Booking DEtails: Booking ID - 594808, Package - Mesmerizing Malaysia & Singapore Tour; Departure Date - 12 February 2016

We had worst experience with Cox & Kings.We booked Malaysia-Singapore package for my parents who are senior citizens. They were taking an international trip for the first time. They are not used to exploring places on their own, so we booked cox and kings package so that they will be assisted by a tour guide at Singapore and Malaysia. But to their surprise, no tour guide was provided at Singapore! They were left stranded there. Cox and Kings had provided mobile numbers of POCs for Singapore. But none of those numbers were reachable! They did not get any guide on all the 3 days in Singapore, there was absolutely no one to guide them.

When we wrote to them about this, the response we got was: "since the group size is less than 16 so as per policy there will be no tour guide and this was informed to passengers at the time of final handover".

First of all you can't charge the same package rate for a trip WITH tour guide and a trip WITHOUT a tour guide, thats cheating! Secondly, we were not informed about the group size untill we reached the airport, we should have been informed beforehand that as the group size is 14 (and not 16) so there will be no guide. We could have asked for a full refund if we were given prior notice, but that was not done! Thirdly, they make you do the entire payment upfront and conveniently do major goofups like these. They cant ask for entire payment in advance without giving us entire details in advance!

Cox & Kings has years of experience and its sad that they still don't know how to organize a trip with minimal dissatisfaction. Thanks to you, a group comprising mainly of senior citizens was stranded in a big city like singapore. And all this when we paid a premium for the package because of your brand name! When you dont comprise on your prices (which are way more expensive than that of other tour operators) then why do you compromise on quality? You are terrible, and I wont ever recommend Cox & Kings to anyone EVER!

    I applied OCI card(Tracking no : USAS0A08AN15) for new born daughter with all required documents attached .they did not check documents properly and just after 21 days window over, they communicate to customer with returned application file with deducted amount from your cheque .they even did not bother to repsond on phone if by chance you able to connect with them after hearing music for long period...i have raised complaint with CASE no 00736606 but i never heard back from company on update/resolution of my grievances...after so much frustation with Cox and Kings services i am writing these comments..

    I am sending this message from Lakeland, FL, USA, II applied for exchange of PIO card to OCI on April 28th along with all the documents required. One of the requirements was payment of $51.50 that included the cost of two courier service charges. One was was return to the copies of the documents submitted and the second one was for forwarding my U.S passport and the new OCI card. I was given web ref :USAA022C3X16. My application was processed with no problems and I received my passport and the OCI card on Aug 3rd. What was missing was the return of a check representing one curier charge of $15/ which was supposed to have been used to return the copies of documents originally submitted but were not. So, I sent a message to their enquiries division on Aug 7th asking them to return the amount either by sending a check or crediting my AmExp creditcard.Then began an endless correspondence. Enquiries referred to Refunds div who asked me proof of payment which I had originally submitted along with my application. I again submitted the same three times. So far I sent 29 messages to them and received 9 messages with no resolution. I am still waiting for my money. I even told them that I would approach all the media and our Embassy in Washington and New Delhi. But no result. There are 7 staffers involved in this. That is why I am sending this message.       I had very bad experience during interview. Actually during interview managers speaks diff & once u clear all rounds, later HR will something different. This was worse exp for me. I would suggest not to go for intv in COX AND KINGS. Also please keep all conversation in record via mobile or etc. So tht it will help you to have some proof what these ppl had word.

        Very Bad and Pathetic Experience with Cox & Kings

        I preferred Cox & Kings for Andaman trip over numbers of good tour operators who are providing really very good services on most reasonable rates. The rates charged by Cox & Kings are sky soaring and services are very poor. In fact now they are cheating the customers who have won their confidence on the basis of their past services & experiences. The same is my case. I had availed their two packages earlier i.e. Tour Package to Europe in 2006 and for Kailash Mansarover in 2012. That's why I opted for them. But this time the manner in what they have cheated and deceived us is very disappointing and unpredictable even from any tour operator running his business on his own on in howsoever small manner.

