In ITO Branch , of Standres charted bank a employee ( Mr. Jagdish ) is getting harassed by his manager ( Mr. Malik ) . Harrasment was in shape of Over loading of Work , late hours Sitting, work presuure , insult of others, and so many theses types of activitys. so the employee is gettind day to day mental diorders. he was so worried about his job. he was doing his job for his family. He had a mother, a little daughter his wife and one younger Brother. But after a limit of getting this garrasment his health going down suddenly and he was absunt around 20 to 25 dyas.when he came to the office he was fully distrubed by mentally. his seriuosly mental conditions he was not used to spend a good time with his family, he forgotted all works of office and also his major contacts his detaisl .

then his family decide to give the resign. after one week of resign this shock to getr a new job or his mental disorders he had expired yesterday ( 27.03.2013 ) .

Its all becuse of His MAnager . Its not a way to handle the employee at this level . Now who will be the responsible of Family's take care.

MAnager should not be like Mr. Malik. if Manager should be sincere , loyal and humenity is the most effective constraints.

all should take the ghard action against this. otherwise it can be happen again with any other employee.
A person Mr. Anand Chaturvedi staying in my building has taken a loan from the bank and has fradulently given my telephone number. Now the bank knows that we are just staying in the same building and still keeps on calling us. They ask us to call them or else we we have to pay the money. We have had no information of our number being given to standard chartered bank for any purpose. if this call continues then I will have no option but to file a police complaint. please ensure that I do not get any call from your bank. we get a call from standard chartered bank goregoan.

    OCTOBER 2012 I GOT A CALL REGARDING MY OUTSTANDING BALANCE IN MY CARD ACCOUNT WHICH WAS GOT CLOSED IN 2004

[protected] ON 06/02/13 AT 05.30 PM AND AFTER HOLDING FOR ABOUT 53 MINUTES WHILE TALKING WITH MR JOHN HE FINALY SEARCHED MY CARD NO WHICH IS MENTIONED ABOVE AND ALSO GIVE ME THE COMPLAINT NO[protected] FOR MY COMPLAINT BUT I YET TO LISTEN FROM YOUR SIDE BUT ON 08/02/13 I GOT A CALL FROM YOUR TELEPHONE NO [protected] CALLING BY SOME MR VIBUTI [ STATING HIM AS A SENIOR OFFICER OF SCB] AND HE OFFERED TO SETTLE DOWN BY CARD WITH 60% REBATE ON OUTSTANDING PAYMENT.     I am Thirumalai Srinivasan from Bangalore. I am holding SCB Credit card. In the last month I made a payment for Rs.1700.00 to my supplimentary credit card. As per their collection department while making cash payment, we can give either one credit card number and while processing the payment, they will credit it to both Primary and supplimentary cards according to the due, and it was happened in that way, before also.

    But now the last payment was totally credited to my supplimentary card instead of both and they charged late payment fees of Rs.350.00 to my primary card.

    When I called and asked the customer care department and their grivance cell two weeks before, they said the will reverse the late payment charges.

    However, I received a letter generated on 27.02.08, stating my primary card is overdue and it was already blocked by them without informing me.

    I belive this is not a good practice and always there is a poor response from their customer side. They are not co-operating with customers.
    i am rajesh, when i applied for the credit card the bank who issuing the c.card that iam defaluter so that they cannot issue me the c.card, but iam haveing a car loan &4 personal loan which about 10 lakh till day i payed all the E M I properly.
    Thru my personal intrest i infulens my self i find out that standard charted bank made me in defulter list in CIBIL, i dont have any transcation in the above mention bank so kindly persula my complaint

    according to the bank representative titenium credit card is free but gold credit card is chargeble...

    please look into this matter for the betterment of indian banking system.

