I HAVE ORDERED A KARACHI SUIT AND CRAFTS VILLE WAS MY SELLER'S SITE IN JUNGLEE. BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED THAT THERE WERE NO FURTHER PROCEEDINGS IN DELIVERY. IT HAS BEEN ONE WEEK. THEY HAVE NOT EVEN SHIPPED. THERE WERE NO QUERIES TO MY REPLY. I REGRET CHOOSING CAFTSVILLE.

I had purchased a saree from craftsvilla by paying Rs. 2680/- + 150/- (shipping charges). My order no. is[protected]. But I did not like the saree, its quality and finish is very bad. So i want to return it and i want my refund amount immediately. I have tried calling them many time on their customer care no. [protected] but line gets disconnected always. I also sent my compliant by mail on [protected]@craftsvilla.com but there is no response. There is not even an acknowledgement for my complaint. I am very disappointed with this website. I trusted them and they have cheated me. I had contacted Akosha and lodged my complaint witt them against craftsvilla. Then they had provided me another customer care no. [protected]. Even this no. comes as switched off. Hence I request craftsvilla to arrange for return of the saree and refund my money immediately. I no longer want to buy anything from this site. They are bunch of cheats. I will never recommend this website to anyone. There is no customer care at all.

Payment is made and now it has been more than 5 working days bt i did't received any status update neither got any respose of my mail form ur customercare. They cancelled my order from there side because product was defective and told me that they will provide me my refund back but since i am calling to their number no one is receiving my call and 2numbers are not reachable. i have ordered an anarkali for rs 4549from craftsvilla with an order no[protected]. after receiving i din'tt like the quality as it does not comply with the description at all. So i raised the complaint on the same day but no body replied to my emails and i have been calling there customer care from last one week but getting busy tone. I want my money back, please help me out

Hi, Thanks in advance. I bought a pair of anklets from the website which were listed for rs 1650. I paid the amount in full have I was promised to get the item delivered ASAP.it was a gift for someone, and after few days they asked me to pay more as the item was worth rs 4350. they said it was mistakenly put as lesser amount and asked me to pay the rest of the amount before delivering the gift. instead of returning my money they are asking me to accept a voucher from their website which i really do not want as its a clear case of fraud as they wanted to fetch some more money.When they promised to send the item and deducted the amount from my account i believe they should deliver the item as well or pay my money+the fine for wasting so much of time time+spoiling the gift to someone special. I will really appreciate if you could help me

I am a regular online buyer and have never faced this situation with any sites. i ordered an earing worth 285 on 26th on NOV 2014 and all that i was not yet receive till today just a shipment ID:[protected] their customer care number is switched off and i have mailed with a no reply. I ordered for a clock from your online store which reached me damaged. It was bound to happen as it was not bubble wrapped and care was not taken to ensure that it reaches me intact. When I write an email on what to do, no reply for more than 2 days. I had to call your customer care number to know what to do and a lady online tells me she will get back to me. She emails me next day saying courier the clock back. When I ask her who will bear the expense since it is not my fault to have received a damaged piece, she writes back after 1 days saying I would need to bear it as per their strange policy. Is this the kind of service Craftsvilla.com give ? I have ordered for many things recently online and none of the stores have sent me damaged pieces and are extremely good to deal with it; they take awesome care of the packing which is pathetic at your end and you expect customer to bear the cost of a piece which has been received in a damaged state due to your mistake ? I ordered via Crafts villa - website craftsvilla.com and made the payment for an bedspread which was Rs.399 on line on the same day. I also received the confirmation email from them that they have shipped on 22nd February 2012. Modern Exotic Comfortable 100% Cotton Double Bed Sheet Set SKU - MVARI[protected]

When i received the product, i got to see what i had ordered and received looks totally different.

initial mails they asked to me to couriet it back to them and they will send the correct one and then they denied and said they have sent the right product and finally i should bear the courier charge of Rs.300 where i have already spent Rs.399 for the product, how does it make sense?

If i had any other issue with the product i understand i should bear the cost of courier, here its their mistake so who has to bear the cost and now its almost one month now.

They cheat so badly by putting nice pic on web and send junk item.

If more details like emails etc required i have please help me as how can i recover my money... i don't want to waste again for shipping and wasting my money.
