Its been almost 3-4 weeks now that i logged a complaint against cox and kings and haven't heard anything from anyone from the company. This shows how important customer is to them. Your feedback and experience has actually no meaning for them and that's quite evident from this company's ignorant attitude.

This is the brief on my complaint:
My quotation got corrected or revised after i paid my initial money. We are a group of 10 people and now we have no choice and have to travel by them only. Because of their internal processes they are penalising the customer by charging a higher cost now. Rather they should have proceeded at the same cost because of their negligence as a company (Missing the dob of the children travelling).
Mr pankaj who claims to be the manager needs to be professional in customer dealing.

It been more than a month that I have raised a concern against Cox & Kings and haven't heard anything back.
If I do not hear from cox and kings in a day or so, I am going to raise this issue in other media & public forum and would aware more & more customers to refrain themselves from dealing with a cheat company like cox n kings.

    I am still in my shock since the time i got a call from one of your operators mentioning my tour to greece got cancelled... Are you serious??? Or creakingly kidding with me. I have all sorts of preparation and other things done and i cannot afford to lose this. And let me tell you just like your operator over the phone asking additional payment 50k inr if i still want to go, seems to me like a money making business. The tour is within this month and i have taken holidays from work too and just before 2 weeks you are telling me it is cancelled.
    I am sorry but this is not at all acceptable specially from the big name such as yours.
    I am looking forward to hear from you soon on this matter and hope is positive.
    Please please please dont ruin my holidays, i only get 1 in a year.

      1. We booked our cox and kings tour for bhutan (May 10-17) on march 31st with 40, 000 rs transferred with neft. As it was the last day of the financial year, there was a slight delay and the transfer happened on april 5th. However, there was a miscommunication between their bank and them and instead of resolving the issue quickly, they let us take care of the issue which didnt get resolved till 8th may (More than a month) when i had to mail rbi and ask them to help resolve the issue. The pre sale executives, refused to send us any information related to the trip till the full payment was made which made it very difficult for us as there were a lot of necessary documents for which we had to run around at the last minute. Please ensure that the pre-sale communication is faster, clearer and easy to access.

      2. During the travel, many hotels didn't have wifi facility making it very hard for us to contact our family back home. Also the location of many of the hotels were really far from the city for few while it was inside the city for others which made it unfair for people. We were the unlucky ones who were away from the city in all the places and couldn't explore the city on our own during free time.

      3. The tour managers sent from india with us were inexperienced as it was their first/ second time in bhutan as well. So there was more confusion with respect to timings, attire required, lack of food in the hotels, hotel room dispersion etc. Many a times there wasn't enough food left for the people who came in the end in the hotels.

      4. There was just one local guide for 26 people (Separated into 2 buses) which made it hard for him and for rest o[censored]s. Please keep more guides when there are more people.

      5. We spent a lot of time in the immigration office. Please finish the required procedures earlier through online process or find a simpler faster way to do it.

      6. Also give people the option to choose to fly directly to paro/from paro as the journey is very long and tiring from bagdogra.

      The tour organization definitely requires an improvement. The only good thing about the trip was our local bhutanese guide who was extremely helpful, accomodative to all our requests and informative.

        I booked voyage of asia tour package for my parents. Right from day one there were problems, 2days after booking i was asked for surchage as apparently suddenly airfare (Which a travel company was not aware off) had gone up.. Different figures were quoted 3478 initially on my protesting they raised the surcharge to 5000 pp and agreed to pay 50% of cost
        A few days later they come back and say we (C&k) have provided you wrong costing!
        Facts
        1) most organization have software packages, manual error is limited
        2) checks in place should have been valudated by supervisor/accounts
        3) i along with my family paid an in person visit to their office, this error was not caught then
        4) all mails were copied to multiple people none of whom caught this error earlier
        Imho they either have a kast minute group booking or being vindictive
        Completely unprofession behaviour, hidden costs, delibrate advertising at low price unethical practice
        I and my family have travelled extensively... Never met with this kind of sales experience

          We took a family package and the deal was finalised on 2/5/2017.Before finalising the deal we made clear with them that in 1 out of our 4 passports there is an error that in the coloumn of gender it is written male instead of female and asked them that do we shall have problem regarding this? Then they mentioned that we'll do everything, don't take any tension because of this, we'll take the responsiblity and then we finalised deal with them.Today dated 22/5/2017, we had appointment in visa office, there our files were rejected because pf the agent and we were sent back. Our tour programme was cancelled& when we approached cox & kings then they said don't ask anything from us we are not responsible and they behaved severly rudely with us whereas the payment was made in advance. We didn't expected that they will behave so arrogantly and rudely.!!Our tour programme is spoiled because of this rubbish co.This co.is really really bad.We want our payment back.We don't want to make any further deal with this most bad co.!!!Cox and kings co.is the worst tour manager..!!!

