I have found wrong loan details in my cibil. Dispute raised on cibil report dated 29/03/2017. Now 2 month going but not resolve. Cibil team sent remindermany times to credit institution/s but they response.
My dispute id is cds[protected].

    Resolve issue with credit card in cibil

    Below mention credit card is showing in written off status in my cibil report but when i check with the bank they confirmed me that there is no outstanding on this account and still it is impacting my cibil score. Pleaes resolve this issue.

    I am veera bhara swamy. I suffered CIBIL scoring point, because of in the cibil report not update my loan closing accounts, still showing outstanding - values. i am planning to house loan before i checkd CIBIL scoring in (www.paisabazaar.com/credit-score/how-to-check-cibil-score/) my scoring showing to 602. Already i called bank persons no body not respond. I attached gold loan closing statement at the same time showing outstanding in cibil report images also please slove my issue.

        My self Piyush Pandya from Ahmedabad. I have raised a issue to cibil regarding my CIBIL score but till date I have not received any solution from CIBIL.
        Details are mention below.

        I have applied for personal loan in Jain sahkari bank in the month of Apr-16. at that time my cibil score was 591 then I applied paid cibil score in the month of Nov-16. at that time my score was 521. so I mailed to cibil in the month of Nov-16.. saying that why my cibil score got down by 70 points & what is the calculation, but they didn't give any answer on same. then I raised my issue as per their escalation matrix level 1 & level 2 but till date I have not received any resolution from them.

          Sir, I V.K.Sriram Naidu, My pan Number ABHPV6759M I I have availed Housing Loan from ING Vysya Bank in the year September 2013 Loan amount was Rs 1, 01, 07, 369/- later ING merge with Kotak Mahindra Bank and on[protected] the Loan was closed and Kotak Mahindra Bank issued Statement of 0 Balance. I thought that will serve purpose. But recently when i have applied for a loan to Bank I came to know that the Loan of ING VYSYA is shown as default in CIBIL Report vide control No[protected], Member ID :BNO1015103 MEMBER REFERENCE No:[protected] Dt[protected] and the banker refused to sanction loan to me. I have shamed about this.
          Now I request you to kindly look in to it and rectify the same

              I had a personal loan at bajaj fin corp and it was closed as mutual settlement disclosure, i have the no-due certificate for the particular loan closure also

              But in cibil, this case is showing as a defaulter in my name

              And further submitted i had lichfl load joint account, it was also updated till date, but it is also showing as a defaulter in my name.

              I was contacted the my credit institutions for updating my data, but they never respond properly.
              Hence, i uploaded the concerned documents for your clarification and please peruse the same and update my cibil score as overly possible at an early date. Be pleased to consider.

                  For improvement of Cibil Score
                  Sir,
                  I am having a credit facility from Canara bank in the form of a home loan for a 2 BHK flat no.15069, 16th Avenue, Gaurcity-2, GH-03, Sector-16C, Gautam Buddha Nagar, Utttar Pradesh 201308 the details of which are as under :-

                  12, 00, 000.00 20.12.2013 11, 164.00 11, 24, 485.00

                  I had checked my CIBIL score in 2016 which was 589 which I presume was because of one default in making payment of EMI towards abovesaid home loan to the Canara Bank. Since then there has been no default and I have been making regular EMI payments to the said Canara Bank against the abovesaid home loan.

                  The abovesaid home loan is the only financial facility I am having from any financial institution. At present I have no other loan of any credit facility of any kind from any bank or financial institution.
                  It is pertinent to mention here that I was having some dispute with the ICICI bank as the said bank had raised an inflated bill of Rs.77, 000/- against Credit Card payments. However, the said dispute was settled with the bank amicably and ultimately an NOC to this effect has been issued by the bank on May 18, 2017. A copy of the said NOC is attached with this letter for your perusal. At present there is nothing due from the said bank and the Credit card in question has been permanently deactivated.
                  I was however, surprised to learn that the CIBIL score has not improved since last year despite there being regular payments made by me against the home loan from Canara Bank.
                  In the light of the above I would most humbly request you to kindly improve my CIBIL score as per rules since I am facing difficulty in making my business and bank transactions.