    I had applied for swap of my loan repayment from Bank of Maharashtra Badlapur Branch to Dombivali Nagri Sahakari Bank ltd and fullfilled all formalities long back at Standard Chartered Bank 1st flr Express Bldg 9-10Bahadur Shah Zapar Marg New Delhi but till today there is no positive response from your bank. I had deposited the required amt @ DNSB and many times communicated to phone [protected].but nothing heard Ihad not make arrangement @BOM Pl arrange to take repayment at DNSB and do not charge any penalty as such there is no mistake from myside, and arrange as early as possible to collect repayment installment from DNSB

    it is regarding the credit card that was issued to me. since i had returned the card and mentioned that i do not wish to continue since some DSA had promised that no charges will be levied to me as fee. but i was sent a payment reminder. also this card was provided to me basis my existing card to which some amount was due. i had to take a personal loan and had made all the effort to clear te outstanding BUT the bank without any notice decided to apportion the amount and credit it to my gold card, which in all means is UNFAIR. I have tried explaining this issue several times. If the bank decides to apportion on its own judgement, I believe the bank is not reflecting the "TRUST" element in its fairness. Just because I hold a corporate account, I am being sent a letter that the amount due will be credited to my account. I want this issue to be resolved asap. am not a defaulter with your bank, i have a home loan running with the bank for past 4 years, you may wish to check the records.

    Dear Sir

    I Mohan Nair lodged a complaint on 28/06/2008 on your email Id head .[protected]@in.standardchartered.com regarding the above mentioned cards. There was no response from them and I was told by your helpline to contact you . The details are as follows:-

    I am holding the above Gold & Visa Credit Cards of your bank for the last 10 years, having combined credit limit to Rs 2, 00, 000/-. Further Titanium card was issued to me in the month of Feb 2008 canceling GOLD & VISA Cards with some added features with assurance that the credit limit of Rs 2, 00, 000/- will be available for this Titanium Card for which you have debited Rs 5000/- from my A/c. as one time special fees. Today on 30th June 2008 when I got credit card statement through my email I am shocked to see that my credit limit has been reduced from 2, 00, 000/- to 10, 000/- without assigning any reason . The phone banker when contacted by me could not give any satisfactory reply.

    Please let me know why my Credit limit has been reduced with out informing me and why Rs 5000/- was debited to my card A/c for a limit of just Rs 10, 000/- only. In the day-today market of competition when every bank is offering free life time Gold or Titanium card with higher credit limit, why I should not return my card to the bank for cancellation.

    I regret to say that why this treatment was given to me in spite of our long relationship of more than 10 Years

    If I do not receive any satisfactory reply at the earliest from the bank I will presume that bank is not interested in building relationship with the card holder.

    Kindly look into this matter seriously and arrange enhancement of my Credit Card limit to Rs 2, 00, 000/-

    Dear Sir,
    I am having saving account in your Gurgaon branch. I have taken one credit card from your bank. After some time I have taken one scheme also. I t was misguided by your customer care people. When I went to take benifit I was not satisfied. So I requested to customer care to block my credit card & scheme. I did partial payment for scheme and and cleared outstanding payment also. But I refused to pay full payment which was for scheme. Your customer care people ensured me for that. After that again I recieved the bill. I again called up to customer people. They told me that your complant is registered. They have given me complaint no. also. The problem was not resolved and still I was recieving bill on my mail. I become used to ignored those mail that because I was fadup from all that.
    All that was so many months back. I have changed my residential during these days and number also. As this problem was not resolved so I did not take care also for that I was very frustrated fom that.
    Now today when I went to ATM to withdraw the cash, I came to know that my account is blocked. I called up again to customer care people but they told me that your outstanding is due. I again explain all things to Ms. Ritika (Customer care) & Mr. Shabir (Team leader). They are not understaning my problem. As this matter is so month back I am not having any written proof, any documents & credit card also. I destroyed all. I am now helpless.

    Please resolve my problem as I am fadeup from your bank & your customer care. I always did my payments ontime but I am getting this response from your side. Your customer care people are not updating the complaint data properly and we customers face the problem.

    Sub: WRONG REPORTING OF CREDIT CARD DUES TO CIBIL

    Please refer to the enclosed copy of your letter dt 20/02/2006 regarding restructured payment of dues against the following Credit Cards:

    1. SCB Card No. [protected]
    2. SCB Card No. [protected]

    Please also note that payment of the entire outstanding amount of Rs 195386.34 referred in the aforesaid letter has been duly paid by me as per the payment schedule described therein, i.e. a down payment of Rs 17000/- followed by 11 monthly instalments of Rs 16216.94.

