We booked for a Europe travel which was scheduled fo be on 11th July. We had paid the booking amount in the month of November 2014. From May 2015 until July 2015 the travel agent kept harassing for the documents without a proper checklist and there were days when we would receive more than 20 calls. First they changed the travel date from 11 th to 23rd July 15 days prior to the original travel date. The visa was processed and when it was 10 days prior to the rescheduled travel date, we were informed that the person who was sharing the room with me had to cancel and I had to bear an additional cost of Rs. 90000 because the trip had 45 members traveling and the remaining passengers were couples. First of all I was not informed that the cost mentioned was on twin sharing and when I received the mail for the balance payment, it very clearly said that it was per adult cost and there was no mention of twin sharing. When I told cox and kings that I cannot be held responsible for an X persons cost, and asked them to arrange for a single room or on twin sharing basis or to refund the entire amount immediately, they kept me waiting for 7 days and when it was exactly a week from the date of travel, they said that I can go on a triple sharing basis. I made it clear to them and said that I cannot share the room on triple sharing basis since the cost was Rs.240000 for the trip and I wanted little privacy and a comfortable stay and that I can't share a room with a couple, spoiling their privacy and cox and kings denied this request. I asked them to cancel the trip and refund the amount to my account. They conveniently said that there will be a cancellation charge of Rs.79800 . I wrote back to them saying that it was not my fault in canceling the trip and it was because of their miscommunication that I had to cancel, there was no response to the mail. I need you to pitch in and resolve this case. I would not want to have any financial loss because this has caused enough problems for us both physically and mentally and not to bear Rs.79800 it's a huge financial loss for no mistake of mine.

    This is in regard to the trip for singapore for a people of 11. The HARDSHIPS FACED IN INDIA : When initially contacted COX&Kings, they gave me a rate card and told me to confirm for the same (36000/ person) in a 3 star hotel accomdation with VISA and service tax, assuming that would be the final, I booked the tour paying a deposit of 5000 Rs. The trouble started from then, All of a sudden they came up with a new fare stating the executives didnt calcualte VISA fess and FORGOT in the itenary and the new rate will (40, 100)for one person we had to pay 4000+ extra.Secondly the travel agents never reply nor call back, the reply I got when ever i called"The executive you called is a on weekly holidy" or "He is on another call and will arrange for a call back" both never happens, I have to beg them everytime to send them payment links and if I fail to pay they put up mail saying you will be charged on delay of payments-But then I wonder only upon getting payment links I can pay :(. After a big fight with the senior executives who supports her staffs more and doesnt care on the customer's view (NARMADHA MUTHU) they final vouchers were given just 2 days before the scheduled departure. HARDSHIP faced in SINGAPORE : The check-in time given in the ITENARY was 14Hrs whereas the hotel policy in only @ 15HRS, 2 Return pick up from NIGHT Safari to hotel were not provided stating reason that it was rush in the park and we came out late than the stipulated time(The tour was on private basis and its the agent's duty that he stays and pick's us back)3.JURONG bird park pick up timing was given to be 09HRs in the itenary and the travel agent came only @ 10HRS because of which we had to miss the HAWK show, I have raised complaint against this to the concern authority for a refund for deficiency in service and havent got a reply yet and its been 3 days since i raised the complaint.       Cox and kings are the worst planners in the universe. We took the Bangkok, Malaysia and Singapore tour in June- that was from 19th June to 30th June. They don't give any information once they receive the money. They never use to take us to the hotel on time sometimes 3pm checking or sometimes 9 pm check in where. In fact we all called it as a "international bus trip" roughly in a day for like 8-10 hours we use to be in the bus only. All the hotels were so bad, omg!! If we complained to the tour leader, Ms. Pitanjalika she would say I'm trying to contact but till date no response. We had to travel for 30mins to 45 mins by bus to have our meal which was always cold n worse. Specially the pathetic Suji ka halwa every where. The hotels in which they had the bookings use to feel as if we are poor, needy people without money. They were so rude n always use to say no for eveything. In fact my husband got hurt n we called them for bandage but they simply said no we don't have. The cox and kings doesn't take care of there customers, the only thing they are concerned about is money n that's it. In fact the universal studio tickets which were available just outside our hotel for $64 n $ 50 for child they offered us the there for $85 and$ 70. So much of difference. When you trust and are dependent on somebody, they only cheat you like this out of India than what more you can say. And not only this there are many more incidents like these. They take you the the international tour but they make you stay in India ther also, like the little India in Singapore, in Malaysia very far from the main city where only Indians are available n same in Bangkok n pattaya where the localities are very rude to Indians n only Indians are visible. But good they gave us a lesson never to trust cox and kings people, whether it's Rahul from Mumbai, gaurav from Delhi or even patty (pitanjalika) as a tour leader. Who herself was surprise seeing the " grand imperial hotel, Singapore" They all work for the same company cox and kings with no enotions are as they say helpless. So it was the first international Indian bus trip and the very last trip with cox and kings.

