I made a mistake in opting for credit mantri services by falling prey to their advertisement "improve your score".
They are agents of lender, they dig out old skeletons and make the dead alive, and this results in drastic decline in your cibil rating.

After opting for credit mantri services they would rather force you to pay disputed amount, assuming that "bank is always right"., and the after your score goes down if you disagree to pay.

Its been 3 weeks i have paid to credit mantri (Aprrox rs.850) but no one from credit matri has got in touch with me. I just receive a mail that i need to close my pending amount with the bank but the fact is i have already paid to the bank but still it reflects on my cibil hence, i got in touch with credit mantri. But there is no one assistance from them, neither foes any one in the customer care answer the call nor i receive a call back.

I am looking forward for immediate assistance from credit mantri.

I have paid credit mantri to resolve my two negative issues in my cibil report and they promised more than 100 points increase after paying approximately one lakh to the banks credit mantri said they will resolve the issue in 30 working days and its been more than 45 working days they have not resolved the issues.

When i am trying to reach out the representative called poonam at credit mantri she never picks the phone and no response at all.

I tried to find the customer care number and no where there is a number not in the website and they dont respond to my emails at all.

Please resolve this asap,

I made the mistake about a couple of weeks back of checking my credit score with credit mantri. Since then, every single day i get 3-4 unsolicited calls selling their products, offering to help improve credit score etc, etc. I have told them multiple times that i’m not interested and asked them to remove my name from their database. But nothing has ben done. It’s 12:30 pm now, and i’ve already got 2 calls today. I’m sure i’ll get at least another 2 calls before the end of today. It’s so ridiculous and it has to stop. It’s now reached a stage where i’m contemplating filing for a legal notice for harassment. And by the way, i’m in the dnd directory. Kindly stop this call nuisance and remove my name and contact details from anything to do with credit mantri. My phone number is [protected].

During that time credit martri fee 750+135=885 paid through online.. One chennai credit mantri executive will guide up to my cibil clearance and i receive noc of my settlement credit ac... I want you guys to delete my data pan number and contact details.

Long back i checked my cibil score in your website. From that time you guys are repeatedly checking my cibil score without my knowledge and sending me emails with my score.

Every now and then i am getting email with cibil score.

If you guys have brains then you should know that repeatedly checking the cibil score is not good as it will reduce the score.

I dont want you people to check my cibil socre.
Delete my pan number right now or i have to go legally.

This is ria banerjee. Pull my account out and connect because i am unable to get through to ur customer care else ill file a civil suit against you too. Take this as a warning.

Here's the story readers:

Firstly credit mantri showed up my cibil score which was less than the half credit score my ca and i bought from the designated cibil score site.

Thenafter nandgopal kept constantly persuing me to pay to resolve matters and assured to make amendments but while asking him indepth questions of the process of resolution, he had no answer and finally passed it on to pritam.

I had two issues, one with an already 2012 settled cc with noc and two, with a cc that i never received in the past and appointed a lawyer to take the bank to court for the same when they apologised thoroughly and stopped troubling however i suddenly saw it apoeared on cibil bringing my score down and hence paid rs 1700+ to this company after much convincing from their end.

Despite narrating the entire story to both the credit mantri callers and they assuring me they would do thorough investigation with the banks and if the second bank failed to show my signature or any valid proof that i ever had opted for the card or received it, their team will automatocally submit the clean chit to cibil bureau and have it wiped off my cibil. Now i see they sent me an email that they are resoluting with same bank who never had given me a cc for past dues.

Are you kidding me credit mantri? While taking the rs 1700+ from me you sounded overtly dedicated towards your customer's concern and right after you just dont do any realtime resolution?

This is my warning to you, now without listening to any future apology of the bank i am suing them in court and alongwith them i wont fail to involve you that you are nothing but a little standardised recovery agency that actually works for the banks in the game of extortion of money from people over those accounts too which never existed with a customer and you very cleverly do it by initially buying faith of those customers simultaneouly benefiting monetarily from the customers and im sure with later bebefits from the banks as well.

This is disgraceful but do not think i am one of those people who would leave it with few complaints on sites. You will know how these gimics fetch you legally.

According to mr. Pritam my credit card case resolve within 30 to 45 days. Customer care executive behaviour is also very rude.

But still my case not resolve as well as mr. Pritam also not responding to me ladt 20 days.

This puligalla suresh kumar, i paid amount rs:885/- for resolving of my negative account. But credit mantri persons no start the process till day, and i many time call to their contact number, but they are not responding. What is going on in creditmantri company, too much fraud, lot of peoples lost their many by credit mantri. Please give me my amount refund as possible as early.

My name is irfan and i had wrongly apply by this site because their is no responcence after the aprovel of the loan against my details they had told me not to apply any other bank untli the loan is under process so in the need of loan they had bolcked me not go some where esl and they do not have any complaint help line or any other to contact them they only contact to u when they have fun time to time pass.

Sir, our documents (Adhaar card, salary certificate, pan card, driving license, voter id, cheque leaf 3, current month gas bill, bank statement) are ready. But the executor did not come to meet us. Our place is palladam (Pin code :641664). Palladam branch sri ram finance said that there is no loan for "rented house". What shall we do now? There is any chance for a loan.

Why i am getting mails to pay amount to bank when i have paid full amount and got ndc letter from bank. Also i have shared scan copy of ndc letter to you. I have complained 8 times where all are closed now i don't know how as i didn't get call from beauro for clarification.
Why don't you check with bank? This amount is not mine which i am getting in mails from you. Can you please check as this was cleared in your record too. Now how come again i am getting such mails from your end? Kindly check the same as unnecessarily my credit is going down.
I have paid your fees but i did not get service from you. My credit score is going down just because of your executives mistakes. I have cleared full amount 4 months back when my score was 585 and after 4 months it is showing 335 what is the use of paying amount? Kindly give me conclusion on the same.

This people giving forgery cibil score's, don't believe. Please check directly cibil web site. If you have true cibil score 804 but this people give you cibil score 453. After that this people trying to chect you and getting enlarge money's to people.
I have settlement don on two credit card's. This people told me this is the reason our cibil score 453. If you paying rs. 1700 we are applying the cibil to resolving the issue's with 30 days.
