I have repurchased the cibil report on 3rd march 2017 from my login portal, the amount was debited to my credit card but since it is more than 20 days the cibil has not issued my report nor refund. My Transaction id is 015797. I have also made an complaint to cibil several times but no reply. Whenever i call them they asked me to call after sometime as the system is down after looking my number. I have almost called them around 100 times but still the issue was not solve. Also i have send to many mails to them but when i send the first mail i have got a acknowledgement. But another time i haven't received any acknowledgement as they have blocked my email id.

      Hi,

      I have raised dispute to remove wrong accounts from my CIBIL report. The dispute was closed without resolving the issue. They have removed the wrong accounts along with my accounts from the reprot. NOw report is empty and the report shows NH(No Hit). Because of this am not getting any loan. All my loans are getting rejected and my connstruction is getting delayed due to this. After that I have raised grievance on this on Feb 23rd 2017. But still that is not closed. Could you please look into it and resolve the issue ASAP. My grievance ID is GR[protected].

      PS: Looks like CIBIL doesnt have any professionalism. They dont have facility to escalate the issue resolve it on higher priority. Though CIBIL score is very critical, they dont show any interest to resolve the issue.

        I am to inform that, in CIBIL report in loan details of PAN No..-AVIPK8762G (AJAY KUMAR), S/o Shyamdeo Prasad Chouhan DOB-04.11.1972, My PAN No.AXDPK7699H (AJAY KUMAR), S/o Basudeo Prasad Rai DOB-22.10.1976 is being shown. Because of this I was denied Housing Loan from LIC Housing, Dhanbad. Whereas I have not taken any loan from any Bank or Agencies in my whole life as yet. It seems that your bank has wrongly posted my PAN No. AXDPK7699H (AJAY KUMAR) against anther Lonee account without verifying father’s name and Date of Birth which is mentioned in the PAN Card itself. Due to your carelessness I am surfing and roaming from bank to bank and begging loan for no fault of mine.

        Please look into the matter and get your records corrected kindly leave my Pan for me only. Once again you are requested to correct your records and remove my Pan from your records immediately. Please issue no objection Certificate also.

          Dear pls note that there is show bounce loan in my cibil report against January 2013. But in this period i did not take any loan, so pls improve it.
          for your more info i want tell u i took loan from hdfc in 2014 but when i confirm by bank they said me your all loan amount completed of our end,
          so mind it if my cibil report was not correct in 2013 report, how could i got loan in 2014.
          my 2014 closure loan no NOC 26397909 from hdfc.

            My father had a loan of bajaj finance in 2007
            Due to some condition the last 2 installment of the product the cheque bounced .so the collected from home.bt the company servant did not show the report to the bajaj finance.due to my father changed his cell no this problem has tanken a different trun.we have paid 10000 and setteled that loan.
            So had applied for a loan in sbi the had rejected because of that bajaj finace loan .
            So can you plz clear the record as soon as possible .or give your personal contact number to clear the complaing

              Sir,
              i want a loan from bob at my village near to bharuch at gujarat,
              at the time apply my cibil score is low, bank says that, then bank give me cibil report,
              on this report i saw that all data is wrong, then i was purchase cibil subscription by paying 550 rupee, and raise a dispute at date 14.2.17 .they give me 1 month time for resolve this issue,
              but still today no progress on this issue,
              my constuction is stopped due above problem

                I did made the payment online for rs 550.00 including service tax, on 13 jan 17 to get my cibil report and i got the response to submit the kyc documents and i uploaded same on there website on 21 jan 17, after that i suppose to get report within 10 business days and till now i have made several calls to them always the response i get is our systems are down we are taking special request and you will get a report in 7 business days .
                But till now nothing happened, even today 15 mar 17 at 1635 hrs i called them at +[protected] i spoke to aisha and immediately after answering the call first thing she said our systems are down but again after telling the whole story to her she said i have " seriously " taken special request and you will get a response in next 2-3 days .
                When i asked her how to process refunds she gave me email id - [protected]@cibilreport.Com and then i requested her to transfer the call to supervisor she said no supervisor available, the i asked her transfer the call to any escelation department or complaints department the she gave me again same email id - [protected]@cibilreport.Com to wright on .

                They are doing fraud with customers taking money but not giving services and they least bothered how frustrated customer is .

                        This is such an inconvenience to me. I have been interacting with CIBIL since last 15 days and the service is pathetic.

                        First of all, I had to pay CIBIL to get the report for someone’s mistake of linking a false account. Then 95% of the times I get to know that CIBIL server is down and we can’t help you now. Server down for 5 days???? What kind of business are you in?

                        Unprofessional customer service rep's who has no sense of customer service.

                        Why do you guys play with customers’ accounts like this?

                        As per CIBIL customer cares information, dispute was cleared on 6th March 2017 and I had been requesting for an email confirmation but I had failed every single time I had requested them.

                        I suspect fraud, CIBIL, why make customer pay when the data entry is wrong from your end? Some kind of a revenue making tactics?

                        I demand refund of all the charges and closure on this case as soon as possible.

                          As per the Credit Information Report dated 22/02/2016 sent to me, where it has been indicated that an amount of Rs.1, 96, 786/- is overdue to SCB ( Standard Chartered Bank) against credit card . This is not true since I had already clarified & submitted all the necessary documents in this regard to Standard Chartered Bank on dated 08/11/2005 and 22/12/2005. However the copies of same are once again attached herewith for your information & accordingly rectification in the Credit Information Report at the earliest please.

                                  Hello All,

                                  Last Year i have purchased my CIBIL report with the subscription of Rs.550/- and that has been expired. I have tried to Re-purchase with annual subscription on my CIBIL page and got an error like "REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE - You have reached a page that does not exist or has been moved".

                                  I have raised this concern with CIBIL team from Escalate Level 1 to Escalate Level 3 but still now issue not resolved. For every escalation i received a call from Customer Care and they will say "Our Technical team are working on this issue, we will fix it ASAP or else kindly use alternate email to purchase the new report".

                                  I have tried with new email and got a pop like "Give email Id is not match with your Loan Account, Please provide alternate email Id which has given for Loan Account", so i have given my old mail Id and done a payment.

                                  For this payment, i have received an OTP & Invoice details for my Old mail. I tried to login with Old mail id with OTP, got a message like "Credential details is not match with our database". I have forwarded that mail to [protected]@CIBIL.COM and had a discussion with Customer Care and they instruct me to reset the password.

                                  So, I reset the password and login with my CIBIL page still it's showing the Old score. i have check with History page report is not generated and i can view only Password change status only updated. Again i had discussion with Customer Care and requested to send the soft copy of report but i didn't received.

                                  So again i check with executive, they are saying like "We have already sent the soft copy of your report on requested date" but still now not get any email.

                                  Kindly help me to identify the right person to fix this issues.

                                    I am M. SenthilKumar mobile no[protected] recently i approached Bank for apply a personal loan . That time i came to know My CIBIL SCORE in low and it indicate I took loan in the name of SenthilKumar M shake dasta giri but I am not that person in CIBIL Score because of this issue My Cibil rate is low but i didn't get any loan from bankKindlyrectify mycomplaint

                                      Surprisingly!!! I have been informed about 7 lacs overdue shown in cibil records! It's a total shocker, hearing for the first time.

                                      Please note: this information is totally incorrect and unacceptable overdue record shown against my name in cibil.

                                      If holds true by any chance then i would like further information shared via email immediately and would challenge this fraudulent cibil entry against me.

                                      Seeking further timely advice to rectify this error in cibil records as soon as possible.

                                      Appreciate an earliest advice in this matter.
