I was working with cox and kings, prabhat road office form 2015, for 2 and a half year, later i got the good opportunity from the other company so i gave resignation from cox and kings, i completed my 1 month notice period. They told me that i will get the experience letter and my one month salary after one month of my leaving once my all files are closed. Now they are denying me to give the same. Because of some others employees bookings, commitments and debit to owners commission they are not giving me my salary and experience letter. I have done too much of follow up with them.

    I had booked my tashkent trip which is on 27 feb 18 and till now i have nothing got in my hands after doing all payments also like hotel vouchers and flight details and visa status. When i use to ask them they have no answer and tell me will update you. Only 6 days left still they will update me.
    This is the service they give to customers
    Even they don't call also after payment is done we have to call again and again to know whats going on.
    And before payment they use to call 5 times a day. See the difference

      We have inquired about paris tour in cox and kings on feb 2017.
      Ms tanvi from ghatkopar office of cox and kings approached us for the same.
      We have done initial payment to her on 15th feb 2017.
      But due to some reason we were unable to get the visa hence we asked the refund of funds which we have already paid.
      They have not yet refunded our money till date.
      Started avoiding our calls. When we call from another number calls are getting answered.
      Till date we have not received our funds.

        I booked singapore tour through cox & kings and traveled in dec2017. I had specifically requested for a group package & was promised that there will be 15-20 families travelling together & staying in same hotel. However there was no group & the tour was sub-contracted to a local operator. There was no tour manager. Different families were assembled everyday from different hotels for excursions. Even after spending nearly rs. 1.8l, we had no fun as we were feeling lonely throughout the tour. We did not get proper jain food inspite of being promised. I demand full refund of my tour money.

        Cox & Kings has done nothing to address my complaints.
        I will be forced to take the matter to consumer court.

You loose goodwill from customer, really surprise to see such kind of attitude. Let social media and all social site have to know about your working and cheater with this mail i[censored]nable to get reply within 2 working days. I do not want to do such activity but you people force me to do as not left any other option.

          I have shared all the facts but failed to receive any details from your end and unable to get answer on my raised query. If person having genuine problem and concern he can fight till the end. I have all genuine reasons which I already shared.

          All you people make wrong commitment with traveller and not provided things as per shared Itinerary. I'll also share all the links once posted so that we can have discussion publicly and let people of India know about such kind of working. I have listed many other traveller who have face same kind of problem.

          Please be clear whether I get refund with voucher or not.

            Hi... I have enquired for Kashmir tour Package and after convincing on certain offer decided to go for the same. The initial payment was asked for which they sent me a link too which I did and payed 18000 Rupees as a Booking Amount and got the confirmation for the same. Next day I received a call from CSE Satish (with whom I spoke for the Package) who is now saying that that I have to book my Package for higher amount. Ever since that I am following up with Mr Deepak (Manager of the team) who is not Answering my calls.
            Please help me for the above concern.

              Dear sir my old age and disabled parents, opt a tour package, i. E. Tailoremade south india from cox and kings company, the tour file number given to them is -2018dom1904756, the taxi driver provided to them, is very rude, non cooperative behaviour, his act causes life threaten to my parents, after talking so many times with company local representative and senior executive, no solution is provided yet, because of such behavior, and act my parents dream southindian temple tour is completely spoiled and wasted, kindly do needful. Either change of taxi driver or direct them to refund the money

                  Hi my name is rohan soni. From ahmedabad, gujarat we booked an international ticket for my mother (Mrs. Bharti soni) from coxandkings ahmadabad branch (Address 20/21, sanskar complex, next to ketav petrol pump, polytechnic road, ambawadi, ahmedabad 380015).

                  Booking executive name mr. Umang khatri. Who has kept us in-blind, by not discussing us that flight which he has booked for us is a special fare ticket where baggage allowance in reduced by 20kg per person instead of 30 kg per person. After bringing this matter into light to team coxandkings personally at their office we got a blunt reply as you have selected this airline by research we did not mention baggage details, as per conversation with emirates customer care they told us that this is first thing to be mentioned by travel agent that baggage will be reduced for this ticket, as our stay was for 3 months accomodating luggage for 20kgs check in bag is impossible and should be highlighted by travel agent.