        I had booked American glimse through cox and kings. Such a rude staff called angel in pondy bazar office and the manager supporting the lady staff for all her non sense behavior.She never gives correct picture of the tour.Later even though I paid through online, she said she didn't receive payment and paid more than 40 k because of their irresponsible behavior.I had given the reference number through email and she said she didn't receive it.Even though it is their mistake, they never admitted and asked me to pay more.Keeps us waiting for hours together.They tell one amount to attract customers, later will ask us to pay more.It is better to go to Thomas cook as they stick to their word.Worst service and asks us to pay more in thousands.It is better to cheat in public by dacoity rather than doing this

          My parents( Age above 55) had planned a trip to Europe with Cox and kings on 7th June 2015. It was pre decided that they will be picked up at Paris Airport. Unfortunately there were no such arrangements. Cox and Kings did not provide any hotel details. Tour Manager's phone was constantly not reachable. I tried to contact at pune office but they did not pick up my phone. Then I immediately went to Cox and Kings office ( prabhat road pune)to get the information. After rigorous follow up, I got the hotel details and the same was conveyed to my parents in Paris. Somehow they managed to get a taxi and reached hotel. Hotel manager was completely unaware of the fact that few tourists would come there early. My parents requested hotel manager to let them stay at the hotel. However, there were no arrangements for lunch. They had to manage everything by their own. Even the dinner was made available at 11 P.M. at night. Tour Manager was not properly trained personnel. He was not a guide. He had had lack of knowledge about tourist spots, places and most of the time was wasted searching for routes and places. Eventually, they missed few events as they could not reach there in time! Such tickets are not refunded to us. Who is responsible for that? He even failed to have any interactive conversations in group. On return journey, my parents were supposed to reach at Milan Aiport from Padua, Vennis. It was tour managers duty to check whether they reach at airport safely. He left my parents in vennis, he just told them to go and get a train. That was a complete misguide! Apparently there was no connecting train from vennis to Milan. It was supposedly his responsibility to guide them properly. Throughout the trip, he kept on promising that he will do all the arrangements to take them to airport. But he just did nothing! My mother and my uncle & aunt who are all senior citizens had the most traumatic experience that night! That was something which we can’t even describe in words. It costs us much more than one could never think of! Who is responsible for all that? And that was a Horrible Experience to go with Cox and Kings. Overall the trip was a disaster! I regret the fact that I sent my family with this renowned company. The trip was ended with sheer disappointment, mental torture plus waste of money!

            Do not go with Cox & Kings!!! They just show flashy pamphlets & seem to be cheaper than other Travel Companies, but ultimately you'll regret your choice. There was no tour guide provided throughout most part of the trip. The coach captain was terrible...he didn't know the routes (even to the Hotels) & we lost our valuable site-seeing time in the bus finding the way. We had to miss a couple of events because we were not able to reach the place on time. There was no support from Head Office. We were just left in the hands of an inefficient tour manager. We regret choosing Cox and Kings over better Travelling Companies like Kesari or Veena World.