            Brand cox & kings, tempting or say inviting big promises and advertisements made me opt for a vacation thru your company to bhutan on 10th may. Initially asking for booking amount then start blackmailing in shadow of forfeiting the booking amount, no one is there for some responsible behavior, worst experience traveling with cox n kings, never refer any one for this company
            But the worst experience and almost ruined my vacation. Never will suggest your company to anyone to take a vacation. Most unprofessional staff that any travel company can have. The culprits in crime with the company, who need to be sacked or compensate for making fake promises and harassing us for not attending calls and making us wait endlessly on phone.
            1) the great lady and the biggest liar on the earth ….. Rachel moraes
            2) a slightly lesser degree in crime ……. Leena raghav
            3) the most useless tour manager….. Rahul ule
            Travel date 10th may
            • air tickets, hotel vouchers, insurance to be received 3 working days before the travel date. Since my travel dated was 10th may and 7th been sunday, i should have received all my travel papers in physical or email on 5th evening. But received the same on 8th may evening, after chasing and making 100 calls. This calls cox and kings to compensate me on my telephone bill and the mental stress and agony.
            • most important insurance not received after having paid for the same. The bigger crime by the company collecting money and not giving insurance policy.
            • tiger’s nest – thimpu – after having paid for the entry to tiger’s nest the tour manager and the tour guide jamyang kinga refused of any instruction from the company regarding the instructions of the our paid visit to tigers nest the day one of our arrival at thimpu till the actual date of the visit to the tigers nest at paro. Another crime by coz & kings, in absence of the insurance it was like taking a risk by the 2 ladies, amita tagare and renu swamy who are 50 plus, for any calamities, god forbid if at all during the climb to tigers nest. We have been deprived from the visit to the crown of bhutan without which your whole tour is meaningless. How would your compensate this now?
            • tour manager… so called # rahul ule, bloody #, good for nothing was flown at our expense to paro for what enjoying. He had no role in the whole tour to play other than just lounging and timepassing with the girls around. Bloody sucker. After paying we were made to go with a stopover low economy flight with 4 hours of stopover. Disgusting cox & kings … failure to a brand name.
            • on the 3rd day of our travel we were dropped back to the hotel at 330 pm without having done the sight seeing of tashichodzong. The tour guide runs away from craft bazaar and only the driver drops us back to the hotel. Tour manager also out of range like the mobile phones. He (Tour manager) appeared on the dinner table for his dinner, that the time i blasted out at him, as i was feeling cheated by coz &kings from even before the day of my vacation, for reason mentioned above. Most unprofessional. The sightseeing was arranged next day on our way to punakha
            • 26 people (2 buses – 2 tour managers) but the tour manager rahul ule was seldom in our bus. Both tour managers were interested in seating in the other bus
            • paro – tigers nest – payment made in mumbai – why – your liar cock rachel moraes says we have to make the payment in mumbai only as there is no option of making payment in paro for tigers nest. And hence payment made, but futile. After reaching paro there was another story to know that i had the option to make the payment in paro for my visit to tiger’s nest.
            • for day one amita and renu have been blowing trumpet of payment of visit to tigers nest been made only to listen to the denials from the tour manager and tour guide. The last straw of the audacity of your tour manager rahul ule, he say he will return the money of rs.500/- each i. E. Rs.1000/- after signing a letter by both o[censored]s that we are not interested in the visit to tigers nest. This called baap of criminal mind. How do cox & kings react to this?
            • last and the worst of having put us in ibiss at jaigoan. Omg bedcover, bedsheet with stains and stink, mosquitoes, insect, stink in the bathroom, and world’s unique comod with jetspray in the front of the comod. I have pics of the all this about this hotel. Is this hotel in your definition a 3 star???
            Vacation to me was never a traumatic mental disaster like this which only gave me depression and anxiety at all time being cheated with a branded company like cox & kings and cursing the moment we had decided to take a vacation with you.
            The way cox and kings works is annoying. The staff sucks to the core. Cox and kings only knows how to no quality service. 10 millions times we have to follow up with them about our trip. They are one travel company who does nothing after they receive the payment from the customer s end.