                  My flight details and pre confirmation email i am attaching below before booking flight.

                  I have spent money on sending parcels from ahmedabad and over weight charges paid by my mother and harrasment she faced while travelling alone with baggage issue i would suggest to booking agent to reverse me all this charges paid by me or i might take this matter further legally.

                    It almost 2 months passed away but still my booking was not come to an end.
                    What the service we may expect from your end i am regularly following up from your end but everytime i got a new date with new person due to “n” number of reason ur booking is pending.

                      Travel date - 23rd to 28th dec 2017 to bhutan (Ex kolkata)

                      Believe me, you would want to avoid cox and kings for your holidays
                      I enquired for a trip on holdayiq around a month back
                      From there cox and kings mumbai office (Call center, ajay gupta and rushab) somehow after discussion for 2-3 days and lot of follow-ups from them, they convinced me to pay the booking amount of 11k with a promise of discount that would surely be given only once the booking is done
                      I did the initial booking with 11k, but no 1 to respond back on the amount paid, after lot of calls i am able to reach the contact person and citing transaction failure at receiving end he made me pay 11k twice with initial 11k to revert back to me in few days. Later they confirm receiving the amount twice and both transactions being successful and with assurance to adjust the amount in final payment.
                      For each and every thing i had to follow up to reach ajay 100s of times simply getting to hear multiple alibis - "he is not available at his seat", "he has not come to office", "he is busy on some other call", "we will arrange a callback", "his supervisor/lead will call me back", "send a mail on some mail-id to get any traction", but the callback would never come and i would be made to call again and again and again.
                      He had promised of some discount post booking confirmation for which again i had to follow so many multiple times (I shared multiple personal mails with other executives actually giving discounts), but finally nothing at all, a big zero on discount.
                      While another 2 different executives from different cox and kings offices seemed very very responsive and were giving me the discount actually. I repent my decision of going with cox and kings and that too with mumbai office
                      Then again there is lull on communication and no further processing of the case or replies to the mail till i callback myself 2.5 weeks from actual travel date, enquiring on update, there i hear from kapil casually "pay by 23rd december for travel on 23rd jan", hardly realizing the travel is on 23rd dec.
                      As if, there is no tracking and no seriousness on anything at all
                      I had already paid the full amount - initial 2* 11k.
                      Then they deny 2nd payment of 11k, i shared my credit card bill too for the 2 separate charges of 11k, but they would not care at all, asking me to pay the entire amount before they will release the tickets and other details and to follow up with the bank on my own. Till today there is no followup/update from their side.
                      Here again i was made followup 100s of times, without an iota of responsibility shown from their side, when i am forced to pay the entire amount (With 11k loss, i didn’t want to spoil my holiday still) and the tickets were no where in sight till what hardly 24 hours before the journey

                      The above headache was not enough and it continued on the trip too.

                      The hotels promised were 4 star while convincing me to buy and the names shared initially were not the ones actually booked for us. Provided hotels were 1/no star at all with very limited and pathetic food quality and no variety, no proper provision of hot water in 2 of the 3 hotels provided, staff saying hot water is 'over'. No basic provision of brush, paste or bare minimum shaving stuff. Bedbugs for free and dirty linen.

                      The only saving grace has been our tour guide and generic soft nature of the people of bhutan all across, rest cox and kings is a nightmare.

                      Cox and kings don't sell holidays, they are selling 'torture' to customers that too at high price

                      I have travelled the world over very many times and your dum idiots at cox and kings don't and can't answer straight to my questions on a dubai thing I was considering from cox and Kings.
                      They are doing advertising on net but not answering properly.

                        We have booked 4 families trip 3 months back
                        They took 100% money in advance and chased for full amount so rigrously but never reverted back on confirmation of bookings and flight tickets.
                        One week to date they informed has one family application was denied to enter hongkong left us with no option to send that family to macau for 4 days.
                        The greater kailah office was so irresponsible, looks that they r sending us for free.
                        No documentation was done on time, ritika agarwal was awkardly hilarious and most irresponsible and so was their head of region rajneesh.
                        They goofed up in date of birth details, names, age on the applications and documentations.
                        They dnt deserve to be as agents.
                        Silly clerical errors which lead to stoppage at immigration, carrier counters.

