      Hi Creditmantri,

      I no longer want to receive your emails or SMS regarding either my credit score or your promotions. These emails and SMS are unwanted and I did not opt for them. these are very irritating.

      I tried to check your site for any option to delete the account or contact your customer care as such, but it seems you have not put in this information anywhere on your site. this seems intentional.

      But in any case please delete my account from your site so that my credit score is not been checked automatically and I do not want to receive emails or SMS.
      I hope this would be taken care asap.

        Respected credit mantri, my humble request is to you that kindly delete my account completely as well as my data also. beacause compare to other sites your site is displaying very low value. present my score is 667. but i your site it was displaying 343. its too bad. iam not trusting any sites including your site also. please dont mine iam not misunderstanding you. but same matter in all credit score deportments you know i have only three accounts. in my account .
        some data it was showing the account is in activ position . not only your site other sites also showing more than 10 active accounts.
        my further decision is iam not interested in these credit scores and iam not taking any loans.iam completlu unsatified with this departments.
        so please kindly delete my data has early has possible...

          Hello
          I applied for rbl bank titanium delight credit card through credit mantri portal.
          I was told that the card would be life time free. I confirmed the meaning and was told that even if i spend zero rupees on the card it would be free.
          Hence i agreed to proceed forward with the application.
          I have received the card now. When i called the bank customer care to check about annual fees, then they told that card is first year free and next year it would be chargeable, but the fee can be reversed once certain amount is spent on it per year.
          This is totally deceiving the customer and case of false selling.
          Please resolve soon.

                I subscribed credit mandir by last week still am not rcvd any call from credit mandir people to resolve my issue???
                I am getting unwanted email and promotion emails about my credit score every month from Credit Mantri.
                I donot want this and want to delete and unsubscirbed for all the communication from credit mantri.It would be really great if there are options on website to delete the profile also there is no help available regarding this.

                  I don't want any calls from credit mantri. Credit mantroi executives are irritating bey keep on calling me continuously. They are literally harassing me. Please deactivate my credit mantri profile and account details including my pan. And please confirm the deactivation via email and phone number.
                  I am forced to do this because i cannot find any deactivation option in your website nor i am able to find any number to contact your customer care. I do not want any calls from credit matri.
                  I already told them to not to call put my number in dnd. But still they are doing the same.

                        Hi, i am baig from hyderabad. I had subscribed for their services to improve my credit score. They made me to pay twice as they had not received the first payment. After that they issued two invoices for subscription. After that somebody called from their office and said if i won't purchase credit score i will lose my subscription and made me to pay another 500 rs. I totally lost 2, 500/- rupees and after that nobody was responding. Interestingly they won't have any customer care number we can only contact them through email. Their customer care numbers are always busy. I request and suggest you, not to go into their trap and loose money. No service only extraction with sweet words.

                          I want to close my account on creditmantri and want them to delete all my details. I emailed them about the same but they are not closing my account and sending me emails. They said that they will close my account within 48 hours but its been more than a week and till now my account is not closed on credit mantri and even they are sending me emails about their offers. I also message them that do not email me but they are not stopping. Please solve this issue and help me in getting my account and data deeted from credit mantri because there is possibility they can misuse my data.

                                    Bull sheet off your service i think your fulling the costumers no responding on phones.

                                    More than 4months to tack resolve the problems.

                                    1. I am only get the noc from the bank i send the copy to you but pop rejected (For scb) ending with 1210 i am resending copy.

                                    2. Kotak still in process. More than 5months

                                    3. Hsbc still in process. More than 5months

                                    4. Phoenix still in process. More than 5months (This is not my account i am not aver of rbs royal bank of scotland)

                                    5. No para par response no help line number nothing. I think i have to go to consumer court is better

                                      I have never applied for any loan from any of your partner, then why creditmantri has done any inquiry wiithout my consent, your representative misguided me and asked for otp just to send a link. But he has applied a loan on my behalf which is quite illegal and unethical also.
                                      This is fraud you and your representative has done.

                                      Kindly investigate and delete any of loan inquiry on my behalf from cibil also.