              I had made the booking with your Bodakdev Branch Franchise. Firstly the didnt provide me with visa they spent around 20 days for Finding the correct documents required for visa and When that was finished they realized that they made the application for wrong consulate. He had file the visa application for Greece Visa but they made all forms and documents as per Swiss visa. Not even that in end about 8 days before departure they handed over the file to me so that i can apply directly for the visa. But in this case also i was supported with proper documentation from your side. such as booking certificate. travel insurance copy and hotel confirmations. I my self went to mumbai office to collect booking certificate from Mr Bhaskar at the end moment. but alas it made me so late to reach the vfs on time and i missed my deadline for submission. Hence I requested for cancellation of the tour or postpone the tour after 10th july so that I can get sufficient time for visa process. But Ms Chandani from the cox and kings office denied to give me refund or reschedule of the tour and blamed me for wastage of the 4 seats. Not only that they started making fake allegation against me for cox and kings terms and conditions. I have Neither received any terms and condition from them nor any one from our side have signed it. Moreover the Attitude of the staff is so rough and arrogant that they completely moved there hands out of it. such type of behavior and service is not accepted by the renounced brand like cox and kings.They have gogaled up Rs 400000 from me...                 Mr. Peter Kerkar (MD & CEO) I hereby want to lodge a formal complaint on behalf of your Nagpur (India) branch wherein my elderly parents were duped with a completely wrong itenary & moreover gave the details at 11 pm in the night for next day departure which resulted into my parents missing the flight, on account my questioning Mr.Vishwas who is working there said I will redo the ticket & for which they have to pay extra, leave alone admitting the complaint, hence my parents were duped in excess of Rs.20000 because of the negligence of Mr.vishwas & cox & kings who should have handled it better. I only want to communicate one thing, is there a way to lodge a formal complaint against any employee within the company or I should take the consumer court route as this was a pathetic behaviour displayed by them.

                  This is with regard to our tour to Bangkok with Cox & King dated 29th May 2015. Firstly, being in the tour industry, hospitality should have been the first and foremost thing to show to the customers which many of your employees lack in, to give a name, is Ms. Tehzeeb. Unfortunately, this is being our first experience with Cox & Kings, it turned out to be the worst experience and there were lot o[censored]ndisclosed matters since our booking time. Anyways, the trip is ended now. But we would definitely like to have few clarifications on points mentioned below: We wanted to cancel our trip due to some serious health problem in the house and got to know that we cannot cancel since no refund but can postpone it by paying extra Rs. 19500/-. Would like to have clarification on the cancellation and if postpond clauses as we had informed about it 8 days prior of the trip where passports were still with us. It was expected from Ms. Tehzeeb to inform us about the hotel location being so far from the prime area where no Hindu vegetarian food was available though she knew that our 5 year old kid is also travelling with us. The hotel in Pattaya was with vegetarian breakfast and the what was in the menu is attached here with this mail with no veg breakfast with special request they use to get us aloo paratha which normal human cant eat is this called a buffet breakfast.After calling her on first day from pattaya and we did share this to her she didn't took any action, just told us she can't do anything for it, This is brand cox and king? In the Bangkok hotel we were lucky to have a good Indian vegetarian breakfast but the distance of the hotel and the other facilities were not at all as 3 start hotel as had mentioned by Ms. Tehzeeb. By God’s grace nothing bad has happened to us but there was a mention of the Travel insurance which was never shared with us either in hard copy or in a mail, which is optional, where on mail it is mention complementary. Because I have extended 2 days In Pattaya and 1 day in Bangkok, there were some deviation charges (Rs. 12000/-) levied on us and we would like to have a clarification on it. After spending so much money, we would have expected a pleasant trip which unfortunately was troublesome. Hence, would like to have a written clarifications on all the above mentioned points at the earliest. Delay to this would compel us to take the matter to the next level Regards, Utkarsh

                    Dear Cox and Kings Team I am feeling very disappointed to tell that the customer service is worst. It is very unfortunate to tell you that your team is very rude. I do take regular packages, I took one china package last year and I have visited your Greater Noida office today to know about the Malaysia- Singapore package. Your person was not available at office, I called him and I have just asked your person Mr. Nischal ( Mob:[protected] that who is running this branch, he suddenly started shouting and abusing me on phone (because he was not available in that branch). Is this the way how they deal with the customer. Please don't take packgaes from them.

