Sir, On 13/10/2015 i placed an order of one Blue Semi Stitched Georgette Salwar Suit - Designer Collections by Styleeindia( SKU : MSTYL[protected]) and for this I have paid the requisite amount of Rs.2090+99/-(delivery charges) total amount of Rs.2189/- through Debit Card (vide order No:[protected] and the same has been duly credit in their account. But, after a lapse of almost 5 days, i.e. on 18/10/2015 I received a call & an email that this product is not available and advised me to take the refund. Since than more than 15 days have already been lapsed but i did not receive my refund till date.Please help. With regards, Seema Bisht.

Sir on 16/09/2015 i placed an order of one pink bollywood salwar suit 701 desinged by gujarat surat (SKU :[protected]) and for this i have requested amount of 1800+100 delivery charges total amount 1900 through bank account (view order :[protected] and the same has been duly credi in their account, But after a lapse of 5 days i.e. on 20/10/2015 i have received a call and email to post the dress. On 21/09/15 i have post the dree. Since more than 20 days i have already lapsed but i did not received may refund till now. Please help me With regards Anusha Reddy

I ordered a dress from craftsvilla for Rs.1499 but they sent me a wrong dress of Rs.999 only .I called up the supplier Ellis Harvey they said that they had a packing mistake and then i emailed for refund at [protected]@craftsvilla.com as their contact number was nt wrking .They are not replying my mails .Please help me with my money refunded back to me please its a matter of Rs.1499.

I have ordered 4 nos. of necklace sets on 02.11.2015 for Rs. 349.00 each i, e Rs. 1396.00 in Total. But toady, I have received only one set in Rs. 1396.00. It is mentioned in bill over the sealed pack that no. of necklace sets are 4 nos. But inside the sealed pack it is only one. I have already paid full amount to the delivery boy from"ARAMEX" courior service. My Login Id is : [protected]@gmail.co i never thought that this type of fraud case will happen with me. I want to return the only necklace set which I have received today. Please do the needful.

I ordered a dress of rs.1000+130 shipping and the product which I really got is a worst quality and not applicable to wear and there is also a dirty mark on it .when i am calling to the customer care then the number is always busy and busy.Now I will cancel all the orders which my family has done before...craftsvilla is bad and one of the cheater online shopping application

After a while i had got a message stating that 698 was debited from my account whereas the actual amount was 349 on the website and neither had i bought 2 pieces. If the company is not able to satisfy the customer, they should better to close their services and products. The customer care number is always busy. If mail was send no proper reply. I have orderd a dress on 29th oct 2015. delivery date of product is on 5th nov 2015. order is not getting track. No respect towards customers. If there is no customer satisfaction better to you stop ur business. I need clear explanation and quality of my product should be good. If quality of product is bad, i will go for consumer court

I orderd a suit rs. 1999 n tried callin cus care but alwaes employees bizi bizi bizi. Aft receiving d product I was shocked the quality colour material are worst. I tried callin Fo refund to tat shop name khantil, thoz tol.me to fill al my account details to dem n post d product to tat address. Nex day ven I cald an gal is shouting on.me n saying tat it's a wrong num. Thez ppl eat innocent customers.money, cheat dem, provide dirty cloths. This company vil b closed very soon. Ppl pay thinking it's a trustworthy. But the way u ppl are cheating vil bring u al to a very bad loss

First of all they people don't attend customer's call. I'm calling since 4 days and there is no response from their end. Also they are not responding to my emails. Coming on the Stuff which they have sent to me is totally different from the image as shown on the website its so cheap that one can't think of wearing it.