    We are surprised to find that on 31/05/2010 you have reported to Credit Information Bureau ( India) Ltd ( CIBIL) my default against my Credit Card dues at your bank.

    Further, you have reported default of the same amount of Rs 195914/- to CIBIL against the Supplementary Card issued in the name of my wife, Shafali Ghosh. This is a duplicate reporting of default against a single card, which was paid as per terms of settlement as stated above.

    The above wrongful reporting by you has seriously affected my business as well as my individual credit worthiness, resulting in substantial financial losses.

    Please clarify immediately reasons for the above reporting to CIBIL, even after the dues had been settled as per your letter.

    I expect your reply within 7 ( seven ) days from the date of this letter.

    If you fail to reply to this letter within seven days, I shall be compelled to take up the matter with appropriate higher authorities.

    I have been sanctioned a credit card from Standard Chartered Bank in the year 2000 with a Limit of 21000.00, as i have been closed the card with all dues in the Year 2001. After this there was no call from the bank. About a week back i got a call from Shaha Finlease Pvt. ltd. stating the the outstanding is 2,97,000.00 for there 9 Years and asking for the settlement of Rs.41000.00. I have requested them to send the complete transaction statement, which they were not able to send. So please suggest me the best way.

    With reference to annual fees charged to my account, I would like to bring to your notice that at the time of issue it was told that card is life time free.



    But I see annual charges are being debited on my card.



    I would like to cancel my card and request you to reverse the annual charges.





    It’s purely fraudulent income Standard Chartered bank is trying to generate.
    Again & again I am getting calls & sms from your representative for depositing charges towards Insurance for my credit card ( no [protected])though I have not done any Insurance for this card neither I have used it for even once. This harrasment has been continuing for the last three months. Next time if I get again sms/call from your end I shall go to CONSUMER COURT.

    Sales people have a target to achieve at the end of the day and will do any thing to have it achieved. What you need to realize is that some insurance agent has used your card to apply for a policy in your name. To rectify this issue you will need to call the insurance company and have the policy closed.     Why Standard Chartered Bank Sending me Bill while i have broke that card One year back as per customer Care Instruction and drop in Box, because i got some false information from executive when i got details docs from Bank, i read that and i found that some annual charges for this Credit Card.
    Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
    This is to bring to your notice that I, Monika Choudhary is being harassed by the Standard Chartered Bank. I had a credit card from them some 9 years ago that is when i started working, must have been 23- 24 straight out of college with the first job and credit card, so had no clue about banking, finances etc. I got that credit card because of the company i was working in. It was given to all the employees who joined. It was a additional income kind of thing for me. I realised quite late that its not a boon but a bane. I was being harassed at that time also when I couldnt pay up the amount due to them so I closed the account settled the entire amount and got my credit card blocked. End of story.
    But it did not end there after 9 years in 2011 they (the recovery agents) are coming back and harassing me that at that time i did not pay some 139 rupees to the bank so now after all these years the interest has amounted to Rs. 1, 31, 154 so now I am suppose to pay the bank this amount because I could not pay the meagre 139 rupees at that time! They are also saying that I did make a 1000 rupees payment to the bank and asked them to close the account. But I dont understand why will a person pay 1000 rupees and just not pay 139 rupees, because he or she will get pleasure of not paying up 139 rupees? So that the bank can come back after 9 years and say boss you did not pay 139 rupees at that time so now with all the interest you have to pay 1 lakh 31 thousand rupees!
    I cannot pay the amount even if i want to because firstly I'm not employed anymore, as due to recession the company shut down the brand i was working for in 2009. So past 2 years i am jobless. I got married recently and hence now im financially dependent on my husband and he too doesnt earn that well that he can pay off the debt. Plus i have no investments and savings left because it all got consumed in the wedding as my parents were unable to take care of everything themselves (my father is retired).
    Please advise the way forward as they have my phone numbers and address and they are harassing me and my family.

