Sir,
My cibil under Control no [protected].One Loan rs.145000/- not belongs to me My voter ID is HVV 3713054 One other Loan of 2 wheeler already closed but shows in cibil and it shows twice. H/L as on date regular but shows O/D 49724/- Business Loan shows O/s Rs.1114648/- whereas it is 825, 000/-.
My PAN No is AVWPD1228L. Pls resolve the issues asap

    I have done CIBIL generation request on dated 18/01/2017 on your CIBIL generation portal but after completing online fee payment of Rs. 550 after sometime your portal shows following massage
    (Dear consumer you have been redirected to this page possibly because you have press the browser back button, if this redirection happens because you submitted your form, the transaction was not successful . pleases try again thank you)
    But the amount of 550 Rs was deducted from my HDFC saving account and till not received any CIBIL score.
    Transaction ID ( online banking reference no.[protected]
    Kindly do the needful regarding my CIBIL score or please return the amount charged by you to me.

      Hi,

      I am applying for a loan and I was asked to get my CIBIL Report, so I tried through this "https://www.cibil.com" website and provided all the information and paid Rs 800. Once I clicked on payment it got some error and there is no message why this happened and status about my payment. But amount got deducted from my bank. I did the payment again for 2nd time and it go through.

      I see a serious security concern of payments here with CIBIL. They don't have any proper system to alert customers on their payments.

      Please help me to get the status or my money back. or if any suggestions on how can I approach Consumer court would be very helpful.

      I had applied for loan in 2012 from muthooth finance. After one year I had repay all my dues. But in 2015 they reported some details in cibil. When I visited to muthooth finance they told me that there is not such detail showing on in their system. Please help me to get it out.

        Unnatural justices by cibil

        I (Paras k. Bora pano. Aaepb3532c) have applied credit card with amex bank, then i come to know that i will not get credit card due to cibil score. So i want to know form you, who has given authority to you, damaging anyone's credit image without giving an opportunity being heard or by correspondence. And it is against the principle of natural justis as per our constitution of india because you con't do justis on information of one side....

        The cibil report showing 2 active loans from manappuram, which are not belongs to me. The manappuram team confirmed that those loans are not mine, while providing the details to the cibil, mismatch has happened in the cibil. They mistakey updated the details to my profile since name were similar.
        I am not a manappuram customer, they doesn't have my pan details.
        Its a wrong update done by cibil team which impacted my cibil score and made my bank loans rejected. From last 3 months i am facing the financial crisis because of this.

          Applied for a Cibil report but did not get a report even though amount has been deducted for 2 times. called them several times but there was no proper reply. calls were disconnected and was on call for 52 minutes but supervisor was not available for that entire time. Sarika, one of the executives disconnected my call. request you to pull out all my calls and listen to them for clear understanding. CIBIL had some technical issues and data base has issues also and my account is completely empty. As the entire India is dependent on CIBIL and their score they can not be this ignorant or negligent on public's data base. Can provide more information if required and would like to take it forward too.
          It is really their fault and heard from some more people that they are having the same issue. Even team itself agreed that they had technical issues and due to that data bases are missing. Please refer to my calls to understand it better.

          I have applied for car loan many times and it has been rejected because of low cibil score and for bouncing 10 years back i cannot understand this law of banks that on what pretext can they reject someones happiness

            Hi,
            I have been trying to call on the +[protected] & +[protected], but from past 2 days i am on hold and then getting disconnected. My account got debited while registration to CIBIL online, then when i tried to login they are saying username password not correct, then i called my bank people asked them to revert back the money, they reverted and on Jan 13/2017 they debited again saying that merchant has got the money, but i did not get any mails or any message from CIBIL yet, i tried to login again but in vein. I request you to please contact me on urgent basis, either start my online account or revert my money back.

                Dear Sir,

                I have lodged 3 disputes with the cibil as below

                Already been more than 60 days, every time i call up them they would say, sir out systems are down, we will not be able to provide you any information, that is not acceptable, they say our dedicated team is working on it and they would never ever turn up.

                I have also asked them to withdraw the disputes, cibil asked me to send out an email, i have sent 5 remainder emails to them asking them to withdraw the disputes, they are telling our verification team is working on checking the content of the email, and never turned up. Here is the service request no 4866082.

                I have also purchased a report by paying 550 and they provided me a wrong report i have asked them to provide a new report, they are telling our systems having code issues, will get back to you, and they have been postponing the issue for the last 15 days, i will need your help to resolve the issues ASAP.