        Their game for fetching the money from public starts from displaying on website their attractive Itinerary and change drastically the same afterwards while issuing vouchers as per their convenience giving frivolous reasons for the same. The Vouchers they always issue only before 72 hours of the date of travel and after getting money. The customer at that stage becomes helpless to accept their autocratic changes and unreasonable terms and conditions. Actually, They grab the high amount from their customers and leave them on the mercy of local tour operators of destinations going to be visited paying them small share of it because of which local tour operators make all possible cuts in the services set to be provided to the customers. The representative of Cox & Kings either happen to be not available or become mute spectators. This is the brief of Modus Operandi of Cox & Kings now a days.

        My recent experience with this organization was about Tour package for Andaman starting from the period from 10th January 2016 & ending to 15th January, 2016. Following were the problems with this trip.

        As per our demand, Neil Island was committed to be included in Itinerary but at the last hour it was excluded without any reasonable and actual cause. No local sightseeing for Port Blair was included.

        The accommodation provided in Hotel was of bottom rank in preference, at Port Blair. The rooms offered were of exceptionally small size, suffocative and located in last corner of the complex which nobody would like to accept. On demand no change was made easily available. In case of Triple occupancy, no extra bed was provided. In most of the cases, only a small size mattress was offered for the third occupant while charged fully as per package plan.

        The behavior of representative of Local Tour Operator at Port Blair was very rude and non-cooperative. Representative of Cox & Kings gave their shallow presence only on first and last day. Emergency Number given in voucher was also of no avail.

        At Havelock, the hotel TSG Blue Resorts did not have an Intercom and room had geyser that was not functioning. For every small request we had to reach to the reception from our room and ask for services. For lunch there was no buffet and the staff recited a few items that were to be served to us. On our request to provide the curd, we were told that it is a "REMOTE ISLAND" and such items are not always available. No fruits were provided even in Breakfast.

        Further, no vehicle and guide was made available for going to Radha Nagar Beach from Hotel at Havelock while it was hot sunny day and the road was risky to walk down due to rash traffic and narrow road.

        Stay at Havelock was made unreasonably long for three days and two nights and third day was wasted only for couple of hour’s journey from Havelock to Port Blair.
        Consequently, We had to reschedule our tour for 5th day compelling us to bear extra expenditure on travel, food and Hotel etc.

        We hardly will recommend anyone now to opt for Cox & Kings for any tour package.

          This is how Cox and Kings customers cheated me.

          When I came to visit Cox and Kings for 118th Canton Fair. I Met Mr. Dipesh dohlia and told him that I have USA passport. So he said that for USA passport fees are high so I will have to pay Rs. 115460 amount. I told him that I don't have checkbook so someone can collect from my office later.


          When I went to office I googgled it and came to know that on official Chinese consulate website it was clearly mentioned that due to principle of reciprocity Chinese have decided to charge only Rs. 6300 for Visa for American citizen. So Mr. Dohalia called me and told me that this info is old and I should trust Cox and Kings and they will and they can only charge what system charges. So If visa fees will be less he will surely refund me excess money charged.


          When I went to Hong Kong, I met few of my friends who joined us in Hong Kong. They told me that they had 2 nights stay at Hong Kong. So out of curiosity I inquired if they had to pay more to stay 2 nights at Hong Kong and to my utter surprise


          They had paid only somewhere around Rs. 90000 for

          - Flight for Ahmedabad to Hong Kong,

          - 2 nights stay at Hong Kong,

          - Transfer from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by bus

          - Stay in Guangzhou in Hotel in Sharing basis

          - Transfer to Guangzhow to Macau via bus

          - One night stay in Macau

          - Ferry from Macau to Hong Kong

          - Flight from Hong Kong to Ahmedabad


          Whereas I had paid Rs 115460 for


          - Flight for Ahmedabad to Hong Kong,

          - Transfer from Hong Kong to Guangzhou by bus

          - Stay in Guangzhou in Hotel in Sharing basis

          - Transfer to Guangzhow to Macau via bus

          - One night stay in Macau

          - Flight from Hong Kong to Ahmedabad


          So Basically I didn't stay in Hong Kong for 2 nights and still I had to Pay Rs. 30000 more than what others had to pay with 2 nights stay at Hong Kong. It's clearly a cheating. We all have taken same service and there is a clear price mismatch.


