I want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys have brains then you should know that repeatedly checking the cibil score is not good as it will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.
Delete my pan number right now or i have to go legally.

I already make the payment to Credit Mantri @ 885 on 5 March 2018 against my credit card negaTIVE ISSUE, still did not get any satisfactory answer, the customer care no is also not reachable.

I have paid rs. 880/- to credit mantri office regarding forclose of my sbi credit card and i have shared my all the details. And they told me that they will talk with the bank and negotiate the payable amount. Now thay are saying the i have to pay full amount even banking person are saying to pay the laser amount for remove from cibil.

I think that they only take the money from the clients and send him the details of same payable amount without conversation with the bank.

They are doing cheat with the peoples ad this should be closed.

Creditmantri simultaneously checks the cibil score. On complaining also they dont delete my pan no.
They have reduced my credit score a lot.
Plz do this immediately.
Delete my pan no. And every other data that u guys have.
I dont even want a single message of you guys to me.

Do it immediately, otherwise it would surely be not good to harass public.

As per the below file attached I have only two bank account, and in Cibil report I have seen so many account in my a/c no's all these a/c no's it is not pertain to me.a one individual person have a different a/c no in one bank how it is possible, and my phone is also wrong.in profile. and remove the unwanted a/c no's.
Please Kindly go through the report and clarify to me at earliest.

I had received repetitive calls from CreditMantri and on speaking to their executive, they said my credit score as per Experian was 667. I checked on CIBIL and it showed my credit score as 787.
Both CreditMantri and CIBIL showed as a negative score on a Bajaj Finance Loan for which I had stood as a guarantor and therefore an outstanding of Rs 2, 500. As I had stood no such guarantee, I raised this as an issue with Credit Mantri, I began getting communications saying an amount of either Rs, 2500 or sometimes Rs 9, 100 or Rs 10, 000 to be the amount I have as the settlement amount

I opted the cibil neagtive clearance from creditmantri, They told me wait 45days after the payment, Till now its resolved from HDFC as well ICICI.

When i try to call them or email them I didnt proper response from them.

Why you are harrassing people. I hate your company. Don't send unwanted sms to people regarding credit report. If they are interested they will search through google and get it. Are ceo or chaparasi of that company. Pehle tu ek hamal ki kaam kar our use baad ceo ban. Teri toh kitne logon ko sataoge bus karo. Tumhari ye do koudi ki company. I want no one should call me and no sms from creditmantri.

I am repitedly getting calls and sms from creditmantri about checking credit report.
One day i registered with creditmantri and checked my credit report but after every day i am getting sms stating that your credit status changed please check. I would like to stop receiving these sms and deletion of my account from this site.

They are fraud company don't believe. Don't provide your valuable details.

I had opted for credit improvement services and cleared my dues with phoenix credit cards on 21st march 2018 and submitted the proof of payment to creditmantri but till date there is no response from credit mantri. Every time i try to contact them they say they had escalated the issue the will get back to you shortly. 3 months after clearing the dues still my case is pending. As per credit mantri commitment they where suppose to settle the issue in 45 days.

Hi this is in regards to mis leading done from your. Company end I was told from your department after availing services you pay 750 for each account and we will improve score .

This was not inform me that you are just pulling Information from bank and credit card dept .
That we also know how to get details
Here I am cheated and made payment of 4425 to you company.

I don't want any service I need my money back I will wait for 1 day after that will escalate the matter to consumer forum

I was asked to gather some details for my loan to pass. I was told that a person would come and collect the details from me from my home only. No one came to the address above to collect the details of the loan on the appointment date(28 June 2018). I am very annoyed with the service of your's.please reply as soon as possible whether the person would collect the details from me or not. So that I have a reason to apply from somewhere else

Dear sir/madam
I wanted to say that in my credit report cibil was poor. Then i saw my report there was one negative issues of fullerton bank. I pay for this issue to credit mantri rs 750 approx. Then after 15 days they give details that fullerton pending amount of rs 12540. Then i was pay that amount on 23/02/2018 to fullerton and give that receipt to credit mantri executive name poonam. After that there was no response from your team. And after 4 month means present there was same negative issue shows in my report. No one can update them... Please solve... This

I had used resolve with bank option via credit mantri to close one of my credit card. It has been more than 7 months till now i have not got the NOC from the concern bank and also the negative account is closed in my cibil records. I have raised several request and sent multiple emails but no response from credit mantri.
