I ordered a clog from this website on 24th February

and today it is March 16 and more than 20 days from the ordered date .

There is no updates till now about my order

in the website when i checked the order status it is still showing processing .

They guaranteed the delivery within 3 - 5 days and i paid the amount already

So please make my delivery fast

      The crocs which i received on 12 Feb 2024 have been subjected to malfunction, the strap suddenly snapped today (14 March 2024).It had only limited usage. I demand immediate action to resolve issue. Either by refunding or changing the crocs. Please take necessory actions

      I bought my crocs sleepers along with many other crocs products in the month of September 2023 and while I started using the sleepers after January 2024 is strap for issues and is getting detached probably due to poor adhesive quality used to attach it.

      It's very disheartening to buy such costly products with no durability.
      I bought almost the products worth more than 15 thousand and on ehas resulted this bad that I can't use it anymore.

      Kindly reimburse the amount or at least exchange it for new otherwise it will be impossible to trust Crocs anymore

        I returned the product in the exact same packaging and with the scitckers intact. Both the crocs were too big for my feet. There is absolutely no way I could have used them even if I had wanted to.

        They haven't returned my money. It has been 20days.
        And no one answers their emails or phone number

          I have called crocs customer service centre for 20 times for just and enquiries for a replacement for my purchased item but they are not willing to answer me or attending my calls . This kind of behaviour from a well know company it’s really making me so angry that they are not answering any of my call . They are giving me a worst experience as an consumer an I just stop purchasing any item from crocs show room also I never had this like experience from any customer care service

            I have sent many mails and tried calling many times in customer care number of crocs but there was no response. After placing order and payment crocs team is not giving a proper update so i tried calling and sending several mails, but all was in vain.

                I ordered Crocs Literide 360 On Jan 23rd and received it on Jan 27th but due to the issue on its sole I placed the return request on the same date.

                Since then I am following up on their website/customer Support number and Mail ID but not getting the firm date of this product to get pick up.

                As per the agent on the call, they had requested another team to raise new return request as the request that I raised on their website, they are not aware about its status as it is showing pending.

                And when I asked about the new return request number they said it is still not generated by the concern team and they even not aware about its timeline.

                Please support to get my refund back of Rs 4574

                  I have bought crocs men's literide clogs few months back. I used regularly for 3 months then I suddenly found a tear over the top layer. The same thing happened to my previous literide clogs.
                  Then after 2 weeks I used the crocs again. After using for an hour the crocs just tore all the sides(top layer)
                  This is very bad and depressing.i bought this product for 4800 and seeing it just getting teared make me feel depressed. I need an explanation for this poor quality from the manufacturer

                    I bought Literide clogs 360 shoes in Dec 2022 thru AJIO but after 6 months in Jun2023 shoes strap got cut and again the shoes sole get seperated, when I contacted AJIO they denied saying return period is over and please contact the Brand.

                    I have attached the invoice, please exchange or refund the proporrionate money I have paid for this Don't cheat customers providing low quality products, We are purchasing Crocs product using our hardearned money believing Crocs won't cheat customers and we can use the product at least for a minimum period.

                      I purchased crocs on 30th Dec and it got delivered on 5th Jan, the product is different from what I ordered so I wanted to return. When I try to find my order[protected] on their website, it’s not showing so I can’t create return as well, I try to call on customer care and write multiple emails but no response.

                            Refund not processed

                            I have been writing tons of emails and finally they picked up 2 products totaling Rs.6792. however they initiated a refund only for 1 product of Rs.3596.
                            Firstly, I have still not received the refund amount which was raised on 22nd Dec 2023 (should have been received in 2-3 days)
                            Secondly, no one is responding to tons of emails and calls to customer care number where no one has ever answered. I need a refund for the second product...

                            I purchased Crocs sandals from their store in DLF Mall Of India, Noida on 15/07/2023. I chose the brand for the supposed durability of its products and I wanted to invest in a footwear that lasts me for a long time. However, its durability has proven to be a hoax as the footwear broke within 5 months o[censored]sage.

                            While choosing the product at the store I was told by the sales executive that it was one of their best selling products and has not received any complaint to date. Considering that the footwear is priced at Rs 4494/-, I wanted to be sure I made the right choice. Yet I decided to go ahead, trusting in the 'durability promise'. However, my footwear has broken and now I'm stuck with this product that the company refuses to replace. Upon sending multiple mails, contacting their customer care, visiting the store, the only response I get is that their warranty period is 3 months. How can you make a product that is supposedly so durable, evidently so highly priced and has a warranty period of 3 months? Why should I suffer a loss of my hard earned money, for a company's lack of quality and accountability? I have not received any resolution from the brand or their store, despite multiple attempts at contacting them through different methods.

                            I want either a replacement or a full refund of Rs 4495/-. I have been after this for so many days, hoping for a resolution through this complaint.
