Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] Complaints & Reviews

I am attaching some pdf and photos in the mail for proof. I am very upset about not updating your CIBIL. Please update my CIBIL as soon as possible.

Cibil data is inaccurate. They have accepted incorrect data from icici bank and spoiled my cibil score badly without any mistake done by me. I contacted cibil but have't received appropriate solution. They simply closed the ticket, saying talk to icici bank, below is story of icici bank.

Icici bank has issued 4 credit cards in my name without my information. I came to know about these cards, through cibil where icici reported dues pending on me is inr 1858/- for nov and dec 19 bill (Card no - [protected]). I visited icici branch and they shared all below card details. These cards do not belong to me and never received by me; then how can they report these cards dues to cibil in my account. These cards dues are nothing but joining fees, penalty and taxes.

Icici bank is doing fraud in india and somehow cibil is supporting them. With that, cibil data is not reliable anymore. I contacted icici bank several times, and every time they are forcing to make the payment for the card, which hasn’t even received by me. I also send email to customer care and escalated to grievance but no response from them.

In my locality welding work is being carried out for More many years from which toxic gases released into the atmosphere which were deadly in nature and it is very difficult for the neighbors to live here and there was also changes of fire and explosions. Throughout the day sheet metal noise also comes which causes noise pollution and is the reason for making person deaf. So i request the authorities to take appropriate action against it.

I already paid my sbi bank credit card bill in march 2019 but updatation not done yet. Also i was surprised that the status is showing written off. However i have noc and valid proof of payment. I follow up multiple times with sbi and came to know that they already updated by their end and this is totally cibil fault. I have to contact with cibil now.

Please don't ask me to contact cibil or axis bank again and again, i have already contacted https://www.cibil.com/contact-us and called many times but of no use.

Request you to sort out the issue.

All 3 credit bureau namely crif, equifax & experian reports are reflecting my axis bank credit card but cibil which should be the leader is the only one which does not have the axis bank data.

I have contacted axis bank many times but they told me that it is cibil's issue as they are sharing the same datasets to other credit bureaus and when i contacted cibil they are not resolving the issue and instead just closing the dispute by sending a common email attached below :-

I took a education loan at 2013-14.
I repaid all the amount to the bank but the cibil is showing that i am having the loans active. The bank was state bank of india. I want cibil to clear my score as i have closed the loans on 2017. I am not getting loans anywhere due to these problems. Why i cleared the loans if it shows active in cibil after closing all the loans? This is very bad and cibil gives poor service to everyone. I heard from some people that they have closed their loans but still cibil shows they are active what a service, kindly solve my problem cibil.

My name is satyarth saini, my concern is some unknown person's credit record has been merged with my cibil records, due to that my cibil score got badly affected, below are the complains numbers, i have done so far, but after almost 4 months, i have not seen any significant progress in my matter

I hemant kumar, defence (Army) employee having pan number aqgpk0116r adhaar number[protected] post in himachal. When i submitted my paper in bank for home loan, then bank informed me that as per your cibil reportyou are already on vehicle loan of rs 12 lacs and three flat loan in mumbai.

Dear sir/madam, i have not taken any single loan in my whole life. But these loan, i dont know why thease loan existed in my id. It is humble request please rectify my cibil report asap other wise i m ready to take legal action against your concern for representation of falsification of information.

There is some unknown loan amount disbersal in my cibil score which is not aware to me.
There is a loan about 14 lakhs and which is showing in my loan amount which i haven't aware of it.
There are some loan which i have repaid it and closed it.
But they are not updated in my credit profile

Also when i try to raise an online dispute it shows "some of your credit information cannot be obtained now"kindly try later.. And i have been trying this for last 3 months.. Nothing is happening.. Evrythng remains same.. And my loans are getting rejected due to that... Kindly help to resolve as it is affecting my career...

Sir, i never used hsbc credit card since i get it.
They offered one medical polocy billing for 11, ooo. But i did not agree in july 2005. But hsbc bank sent me the polocy document stating that it can be rejected if i am not interested. I did the same. I rejected and sent letter to close my a/c also. But they did not cancelled the polocy and began to billing. They sent executives also for recovery, i argued them to show some evidence that where i used my card to enable me the payment. They failed to show evidence. Lastly they might have complained to cibil. I am not aware of it. Now i applied for a loan and i came to know. It. Hence i request to waive of this hsbc entry from my credit score.

In the cibil report generated by you it is coming under the heading scoring factors there is written presence of a trade line with worst status in the past 6 month, low proportion of satisfactory traders, over due amount too high.

Please let me know that which service provider/bank/credit card account has published these statements.

Please let me know that in which bank personal loan account i have over due amount to high, not enough available credit, low average trade age, too few satisfactory bank card account, presence of delinquency.

Please guide me with the same.

There had been an outstanding loan in my name (Pratyush Manna) on Dena Bank loan account, Rashbehari Branch, Kolkata, which I have not taken. I raised a complaint against this to the respective branch and they have sent a mail to the CIBIL consumer forum stating the defaulted loan belonged to a different account (including the details of that account) so that CIBIL rectifies my profile and revise my credit score.

But till now, my credit score has not improved and the defaulted loan still reflects on my profile.

I got a call on december 5, 2019 with phone no. [protected] in the morning around 11. First he asked my name and i refused next he asked me if i liked sex.
I told him twice that if calls me again i'll give this no. To police but he did not stop. I had to put him in my phone's blacklist. Please block this no. As i don't want that any other girl gets this kind of terrifying calls.
