I had ordered 3 dresses from this site 2 were delivered but are of horrible materia and defective pieces and design i had raised a dispute no revert third one has not been delivered at all but in my account the status is shown as delivered the mobile number provided does not work People should not buy from this fraud site which uses Photoshop to promote their clothes

Respected Sir, We have received one Awesome fab printed Fashion Sari Order #[protected] SKU Code MDURG[protected]/SI2P1263 worth Rs.549/- Transaction No.[protected] Shipment No:[protected] via DTDC courier on 23/5/2015, but after opening the packet this Sari is torned from two places. After this i talked with supplier they asked me to send this back, we have sent Sari via First Flight Couriers Ltd.[protected] on 26/5/2015 the consignment number. Model No: MRKFA[protected] Colour:Royal Blue + Cream, Tamanna's Royal Blue Half-Half Saree.Beautiful Half-Half pattern saree, half is of blue silky valvet and half is of jaquard.Saree is with beautiful and broad lace border. The saree I ordered was with such high hopes. It was such a beautiful piece of garment in the pictures. On receiving the saree, I am extremely disappointed with the product. The material is horrible. The saree looks second hand. Old and dilapidated. Your images were just misleading. The final product and image had no similarities at all. This email is to inform you that you need to take back the product immediately.and return my money as soon as possible

I have placed an order on 10th Jun' 15 for one Bollywood Kareena Kapoor Red Saree; Sales Price INR 1199/-. I have received the courier by Aramex on 15th Jun, 2015. But the quality of Saree is not satisfactory. It's Lace work damaged & thread coming out from the lace, the lace is not as per the picture shown in Site. Also the sequinced border work also very bad quality & cheap. I sent a mail to customer care of Craftsvilla on 16th Jun, 2015 regarding the issue & claimed for refund the money. Even 48 hours passed but neither anybody contacted me yet nor I have received any reply on the same. Please pick back the saree from my address & refund my money.