          Your email earlier stated that Visa fees for USA citizen was Rs. 14500 but it's clearly written on Chinese consulate website that Visas fees for American citizen is only Rs. 6300. See link below.

          After sending mails earlier, Your Representative Mr. Ravindra rathod, another shameless crook, called me and told me that he is about to leave for another trip so he will contact me after coming back from the trip. He told me that if he was present instead of Mr. Dipesh Dohlia then this incident wouldn't have happened. So I said I am ok waiting for him to come back from the trip. When he came back from trip we arranged a meeting at my office.


          He told me that the price was high because visa fees was high. I show him website right there that the price in Chinese consulate shows Rs. 6300 and he told me that they have used service of vfsglobal.com and they in fact opened the site here and show me what they have charged and I told them that difference between Indian citizen visa and American citizen visa using this service is hardly Rs. 5000. I told them to show me receipt of the payment and they had no answer to that. Then they told me that the flight price was high since I booked late and I told them to provide receipt of my booking also and then he said that since there was group booking he cant show me individual price (Another excuse). Then I told him that clearly I have shared my room with someone that means they didn't have to book special hotel for me so that cost shouldn't be high so why are they charging Rs. 30000 extra from me. They had no reply to my any of the question whatsoever.


          All I asked was to provide receipt of any payment you have made which can justify your charging higher cost. As per Mr. Dohlia's word I also awaited for receipt and in the receipt there is no mention of how amount is charged.


          the receipt is artificially created receipt because it was created on 26th October way after trip was ended and dispute was raised. I want actual receipt as promised by Mr. Dohlia. he said that Cox and Kings cannot over charge anything as everything is system generated. The receipt on 26th of October shows


          1) money charged to Hetul Patel Rs. 34896.55 (for what?)

          2) Money charged to Hetul Patel Rs. 49633.77 (For what?)

          3) On account Money charged on 6th oct Rs 15469.68


          and second receipt shows


          1) Money charged to Hetul Patel Rs. 15470 (For what?)

          2) On account money charged 0


          it doesn't show how much was applied for air fare, how much for visa etc.


          Then I told Mr. Ravindra Rathod to keep Mr. Dohlia's word and find out actual cost and refund me excess charged money and he said that it would take months to figure that out since this is a big company so if I am willing to accept Rs. 10000 as compensation then he has already pre-approval of senior management and I can get cheque within a week or two. So I told them that I am a business man and I don't have time to fight so even though access amount charged is Rs. 25000+ I am ok settling down for Rs. 10000.


          Then I contacted Mr. Ravindra Rathod several times and every time he kept saying that the cheque is under process. Then One find day after a month or two, shameless person called me and told me that If I write them a letter stating that I will not file a case against cox and kings then and only then they can process the cheque. I told them that it's not possible because already company is a cheater company and if I sign something this kind then what's the guarantee that I will get my cheque processed? Again he said to trust him and sign it ( fool thinks that after being cheated once by trusting Mr. Dipesh dohlia I will be foolish enough to trust him again?) I told him that you can bring cheque and a letter and he can give cheque in one hand and I can sign letter in return and still he disagreed. Then he cut off my phone and never called back after that.


          This is clearly a fraud as well as mental harassment. I want Cox and Kings to refund me Rs. 25000 or I will have to involve consumer forum in to this matter and go via legal route.


          Now period of Rs. 10000 settlement is gone and I want actual excess amount to be refunded to me plus compensation for harassment which has occurred to me. I am cc'ing consumer forum in this mail and I will write a letter to Cox and Kings Ahmedabad Branch, Head office Cox and Kings Branch as well as Consumer Forum via registered mail soon.