                      It has to bring in the kind notice that I had paid entire amount to your office at 43 Mirza galib street, ground floor, Kolkota and also my passport one month back but despite of my several calls they neither returned my passport and visa for Europe. During contact every time they have told visa for Europe has been applied but it is still awaited. Today I am surprised to note that they have still not applied and advised us that it will be applied soon. I am Dy. Gen. Manager of State Bank of India and never such type of services from your reputed firm. I request to advise me the detail in the matter immediately. I look forward your promt reply. R. N Dixit

                        My self and my Friends have planned a Trip to Europe on 2015-May 3rd Through Trichy office and I have paid the full amount including Visa service charges. For that i went to Chennai office on April 2nd.2015 For emigration covering letter purpose you have asked me to bring 5 letter heads, Your staff Mr. Selva Kumar has spoiled 4 letter heads with inappropriate information so the remaining one sheet is used for UK visa and Mr. Selva has asked me to send few more letter heads for Schengen visa. Considering your height of service, I asked Mr. Selva to send the covering letter to me through mail so that i will check and send it to you in my letter head duly signed. I have waited 3 hrs to complete all my process and thereafter I went to the VFS centre. After that Mr. Selva called me over phone and informed me that he miss out to keep a travel itinerary in that documents and assured me to bring that Itinerary directly to the VFS office by 4.15pm . So I waited in the road side in the Chennai hot temperature for more than 45 minutes it created unnecessary mental distress to me. After the above incident also, I have given nearly 5 to 6 gentle remainders to Mr. Selva Kumar regarding the Visa Covering Letter, today he said that Mr. Pushparaj will send you the letter copy. I have very clearly informed to Mr. Selva that i am leaving to my native place by tomorrow morning and i will be back on Tuesday or Wednesday only. I have again called Trichy office today regarding the above issues; the receptionist lady informed me that they will send the copy letter to me immediately through Mr.Haja. but all my efforts are abortive. I never expect such a very worst follow up from Chennai and Trichy offices in the initial visa process itself and what they are going to do for the rest of the travel arrangements and what is the purpose that you have collected me documents processing charges.. etc., As informed you, tomorrow morning I am leaving and will be back on Wednesday only. If you are not able to Process without this covering letter, you return me all the documents and Total amount paid by me Immediately without any further delay. Answer me properly.                           Hello, I have made a payment of Rs 20, 000 towards booking of a tour from Cox and Kings, South Kolkata on 18th March 2015. However we did not come up with a tour plan in my budget and i have to cancel it. The advance made has not been refunded till date and it has been around 2 weeks . Please look into this . I had my communication with the following representative at the given email address . NAYANI NANDY, south.[protected]@coxandkings.com . On a side note i would like to inform that i have travelled twice through cox and kings in Dec 2013 [andaman and nocobar] and in Aug 2014 [leh & ladakh].

                            I along with my wife had taken the cox & kings fascinating far east 11 days /10 nights days tour package to Thailand, malaysia, and singapore from 27 nov to 07 dec 2014 through their pune office (File reference : 2014obt1532888). We were just eight o[censored]s in this group. Since it was an guaranteed tour the Tour was just organized as a filler and cox & kings outsourced it through local travel operators without indulgence at responsible level so as to ensure quality of tour with particular reference to the hotels and restaurants. The experience has been very bad for the following reasons: Hotel accommodation was sub standard (Not even 2 star rating), except in malaysia, considering what we were promised and paid for. List of hotels / restaurants given on last day before departure, that too after asking for it repeatedly. Tour was mostly unguided. Drivers, who could not converse in english, were touted as guides in malaysia. Many meals were catered for in stinking, unhygienic restaurants. Perforce we had to eat outside and spent our own money on number of occasions. No instructions / guidance were provided at water parks/resorts; as a result we wasted our time finding input in Foreign land having communication problems in english. No feedback has been asked / taken by respective countries tour operators nor asked for after the completion of tour by cox & kings. After three months of the complaint, the company has expressed regret on six counts in their response and not responding to giving compensation for deficiency in service

