Hello team,

I have already settled my sbi credit card but it was showing in my civil report so only i contacted you guys but you people asking to pay the balance amount.

Every time i am getting calls and asking to pay the amount, if i had money why should i go for card settlement.

Kindly make sure that do not call me anymore. If i get calls again i will go for legal actions.

I subscribed for credit improvement service on 18-may-18 for resolving my one credit card issue with sbi. After that subscription i got a call from creditmantri department stating that someone will call me for telling me the process for how to close the issue with sbi.

Nobody called after that.

Now i am calling on following numbers but nobody is picking up

Still my issue is not resolved. Did you just forgot i paid for that service?

Dear i requested my hdfc two wheeler loan noc from long till, i didn't get it.
I talk to representative so much time but they didn't replied with similar answer.
Some of them are so rude they directly dropped my calls..
My issue was my closed loan is not updated in cibil score
I recently checked it is still showing settled account.
Pls help me regarding this.

I have checked my bajaj finance loan details but suddenly open ur site on google by mistake i fill my details nd i saw a nagetive response and a fake loan this pnb account no is not mine or i was not apply for any personal loan at all kindly send me full details of this pnb bank account nd documents.. Dear sir your company fraud with the custmors. He provide the worng information custmors they said your credit scrore increse. But no facts to the credit score. Your company my rs 2700 decuted your company. Plz refund my balance i am already send email of your company your campany call me back and saying i m revese your balance but cannot refund my blance. Its my last complaint. Plz reverse my blance. Other wise i m action against your company. I want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys have brains then you should know that repeatedly checking the cibil score is not good as it will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.
Delete my pan number right now or i have to go legally.

I applied for a personal loan nd also its approved ur executive also called me nd fixed for a apointment for documentation but noboday came to meet me past 15 days nd also nobody contact me. I applied rs of 75000 for loan. Nd also got a massage for its my loan application no is sbpla45gvuyce45. And i also rady all the documents what u need. So plz inform me when u came for documention. Pls realise the loan amount as early as possible bcz i need money verymuch.

My self-ravi chauhan, i availed your services 4 days back. My ref no cm117231 before payment i clearly clarify all my case history to your consultant & he give me assurance i receive a call within 48 hours, but up-till now i am not get any response for your site.
I checked on mail there you mentioned i must pay a certain amount to sbi bank as outstanding overdue. But i cleared you there was no outstanding amount at my end i have an order copy from the delhi court, their court give me order in my favor that there was no outstanding of sbi.
And in the beginning to before availing the services i clearly told everything to consult executive & they promise me before speaking to bank they first collected these document from me means order copy of court.
But after 4 days nobody connected me directly approach to the bank. Since morning i tried so many time on given number but the provided no always busy.
So i request you please first collect the document than proceed further & resolve the issue as early as possible. And in the end i clear you there was no outstanding at my end & i am not giving a single rupee to bank.

I got an offer from the concerned bank for settlement and the amount was around 38K where as when I approached Credit Mantri they have given me the way too high amount 90K around for settlement.When I am trying to reach them to discuss this I could not get hold of them when I have raised the question in Need Help column still there is no response.(136956)

Also another account for settlement was not yet settled since March it was not solved.(593121)

I have received call from creditmantri having number [protected] to clear my dues of credit card as it was in written off status.They sent me mail with referance number Reference # 6199842.They asked me to mail the paymennt receipt to their email id [protected]@creditmantri.com and [protected]@credditmantri.com. I have sent thhe same from my email id [protected]@gmail.com.The snapshot of the email and the payment done is attached

Credit mantri executives have applied for a credit card without my consent... I had made it clear that please do not apply but still those executives have applied for d card now... I am getting a message from credit mantri saying thanx for applying a credit card... I have the call recording also... Unnecessary my cibil score will get affected and also the enquiry will b reflecting on my cibil report

I got calls from Credit Mantri multiple times as they said they will help to clear the issues with my axis credit card. I was having only 12000 rs outstanding. After I raised a dispute with credit mantri I got a message saying my outstanding is 32000? which is 2 times more than my actual outstanding? Also I got a warning message also from the bank after ages regarding this. So are you helping me or the bank? I have the message from the bank attached saying its 12000 and after credit mantri contact the bank how come it became 32000? Also the bank says only 12000 in the messages(screenshot attached). The person who called me wanted me to pay it asap on the call itself even though I tried not to. His name was Vipul.. I want a complete refund of what I paid, you are just fake I understood that. He promised me that one person will be assigned for me to clear all the issues and will be contacting me, none contacted after I completed the payment. There was a number provided in the email and it was custcare number where i never got connected. I want an explanation for this asap or else I know what to do as I have the proofs, emails. messages, recording etc from creditmantri.

Hi, i was told by u, that i'm eligible for personal loan in shriram city union bank, i also sent my bank statement, but no response from you or the bank... Later u told i'm eligible for rbl credit card, a person came home and collected my proofs, and i received and that it's being cancelled, i want the reason and also my proofs back.. This is Murali Mohan Raju Yarragudi from Hyderabad City. I had paid service charges of credit mantri for credit score improvement and also I had paid an amount of Rs.1, 500/- to my axis bank credit card also. After that I did not get any communication from your executives and in the mean time, my credit score had not been improved. I am really in very tense with this. Could you please call me back immediately.

Its been 3 weeks i have paid to credit mantri (Aprrox rs.850 *2 = 1600) but no one from credit matri has got in touch with me. I just receive a mail that i need to close my pending amount with the bank but the fact is i have already paid to the bank but still it reflects on my cibil hence, i got in touch with credit mantri. But there is no one assistance from them, neither any one in the customer care answers the call nor i receive a call back.

I have suffered a great deal of hardship and disappointment
I am looking forward for immediate assistance from credit mantra.

I am having a negative account.. By knowing that credit mantri executive called me and said to resolve that they help after spoke them i said now i no need your services later if i need i will call myself.. But they keep calling me still every time i block the number they calling again and again from new number.. At one stage even the bank is better who gave me loan when compared to this # credit mantri.. What the hell with wrong this company all they need ti beg 850 from me as a subscription charge.. Any person from credit mantri i[censored] see this message please tell ur executives dont call again and again its so frustrated with ur #ty people.. For your reference my number you are calling and irritating me is [protected]... Hell with this garbage services companies..

I made a mistake in opting for credit mantri services by falling prey to their advertisement "improve your score".
They are agents of lender, they dig out old skeletons and make the dead alive, and this results in drastic decline in your cibil rating.

After opting for credit mantri services they would rather force you to pay disputed amount, assuming that "bank is always right"., and the after your score goes down if you disagree to pay.