          In my opinion actual charges will be


          Package tour including 2 nights Hong Kong stay = Rs. 90000

          - (Minus)

          Credit for not staying 2 nights at Hong Kong = 8000

          ====================================================

          Total = 82000

          + (Plus)

          Difference o[censored]S citizen visa and Indian visa = 4000

          + (Plus)

          Urgent Visa fees = 3500

          ===================================================

          Total = 89500

          - (Minus)

          Money Paid 115460

          ==================================================

          Excess Charged 25960


          And for God's sake stop being cheater Indians and stop cheating foreigners for small or Big amount. Cox and Kings is not going to be richer by over charging Rs. 26000. Every one wants India to be No. 1 country but they can't stop cheating others. Shame on Cox and Kings.

            We had a real bad experience on our recent Andaman trip, which was arranged through Cox and Kings. There was total lack of planning and local contact people were not having any idea about the itinerary provided to us in advance . The programs were changed abruptly. Cellular jail guided tour was not included. The timings of ferry boats, hotel check in/check out and entire programme, were not matching with each other which resulted in sheer waste of time and money. Further the accommodation provided particularly at Port Blair was very poor as compared to the charges collected for the same. we came to know that though the tour charges were collected couple of months in advance, the actual bookings were made very late. We feel that the management should look into these issues & take corrective measures.

              I had booked family package to Andaman and paid full amount in advance as discussed while enquery/confirming the tour. However on receipt of teckets it found that we have to pay additional mandatory gala dinner charges to hotel. They did not allow us to check in to the hotel till they squeezed the additional 10, 000/- for dinner for 3+1 family. The made us to sit in the lobby till the amount is paid. The local face of the Cox and Kings were neither responsible nor their head office officers. every one was forcing us to pay additional charges after reaching the Hotel. It is surprising how dinner charges can be made as mandatory beyond Tour charges which is including break fast, lunch and dinner. Virtually cox and Kings blackmail the tourists in the last moment and spoil the tour mode of their customers. in total Cox and kings are in efficient and blackmailers, Venugopal

                Last week i along with my family came back from Egypt tour which i had taken from Cox & Kings. Very clearly, travellers satisfaction was the last priority. Reasons: 1 - Imagine you getting booked on a 5.45 AM flight inspite of having choices of 9 AM or noon flight. This was 31st Dec night. We returned to hotel @midnight, checked out @2.30 AM. After reaching destination @Cruise, we were made to wait for a room allotment till 12 Noon. No one even cared to ask us for a Tea or any other help. The most horrible way to start the New Year ... disgusting 2 - The original Itinerary was for MS Mirage cruise which they changed to a different cruise at the last moment. Though they claim it was premium but only for name sake... Later on came to know that MS Mirage cruise was not functioning around 3 to 4 days back... Liars. Want to sue them for this act too. I would never recommend Cox & Kings to any one. Such a big brand & surprised to see such practices & ethics being followed. Bk Das

                  Date - 07/01/2016 This phone number belongs to Cox & Kings the travel agents. They keep calling you and for some reason they call out your name (I don't know how they have my name) and quickly disconnect the call (it was a lady). When you call them back to double check the same lady picks up the call and when i ask her if she called me and asked for my name - She openly denies and gets angry when i asked if she was the same lady that called me (I recognized her voice). When i ask for what company is she calling from she sounding angry replies ''Cox & Kings''. This could be a major scam by this company to possibly extort money through calls when people call back to double check. Many people could be affected by this scam. I request Consumer Complaints to please look into this matter.. Many Thanks !

