I have already closed my loan back in 2015 but it is showing me as BALANCE amount. I went to "RAISE DISPUTE" but there is not option then 2 check boxes which are irrelevant to me in my case. Also, there is no text box to write my problem.

I have my closure document from bank as well.

Please let me know how this can be CLOSED in my CIBIL report.

    Dear Sir I am very helpless because of an unclosed loan in my cibil, bal amount 60975/- open date 15.12.2004 but I don't know which is this loan and it always show up in my cibil I am unable to take any loan due to it even after I have a cibil score of 792, the cibil site never responds to this query kindly do something.

      Dear sir,
      My rbl credit card no is [protected]. I have received my statement and 2000/- member ship fee charged in this card and same fee charge in 2018 also. It means 4000/- fee charged by bank for membership.
      I have my card with me, it was not lost anywhere and i never send any lost card complaint but my card blocked by bank in 2017.
      Now my question is that when i can’t use this credit card than why bank charging member ship fee.
      Bank refuse to way off member ship fee so. Now i will lodge the complaint in online consumer court.
      If i stop payment of my card than it will effect on my cibil score.
      Please reply what can i do.

        Hi,

        My cibil rating magically dropped from 820 in dec 2018 to 586 in july and this has been constant drop.

        The payments are absolutely on time with most payments showing zero as the due.

        Have made nearly 50 escalations 1st, 2nd, 3rd level i get a standard reply that they are working on it but no resolution.

        Also i see ficitious enquiry for personal loan and when i rasie a dispute they just say contact the lending company.

        Cibil is taking people for ransom and no way to resolve it.

        Please look into the same. I heard we can write to rbi ombudsman but not able to find the right contact details against cibil.

        Can i file an fir against cibil for mental harassment.

            Below are the information's which are incorrectly updated in the cibil please correct it. I am not able to apply loan from outside right now my wife is pregnant i need to apply loan for medical purpose please show me some mercy on me so that god will always bless you.

              My name is Sandip Kumar, PAN no- ASVPK6556A. I recently was denied a credit card from an bank. To my utter surprise, my CIBIL score was 673 with a written off loan from ICICI Bank. Few months back my CIBIL score was approx 800 and i never had any banking relationship with ICICI bank. In my life i have not delayed repayment of any loan by even a single day.
              I immediately raised a dispute to CIBIL on 18/2/2021 vide Ref No- CDS[protected], disputing my date of birth, name of spelling and wrong loans which were never taken by me.
              Since then, it has been a harassment by CIBIL, which every 15 days sends a mail stating that my dispute is under process. Again I get mail saying your credit score has changed and they ask me to click a link. Upon clicking the link, it looks more like an advertisement selling website than a reliable credit agency. They insist upon asking money for all kinds of services.
              After waiting for more than a month, I raised my complaint to escalation 1 but to no avail. Till date my score remains the same and it is like an insult to me that I could not avail a credit card after having a good repayment record. I had to borrow money from market at a much costly rate of interest because I was denied personal loan also due to my credit score.
              I have been punished for a crime that was never done by me. I want to know can we penalise CIBIL for the distortion of my credit records and more for the fact, that they have failed to resolve it after more than 2 months. During this time, I have sent them many reminders and tried calling their contact no for innumerous times, but after keeping me on hold and wasting lot of time, not even a single time, any executive responded to the call.

              I want CIBIL to be punished for their lethargic approach and they must have a mechanism to resolve customer disputes so that the same is not repeated for any one else.

                I have objections to CIBIL Score methodology, which permits credit card companies to build fraudulent bills against customers and then blackmail them through recovery companies.
                Barclays Credit card has ruined by CIBIL Score in 2009, which continues to diminish month by month.
                Seems CIBIL is not looking into regular payments of say 20 Lakh per year from my account. And CIBIL is focused on just one small amount of 4070/- charged falsely by Barclays, .
                Barclays Bank Credit card wrongly charged repeated late fees on my credit card in 2009. Bank charged late fees repeatedly for collection delays made by them.
                After clearing all dues including late fee Rs 250/-, I informed Bank in 2009 that I stop using the card.
                However Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month, which was nothing else but "Late Fees". After clearing this late fees once again, I informed Bank once more that I have stopped using the card.
                However, Bank sent Rs 250/- bill next month as "delay charges" on payment of delay-charges only. I requested them to cancel the delay fees. However Bank refused to cancel the delay charges.
                Bank continued sending me bills adding 250/- every month, till the total came was 4070/-, which I am determined not to pay.

                Barclays have sold the credit card defaults to other agency for recovery, after intentionally building false charges against its customers.

