I am shahnaz from aligarh, i ordered a dress from instagram blog named "stylish_drapes". I contacted them through whatapp no ([protected]) and the day i received that dress the next second i contacted them to return it, but they are not responding to my messages and call. Now they have blocked me.

Somehow i got the number of prem ([protected]) who is working in aligarh in courier company gave me pushpendra's no ([protected]) that he is dealing with customer complains, so might help me in this matter. He helped me only in giving me head office no ([protected]). I called them and with the tracking no he told me thats dress is from craftsvilla.

So further i talked to craftsvilla customer care and that lady told me that they want a proof and want a picture of bill, the email [protected]@craftsvilla.com she told me to contact i tried sending them the mail but i didnt got the same site.
I talked to so many people and all are giving me the next persons no and my problem is still unsolved.

Now its 7th day from deliverey and i want to return that dress. It is of poor quality and dress not exactly the same whatthey said to me. Its waste for me, i can neither keep it to give away to anyone. I am a student and i bought that of 1800 rs which is not less for me. Please help me in this matter and want that blog should be blocked as they are fake and cheating customers and after that ther are not responding.

I am sending the bill photograh with the complaint.

          I ordered a “gold plated heart shaped mangalsutra cum bracelet” amounting ₹595 from craftsvilla a few days back which i received timely. Two days after i received my order, i received one more parcel with the same order no. & amount but the item in it was a necklace which i did not order.
          Since i was not at home, my son payed ₹595 to the delivery boy for the same.
          I request you to refund my money as soon as possible. I would not accept any sort of points, i need my refund to be made either by cash or by cheque.

            Dear team,
            I have ordered one product from craftsvilla online shopping app on 4th may 2018, it is showing delivered to me on 7 th may 2018, but not receiving the same till 8th may i called customer care but they confirmed me that their will be no issue, it's system problem. Thereafter i am continuously following up with the customer care but hardly getting positive solutions. Two days before i received mail from them saying that product has been delivered to us which had been confirmed by their logistics, whereas we did not receive any product from craftsvilla. This is very harrassing to us.
            Would request to consumer forum to help me to get proper solution as soon as possible.

              The cost of dress i ordered was pretty worthy but in real i saw that dress, its not even worth the price. The quality and the design is so poor, it made me dissappointed.Total waste of money of buying such dresses on craftsvilla. Will never order anything on craftsvilla hereafter

As the product was taken back on 17/04/2018, till date there is no refund made to us nor any communication done on that behalf, client name mr.                   #[protected] is my order number, i had ordered a top but when received it was over sized, i requested the return pickup but got reply that your reverse pickup has been cancelled by your end which was not at all true because i didnot get any call or message regarding the pickup where as return pickup was not at all arranged. But one thing is sure this is a way to cheat people by not providing reverse pickup for products.

                    It is not mentioned about 90 days refund offer in our voucher. Now.. If we are using that coupon code you are showing invalid coupon code. You did not inform us that voucher is only valid for 90 days, after 90 days it can't work. As it was not mentioned that voucher is valid for 90 days.. No limit was there. So why you are showing voucher's code invalid... If you are not capable of giving us valid coupon then you should return our money.. If you can not do this...                         Hi,

                        I placed an order of 2 designer women kurti from craftvilla dated 7th april order#[protected].

                        I received an incomplete and defective order on 9th april. I logged a complaint for the same to the customer helpdesk. They didn't resolve the issue and told me that they will be checking with the seller about the same. And asked me to wait for 48hrs.

                        I called again on 11th april for the same. The response was atain the same from helpdesk person to wait for 48hrs. Same resolution was provided to me on 13th april, 16th april.

                        On 18th april, paramveer confirmed on the call that a full reund of 1521inr will be sent to me.

                        An sms has been sent on 19th april to me along with an update on website that partial refund of 824inr would be given by the seller.

                        My complaint is that craftsvilla is not taking a responsibility to serve a customer. Any concerns raised to the helpdesk has ended up with false and fake promises and assurance.

                        Please assist to escalate this and resolve it as it never serves a purpose of faithful online shopping.

                          I bought a saree from craftsvilla and got a really bad quality saree. When asked for return and refund. They said no pick up facility. I have to courier it to surat. When the product can be delivered to my address then y not pick up.. Really disappointed. The government must cancel their license.. Feeling cheated... First experience turned i to my worst experience.. Never buy from craftsvilla

                            Sub: no update on product.

                            We purchased one dress material on (20/03/2018 craftsvilla.com-ibibo in 696.00). Till now i did not receive any update regarding the product.

                            But we paid money through credit card, money also debited.

                            Mentioned in highlights, that you able to deliver with in 5 days max in india.
                            We waited for 6 days still we unable to see track details and any conformation.

                                  Have purchased the two ladies suits from www.craftsvilla.com and it was of very poor quality and I requested for refund of 3000/- and they asled me about bank details and I have given them very clear bank details with all the requirments several times but they lied and said that insuffiente detail has been provied that is why we can not process refund and we are issuing a coupon of the same amount, this was the fist fraud..
                                  Secondaly after few days they are saying that your coupun is invalid and expired. It was my hard earned money and any how they how to refund my money in cash . Now each time when I call to www.craftsvilla.com they are just saying sorry we can not give you the money back and now they are also not interested in the money in form of coupun even.
                                  Its my request to all the cosumers please never ever by any product from www.craftsvilla.com they are big fraud.
                                  I ordered a kurti and payment made Rs.732. Estimated date march 6. Item not received and no contact from them. Now they told ne that my order is in cash on delivery.otherwise they deduct the amount by netbanking.they didnt give me any information about my refund.

                                    I had bought a saree from craftsvilla, which i returned. (With my own money because they did not give me return options). Even after recieving the product back, they are harrassing me for the refund since two months. I have the proofs of delivery in surat which i have mailed to craftsvilla but in vain. I am already harrassed as i have spent rs500 to courier the product which should have been picked up by the online company. Now i have paid for the saree, paid for the courier and sent the saree as well. Please help.

                                      I am a seller in craftsvilla. I dispatched my product to logistic on dec 08, 2017. After that customer my product on the same day evening of product delivery. After one and half month, not yet received my product back.in craftsvilla side, they are saying that product got delivered to me and gave courier details. But courier side, they are saying they returned product and said to ask craftsvilla customer care. Craftsvilla saying to enquiry courier persons. I handed over product to logistics provided by craftsvilla. Logistics picked product from me. Returning product through logistic to my hand is also craftsvilla responsibility. Instead of that they are saying my to enquire courier person by myself. I am highly disappointed with this answer. Craftsvilla response and courier person answers are controvert each other. I request you to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                                        I had ordered an Anarkali for Rs. 2402, on jan 3rd. I was supposed to receive the item on jan 11th. Have called their customer care two times already but they have not taken any action from their side to find where the product is. The last online tracking information was updated on January 5th as it reaches Ahmedabad. I am very disappointed in my very first experience with Craftsvilla. Either I should receive a full refund or the product should reach me without any further delay.

                                        Craftsvilla replied saying that the product went missing on its way here. They initiated a full refund which I received back into my bank account in 5 days. Although I did not get the product, at least the company was honest enough to refund the money. Thank you.