                    Worst experience with Cox & Kings, India. Never get influenced by the offers which look attractive; but then promises are not kept by Cox & Kings. Totally unacceptable behavior. I have booked a package for Hong-kong, Macau, Disneyland from 16th Dec'2015 onwards for a family of 4. Tickets (worth 5000 USD) have been issued by my travel agent on 1st December '2015 upon confirmation from the Cox & Kings Mumbai team (Indrajith Sudhakaran & Ajay Ambedkar- his manager); that package is confirmed and they need my tickets to give me confirmations on my package. I even paid Rs. 40000.00 as advance for the confirmation of te package as requested by Cox & Kings staff. It is 9th December (9 days now from payment date) and no one is confirming the package details; hotel bookings, pickup/ drops and other things; as per agreed package. This is inspite of talking to Indrajith; raising this to his manager Ajay Ambedkar). After so many followups; now Ajay Ambedkar has stopped taking my phone. I wonder how Cox & Kings as a professional service provider have such callous behavior towards its clients. I would recommend, that Cox & Kings is best avoided; lest you also face the similar issues.                       I had booked a kerala package for 8 th december 2015 and paid the full amount after getting confirmation that they have sufficent booking and confirming the flight rates, next day they told that the flight cost has increased pay difference of 2000 which i agreed, after an hour they told that they are cancelling the group booking as they have only 2 bookings, imagine in a peak season they have only 2 bookings, they change it to individual package while charging me for the group package, which is much higher, and now they again change the amount by saying the cost of flight has changed from 7600 to 10000, now they increased the price from 49000 earlier to 63000 within 2 daYS when i change it to 12 december

                        I paid 3 weeks ago for the package. I provided all the information and required proof of documents.

                        Now after waiting for 3 days, I received the confirmation voucher. I found lot of mistakes and false information.

                        I cannot apply for VISA with wrong hotel booking vouchers and receipts. It is illegal to apply with wrong information for VISA purpose.

                        Cox and Kings is forcing me to apply with wrong information for VISA.

                        I have to apply for VISA for Dubai, to fly on 10th December, 2015.

                        I tried calling Cox and Kings toll free number several times but didn't got anyone to respond.

                        After calling several times I was able to speak to Viandra (in cc). She assured me that she will send me the correct voucher.

                        Today I receive a new voucher again it has lot of mistakes and false information.


                        As a result, now I am forced to file a case in consumer court for the harassment caused by Cox and Kings team.

                        I have already wasted lot of time in explaining about the mistakes over phone. But again and again the team is issuing me wrong vouchers.

                        Now I have wrong vouchers and I cannot apply for VISA.

                        Note: Tomorrow I am filing a case in consumer court for the harassment caused, unable to get VISA due to wrong hotel booking vouchers and the delay caused by Cox and Kings. Please refund my money at the earliest, so that I can book my hotel from other tour agencies, so that I can apply for VISA.

                        It is my right to get the refund as the mistake is at your end. I am unable to apply for VISA due to the wrong, unfair and illegal trade practices followed by Cox and Kings.

                          Complaint against cox and kings Dear Sir, Please note that I “Mathura Prasad Gupta “ and my wife “ Tara Gupta” had booked a group tour with cox&kings for Macau and Hongkong but the services were not rendered as agreed the tour had been a horrible experience so I would kindly request for the reimbursement of amount paid to cox & kings since no services were provided during the tour…provided below are details for the tour mismanagement : Day 1: As promised by Cox&Kings it was not a group tour we were absolutely alone there at the airport there was no tour guide the taxi driver was unaware of the place or what we were roaming about unnecessarily wasting our time . Itinerary was not right the route for the skypier was wrong.. Day 2 : The information provided by the marketing incharge Mr.Gurusharan was absolutely wrong as such he told that an amount 1200 would be charged for visa but there were no charges for any visas so the situation was quite confusing.. From the second day onwards Mr. Gursharan stopped receiving my calls and till the day of coming back to India No assistance was available to reach Hotel Venetian the booking was not showing confirm also Day 3 : the tour guide provided took us to the sight seeing but she only took us to a tower and wasted our too much of timing we requested many time to take us a shopping aracde but I guess but she didn’t bother to even give it a ear and the rest day was a waste.. Day 4: we went to Lantau Island and there she hurried us to get back to get back to our place but there instead she kept us waiting for 3 hours and when we returned back it was already late so there were less opportunities to explore the place at its fullest .. Day 5: the tour guide took us to a place called Ocean Park and then left after exploring when he should be there to pick us back to the hotel he called us and just provided us a taxi no and expected us to find out taxi between thousand taxis standing right there Last day : at the time of check out from the hotel there was no intimation abt the returning flights the timing nor a driver was being provide to the airport we needed to hire the taxi by ourselves and reach the airport . The entire trip was a complete mess I would please request you to reimburse my money paid ..it is regretful tp have opted for services of Cox& Kings ..since we already had an offer from Yatra but MR. Gursharan persuaded us to try their their packages asking that he would be providing better services .. Earlier we had booked a tour to Malaysia by Thomas Cook and they were amazing at their services they were good enough to provided services and comfort more than they had charged us for…please look into the matter as soon as possible….