    I AM REALLY SURPRISED THAT THEY HAVE SEND ME ONE DINNING CARD CHARGING RS 4000 WITHOUT MY PREMISSION AND EVEN MAKE EMI OF THAT TO DEDUCT THE SAME

    I have applied for a card and the on the 12th dec and as of today there is no response when I am asking the customer care they said that u need to wait , i[censored] not waiting that is u r problem .what is this ?
    I have been receiveing calls from Shah Finlease for outstanding of credit card for Rs.14,00,000.00 for a card issued in 1998. Intially they told me that they would upload data in CIBIL and call at my work and spoil my image also when I got my CIBIL report there is no outstanding in my account.

    Now they are telling that they want to settle it for 28,000.

    My point is if there are no records in CIBIL how come they call me defaulter,

    Is there a legal way to sue company and Standard Chartered for defamation.

    I am having SC Credit Card no [protected]. And My due date to made payment was 16th September & i made payment on 15th September by cheque at on-dot courier drop box near neelam cinema. But Standard chartered deducted Rs 700 from my account stating late payment of charges. Bcz there people has picked up the cheque late.When i called there customer care they said sir its ur fault you need to made payment by cash instead of cheque and they will not revert the money back now.This Company is completly cheated customers.
    i closed my credit card.
    I paid with interest late charges, etc.
    But the people from bank still torturing for
    late fees and payment.

    i talked for reversal last time.
    they told me to keep the card live,
    but i said No,
    they told me that they will not reverse the charges.

    Its happening 5 th time with these people.

    Loss of personnel image and embrassment when Stan Chart card declined.
    My card is valid till 2016 and I am not a defaulter.
    This declination has caused mental agony in front of onlookers in showroom where the card was declined I was under impression that there is fault in swiping machine but and on second occasion also at an eatery the same happened.
    I had made complaint for disputed transaction on 12th feb., 2013, bank had taken more then 6 month to resolve this issue & during that six month they charge late fee & interest on the same after six month they given credit back to me but not given credit for the intrest then i wrote more then 30 mail then they given credit for the same but they pre close my instlment account & block my card & give me reason of sibal.

    please let me know what to do? i always made each & every payment on time every where.

    I had c credit card with uu bank in the name of T.R.Mahesh
    bearing no.[protected]. I had some issues with this
    and i had closed all dues related i this card. When i am applying
    for loans the banks tell me problems of CIBIL. Please do the needful
    to solve the matter at the earliest so i could be benefited loans from
    financial instutions.

    pls solve my request at the earliest
    I was having a Standard
    Chartered Bank Credit Card (No. [protected]) which was settled on 24th
    June 2005 forRs. 7500/- paid by cash to the bank. Even after the settlement,
    the bank continued to show me as a defaulter and kept on adding the outstanding
    charges. This was reflected in my poor cibil ratings and let to a denial of a
    personal loan application to Axis Bank on 9th May 2014.


    I was completely unaware of
    this and it was case of huge shock and humiliation for me. After which I wrote
    to Standard Chartered Bank on 10th June 2014 with the copy of the settlement
    letter and payment receipt. With many further follow ups they accepted their faults
    and ultimately corrected the records and informed cibil that outstanding
    against the aforesaid card was zero on 1st July 2014. Cibil correctly updated
    their records and informed me the same on 4th July 2014.
    Extremely poor service by Standard Chartered Bank. I had to face huge humiliation and loss for not getting the money at the right time. Need to comenstate for their mistake.

        For some 80 rupees Standard Charted bank charged INR 1056 penalty on me and I had to pay that without any choice.
        Let me tell you the story. It has been told to me by Standard Chartered Marketing dept that the Standard charted titanium credit card it totally free for life time. Based on this commitment I took the card. The day I received card I made a transaction of some 700 INR[Booked train ticket]. Same day during night when I went through the credit card document realized that it is free for first year only. I called bank and they told me yes it is free only for one year. I asked them to cancel my card, they canceled it and I also canceled the train ticket I booked through the credit card.
        Now I was thinking that bank will get the train ticket refund and rest of the amount I will pay to the bank. But when I received the statement I saw some 600 INR to pay. I tried calling bank but nobody picked up my call. Due to my busy schedule I could not follow up them and after couple of days I got another statement where they asked for 1137 INR. I called bank this time they picked up my and I asked them to made some adjustment because all of this happened due to wrong commitment from the bank. However they denied that and said you will have to pay this amount. I was so pissed up I mailed them again for some adjustment however no reply I received. Finally I paid the 1137 rs to bank because I don't have time to do court case and all, and Bank is truly behind money (that is why they are bank..lolz) so they will keep on charging me.
        When I discussed this with my other friends they said that some third party company is doing marketing of the bank. They commit false things to customer just to complete their target and when customer receives card he realizes that reality is different.
        Ideally Bank should have a call with the customer to confirm everything before handing over the card however they don't do this because if they do that then they wont get free money from customer. So beware of this Bank.

