, and ur ppl are not allowing me to book a destination of my choice, with my hard earned money. This was not expected from a 200 years old company.
I request you to plz resolve this matter at the earliest so dat i am not robbed of my mental peace and my hard earned money too.

That is absolutely not how we want our guests to feel. Please share the following details, so we can look into your concern and sort this for you:
a. Booking reference number
b. Booking Location
c. Tour Name
d. Departure Date
e. Registered email
Today also I am facing another issue, they have not given me my gift coupon (its 2 months now) after signing the letter.
Hence from these all incidents, I decided never to go with Cox and Kings ever in y life. Hence booked my trip with Thomas Cook this year...(lets see how it goes).