                  I have availed only five lakh cash credit limit oreintal bank of commerce bank.i have not availed another cash credit limit from any bank/finance.but by taking my cibil report i came to know that a 10 lakh cash credit loan is mentioned on my name.please correct my cibil report Respected sir, please i request to you please remove my name in cibil list showing 10 lakh cash credit limit.

                    I applied my cibil report on 9/1/2017 but when i went through payment option for cibil report there was a amount of RS. 550/- deducted from my HDFC debit card but immediately some thing error is shown in my screen. Payment has been deducted from my account but i didn't get any report till now even i have submitted KYC docs as well. Please send my cibil report as soon as possible, if not please let me know how can i refund my money.

                          में मानवेन्द्र सिंह बालियान पुत्र श्री हरपाल सिंह बालियान नि ग्राम व पोस्ट गढ़ीनोआबाद तहसील बुढाना जिला मुजफ्फरनगर का मूल निवासी हु, मेरा बैंक खाता गढ़मुक्तेश्वर के SBI ब्रांच में है जिसका खाता न [protected] है जिसमे में अपनी सेलेरी पर लोन लेना चाहता था मेरे खाता की सीबिल रिपोर्ट बैंक मेनेजर द्वारा निकाले जाने पर मेरे सीबिल रिपोर्ट पर 390681 रूपये का लोन दिखाया गया है जो दिनांक 06-08-13 में लिया गया है जो तीन साल पहला दिखाया जा रहा है तथा उस आज्ञात व्यक्ति का पता 37 ग्राम मलसराय पोस्ट गोवर्धन मथुरा पिन कोड 251502 है मैंने अपने खाते से कोई लोन नही लिया है किसी भी बैंक द्वारा लोन नही लिया है जिसमे मेरा पैन कार्ड 27-05-15 को बनबाया गया है जिसका नंबर CDVPB1302A है इस कारण मुझे लोन मिलने में असुविधा हो रही है. कृपया करके मेरी सीबिल रिपोर्ट से इस लोन की एंट्री को हटाने की कृपया करे. मो [protected], [protected]

                            I had taken a Consumer Loan (12 EMI option) while buying a LED TV.
                            The loan was taken from Capital First.The paid Total EMIs and the loan account was to be closed.

                                Sir i am from, madurai tamilnadu, i applied sbi credit card on my spot by some people after that am not received cards, but now came konw some due on account due it spoil my career, what ever amount am ready pay and settle full, and get to NOC, so plese help me, i tried my level to settle in sbi credit card selling, managing feild no way, so give a correct way settlement, and unnessaery disturbance, my phone no [protected]

                                  Hi,

                                  I am applying for a loan and I was asked to get my CIBIL Report, so I tried through this "https://www.cibil.com" website and provided all the information and paid 550 rs. Once I clicked on payment it got some error and there is no message why this happened and status about my payment. But amount got deducted from my bank. I did the payment again for 2nd time and it happened the same way. I see a serious security concern of payments here with CIBIL. They don't have any proper system to alert customers on their payments.

                                  Please help me to get the status or my money back. or if any suggestions on how can I approach Consumer court would be very helpful.

                                  My cibil score is 620 and showing 1835 inr as over due of standard charted credit card which was as late charges and has been waved off.
                                  pls let me confirm the reason .

                                  I have faced the exact same situation. I had payed for an yearly subscription (Rs. 1200) and only got a single report and nothing after that. I have been quarrelling with them from April - 2016 and have still not got any refund. Just got off the phone with one of the supervisors of the customer care division and he has assured of a refund. I obviously don't believe him but willing to wait for another 2 days. If I see there is no update, I'm going to file a complaint with the consumer court.

                                    That on 25.12.2016 i have paid Rs 550/ through ICICI internet banking for checking cibil score but my report have not been generated and after deduction of Rs 550/- from my saving bank account the message flashed on my laptop that page have been removed but Rs 550/ was deducted form my account.

                                    I again made payment of 550 Rs but failed to download report and money got deducted from Acct.

                                    Pls take necessary steps accordingly for refund procedure as soon as possible. Pls refund my Rs 550 +550 /- paid through ICICI Online Internet.

                                      Hi,

                                      In my cibil report, there is one wrong card/account is showing which do not belong to me. I want this to be removed as soon as possible.
                                      If you guys are so much reliable, then why you don't have update to my one of other account for which the loan is already closed.
                                      I do not understand this whole system.
                                      Without any indication and communication, you guys put any one's name as defaulters.

                                      All seems fraud to me. Someone please get this CBIL organisation regulated, transparent or close it.