          Dear Sir

          I am using four top bank's credit card since last 6 years and with them I always experienced good services.
          But Statndard Chartered Bank has given me a bad experience Actually I have been offered a Card No [protected] from SCB few months ago in lieu of my Barclays Bank Card.

          On 24.12.12 I first time used this card for which on 7.1.13 I got a message for my statement is being generated and due of Rs. 5663/- on 29.1.13

          Accordingly on 22.1.13 I dropped the Ch No. 000014 dated 19.1.2013 for Rs. 5663/- of Bank of Baroda for payment of my dues but I got no information from SCB side for even receipt of the cheque till 28.1.2013 even after passing of 7 days than I talked to it's customer care to be sure if they have received the cheque or it is misplaced somewhere but they couldn't confirm me about it.

          So on 29.1.13 evening, in precaution of not being late in payments, I made payment of the card dues through net banking from my same account from which I issued the cheque. Now as a result balance in my account got short by cheque value issued earlier.
          On next day 30.1.13 I come to know through my net banking of BOB that the cheque is returned unpaid and I have been debited for a Cheque return fee of Rs. 337/- by my bankers.
          Now I wrote a mail to SCB informing them all above and for not to debit me for the return fee again by them. But on 8.2.13 I got message for what I didn't expected. SCB has generated next statement for nothing but cheque return fee.

          Again I wrote them with all the situation as above and asked if charges are not reversed than close my card services immediately but no result.

          Finally I have sent a Ch. No. 000017 Dated 21.2.13 for Rs 561/80 for final payment (dropped in SCB branch on 22.2.13) with a request to cancel my card immediately and send me No dues letter alongwith my previous returned cheque No- 000014.

          So using SCB card for Rs 5663/- cost me to pay Rs. 6662/- within month.

          Now I request SCB officials that after realization of my final payment, please cancel my card services and send me NOC & the cheque earliest.

            * Somebody duped me and used my credit card for approx 9000.
            * I recd 3 SMSs from SCB asking me to inform the customer care if I have not made the transactions. I immediately called and informed that I have not made these transactions. I got the card blocked and asked to inquire with the ME as there were 3 transaction of different amount totaling to Rs 9000 approx and these transactions were done at the same outlet within a span of 1-2 minutes. It seems crazy making 3 transactions at the same outlet within 1-2 min. Any ME will remember such customer.
            * I filled the grievance form also. I was given a time of 30 days for inquiry and closure of the case.
            * As a good customer, I asked for replacement of the card and paid the replacement fee also.
            * I kept on inquiring after 30 days time frame. But it took 90 days to SCB to close the case just by saying that under some clause of customer agreement, I have to pay the all the amount.
            * Despite a time frame of 30 days, SCB took 90 days and all the late fee and interests were charged to me and I paid for SCB's delay.
            * The best thing was the day SCB declared that I have to pay all the amount, the calling team at SCB started harassing me by calling to pay the amount. The best part was some fool will start calling as early as 830 am when I would be driving to my office. Unfortunately, I told them that this is my office going time, and after that the harassment increased like hell. I was being called continuously for upto 10 times in that morning hour between 830 to 930 am and later during the day also. As soon as I paid the full amount, these callers were dead. Despite my mentioning, SCB did not even waive the late fee and interest charged for the delay in closing the case by them.
            * I asked for cancellation of the replacement credit card. Despite follow-up, I never got to hear/know that SCB cancelled my card.
            * In this whole episode, apathy towards me from SCB was of great level. I feel it beseems a bank of SCB's level.
            * I have decided that I will never ever take any product of SCB and will also look for that people around me not do the same. I will go to any Bank but not to SCB in my lifetime. I clearly know that a customer (that's me) does not make any difference to SCB.
            * SCB has been unfair to me. Customer rights were not given any value.
            * All those who deal with SCB, may choose to do so at their risk.