                  I ordered just now and it asked me $1.91 and they charged me 8600 indian rupees. They are fraud and took this money out of the Master Card.

                  Attached is the screen shot of the bill which they gave me. How can anyone help me in getting the money back?

                    Dear executives,
                    I purchased my cibil reports in nov-2018 & jun-2019. Both are having different credit scores & credit info., & my name spelled with father name in it, wrong gender. Although in both have same pan & dob, 2 different cibil data is available in their data base. My name donot match with my pan name at least. This is resulting generating always errors in my cibil info., incase any credit agency checks for my eligibility. Also, both these reports have incomplete/ not updated credit info also.
                    Surprisingly, my credit report-2018 shows loan taken in dec2017, and credit report-2019 not showing info. After 2008, i. E., cibil database is not updated and can contain errors, & can generate any kind of credit info & any score, that leading to rejection.
                    Even after raised disputes for my name correction in their reports, these cibil officers have no right to change i. E, to match name with pan and gender with pan. What kind of dispute resolution is a big question??

                          My name is tapasya jain, my credit score is too low. Have u ever checked what information credit card company is giving is true or no. Credit companies do not contact for months they implement charges on months then someone comes and do settlement and we pay the amount fixed by that credit card company still they spoil our cibil gives u wrong report and u just update that report and put a black dot on that person

                            My name is brijesh kumar varshney i have running od account "shri sai traders" with bob wazirganj, up rs of 68 lakh out of them 59 lakh odbtl and 9 lakh gold card (Tod). I am apply for limit enhancement but my commercial cibil report shows rank cmr 7 because of this rank proposal is not accepted by bank. Cibil report no w[protected]. I am enjoying rs 68 lakh limit but report is showing only 59 lakh that causes my report shows overdue but there is no overdue in any month. Please update my report

                              i was not using credit card after i lost my credit card i inform for new credit card every time i got bill of penalties of late payment
                              how i can pay bill without credit card number cause always i requested to issue me new credit card as i lost my credit card u can never pay fraud bills of sbi so please check all ur bill of sbi credit card payment wr on right time so i m not a defaulter i hv paid all my bills till i had credit card with me if i hv closed credit card y i pay late penalties of credit card bill without issuing me new credi card number to pay bills v demanded sevral times to issue me new card so y should i pay penalties so my all payment wr paid except fraud penalties which wr not interested in cheating women mostly i hv my women ngo i will go to court too to prove i hv paid all my bills regularly its sbi mistake not to issue me new credit card y i pay late payment bills i[censored] dont issue new creditcard its ur fault please correct my payment of credit card bill closed inform credit card department after rechecked u hv not issuing me new credit card so how i pay without credcard number to pay bills

                                  I had applied for the citibank credit card. My application has been rejected vide on the grounds of negative credit history based on a credit information report from credit information bureau (India) limited ('cibil'). A copy of the credit information report with control number[protected] dated[protected] was attached to email. As per the report, my credit scoring was 751 and scoring factors included the following:

                                  1. No presence of a revolving tradeline
                                  2. Presence of severe delinquency in the past 6 months
                                  3. Presence of a high number of enquiries

                                  In the month of may'19, my cibil score was 803. How can the score reduce to 75, when there was no negative accounts or unpaid credit card bills (Within due date) in last 6 months?

                                    I have taken a credit card from hdfc bank in 2017 but this credit card not activated and i have not use it. Hdfc insurance dept. Have linked the insurance policy with this credit card and deduct the policy amount from credit card. I have informed to hdfc insurance dept. To close it immediately and they have close it in april -2017. As confirmed from hdfc insurance dept. They have credited the deducted amount in credit card but as per credit card dept. Amount not reflect in credit card.
                                    When i have checked my cibil score 2 month ago (April-2019) amount rs. 5621 showing in my cibil score. I have informed to hdfc bank authority and customer care dept. But they are not giving positive response on it. I need to remove this amount from my cibil score so you are requested to please help on this issue.

I called many times for ECS and for that I filled forms already after that no ECS deducted from my bank account in which I maintain sufficient balance for my EMI, Representative of DMI Finance Pvt Ltd blame me " there is insufficient balance in your account so EMI is returned. "

                                        I have taken a education loan from syndicate bank in 2011 I have paid it 2015 but my cibil is showing a negative account please resolve it.
                                        I have contacted branch for this issue but they didn't have any solution for this complaint.
                                        I have received my cibil score from indialends. i didn't take any loans before 2019. but as per report i have 3 loans and two loans are closed and one loan was not closed. i did not take any lonas and there is my phone number, pan number also but that mail id was wrong and also three phone numbers. i want to change my report.
                                        how can i change..?