                            I along with with my wife and daughter (total three persons) had taken a 6 nights/7 days tour of western USA commencing on 09Sep-15Sep last month. the tour package had two cost components, ie, land cost and travel cost. the former is negotiable and required to be paid in USD against exch rate of INR 66.00. the latter is not negotiable and is as per the actual. the company charged me INR 87627.00 per ticket well in advance. when i was handed over the tickets, just couple of days before my departure for the tour, i was surprised to see the printed price of INR 85416.00 on the ticket itself. an excess charge of INR 2211.00 per ticket. total excess charge of INR 6633.00 for three tickets. this was pointed out to the company executive before departure. i was told that the matter would be looked into on my return from the tour since time was short then. hence, on return i immediately contacted them. no satisfactory answer has been given. infact i also cotacted the customer service via email to report the issue. but, then they say that i have already been given adequate discount on the land component (that was negotiated) so nothing can be done; as also i had signed an agreement too..i fail to understand that when for the purpose of receiving payment, they consider both the components separate, then why combine them to justify the exess charge?

                              This is with reference to our trip (my wife and I) to Bhutan under the Bhutan – Dragon Kingdom package in Mar'15 booked through Cox & Kings.While we as a couple have travelled to a lot of places within India and abroad, on our own and through travel agents, I am disappointed (to say the least) that our experience with Cox & Kings (C&K) has been one of the worst travel experiences so far. While Cox & Kings is believed to be one of the best travel managers by self-admission and through the general public perception, our experience has been completely to the contrary. The list of negatives is quite long; however here is the gist: 1. Painful booking experience with multiple reminders required for virtually every request of ours and incessant to and fro of mails. 2. Multiple point of contacts for the booking process itself, with no internal communication channel, resulting in us explaining the entire process to each new person that came to represent C&K. 3. No driver details till we reach the destination, despite frequent reminders. In fact, no driver details from their end even after we reached the destination. thankfully, we could locate the driver through a placard. 4. Miscommunication on permits within Bhutan and time lines being breached consistently during our trip. 5. THREE different drivers changed hands during our ONE Bhutan trip! And all of them rash, unsafe and always talking on phone while driving. 6. On our way back, the driver gave lift to his friends twice, without even asking us once and also went out of the way to drop him to his destination, again, without even asking us once. Seemed like C&K drivers are used to this sort of behaviour and C&K seems to approve of the same. Now we sent our first mail on this awful experience on March 28, 2015 to communication.[protected]@coxandkings.com. And got a standard mail response that they have rec'd our mail and will get back in DUE COURSE. We waited for a week and sent a reminder mail on April 6, getting the same standard response again and so on and so forth. Its been SIX months (Yes!!!) since i have been following up with them but to no avail. To their 'credit', they did offer me a gift voucher of 6000/- and then increased it to 10000/- - a 'smart' and cunning way to ensure that we go back to them for our next travel and they get more business from us. HOwever, we dont want any gift vouchers. We just want our money back, nothing more, nothing less! They keep committing that they will call and close the matter but that day just doesnt come. Frankly, I am left wondering how such an esteemed organization and global leader in travel sector like Cox & Kings can show such laxity and irresponsible attitude towards a customer complaint. I wonder what service levels do they refer to when they talk about it with so much pride. I don't know if i have any other option but to wait till this matter resolves.

