We did not get our complimentary bags before departure inspite of several reminders with mr vaibhav karambelkar in person. poor service and no response from the company to my complaint

I would not recommend using cox & kings for any travel bookings. We recently undertook a tour to russia (St petersburg and moscow) using them and had an absolutely terrible experience. They are highly unreliable and unresponsive. They completely misrepresented the itinerary, the quality of the hotel; we were put up in a sub standard hotel, which was nothing like what we were promised.
