I mentioned i want small size dress but you send large because I want to return the product. I have purchased one dress material on[protected] and its was dispatched by the seller on[protected] but till today 09-Jul-15 I have not received my product. Even I have contacted that stupid courier service Shree Nandan courier (tracking id is[protected] also but they also are giving false response everytime. I am fed up of all this and even craftrsvilla customer care number can never be contacted and complaint tickets they are raising are pathetic as there is no proper response. I want my refund for this order and i highly recomment that never go for shopping on this site.

Hi Team, Have order a lehanga from 'www.craftsvilla.com' worth Rs 4999/-, and i received the order on 6th july, 2015.I am very much disappointed after receiving the product, it is not as per the image displayed on the site.The duppatta color is completely different (its black in image but i received a green one).The design quality doesnot seems nice at all.In the display they have mentioned the product is of 2KG but when i Received it was of 0.5 KG. Immediately i have decided to return the product(on 6th July, 2015) so i wrote a mail regarding returning of the product to '[protected]@craftsvilla.com' but till today i have not received any response from them, even if i tried calling to customer care number provided by Craftvilla([protected]) but i dod'nt receive any responce.I have request them to receive the product and deposit the money to my bank account. Hi On may 28 I have received a saree from craft villa and just it was like a mopping cloth which has cost 1150 Rs, I got shocked after seeing the saree, I had emailed them, they asked me to post the saree, next day I had sent the saree to craft villa, every day iam mailing they are not responding at all What I should do now?
