I had taken loan from dm finance. And their due was clear by me since april 2020. Now it still reflect in my cibil report. Kindly request you to remove from cibil. If you want then you can also ask for lenders that they had no obligation or due balance on me. Thanking you.

    I received the credit report from Experian Bureau wherein my credit score is 856 and I feel that my score is good as I am not a defaulter of any financial institutions and paying my dues timely and when I applied for home loan at HDFC, they told that your CIBIL score is 764 that's why you are eligible for 7.20% .
    Because of lower CIBIL score, loan has approved with higher ROI .
    I want to ask you, why there is large variation in Credit score for same person & why customer penalize ?
    Because of wrong analysis, I have to bear the loss of 60000/-.
    Please take suitable action .

      Dear Sir,

      I applied for a car Loan in the month of march 2020 in State Bank of India. SBI did a CIBIL report enquiry, and they said that there an overdue of personal loan shown in my account and hence the loan cannot be processed. and now again i am looking for a home loan but it could not be processed due to incorrect details.

      When I checked the report, my name, address, email id, Phone numbers, voter card details are mentioned wrong in that. So, I told SBI that the report is not mine but they asked me to contact CIBIL.

      Then, I contacted CIBIL, and download cibil report and i found The report again had the same wrong information. When enquired, they said that the details are updated by Bank and they do not have any control over it and I have to get it rectified with the banks who updated it.

      I can contact the bank to correct the balance details or the account details. But, which bank can correct my date of birth and pan card details in my CIBIL report ?

      This is a clear negligence by CIBIL personnel.

      My CIBIL Control number is 3, 339, 192, 300 and My one of last dispute is in progress which service request number is 8585068. and they revert for this request number without any correction in inaccurate details.

      I have given the reference mail of banking institutions, other document evidence i.e. my pan card, aadhar card, voter card therefore they are not making correction .

      Looking forward for an immediate response from you, as my home loan process has been halted because of this.

      I have raising dispute continuously for last 5 months but not received proper solution for the same

        This is regarding cibil information updated on your behalf of ms poonawalla in credit records. I have never taken a loan from your institution still reported a loan on me on rs 26000/- and current balance of rs 9115/-

        I have raised a dispute in my cibil but got the confirmation that this information has been provided by your end is correct. I am not able to understand how this can be done when i have not taken any loan from you and still are not checking their records to correct it? Repeatedly i am raising the cibil dispute and receiving the same response from the cibil team.

        This is badly hitting my credit rating when showing an outstanding balance even though i have not taken any loan? Who will take the responsibility of my credit hit because of your error?

            Presence of a tradeline with worst status in the past 6 months... Akmpk2336b... I have no dues with 4 credit cards with me. All loans are being paid on time. How cibil says worst status.

              मेरा सिविल प्रोफाइल में गलत पैन नंबर दिखा रहा है इसके रिकॉर्डिंग मैंने सिविल से डिस्प्यूट भी रहीस किया था लेकिन सिविल वाले मेरा पेन नंबर हटाने के लिए मना कर रहा है और सिविल इसकोर मेरा सारे 750 था अब जीरो दिखा रहा हैमैंने सिविल को बताया था कि यह पैन कार्ड नंबर मेरा नहीं है आप इसको हटा दीजिए लेकिन सिविल वाले इसको नहीं हटा रहा है

                  I had availed a housing loan with HDFC vide loan account number[protected] for Rupees Thirty eight lacs on 8.7.2009 and closed the same account fully ahead of my terms( pre closure) onn31.5.2015. However my CIBIL Score as on 30.7.2020 reflects an outstanding amount of Rs 410143 (Rupees Four lakhs Te Thousand One hundred Forty Three only) . I have got back my mortgage papers also but still why is it reflecting in my CIBIL Report. please remove the same immediately

                        I have taken a personal loan from one of the nbfc company (Named as incred finance). My account has been put under moratorium scheme given by government. When i asked them who asked you so they are not letting me know after so many emails and call they are not giving me any answer and by this 3 month emi is due. They want me to pay all 3 emi at one go. Please tell me what should i do under such circumstances where salaries are cur 50% how i can pay such emi. Now they are mentally giving me pressure by sending whats app messages saying its a criminal offence and all.

                        Please let me know hoe we can show this bank that they are wrong and they should bear with the customer.

                          Can i challenge your report in indian high court. Cibil only shows the report of finance company without checking the proper documentation. I never asked mcw to write off of my loan but it is mentioned in my cibil report.

                          I want to challenge this in high court. Please advice if i am allowed to do so

                            Neither cibil is removing the wrong wtitten off from my cibil report nor its able to contact finance company ge countrywide.

                                  We have the following issues and would like to complain against CIBIL,
                                  a) Incorrect registered office address - this has been updated without any legitimate documentation, CIBIL or the reporting authority has not even verified if there are any duplicate companies with the same name.
                                  b) Based on the current loan procedures, a person or company is asked 100 documents but when it comes to updating the information people are very lapsed. They do not cross check important details and randomly report 7 loans in the company's name that has never applied for even one until today.
                                  c)No identification information reported.
                                  d)If a company has a sole proprietor, there is a lot of discrepancy between the person's personal and company credit report.

                                  With all the loan sanctions based on CIBIL score, it is the responsibility of CIBIL and its reporting authorities to have legitimate and accurate details instead there is miscommunication, fraudulent credit reporting, no verification and validation of the account holder. I kindly request strict action to be taken against this credit reporting authority.

Please fill and submit an Online dispute resolution form on: https://www.cibil.com/online/file-company-dispute.do for any inaccuracy of data reflecting in your CIBIL report. We shall take up your dispute with the relevant bank / financial institution based on the dispute type.

                                  The credit report control number is not getting accepted by the online dispute form, I kindly request you to manually raise the dispute on our behalf
                                  Control number : W[protected]
                                  Also the Service Request Number is 8571062 on CIBIL.
                                  This website doesn't show up and when I tried manually also the dispute form is not getting submitted. My control number is W[protected], I would like you to manually raise the dispute.

                                      Sir, in my credit report a loan of 310000 is active from PC Financial which I have not taken and a loan of 60000 is active from DM Finance, in this way my CIBIL score has deteriorated before my CIBIL score was 804 and Now it's 729 so update my CIBIL score so my CIBIL score is being spoiled plese help me sir

                                        During my subscription for membership 1200/- debited from my hdfc account vide a/c no. [protected]; ifsc: hdfc0000028, but subscription not done.
                                        I repeat the procedure then same thing happened.
                                        I charged total 2400/- but process couldn't completed due to your server error.
                                        Request refund my hard earned money immediately.