            Thomas cook is 10million times better than this company. One advice for cox and kings - keep your moto as customer satisfaction and not just profit.

            I would recommend 1000 people not to travel with cox and kings.

            A brand like cox and kings will need to really work on their staff training.
            Your reply and action to the above is awaited, failing which i would be forced to escalate the matter higher up with media attention.

              This is my first and last experience with this cox n kings company. I am a frequent traveler and have never come across such incident ever. They provided misleading information earlier and despite of sharing complete traveller details earlier, they revised their cost quotation post making the initial payment. They raised their package cost once I made the part payment whereas they had the entire information of all the passengers travelling well before hand. Now I am left with no choice but to travel as I do not have any time or energy left to go to other vendor and get my tour designed. We are a big group of 10 people and I on behalf of the group was in constant touch with cox n kings agent for past few weeks.
              Because of their internal processes they are penalising the customer by charging a higher cost now. Rather they should have proceeded at the same cost because of their negligence as a company (missing the DOB of the children travelling)
              I would not recommend this travel house to anyone or if you do, pls do a thorough check before proceeding further. My experience was very bitter and don't want others to get trapped.

This shows how important customer and their relations are to you. All the details were asked on the same day but what has been done so far on my complaint?                 When I decide to go for an agency's service, I am putting two things on it- my money and my trust. In my case, I lost my money and my trust was simultaneously broken because of the negligence and amateurish behaviour of your travel agency. When I went to your Salt Lake City, Kolkata branch for my Europe trip along with my family, I had just put 3 constraints for my customised tour-the no. of days I am willing to spend on the trip, the places I am willing to go and my budget for the trip. Accordingly, I was given a plan and told to deposit the money immediately. My trip was scheduled to start from 20th and on 18th afternoon, I am told to cancel my trip and reschedule it for a later period and pay a huge compensation which would include my hotel charges, Euro rail charges and flight cancellation charges as the VISA was not ready. I cannot figure out my fault in this entire situation and as to why would I have to bear such a hefty penalty when I had not put any time constraint for the trip-I was in no hurry. Your agency decided the dates and applied for the visa accordingly. But I am being punished for their lack of knowledge and expertise as they seem to have no idea of the time the processing o[censored]K VISA could take. This is highly disappointing as your agency refuses to take responsibility for their mistakes and makes their customers suffer. Cox and Kings is a renowned brand and such harassment was not expected at all.

                  I went for europe discovery tour in 2017. I had very bad experience with this tourism. At some point i was confused that i travelled here for relaxation or being continuously harassed and threatened by manager (Almohan britto). He was very uncooperative with everyone. If anyone asked for any queries, he stopped us by saying the insulting word irrespective of age. He made everyone frightened in whole tour.in this way he was trying to shut everyones mouth so that he could be free from any problems o[censored]s. One of the incident which made me horrified. I told manager that i wanted to meet one of my relative staying over netherlands and your bus will pick me up from restuarnt (Which is located in amsterdam). Firstly he nodded for this but at the end of time he refused to do that and i was trapped but somehow my relative helped me a lot and finally managed to reach in germany and joined the team.in short nothing can be worse than this. It is like nightmare for me. I will suggest cox n kings tourism to cut off this type of manager for maintaining the reputation. I will highly recommend everyone not taking risk by making plan tour with this tourism

                  Tour Manager will conduct tour programme as per the company's tour programme and and he is not atall concerned and to oblige and take responsubility each and every person goes to meet their friends and relatives abroad.
                  I was also part of Europe Discovery of M/s.Cox and kings and Mr.Britto was our guide. He is such a wonderful guide who explains each and every minute details of each and every place and it's history. He was very strict person and a master of time management.