                              I took the package for Singapore with Malaysia 6 days 5 nights in fact it became 5days 5 nights. Below is my frustration part. i. I reached to Singapore Airport and there was no-one to receive till I call them ii. On 15th Feb morning, we were scheduled at7.30AM to go to Malaysia by bus. We were waiting in the lobby of the Grand Imperial Hotel. Red Apple guy come at 8.05AM and asked where rest people are. And denied to take us to the bus stop saying there were 2 other people missing. He left us at the hotel without any guidance and help, when it was their responsibility. We had to manage to by our own and at around 8.30AM when the bus was scheduled at 8.30AM. iii. On 17th, per the itinerary our dinner was 8PM. Driver said his duty will over at 9PM and we have to manage our dinner and travel to hotel before 9. Dinner hotel to lodging was 45 mins and we had to rush for our dinner. iv. On 18th they dropped me on airport at 7AM and without helping like they did in Mumbai airport while going. I asked about the ticket but he said he was only asked to drop us on the airport. v. I took the boarding pass from the kiosk by putting the e-ticket no which was given me in the itinerary. The boarding pass was for 8PM flight. I called Bhanesh(as said in one of the document helping no.)He didn’t even pickup the call 4-5 times when I called from the landline no. I asked one of the passerby to call him from the mobile. Finally he picked up the call. He said he was only told to drop on the airport at 5.30 AM and he can’t help it. He also said he will only do what India team tells him and he will call to Indian team in the afternoon. If you changed the flight at least you should have given the correct boarding pass. You cut short the tour by one day. I am not at all happy with the service until and unless this was you first tour booking.

                                This company claims that the turn around for documents is from 3 to 5 days on their website. Our passports arrived at the Indian Embassy through this company on December 17 2014 and never returned by the 29th causing us to miss our flight and scheduled investment for visiting India. We had scheduled flights from our home on Oahu Hawaii to India. We have had to cancel flights, hotels and tours. The company further claims no responsibility blatantly covering themselves on their website while all the while claiming to be the exclusive company that deals with the Indian Consulate.                                   I had booked a tour - Land of Pharaohs 7 days 6 nights in 2009 for myself and my wife. I had paid the total sum of Rs. 1.22 Lakhs by February 2009. I did not even get my visa papers processed due to my declining health culminating in amputation of my right leg above knee in 2011. I have also submitted a copy of medical discharge summary and other details from the hospital to Cox & Kings. Repeated requests for refund and personal visits wearing my artificial leg at Chennai - have been met with stoic silence in spite of my self explanatory representations to 1. Mr. Shailendar Jain DGM - Spur Tank Road Branch, Chennai 2. Mr. Nakeeran - Spur Tank Road Branch, Chennai 3. Customer Service Team of Cox & Kings 4. The Chairman Mr. Anthony Good - Mumbai They're sweet tongued when booking tours and bend over backwards. However, a claim of refund is ignored at best allowing the customer to run from Chennai to Mumbai and from DGM to Chairman. I desperately need my money back to attend to my ever increasing medical expenses. I strongly recommend that one should NOT book a trip with the "250 year old" Cox & Kings as service is pathetic. Imagine being stranded in a foreign country with the unreliable and indifferent Cox & Kings. You will be left high and dry, if something, God forbid, happens to you.                                   lying about the package details. I booked one package in travel fair for the Europe trip from the authorized agent of Cox & Kings .At that fare they offered me some discount verbally but when i booked the package . I got a call from Cox & Kings manager and he said that the agency of that agent is cancelled and whatever discount he told you is not possible.As i already submitted around 80K rs, i dont have any other option but to continue. But seriously feel cheated and will not suggest anyone to book from Cox & Kings .At least don' t trust what they said, take everything in writing because they don't have any moral values . they said something and will do something else and when you asked they will say show us in writing