                                Cox and kings.. A brand name whose subordinates totally unjustifies the name itself. Words like unprofessionalism unethical carelessness least-bothered fall short when I try to describe or even think of my experience with a prolonged brand name at the time of booking itself. It all started with my July 2015 booking of one of their most expensive Europe tours called EUEOPEAN DISCOVERY which travels to London covering entire Europe for 15 days. A Rep Named Rahul Mishra had been assigned to our bookings from Cox and Kings Lajpat Nagar branch. The words like inexperienced, liar, careless with zero sense of responsibility are no match for such a person. He booked us 4pax in July starting for departure in end of july which due to insufficient documents etc shifted to Aug end 29th. This guy fooled us for our London visa appointment on 3rd July and extended that to 8th July... Then extended it further to 13th Aug... Due to reasons unknown to us. Our group departure was for 29th Aug which we got intimated had been reschedules for 13 sep due to insufficient passengers and we still cooperated. During this entire duration from July to Aug mid we had around more than 1000 lies from him on every step he proceeded with. No follow ups or communications from his end whatsoever in whatever may be the matter. We called him more than 100 times to seek status of everything but he was least bothered to inform us about anything and so was the company. We got our London visa stamped passports on 26th Aug and had intimated to him the same day for its collection ...in order to proceed for the schnegan visa ...but he postponed his arrival for the collection of passports until 1st sep due to rakhi n reasons known to him. He collected the docs from us on 1st Sep and informed us that schngan has been filed and he has submitted our docs to the embassy. On enquiring Some days later he informed us that he has received one of the passports with stamped visa and remaining should be soon in. 2 nights prior ..ie 10th.. to our travel due on 13 sep... He informed Us that the group departure has been cancelled due to insufficient travellers but our passports are stamped with schengan visas and we can travel in Oct. The next morning I asked him to return our passports and refund the amount submitted. And that's when we were told that we did not even had the schengans stamped... And he never submitted the passport for it. Later when I visited one of his seniors we were told that the tour was very well operating on 13th and due to his negligence carelessness despite of booking 2 months prior we were not going when the rest of the people were. The reason for this at the end came out that on 26th aug when we had informed him to collect our passports.. He took his leasure time later went home of rakhi and didn't return until 1st sep.. That's was caused this delay and he never applied for our visas... What could we say about such a reputed brand name COX AND KINGS who have such employees working for them... . who have the power to cancel a familys hard earned vacation and thaybtoo at the last minute... Now they want us to travel in October after delaying our trip a from jul end to Aug then September and now october... I want an answer for such intolerable negligence on theor part...is this how a travel agency operates... These guys should have shame on their selves for even hiring such representatives who are a bad omen for them... We have already born a mental loss out of it and now at the time of refunding they want us to bear a monitory loss as well due to the useless stamped London visa which we aren't even travelling because of them. I need an answer being a client ... Its us who decide on a travel date and not them... What will I do with such resolutions when its not possible for us to travel in dates suitable for them... What's the use of choosing a group travel when a customer has to comprise even after spending lacs of rupees.. I say do hell with you and your trip. I would never recommend anyone to travel with cox and kings where neglegant people like RAHUL MISHRA work... This is their rep support in india... I wonder what these people would do when we are in a foreign country with them... We have been cheated by COX AND KINGS... AND WE WANT JUSTICE TO BE SERVED...!!! I will make sure that i reach out to all the consumer forums in india and abroad. Cox and kings i[censored] r bothering reading this feel free to email a me anytime...