                    Extremely disappointed & outright cheated with Cox & Kings abandoning 11 Sr. Citizens on #CharDhamYatra without booking their Helicopter tickets to Kedarnath Shrine!! Cox and Kings cheats people by charging them for Helicopter bookings & yet abandon Sr. Citizens at inaccessible places like Kedarnath to make their own last-minute bookings (which one does not get at the 11th hour)! Despite repeatedly following up with their employees since weeks, they conveniently raise their hands at the last minute & say "This is all we could do; we can't help you; manage locally now"!! What kind of 3rd class organization with a 4th class mentality is this that abandons 11 Sr Citizens in Kedarnath to fend for themselves at the last minute?! #Disgusting They wasted lakhs of Rupees, time & efforts of 11 Sr Citizens who booked the Chardham Yatra through them in trust and caused this vulnerable group extreme mental agony of not being able to complete this once-in-a-lifetime Yatra because of their internal frauds; they harassed this group for even basic information for which they had already changed way well in advance. This is the heights of irresponsibility and one fails to comprehend how can an organization of their size even survive by cheating customers so blatantly!! Perhaps, they've evaded the Courts thus far; we'll see them in court VERY SOON for causing us this pain, failure, loss and embarrassment!

                      This is my first experience with cox and kings, delhi. I must say that this is a complete horrible experience. Nobody answers calls/responds vaguely and its been a complete nightmare as they don't inform you or update you with anything. They take their customers to be granted and yell at them when they are asked for any questions. Its a complete unprofessional behaviour by akshita dubey/rahul joseph and the entire team that deals with our travels procedure.

                      I would highly suggest anyone to avoid cox and kings...
                      Travelled with many other companies many times earlier, but this is the only company i feel i made a mistake by booking my tour with them

                      IT IS A COMPLETE LIE

                      After putting up my complaint Ms AKSHITA DUBEY NEVER ESTABLISHED ANY CONTACT WITH ME, NEITHER SHE HAS SENT ME ANY PROPER TICKET THEREAFTER

                      as was discussed/as per complaint put up by me/as was to be issued

                      You are requested to check the ticket copy she has sent and then reply me (as vague reply is not appreciated atleast from a company like yours

                      Also I have many other issues on which you are keeping silent, Pls reply in detail to them also

                      I called Mr Rahul Joseph on 12 May at 3 pm regarding issue of the correct ticket from fly dubai office and he talked to fly dubai customer care lady also who explained him the way to get it done, and then he (Mr Rahul) promised me that he will get it done accordingly in one hour hour and will call me back within one hour and will confirm the same, and will send me the correct ticket copy, but he never called back or sent me correct ticket till yet that is till 10:30 pm 13 May...

                      I M REALLY REALLY SURPRISED...

                      Pls advise urgent on above as well as my other complaints/issues mentioned on consumercomplaints.in, (as above) as there is very little time left...

                      1.BIGGEST CONCERN AND ISSUE:since the time of booking(on 17.2.17), I advised(more than 100 times to Mr Rahul/Miss Akshita) that our return tickets should be after 4 nights, after the group travel is over, and both of them assured it will be done, but the tickets recd by me was not accordingly.THIS MUST BE DONE BY U

                      2.Paid Rs.300 less by your company for visa, which I paid from my pocket, though it was to be paid by u.

                      3.Tickets issued and given to me at the time of visa were of Emirates airlines, now u hv sent me tickets of Fly Dubai, how and why, god knows...how tkts have been changed, EARLIER TICKETS WERE BOGUSor what?pls explain in detail...

                      4.after taking full money from me long bac(on 13.3.17), there was no reply/response from your side, only I was chasing u people, even then no response was there,

                      5.tkt copy recd only after i put up complaint here, that too for upto Mumbai, whereas I m from Delhi and booked from delhi and further to my surprise why I am being diverted thro Mumbai, when fly dubai has direct flight from prague to Delhi, pls explain and issue my tkts accordingly and not thro Mumba

                      6.As per offer I was suppossed to be charged at the time I paid full amount and prevailing exchange rate of EURO, which was 66 when i paid full amount, now u r saying that exchange rate has been charged at 75
                      when was this rate since i paid full money???

                      7.We are vegetarians, but no one bothered to take note of it..

