Hii sir, i am using crocs for many years I bought a pair of crocs before 2 years but I didn’t used it i am using that crocs from last one month and it is torned and the colour get faded so i want to replace the item

    I Team,

    As Discussed over the customer care phone, I visited the HSR store Bangalore.

    I purchased the crocs here and use it barely.

    The strap is broken as you can see in the picture!!!

    This is so poor manufacturing issues and I see the price given and the quality are not a match.

    I confirmed from the store member that the issue is with the poor quality of the product and they said do not have accessories to fix it.

    So I am dropping to the crocs team, please take higher priority and fix my issue as soon as possible.

    Please find the broken issue and invoice attached.

      Hello, Iam Siri I just want to know why my crocs slippers got shrunk while I was trying to wash it .I have purchased it through Amazon India haven’t even used it for a month and it dissappointed me a lot because Iam a very big fan of crocs and finally purchased it but it got shrunk upto 2 sizes less

          Iam using my crocs flip flops from past 6 months and I loved them. Suddenly in recent days I am not feeling comfortable with them anymore suddenly they got shrunk and im not even able to wear them. I dint expect this quality from crocs.

            I'm a regular customer of crocs and have purchased around 10 pairs along the years. Recently I've bought a pair costing around 5000/-(costliest purchase till date). Unfortunately the product has been damaged while regular use and I cannot find a way to get it fixed/exchanged. Company says it only provides 90 day warranty.

                I have purchased cross in Amazon on 23/1/23 it has been delivered on 27/1/23 cross strips was ripped out within 70days
                I tried to connect you lot of times finally I got this site kindly request you please resolve the issue

                    I have purchased crocs lite rider clogs from Jubilee hills Hyderabad store but after trying at home it's causing severe pain in my arch as it's not giving me good arch support..so I visited store and asked for refund as no other models are available but they are not accepting.. while refund is possible online why is this not possible at store.mi need justice as it's 6k and causing severe pain in my arch..I recently had surgery so cannot compromise on quality

                                Hi,
                                On 19th Feb 2023 (between 11AM and 3PM), I visited Axis Mall, New Town, Kolkata. I saw a small stall of CROCS slippers on ground floor. I visited the stall, choose one slipper and wanted to purchase. I was paying using my SBI credit card. The machine they were having declined the process twice, each time after I pressed the Pin on machine. I didn’t have cash so I decided to not purchase it. I was totally unaware of deduction of any amount.
                                Today I was verifying my card uses statement and astonished to find that the amount of rupees Two thousand Four hundred and Ninety five (₹2495) was debited at the same day in CROCS Kolkata (attaching screenshot for reference purpose).
                                I want you to take this matter seriously and arrange for my refund.

                                  I bought a new pair of crocs from offline store at neelankarai, chennai. I wore it for 2 days and suddenly on the 3rd I noticed that it's torn near heel and as I'm a crocs lover, I love my footwears, so I was completely broken and shattered and I went to the shop to know how to connect with you but they literally had no clue. Then I started researching and now finally I found. Please, it's a request from side, do the needful. Thankyou

                                    I purchased crocs from a retail store and the strap of one has broken.

                                    When I invest more than 4K on a footwear I expect it to be more durable. 3 months warranty is not sufficient for such expensive footwear.