                                  Dear Sir, This is to bring in your Notice that i was selected for paris Trip on behalf of Honda Buddy Loyalty Programme & was selected via lucky draw by Honda for couple tickets of 3 days & 4 Nights in Europe (Paris), but due to insufficient information of Cox & Kings my wife want able to utelize the same just because of rude behavious of Mr Kumar Kashyap from Cox & Kings to me & causes my whole Trip ridiculous . Not a single person of honda is involved for my trip date & this all was done under cox & kings Travel agency the words from Ring Road Honda i tried to speak customer relationship manager MRS Lovi Jain but she said i have no information regarding this & she is not involved in it. i have tried to find out some contacts from google finally i found Mr bharat he is taking care of delhi region sales/operations even he said soory i'm not concern person to share such type of information with you.if Honda website is promoting such kind of offers then honda family should knows all the offers that are currently running on honda web page portal.from travel agency cox & kings i received a mail on behalf of honda stating that you won the paris trip via Lucky draw on behalf of Honda buddy loyality programme & have to share my documents before 6th july 2015.& received a mail on 1st of july 2015. in whole trip i was just thinking about my the scheme that is get from honda & roudness of cox & kings. incidently i have the passport with me but my wife not, & Mr. Kashyap from cox & kings said if you dont have the documents then in your blood relation any single person can go with you. its very strange that i bought honda amaze car in dec 2014 just because of my brother he was the co aplicant because i was not eligible to purchase any car, he helped me for that i said to travel agency that i will take care of my brother & he will go with me i[censored]nable to share the passport of my wife.they said its not possible just because my brother is cousin not in my blood relation.i informed honda & cox kings before the tour that i will file a case to consumer court to bring notice this kind of such things, i have spend 750000 for a honda amaze smt diesel car just because of my brother's efforts & after that i spend 6-7 thousand rupees for managing the documents from one place to another . i will never consider cox & kings for travel in future & update all my family, friends everywhere the things i faced . so finally i'm not satisfied with the offer of honda & service given by Cox & kings .please ask both of then to not make people confuse & making customer fun. so please do the needfull & revert.                                     Coxandkings is giving ads since last three months that book any international group tour through HDFC Bank credit card and some cash back will be given.Accordingly I booked their Marvels of Europe tour for my family of 4, scheduled 24th August to 30th August 2015 through HDFC bank credit card and paid more than one lac rupees as initial amount.When I asked for their cash back offer their executive lied that it is not on group tour it is on customised tour.I mailed them scan copy of their ad.Then they replied by mail that tour you have booked is already supersaver tour hence cashback offer is not admissible.Again I wrote them that in your ad no where it is mentioned that it will not be admissible on certain tour.rather it is mentioned that it will be available any international group tour.I had availed and completed my tour on 30th August.Now they are not replying my mail.Cash back amount is not a big amount but 250 years old company like Coxandkings befooling his customer it was not expected.

                                      I had booked a package for Dubai for 4 people.They qouted me the price on which i agreed and after a day of making payment, these people called me saying that the price of the package has increased by 7500 per person owing to the surcharge that is charged by the hotels in Dubai due to Id festival. When I enquired through my sources I came to know that there is no such thing.The surcharge is a standard thing that is charged by the hotels in Dubai which is 15 Dirham per room for a 3 star hotel. After an argument over the same, they agreed to refund my 60000 in 2 business days which is still not refunded.Moreover they are not responding to my calls. or the email!! Cox and Kings guys are just extracting money from gullible customers.They are fooling people like anything. Do not go to them if you do not want to fall in trouble

                                        Hi, I have made a Cheque payment to Cox and kings HO branch( Andheri) to RM navneet poojary 2 months back for Rs 20000 as advance payment for International package for thailand on Sep 23 2015. Inspite of several reminders and mails i have not still got the payment receipt and further process.Nobody is picking the call and wants to share a common number. No i acing sam doubtful whether i should continue with the package or cancel it. i have even referred my friend who has also made the payment and is finding same issue as i am. request you to send me the payment receipt and confirmation or refund my advance amount/cancellation for Rs 20000 at the earliest.