                      8.also clarify on baggage, meals and seats onboard(since tkt recd by me says EXTRA OPTIONALfor all the said three matters)normally all the three options are not chargeable extra in international flights

                      9.our frequent flyer numbers not updated on our tkts

                      10.despite repeated reminders, itenerary or other details not recd till date, nor hotel details, mediclaims etc etc, I m still blank on all the things, till date

                      11.I was suppossed to pay Rs.236237 total, whereas u hv collected Rs.239891 from me, Pls explain

                      12.I specially wish to mention here the name of Miss Akshita Dubey, who suggested me to SUE your company legally in the court of law, when discussed with her on all above problems, WHICH WAS A VERY VERY SURPRISING THING FOR ME

                      Apart from above, I reserve my right to SUE your company in the consumer courts and take suitable steps thro other appropriate legal procedures, in view of facts/harrasments explained above

                        I had booked Eastern Europe tour Ref No, 748292 beginning in early morning of 5th. May 2017. In spite of my repeated reminders on 2 occasions I was handed over ticket and travel Insurance a day before I was travelling. However I was not given hand bags or travelling bag as promised by them and written in their letter. On inquiry I was told that I will be given the same after my tour is complete. I fail to understand their logic as I am suppose to carry the same on tour. This is also used as identification for me to identify tour person who is suppose to meet in Europe. I rate the services as poor and inefficient

                          My mother & her 2 friends booked for a Europe tour on 2 May 2017.
                          But due to the visa problem they couldn't go for the tour. This is very very shameful on the part of the company. The booking was done from Nashik office. At the last moment they told that visa in not ready.
                          It seems that these people are very lethargic & not at all professional.

                            This is my second experience with Cox and Kings located at Spur Tank road, Chetpet, Chennai . I must say that this is a complete horrible experience. Nobody answers calls and i have submitted my passport to them . Its been a complete nightmare as they don't inform you or update you with anything. They take their customers to be granted and yell at them when they are asked for any questions. Its a complete unprofessional behaviour by Mr.Nakeeran and the entire team that deals with our travels and visa procedure.

                            I would highly suggest anyone to avoid Cox and Kings .

                              Never use Cox and Kings services, its a complete waste of time and money, people are completely unprofessional and cut corners in all job responsibilities.

                              I have personally called cox and kings atleast 6 times in past 3 days and have waited for someone to respond everytime. For two times I got through I spoke to Mohamad and Sandeep Mukherjee, absolutely useless people cox and kings hire. I have to say, your company is the most unprofessional company I have come across. Absolutely no ownership of the clients requests. I have been knocked off at the payment gateway and needed some help to make the final full payment of INR5.47 Lakhs. I should say, I am thankful to gods that my payment did not get through with this utterly unprofessional company.

                              May be you hire illiterate people in your team because you do not want any more business. I will personally make sure that a copy of this email is posted at consumer forum and at all social media and travel sites. No one should go through this torture. I would rather go with some other company.

                              If you don't want to run this business, it should be better you don't publish deals on your website. My experience with you has been worse than a grocery store shop. If this is the way you treat your customers, I can only imagine how you pathetic manage the international tours published on your website.

                                I have recently booked eastern whirlwind for 5th may 2017, I was informed to come with documents to pune office on reaching on saturday i was informed to bring all document by monday and just for verification i was called so unnecessary it was waste of time with my wife going all the way to office. There i was informed to prepare covering letter and that for visa i would have to go to mumbai . Then today i suddenly got sms that my visa is due for process on 6th april without my consent date and time was taken. When i received call again i was informed that i will have to go to mumbai for visa. When i went through visa appointment letter i saw it had pune address . so i mailed and called deepika anpat pune office head to my suprise no calls were answered or mails replied by her or company executies and sales dept . i am worried if all procedure is not completed day after tomorrow my visa will be rejected due to negligence and improper knowledge of company and its employees . They know only to take bookings later you go to hell.

                                  This was my first experience to deal with Cox & Kings and may be the last one. I had shortlisted Cox & Kings and Thomas Cook for International Trip and made C & K final for my Honeymoon trip. I had booked for Marvels of Europe trip from Saltlake, West Bengal Office on December 16. I choose the date for April 2017 first week as per your schedule date. I was attended by Executive Adrija. Once booking done, next date when I went for next part payment, and after making the payment done, I am being inform that the tour of April first date is already booked, Adrija was totally unknown as she is new in your company. The senior executive of her requested me to choose the date for 25/04/17. After argument & discussion I choose 25/04/17 date for Marvels Of Europe Trip. The Visa process has been done recently. Tomorrow (05/04/17), I & my wife has been asked to attend French Consulate for Visa Interview. So yesterday I contacted C & Kings Saltlake Branch to know the details about the Interview, that time Mr. Sanjay Bhandary (Visa Executive) informed me that my tour has been changed to European Gems(a low standerd trip) from Marvels of Europe. I am totally shocked. My first preference is Switzerland so I choose Marvels of Europe. How come a tour can be change without information. I think this happens in local tour operators not like your Brand. I paid the full amount.
                                  So this type fraud service C & K branches are doing. Till now I cant believe this is happening by C & K. I will be waiting for your reply and solution. Then I will move to take other steps accordingly. I will see the last end of this case whether you help me out or not.