              I brought one Tablet from HomeShop 18 by making online payment through my Addon (Wife Annapurna) SC Credit Card end with XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-5399.

              I got My SC Card Statement dated 06th Jan 2013 -
              Here is Payment Due for Card ending XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1893 is Rs:2114/= 1st Installment of my total payment made to Homeshop18.

              SC Bank are not provided first 12 disit of this new installment card anywhere in this Statement.

              So I called Cust care to know 1st 12 disit of this inst card, they TOLD ME that I have to use MY OWN CREDIT CARD FIRST 12 DISIT, from which i make this purchase & LAST 4 DISIT of Installment Card no provided in current statement and make my payment.

              So I make Online payment as guided by Cust Care through SC Bank website in
              my own Credit Card A/c.No- [protected].

              After one month I got SMS that my card XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-1893 is OVERDUE.

              So I Contacted Cust. Care they told me that- I make payment in wrong card account. So I have to make payment again to standard chartered bank. While I CONFIRMED the same before making this online payment.

              Please do the needful ASAP.

              Standard Chartered — Wrongly troubling me for payments

              I was using a couple of Credit cards, but due to a major car accident, went into a deep financial mess. I was unable to repay my debts, and then I had to go for a One time settlement with the Banks. I did that. They took the money and gave me an assurance of sending me the letters. I had shifted me residence to Bhopal, due to a job transfer. Despite having paid the settlement amount, I have not received a letter of closure of loan, from the banks. ICICI had siphoned of 17 K from my account without even informing me, due to the same reason. Nor have they given me any statement. I wish to inform, that more or less I have settled all Dues of the following banks, like Standard Chartered, ICICI, CITIBANK. They are yet to give a closure letter, moreover they continue to harass me for payments.
              Kindly note: Since the closures, I have never ever touched a Credit card, since 2005.
              Kindly help me, how I would be able to get out of this extortion treats from these treachurous Banks.
              Moreover, has lead to a poor Credit rating.

              SOME MS JAGRITI SHARMA CALLED ME FOR DUE PAYMENT I HAVE TO DEPOSIT IMMEDIEATELY, WHEN I TOLD HER THAT ONCE I ALREADY PAID THE SAID AMOUNT WHY I PAY AGAIN THEN SHE DEMAND PAYMENT PROFF- BANK STATEMENT, BILLDESK RECEIPT & 6TH JAN SC CARD STATEMENT.

              I EMAILED HER ALL THESE SCANED DOCUMENT SHE RECEIVED MY EMAIL CONFIRMED BY HER ON CELLPHONE AGAIN ALL OF THEM SILENT

              I CALLED SEVERAL TIME TO CUST CARE HELP LINE THEY TOLD THEY DONT HAVE EMAIL OF MY COMPLAINT.

                Without my authentication standard chartered bank has withdrawn money from my credit card towards card Protection Plan as on 02/11/2012(1,640/-). Same day I have lodged a complaint to cancel the same. But no one has responded for it and after my many repeated request half of the amount was reversed and now remain amount accumulated to 1940/-. I had drop a mail so many times but result is zero. Its been very strange and surprising activity for me was that without contacting me or getting consent , they had stolen money from my card. Moreover today they are torturing for me to make payment.

                  This has the reference to my Credit Card No.[protected] of Standard Chartered for which the total amount due was Rs 57392.98/- only.

                  I had two cards of Standard Chartered ending 0716 (Gold) and 2096 (Titanium) for which I have paid all my dues and a copy of payment receipt is attached herewith.

                  1. In the Titanium Card No.[protected], Standard Chartered has imposed an over Limit Fee of Rs 500/-, whereas the total expenditure amount by me is Rs 57392.98/- only which is within the available credit limit of 108000/- (Combined Credit Limit of Both the Cards).

