I had purchased a saree from craftsvilla by paying Rs. 2680/- + 150/- (shipping charges). My order no. is[protected]. But I did not like the saree, its quality and finish is very bad. So i want to return it and i want my refund amount immediately. I have tried calling them many time on their customer care no. [protected] but line gets disconnected always. I also sent my compliant by mail on [protected]@craftsvilla.com but there is no response....

No reply has been given by company against my feedback/mails on company web site. The express courrier company referred also not responded against my mail. This seems to be a fake company or so.