                                    I would like to lodge a complaint against cox & kings india. I booked a vacation for myself and my family (Wife & daughter) to europe (Package - european glimpse summer 2017) with cox & kings in the month of january 2017.
                                    I paid a booking amount of inr 9000 by cheque. The total tour cost per person was inr 162061. The travel date was 5th may 2017. On 9th feb i made another payment of inr 124500 to cox & kings.
                                    We went for our schengen visa interview on 8th of march. On 9th march we were informed by the representative at cox & kings that our visa application has been rejected. We were not given the reason for rejection of our visa application.
                                    On 12th match we received a call from the representative at cox & kings that inr 25000 per person will be deducted from the advance we paid as a penalty for visa rejection. We were told that the penalty is as per the company policy. Inr 25000 per person is a huge amount to be paid for visa application rejection. We don't even know the reason for rejection. It could possibly be an error from cox & kings because of which the visa application was rejected. It is possible that incorrect or insufficient documents were submitted by cox & kings.
                                    I requested the representative for a waiver of these fees and asked them if it is possible to select an alternate destination for the tour. I was informed that i can choose an alternate destination but they cannot waive the penalty charges.
                                    The charges of inr 75000 for 3 people is just not acceptable when we don't even know the reason for rejection. Request you to look into the matter. We are willing to go to an alternate international location if the company is ready to waive the fees. If that is not possible then i would want a refund of the amount that i have paid as advance to cox & kings india.

                                      I have taken a package for Langkawi and Genting Highland
                                      I was the one who selected cox and Kings for our tour. I went with two of my friends but the package and the services was not at all satisfied. I have travelled to many countries but this is the worst service i have ever seen. Before going i had good hope on cox but after taking a package i felt very bad of their service.
                                      They are good canvasing but worst in service. Before paying the cash be very very careful after paying we cant question them at all.

                                        I with my wife and my son traveled to Singapore and Malaysia

                                        (Booking Id -- 660427, booking date Aug 2016. Voyage Of Asia - Winter 2016 tour dated 25th December 2016.)

                                        Our tour package includes all even tip of coach and guide.That implies rips ( gratuity) what ever, it is included.As the payment and agreement I did In August 2016 .So Cox and Kings has to deal with any such situations which is not mentioned in exclusion criteria.Before journey your people told us about the gratuity for cruise personal..Why should we be charge by Star Cruise during the tour.

                                        I wrote complain to customer care of Cox and Kings limited by the email and

                                        the reply made by them could not satisfy me, as the clarifications provided to me were not justified and they would not be able to add anymore to my explanation. They Further added that COX and KINGS LIMITED are not in receipt of any of the said amount. We had to pay to Star-Cruise during our course of journey. Gratuity Fees( Non Refundable) SGD 17 per person per night for all cabins directly payable to cruise as per their new rule. My question if any new is made by Star cruise after my payment on August 2016 when I booked the tour package why should I have to pay, the cox and Kings should look after all the matter as in the inclusion criteria, it was clearly mentioned that Tip to driver and Guided. Any increase in air fare Tax or Govt increase tax if any I must have to pay which is mentioned .

                                        In this regards I again emailed them telling that -
                                        Clarification provided to us 2 days before the start journey date after payment to you. We have very little option to recede back

                                        .Gratuity is a kind of tip .It is usually paid by Employers if he or they were pleased .As my agreement with Cox and Kings was done in August 2016, so it is implied that amount is not to be paid by Customer. Pl reconsider the matter and arrange to refund the Amount 102 Singapore doller to me

                                        It is true that cox and king limited has not received the said amount. But cox and king ltd has made arrangement of our tour as well as with star cruise . In your agreement with me, there was no mentioned that we have to star-cruise.So whatever be the amount of tips or gratuity must be paid by cox and king limited, as in the inclusion criteria tip to driver and guided were clearly written. If this be the behavior of in the every of your tour journey, and I am affair to travel with you . I shall tell to my friends about the incidence in the last two tour with Cox and king Limited.
