I have ordered crocs in website crocsshop.myshopify.com, amount got deducted but not got acknowledgement invoice order and received below message.And post ordered it shown that will receive ordered details shortly but not received. Pls file a case and please help me out to get refund amount to my account.

I bought a product of my size but while walking it feels uncomfortable and it’s sliding off

I had bought olive green wedges from one your outlets(MI ROAD, jaipur, India). The wedges cracked in less than 90 days. But since i had been posted as doctor at some other place and your policy says that if an item is bought offline, the complaint can be registered offline only. So first thing after coming back to Jaipur was to file the complaint against the product, but you have declined either the repair or exchange of product.
Please you should consider my situation and allow for either repair or exchange of the product

I have lite ride pacer lace up casual shoes .actually I used little bit ..but the stitch has broked.. I need a solution for this and please respond this complaint asap

I complained 2 times regards above mentioned subject, i din'nt get any reply or response yet.
Now my crocs hve damed more than before and i m nt feeling comforrable wearing it. I request to chk wiyh the complaimt and clear my issue asap.

The sole of the crocs is coming out this shows that the crocs quality is not good request you for replacement

My crocs sandals strap broken.

This pair of Crocs was purchased on 11/08/2022 from Crocs located at Lulu International shopping mall, Ernakulam, Kerala.
Not even six months o[censored]sing it, and this is the present condition. The rubber part of the slipper is torn, and when asked at the store, they said all they could do is glue it up, and it is not possible for them to give a new pair in exchange.
It is pathetic that a pair of Crocs worth around ₹5000 wouldn't stay in shape even for a year.
We invest in Crocs mainly for its quality, and this is what we get in return!
Really disappointed.

Please look into the matter and do the needful.

This is to bring your kind notice that I bought a crocs chappel worth 4999 from Mall of travancore unfortunately the product got damaged and also it faded i only used that chappel for less than 1 and half year. I am highly disappointed. Kindly please resolve this issue.I look forward to your replay and a resolution to my problem

My crocs got scratched within few months, this is highly disappointing. Kindly get them exchanged

have bought a pair of crocs|crush croslite clogs) from Myntra recently almost 2 months ago, i haven't used it much but due to a dog bitten case my crocs have been damaged heavily and is teared on its front and sides. I haven't used it as much and is willing to get a replacement for it if I could.hoping to get one since I haven't worn in it so much and also it's been only 2 months. Hoping to get a reply asap.

This is to bring to your kind notice that I purchased a pair of crocs lite ride a couple of months ago (I do not have the bill of purchase with me anymore for the exact date reference) and to my utter disappointment, my crocs have already got torn marks. I had used the crocs bayaband clogs earlier for almost 3 years and then purchased the crocs lite ride.

This is very dissatisfactory for me as I never expected crocs as a brand would leave me in this situation.

I request you to consider this complaint and suggest me a proper compensation for the same.

The crocs which I have buyed 1 year before but it was so soft and and also I have completely unsatisfied on the bottom outer side tht is completely ruined and soft which pokes easily while walking and also it has completely destroyed like after 1 year I don’t no how this happened but it’s completely damaged and also side rubber of glue is also came of very worst experience sorry to say this

It’s been years I purchased my crocs through online . They got torn on the upper side which scratches my leg and make me uncomfortable.Could you please see to this and kindly help me with the action of return.

I bought my crocs sandal almost a year back and it broke last month. I couldn't even use it for a whole year. I spend 3000 rupees on the crocs sandal.
