Dear Team Craftsvilla, This is with respect to a SUIT I purchased at craftsvilla. Color: WHITE . The SUIT I ordered was with such high hopes. It was such a beautiful piece of SUIT in the pictures. On receiving the SUIT, I am extremely disappointed with the product. The material is horrible and size is not perfect with the yellow dots on it and is not at all stitched properly . The SUIT looks second hand. Old and dilapidated. Your images were just misleading. The final product and image had no similarities at all. This email is to inform you that you need to take back the product immediately. Otherwise I'll complain to RTI regarding this . Contact me as early as possible. Details given below:

This is so bad. Why aint there is any option to cancel orders. Atleast u can put up a limitation within dat time we could cancel our orders. While ordering an item first ur site showed that nothing has been booked n no mails come but when u book it the second time two mails arrive simultaneously. I mean what the heck is that.
