I make the payment of Rs. 1299/- on 02/11/2015 at www.craftsvilla.com but order not confirmed yet.
I try to contact customer care on +[protected] but not a single call pick up.
I'm also mail to customer care on [protected]@craftsvilla.com but didn't got any response from their side.

I have Ordered New Designer stylist suit (SKU MSHOU[protected]) from Craftsvilla. My Order Tracking number is[protected]. Due date of my product delivery was 27 Oct 2015 but its 14 days now I haven't received my product. Moreover I have drooped them several mails and that too with no response.

In one mail they told that your item have been shiiped and gave the shippmnet number :

But when I checked this online this number was not valid.

Even I tried calling them but no one is responding.

these people are cheating on their customers. So please take some strict action against them to stop the Online Fraud going on...

Hi I ordered a saree from Craftsvilla. The material is too cheap that I can't even give it to the maid. The delivery was too slow. The colour of saree is different as it was showcased on the website. Moreover very importantly nobody bothers! Even after mailing them so many times nobody reverted and the customer care no does not work. I want to return the parcel sooner as possible. I feel cheated being a customer.

First of all you people don't attend customer's call..I'm calling since 4 dayz no one is responding. i want my money refunded as the stuff you have sent is very cheap and different from the image.one cannot wear such stuff. and i want your reply as soon as possible.so kindly reply me back and do it fast if you want to retain the customer. my no. I ordered lehnga but it quality was really worst. N having bad experience with them. I courier them products but there is no response from Craftsvilla. Image n products are different. Very bad quality. Please help me for refund. N I humble request to all buyer's don't buy anything from this site.

I ordered a sari with order no.[protected] from crafts villa around 10 or 12 October they shipped the product around 14th October but i still haven't rcvd the product. i sending them mails but no response and even they don't pick up the call. i have made the payment already

I have received defective product and have been consistently registering complaints with the seller but every time they close the complaint without responding to it. I have complied with their terms and conditions, however the seller has denied from its responsibilities. Their customer care helpline is always busy and never gets connected and to the mails they are not responding

On 23rd october '15I have order one Saree worth 2499/- from Craftsvilla on line
i.e Kajol black Beauty (code no.142).order no12030771

Also i have put the mail to customer service for craftsvilla n got the the ticket no as wel (#621299).on 29th october .

But stil i havnt received any calls from any courier person neither frm vendor .

pls do the needfull.

I ordered a suit worth Rs. 999/- (after discount) from craftsvilla.com and i ordered on 24 oct 15 And till today I havent received any product...so i wana knw when will I get my parcel... I mail on [protected]@craftsvilla.com so many times...for my parcel dat when will I get bt there is no response frm ur site till yet...

I ordered a lehnga worth Rs. 4, 200/- (after discount) from craftsvilla.com and the estimate delivery date is 28-oct-2015 And till today I havent received any product The shipping details are not available on site. A ticket was raised for shipping details but the no action has been taken.

I recieved this order of blue patiala churidar on 22nd oct.As i did not lik it i have couriered it again back to the seller and it has eveb reached the seller on oct 28th itself.but stil ther is no news about my refund or atleast a confirmatory email.tried calling customer care many a times but even tat is unresponsive. Only balance gets cut.very unhappy and displeased with craftsvilla services and response.kindly respond asap or i wil put a word in public media.

I have never seen such pathetic customer care services from craftsvilla.com, i have not receive the product as per display picture on the website and now unable to understand to whom i should convey and return the product. I ordered for sari and the order number was[protected] when tried to make payment it did not not responded properly hence again the very next moment on 17/10/2015 ordered again for sari for which an amount of rs.2050/ has been deducted from my sb account So far there is no response from the craftsvilla and tried to contact their customer care number but the receiver of the phone says that the number is not tht of craftsvilla consumer care I, have decided approach consumer court if not responded positively

This is extremely sad to see cheating from a famous online site. This was first, and perhaps the last order that we placed on craftsvilla. Here is the summary of the issue that I faced Transaction #[protected]placed on October 17, 2015 7:59:18 PM IST) Issue : I have been delivered a suit piece instead of suit, The description of the product clearly stated a stitched suit and requested to enter the measurements and note to the tailor but instead a suit piece was delivered. If not fraud then what else is it? . stating cheap price taking additional delivery charge i.e 200 Rs and deliver totally different from what is committed.And on top of it they have no pick up policy in case of wrong delivery. They ask the customer to send a courier(i.e wasting more money for a mistake commited by the seller) Tell me what is the purpose of the textbox where you ask the customer to fill "note to the tailor".If it is going to be a suit material then why the hell will you ask the note for a tailor. Never ever we faced such a difference in what you show on site and what is delivered. What disgusted me more is after several escalation emails I am not being called by any support person. More over they create a new ticket for each of my email.I suggested to rectify thier mistake and send me the correct material. But to my surprise they do not even have an exchange policy. The person asks me to send a courier back to the seller and then they will send me the correct product. Its a complete harassment to shop from this site. We can not be confident if the product is going to be fine or not . In case it is not then we have to struggle really hard to get our hard earned money back from these fellows. I want everyone to think twice before placing an order on Craftsvilla.Dont go by the cheap prices they flash on their site Go for another option if you have. For me, If i am supposed to go out and send a courier to the seller because of a mistake that was not committed from my end . I would preffer to go and shop from the market than purchasing online from craftsvilla.. atyleast i will be sure of where i am putting my money into.