                                  Cox & Kings assured me in this very forum on Dec 9, 2014 that their Customer Relationship Manager will contact me regarding the issue as soon as possible. Today, it is 12.5.2016 and no one has contacted me in anyway so far. I do not understand how a company like Cox & kings or any company for that matter can be so unethical and not even respond to an aggrieved customer like me.. They took my money, I never went for the trip, I did not even apply for the Visa of the country I was to go to, which fact they knew as processing of such visa applications is done by them. I am asking for a refund or even as a last resort for an alternative trip for me or my nominees for the past seven years. I am an old man, sick and handicapped. I guess they are waiting to celebrate my departure from this world. Can any kind hearted soul advise me what steps I can take to get my money back? I feel so cheated! I do not want any one to be so cheated.

                                    This is with reference to my Booking Ref: 532475 with Cox and Kings for the tour of Andaman Islands. I booked this tour with cox and kings on 20th September 2014 by paying 30, 000/-. Departure date for the tour is 22nd November 2014. However since my mother's health was critical I had to admit her in TATA memorial hospital on 6th October 2014. Post all the tests doctors came to conclusion that my mother is suffering from breast, rectums and lever (metastatic) cancer. The cancer is on last stage and just to keep her alive for few more months major surgery has been performed on her. On 6th October 2014 itself I informed Ms. Leena Raghav (Email) that my mother is hospitalized. Due to all these unavoidable circumstances and critical situation I gave request to cancel my tour to cox and kings on 10th of October 2014 (44 days in advance). To my surprise after almost a week I got reply that they will try to get waiver king into account the unfortunate cause. Hence I gave them photos of order sheet which had an evidence of my mother being hospitalized and was in ICU. Then once again there was no reply. Post my follow ups, Mr. Mangesh Telang gave me one FANTASTIC Idea of replacing me and my wife with other 2 persons with amended Charges of INR 1000/- Per Person. Can you imagine yourself if your mother is lying on death bed and you are thinking of replacement for honeymoon tour. Anyways I rejected this fantastic Idea and begged Mr. Telang to refund the 30 K (20th Oct 2014). On 20th September 2014 when I paid 30 K as booking amount, I have received 11 calls from Ms. Manali Patel to make the payment. However when it comes to refund why such retard and late responses. I don't even think someone is bothered to look after customer issues. Last but not list customer service of cox and kings is pathetic. I have never had this much of trouble with any other organizations which I am associated with. I hope if cox and kings employees google about customer satisfaction and customer delight, empathy, holding the customer with trust and faith they will cause less troubles for their organization. And now it has been almost 21 days and I am yet to receive the refund. I am badly in need of money for the cancer treatment of my mother. If this is the condition before going for the tour then who will bother to listen customers on tour. I will advise all the people who are reading this, never to opt for Cox and kings. Their TAG line should be changed to Cox and Kings - OVER 250 YEARS OF Harassment!!! Regards Jayraj Lokhande Mob [protected]

                                      Sir, I have booked and fully paid for Dubai Delight, planned/ scheduled on 23rd October 2014, but till today (17.10.2014) I have not received my Visa nor any insurance documents nor your agent from Pimpri could say anythig regarding details of programme. You are requested to send my detailed programme along with tour manager/guides contact numbers, since your agents from Pimpri Chinchwad are not able to help me in any way in spite of my repeated requests. I think you probably may be knowing on the contrary please convey number of really good working person for the Cox and Kings, prior to expressing my worst opinion with your company. You are really requested to contact me at the earliest. My tour is starting on 23 rd October and I am still not able to locate my status of VISA / Insurance/ and also detailed programme and other minute progress of our plan of tour.                                       Bigger brand image has a direct correlation to the efficiency and service quality of an organisation specially in a service industry, but COX & KINGS falls severely short on this. Its been almost 15days that i have enquired with them about an Europe package from there Delhi office & Customer Care No and even after doing numerous follow up call I am yet to receive a response from them. Never thought a company like COX & KINGS is so highly unprofessional that they give lame excuses like I was on leave hence couldnt send a response to your query. Horrible service quality, I hope such reviews reach the eyes of the Senior management at COX & KINGS and they do some revamp of the whole system.