                  2. The credit limit for both the cards is Rs 54000/- respectively and it was stated while issuing both the cards and a combined limit of Rs 108000/- was given.

                  3. Hence the over limit fee of Rs 500/- and the corresponding service tax of Rs 61.80 and Rs.6.69 which has been imposed in the bill, is not justified.

                  4. I am getting the sms frequently by Standard Chartered, wherein the disputed amount of Rs 568.49/- has now being claimed as 3117/- despite the fact that both the said card has been cancelled by me and the bank has been intimated but I am being harassed by the bank for paying the disputed amount which has been wrongly imposed on me by the bank.

                  Requested to do Justice and instruct the Standard Chartered to withdraw false charges and compensate me for harassing.

                    I was using Standard Chartered Bank credit card for more than 3 years and I had always done the payments on time. In Nov, 2012, I was charged late payment charges of Rs.700 even when I made the payment one day before the due date. And now they are not reversing back the charges and are charging late charges every month amounting to around Rs.2100 now.
                    I am attaching the Credit Card statement of Nov 2012 and the due date was 13-nov-2012.

                      I am using Standard Chartered credit card, and last year I got a call from SC executive to take and enhanced card pack, that time I opted for that but I didn't used that overall the year, so I decided to discontinue it.


                      In January I called to SC executive and told him to discontinue, he told me that package is already renewed, and SC have couriered you new items of packs, so I told him that I don't want to use that pack anymore, then he told me that don't accept that courier and then we'll discontinue your pack.

                      I did the same and but my package was not cancelled, and I received the statement for new package to pay.

                      Then I called back again to SC executive, she told me sir it'll be cancelled and you'll get a call back in 2-3 days.

                      After waiting for 4 days I called SC again and talked to one of your executive, he told me that we called you on 05-Feb and you retained the pack(that's totally false, as I haven't received any call).
                      Once I asked him why my pack is not cancelled he told me that it'll be cancelled in 15 days and then without listening to me he disconnected the call.

                      This is such a sorry(and I must say ridiculousness) behavior from Standard Chartered. SC executive don't want to listen and resolve customer's queries. I'm just shattered to see such behavior from one of leading bank and looks like my problem will never be solved.

                        I had a credit card of SCB credit card with NUMBER : [protected] in 2006, however when i took my cibil report last year it was showing outstanding amount in my name . When i tried to contact standard chartered with the account details i came to know that they have sold the account to shaha finlease pvt ltd.When i called SAHA they want me to transfer around 6100 to give the CIBIL clearence and they were not ready to send the credit card statement ,I don't want to keep any issue in CIBIL report,So i made the payment what ever they have asked and i got the no due letter,but till now they have not updated the information in CIBIL ,when ever i called them they are telling they have updated the same with CIBIL ,but when i checked with cibil it is not not reflecting ,i sent so many mails to shaha finlease customer care there is no proper response.SO i want to file the case against standard chartered bank and shaha finlease.Please let me know the procedure.

                          Hi Sir,

                          Sub:- Credit card company claim after 10 years

                          Recently I received a call from Shaha Finlease Pvt Ltd, mumbai regarding out standing payment dues on Credit Card issued
                          by Standard Chartered Bank 10 years back.

                          There were three dispute transcations against this credit card.I got clearance on one of the transaction and all three
                          transactions were from same company(merchant).The rest two were not cleared because according to them I had reported the incident after 45 days.

                          The fact is that I had submitted the dispute form to them on time(an employee name Nisha received that
                          letter) at lower parel office mumbai.Also I called up their legal department to resolve the issue.They ignored my call saying it happens.
                          They asked me to pay rest of the outstanding amount(Rs 7000) and I paid that.

                          I have all the documents with me.I want to file a case against them.
                          This is a fraud company and I want to get rid of this issue ASAP.

                          Please let me know what would be the procedure.

                            Last bill generated on 2338.27 (4-Jan).
                            Reversal payment happened on (Ref no[protected].80

                            Amount remains : 2338.27-470.80=1867.47

                            Amount I paid on 12-Jan-2013 = 1868

                            Put the cancellation request on 12-Jan-2013 (Ref No[protected]


                            Still they charged late payment fees of 140 rs again and not cancelled the card.
                            The 1868 also i paid for late payment only (yearly charge of card 750)

                            Could you please take necessary action and suggest what i require to do.