                        The hotels were pathetic and in a family of 2 adults and 2 kids, there were 4 single bed in a room with no space to move around. Wtf
                        The room check ins took more than 5 hours and in venetian macau we checked in at 8pm with no time left to enjoy the amenities or various shows like gondola ride, daimond show and check out at 10 am. We just went there and slept (Thats the only work we went in macau for???)
                        Cox and kings gave us ticket, flight details only a day before our travel date.

                        Agents and cox and kings are #, unprofessionals.
                        We were really tortured during this trip, the worst part being the staff not updated with the details and not educated with the trip details. They drank our blood by asking money money and money.
                        We have all the mails and call recordings regarding the communications with them.
                        The only best thing happened to us was our tour manager neha shah. She was very helpful.

                        We need our money to be refunded to us in whole and swear not to use their services in future.
                        Our whole group has sufferred torture as there was no mental peace to each and everyone on our group.
                        Kids also suffered pain and suffered our bad mood.

                          This is a complaint against cox and kings, greater kailash, south extension, delhi branch who have messed up our hongkong-macau-shenzhen trip scheduled for 23rd december 2017. I had booked the trip for my family on 14th october 2017 which was around 2 and half months before our scheduled departure 23rd december 2017. We were very much relaxed as we had thought cox and kings would take care of all the arrangements as it is a very reputed organization. But we were proved very much wrong when they informed us just 10 days back that our hongkong pre-arrival registration (Par) was unsuccessful. When we asked them that why they were waiting to do this registration for the last minute, they lied that registration opens just 10 days before the departure by the hongkong immigration. We got skeptical with this reasoning and searched the hongkong par website by ourselves to come to know that par is valid for 6 months and that too free of cost. I understand that par is not in cox and kings control but if they had not delayed the par process till last moment and had done it 2.5 months back when we gave the booking amount then we could have gone with applying for the hongkong visa which takes 3-4 weeks. Since, they delayed the process and we were having just 10 days in hand after we came to know that par is unsuccessful we were not left with any option. This was very unprofessional behavior from cox and kings side to delay the par process to the last minute when we had booked the trip and given the initial installment way in advance 2.5 months back.

                          More to add their irresponsible behavior, they had made all the bookings in hongkong including flight and hotel accommodations before checking the par eligibility. This was height of carelessness experienced from cox and kings when the par website clearly mentions that "do not make any bookings until par is successful". This was not at all acceptable from such a reputed organization whom we trusted with blind eyes thinking that they will make our holiday trip memorable. This had shaken our family as we had emotionally planned for this holiday from past 3 months. We had booked this trip with three of our other close families and lots of planning were already done and our luggage was already packed.

                          Whenever we had followed up with cox and kings within the 2 months period after booking our trip, they told everything is good and bookings are confirmed. We had asked them about visa requirements many times and every time they said it is just a registration process and opens only 10 days before the departure date. They assured us that there will not be any complications and they will take care of everything. I fail to understand why they lied every time about par process when it was free of cost and we had paid a good amount of rs. 90000 as booking amount long time back. The trip package cost was hefty 2.5 lakhs and we had paid the remaining amount on mid of november believing cox and kings have checked all the eligibility as they confirmed the same every time we enquired. But the way it turned out at the last minute we felt that we got trapped as they asked us 1.5 lakhs as cancellation charges that too because of their delay in processing par and utter carelessness of making all the bookings before even checking the par.