                    Last 3years i used in your bank credit card every month properly paid due amount but last year few month my health is not well then may i not able to paid due amount properly 4 month my card value 24000 thousand, then interest evrything included 32000 thousand due, but that time one axis bank person call me he said i am the credit card department manager so that person send some waiver to full settlement to my card i agree with settlement same day i go to axis bank paid 17100 rupees my card settlement i received settlement letter also sir, Now i apply personal loan but my name in CIBIL LIST kindly check and clear the issue get future requirements.

                          I was using rbl back credit card [protected]. Before annual charges, i have asked them to close the card as i was not getting as good benefits as i am getting in my other credit cards. Rbl requested me to hold for one more year and they are reverting my annual charges. But in very next month's statement, charges were there in credit card statement. Since then i am following up with them to revert my annual charges. They had reverted the charges but i don't know some extra amount (As late fee, which should not be charged at all) is there in each statement. I am tired with following up with rbl customer care team. Could you please help me in this regard as due to this issue, my cibil has come to such point that i can't apply for any loan.

                          Please take action against ratnakar bank limited for spoiling my cibil score.

                              As i prachi mhatre have not taken any loan from family credit but in this report (Control no. [protected] dtd 17.05.2017) shown that loan of rs. 32255 taken on 12.1.2009 & w/off rs.37416 such wrong information is with cibil so kindly check & resolve & give us revised cibil report

                                My cibil scores shows I was Co applicant in Home loan of 25 lakh in 2014 which is not paid since june 2016. I have never signed any such thing neither ever got any call or confirmation about applying loan as co applicant.

                                Due to this error of cibil score our home loan which applied few days back been rejected by bank. Now requested for Cibil report so that I can get this issue checked on 05/05/2017 even paid Rs 550.00 for the report but not got anything yet.
                                But I am getting from people saying to pay them Rs 14, 500.00 and they will get my credit report improved.

                                This Cibil score seems to be fraudulent body as they are not able to provide me the report neither on email nor through mail even after uploading documents and how come people calling me to sell the package

                                  I have raised disputes from online cibil portal and i see there is no response or action taken from the banks. I have escalated and contacted the respetive nodal officers and i could still see there is change in the cibil reports.

                                    Hi,

                                    I took an auto loan of 340, 000 from hdfc bank on 10.12.2011 of 340, 000 for which some bouncing happened as my father was suffering from cancer (I told this on call to hdfc also). And on 30.09.2015 repaid all oustanding amount of rs. 52701 for which i have "payment receipt" and got "loan closure letter" also.

                                    But my cibil still shows status as "written off" with amount of rs.14754. As far as i know written off is for non traceable to people whereas i was always rechable on call.

                                    Request you to please update my cibil and remove the written off from auto loan as i have paid every penny with interest. Please find reference documents attached.

                                    No Resolution has been provided and my complaint remains the same. Neither Bank nor CIBIL is helping me out. Bank's executive say that this can be resolved by providing LOAN CLOSURE document to CIBIL, then my Written off status will be corrected. Please let me know what can be done for this.

                                    Bank's executive say that this can be resolved by providing LOAN CLOSURE document to CIBIL, then my Written off status will be corrected.

                                      I prafulla kumar rout, pan no. Aoepr6833c, at:-dala, po:-jajpur road, dist:-jajpur, pin:-755019 have received a cibil score report from sbi, bearing memberid:-bs00015685. The data provided in cibil is incorrect as per my pan. Because only pan and my name is matching but other details like address, mobile no. Date of birth and fathers name and loan amounts are not matching. But interesting matter is that actual my loan number (Cash credit) account no.[protected] and c. V no.[protected] is not reflecting in the report. Neither the loan account number nor the bankers name mentioned in the cibil report. So i am unable to traceout from which bank the loans are belongs. Hence again i have applied for cibil score cibil registration id:-sco[protected] and transaction id is:[protected], dtd.08/05/2017 by paying an amount of rs.800/-. And the report is not received by me.
                                      So i request your kind attention to provide the accurate data to me so that i will be able to trace the loans.