Though I was asking COX AND KINGS PEOPLE for giving me all types of help and other information as I was flying overseas first time with my family. I was assured that there will not be tour manager but we will have tour guide, but landing at Sharjah, no one from COX AND KINGS WERE THERE, on the contrary some local traveller JOHR TRAVELS was waiting for us, we found him after long search, since we were not knowing JOHR.
                                      Further we stayed at FORTUNE DIEARA HOTEL. To our surprise there are four FORTUNE hotels in DIERA AREA IN DUBAI. We were just struggling to search our hotel, since even JOHR was not aware of which hotel was booked for us.

                                      Another compliant against COX AND KINGS IS THAT, We were assured that it would be GROUP TOUR, but again we were alone. and every day JOHR was engaging sight seeing tour with different groups, perticularly with the Jain families, who hated NON-VEG. Hence due to such non-planned arrangement we were forced to eat VEGETERIAN food, in DUBAI, without our fault.

                                      AGAIN JOHR WAS ONLY LOCAL traveler who was just nothing but making arrangements of cars and vehicles. His tours was so russhy and without any plans. Within our Four night stay three days we were in hotel and at last day after so many raising issues JOHR hurriedly completed our internary, within one day.
                                      Even at the time of departure, there was a chaos. at last moment we were dropped at Sharjah Airport, any how by rushing through heavy traffic.

                                      AGAIN AFTER RETURN FROM THIS MENTAL TORUTURE TOUR FROM COX AND KINGS I FILED A COMPLAIN, SOME LADY JUST ASSURED TO ENQUIRE AND REPORT, BUT SURPRISINGLY FOR ONE MONTH HAS LAPSED THERE IS NO WAY FOUND OUT NOR ANY RESPONSE.

                                      WHENEVER YOU ARE THINKING OF COX AND KINGS JUST KEEP THIS IS MY EXPERIANCE.

                                        Dear Sir, I Naveen Patwal, promoter of M/s Welkin Overseas and also one of the member of Bhagwanpur Industrial Association, Roorkee. Recently our association members have planned for visit to CANTON FAIR, China and trip is being managed/planned by Mr. Nitin Nayak cox & king Delhi office. Visit for CANTON FAIR is scheduled from 14 Oct to 17 Oct 2014. Since I have to attend another meet in China from 21st to 23rd Oct 2014, accordingly I had informed Mr. Nitin Nayak to book my return ticket for 25th Oct and he got agreed for same as I had no issue in paying extra charges if applicable, in case of different return date with the group. I have been in touch with Mr. Nitin Nayak since last one month and in every discussion I kept on reminding him about my VISA for extended days as well as flight booking. On 3rd October I received call from Mr. Nitin Nayak and he told me that I could not leave group (entry and exit would be with the group) as it is one of the condition of group VISA. You may be aware that china embassy was closed from 2nd October to 6th Oct 2014, so on urgent basis I had to move to Delhi to apply for separate VISA under express service. Now I want you to answer my queries: 1) Do your employees doesn’t know about group VISA conditions, Is it first time are they managing group trip? If they would have told me in advance about group VISA condition of leaving visiting country together with the group I could have definitely managed my VISA separately on timely basis. And now the case is that because of incompetence of Mr. Nitin Nayak which is one of the staff of Cox & King I have to pay VISA Fee twice firstly for paper VISA applied by you and secondly for express VISA. 2) Secondly, when I kept Mr. Nitin informed in every discussion for not making my return tickets then why Mr. Nitin has done so. And he is unable to cancel it as it is non-refundable. The option left is I have to leave that flight. Tell me why I should bear loss on his mistake?This kind of service cannot be expected from company like Cox & Kings. Mr. Nitin Nayak kept on be-fooling me instead of clear dealing.