                          We were completely trapped as we would have got a meagre amount by cancelling the trip. When we asked them with alternatives, they suggested to stay in macau for 4 days and go to shenzhen as our last destination joining the group from there. Now, this package was not at all worthy without hongkong trip. Macau is not a destination to spend such a hefty amount and staying for 4 days. We did not agree with this alternative and asked them to change the destination. They came back with the reasoning that due to peak time all the prices have been surged as that was just a week left for the christmas. I failed to understand what was our fault in that. We had booked the trip 2.5 months back just to avoid these hassles but due to cox and kings irresponsible behavior got us in this messy situation. What was the benefit of planning so much ahead when we had to face such a situation just because we trusted them? They should have bore the additional cost to set the things right which they had only messed up. But they did not agree and always came back with 4 days stay in macau option. This was utter nonsense package but we had no other choice left and had to accept this as we were getting just a penny on cancellation of the trip.

                          I was so much stressed mentally and felt like a miserable victim during the last 10 days before my trip. Till last day, i was not sure if i will be travelling or not. I had to follow up a lot with cox and kings to accommodate in alternative option which they had suggested although that was with unwilling heart. I had a very tough time getting the booking information from the tour agent ritika aggarwal. She was not at all responsive during the last few days and i had to escalate to general manager rajneesh bhardwaj about her behavior many times. However, rajneesh was also singing the same tune as ritika was and never accepted fault from their side. This was the worst experience i had and i will never be willing to take cox and kings services in future. I have suffered both financial and emotional loss and had gone through a lot of mental agony during this period. I would want to take some action and demand a compensation for my sufferings. Can this forum help me in recovering this compensation of my loss?

                                My daughter purchased a silver ring which needed reducing in size to fit her finger. When we returned every thing had been done and the ring fitted beautifully. We believed that their care and attention was second to none.
                                On returning to the hotel the following morning my daughter showed the ring to a fellow guest and the stone fell out. She was distraught to think that if it has not fallen out in her hand then it would probably have fallen out when she wore it for the first time and been lost forever.

                                We would call this shoddy workmanship and there appears to be no adhesive or similar to hold the stone in.
                                We will have to make the repair in the uk. If they are recommended by your company i hope you make my feelings very disappointed

                                  I took a package of bali from mr. Mayank branch rajouri delhi office of approx 106880. Bali airport got closed on the scheduled flight day of my trip. He promised me to give the refund. I am tring to get the refund from past 1mnth during which he left the job and mr shrey took the charge he again promised to give the refund by 14.12.2017 but no amt has been credited in my account. Then again he promised to give the land package refund by 21.12.2017 as he told that airlines has not yet refunded the amount whereas i got the information from malindo office in mandi house that we have refunded whole the amount many days back. Still on 21.12.2017 he said that i dont have refund of land and airways package. All the people in that office are simplying lying. Even we talked with rm also still there is no refund. Everyone have different story but no one is ready to give the amount. Another thing these people only refund on fridays but take the payment on all days. I will never ever suggest anyone go to cox and kings. Specially in this branch as a lot of complaint are there for these people on facebook.

                                    At the time of booking they never mentioned that gala dinner of 24th dec night is mandatory. Once all the payment is made they sent the 'travel voucher' on 19th december where in they are making it mandatory and unless i pay they amount hotel will not provide the room key.

                                        I am sarika adhapure (Nandurkar) working in lic nasik. My 12 member's family including me were on tour from 27th oct to 1st nov 17 arranged by the cox & kings company (Nasik). We paid 3.70 lacs for it. I applied for ltc in my office. For that i required from the company 1) km wise bifurcation of the tour 2) certfication of travelling and lodging expenses separately.3) receipt of amt paid. I called to cox and kings nasik office regarding this many a times but they have neither given the good response nor provided the respective documents till date. All other companies provides such documents without argument's. Never and no one of my office staff suffered from this problem till date and i don't understand why this company denied for it. 2 nd thing is that when we went to kanyakumari while on the tour there was not the confirmed booking in the hotel. 2- 3 hours we were waiting outside for the hotel booking. Our 4 children were suffered a lot by this mismanagement. And the official's reply was ' i don't stayed you on the road na..' very irresponsible response was that. At last they arranged the hotel 30 km from kanyalumari. Our tour was disturbed by this incident. If i go through the reputed travelling company and i paid a lot for the tour, it's my right to receive proper service from company and my basic right is to get proper bill in detail which i required. At last costumer satisfaction is morst important and the basic business strategy of the company.. I want instant answer on this problem.