                            Regret, to inform your service level is extremely poor.

                            I am totally unhappy with your team, while purchasing card that time no one informed me about Annual charges.

                            I was not get any E-mail/ SMS alert / Hard Copy for overdue payment.

                            I was informed to blocked Card # 6308, however today i received bill of Rs. 1708/-

                            New card # 8678 buy last month i.e. Sep till time i am not use this card still your bank is charging of Rs. 1395/-

                            I am not going to pay single paynee, request you to please blocked/ cancel both the card immediately.

                              I had a Home loan with standar charted bank. The builder was a fraud and sold the property to the various other buyers. i fought the case in consumer court with no resolution in site for 7 years. During my case duration i paid the EMI's to standard charted bank. In 2010 Stan chart bank approached me stating that the builder is ready to close the loan. I agreed to that with the assurance from the bank that my sieble history will not be impacted as it was not myfault and the builder was at fault. Still Stan Chart bank has spoiled my ratings in sieble which is highly unprofessional and not as per commitment.

                                I have been using standard charted credit card for couple of months. In this short period I came to know that Standard charted credit cards and its online banking system really useless. When I do a transaction using the card, netbanking taking 2-3 days to display. and it is not even showing available credit limit. If we can't know available credit limit, there is a possibility to go beyond the limit and get fine of 500 rupees each time....

                                In the month of Dec 2012 It happen. I deposit a cheque on 12th Dec 2012 and the amount clear from my Bank on 14th Dec 2012. But the Standard Chartered Credit Card people did not deposit the the amount in my Card account. I send so many mails to the customer regarding that and launch a complain also. They are putting the late charges and the interest also in my account and they are saying that pls check with your bank the cheque is not clear from there. I send a mail to them with the snap short of my account and send the scan copy of the passbook, where it it showing that the amount is clear from my account.
                                Now please suggest me and provide me the rbi card complain mail id where I can launch a solid complain against this and I can teach SCB for this kind of harassment to the customers.

                                    standard chartered has it's Own Brand but i don't what their marketing executives are behaving like a beggar sitting at remote places.


                                    i am getting so many unwanted calls from the standard chartered account bank executives
                                    they ask for us regarding their standard chartered credit cards and personal loan requirements
                                    Even we are not interested in their product they continue to call
                                    i got these calls from most of the ladies executives. who are not well trained to behave with customer. these girls behave like call girls.
                                    The language use by these executives is very rubbish and cant be explained over here.

                                    Bank — I am getting unwanted calls from bank

                                    I am getting calls from HDFC, ICICI, and some banks & they calling me and asking for Home, Car, and Personal Loans, I told many times that "I have not interested" but they are not leaving me. How to identify those nos and stop it ?.

                                      Hi,

                                      I called up at the customer service (Standard Chartered) a Minute back. I have been told to write mail on to the marked id to share false informations given to me for opting this card. Hence I am writing this mail.

                                      As mentioned in the earlier mail that I am being told that If I book movie ticket than I will get one movie ticket free against it. Which I dont see anywhere in the website nor the document which I received from SC. Hence I wanted to double confirm the same. Due to this scheme only I was interested to have this card.

                                      Over the call with customer care executive I was told that this service is no more valid for this card which was really surprising for me
                                      to know. Bank sales team is giving wrong information to the customers just to attract & increase card holders for them. Nor they are interested to carry good relation with them by saying they are not even bothered if customer stops this card in short span of time.

                                      Email id which is been given for writing to sc is also wrongly given which is card.[protected]@sc.com. In reality I believe it it card.serveices.sc.com. Request to do necessary changes for customer to be approaching on time.

                                      Team working within SC is unaware about the services related to cards which they are selling & they have to check with multiple people regarding scheme.

                                      Based on such service & false commitment given just to sell card to a customer I would not like to continue with this bank card service now & in future. I would not recommend any regarding this back card as well.

                                      Hope my points will be taken in positive way to improve & rectify credit card services.
