This is with regard to our tour to Bangkok with Cox & King dated 29th May 2015.
Firstly, being in the tour industry, hospitality should have been the first and foremost thing to show to the customers which many of your employees lack in, to give a name, is Ms. Tehzeeb.
Unfortunately, this is being our first experience with Cox & Kings, it turned out to be the worst experience and there were lot o[censored]ndisclosed matters since our booking time.
Anyways, the trip is ended now. But we would definitely like to have few clarifications on points mentioned below:
We wanted to cancel our trip due to some serious health problem in the house and got to know that we cannot cancel since no refund but can postpone it by paying extra Rs. 19500/-. Would like to have clarification on the cancellation and if postpond clauses as we had informed about it 8 days prior of the trip where passports were still with us.
It was expected from Ms. Tehzeeb to inform us about the hotel location being so far from the prime area where no Hindu vegetarian food was available though she knew that our 5 year old kid is also travelling with us. The hotel in Pattaya was with vegetarian breakfast and the what was in the menu is attached here with this mail with no veg breakfast with special request they use to get us aloo paratha which normal human cant eat is this called a buffet breakfast.After calling her on first day from pattaya and we did share this to her she didn't took any action, just told us she can't do anything for it, This is brand cox and king?
In the Bangkok hotel we were lucky to have a good Indian vegetarian breakfast but the distance of the hotel and the other facilities were not at all as 3 start hotel as had mentioned by Ms. Tehzeeb.
By God’s grace nothing bad has happened to us but there was a mention of the Travel insurance which was never shared with us either in hard copy or in a mail, which is optional, where on mail it is mention complementary.
Because I have extended 2 days In Pattaya and 1 day in Bangkok, there were some deviation charges (Rs. 12000/-) levied on us and we would like to have a clarification on it.
After spending so much money, we would have expected a pleasant trip which unfortunately was troublesome. Hence, would like to have a written clarifications on all the above mentioned points at the earliest.
Delay to this would compel us to take the matter to the next level

Tour Manager was not properly trained personnel. He was not a guide. He had had lack of knowledge about tourist spots, places and most of the time was wasted searching for routes and places. Eventually, they missed few events as they could not reach there in time! Such tickets are not refunded to us. Who is responsible for that? He even failed to have any interactive conversations in group.
On return journey, my parents were supposed to reach at Milan Aiport from Padua, Vennis. It was tour managers duty to check whether they reach at airport safely. He left my parents in vennis, he just told them to go and get a train. That was a complete misguide! Apparently there was no connecting train from vennis to Milan. It was supposedly his responsibility to guide them properly. Throughout the trip, he kept on promising that he will do all the arrangements to take them to airport. But he just did nothing! My mother and my uncle & aunt who are all senior citizens had the most traumatic experience that night! That was something which we can’t even describe in words. It costs us much more than one could never think of! Who is responsible for all that?
And that was a Horrible Experience to go with Cox and Kings. Overall the trip was a disaster! I regret the fact that I sent my family with this renowned company. The trip was ended with sheer disappointment, mental torture plus waste of money!
