Fraud Transaction

Hi,

I want to know how can Standard Chartered Bank allow such transaction since they are un-authenticated transaction as per RBI Mandate effective 1 May 12.

Charged me even after agreeing that transaction is fraudulent

Fraudulent Transaction Detected still charged me


On Oct 2012, Standard Chartered Bank detected and fraudulent transaction on my credit card. They called me and asked my permission to block the card temporarily. I have stopped using the card since then.
Then they charged me for an amount which was not reversed. I made several long telephone calls and countless e mails. It takes them more than one month to reply...

Hello,

I have been using the credit card from standard chartered bank since more than 3 years. Two months back i made a partial payment in the card. The bill was 13500 Rs and i made the payment of 8500 Rs.
