Dear Sir, I have purchased a Crocs Unisex Crocband Black Flip Flops Slippers from MADURA SHOES, MADURAI six months ago. two days back the slipper got torned near in the front connection. i was surprised that expensive slipper i could not able to use atleast six months and i am very upset regarding the product kindly find attached proof for your kind reference and expecting favourable reply.     Item ordered online at crocs website, india. order #[protected], on 12th June 2015. Order value Approx Rs. 3000/- The item has not been delivered yet to us. Also, on calling Crocs, they are unable to track the shipment and give us a proper response towards the reason for delay. Finally after chasing them continuously for 10 days, we relented and asked for a refund on 25th June. The reply we get from Crocs is that they will initiate the refund only after the item reaches their warehouse. We havent received the money yet. It has been 3 weeks since ordering and with rains already lashing Mumbai, it has been inconvenient to use other footwear. We had to buy alternate shoes under emergency which cost us lot of money and time from other planned activities. Online ordering should have been a convenient option, but has become a pain for us.

      Crocs Phoenix Mall (customer Service the worst ever) customer Service the worst ever...No respect. Absolute rudeness. Store Is mess. Was tryibng to buy shoes for my daughter and ask for 60% discount prodcut wwhich was placed in mirror(shoes upto 60% off) . the store CSA as told no 60% stock and speak very rude in fornt of my wife and daughter.and no respect to the customers and most disappointing service ever faced in any retail stores. i am regular customer for buying bying crocs for my daguhter, after this incident i will never buy anything fronm this compnay again for giving worst cutomer service. also i refer my fiends also don't go Phoneix mall crocs showroom. Hate it. Can't even rate it as a store and the store manager is absolute rudenss and no respect.Never again will i purchase from crocs @ Phoenix mall. I already writen my complaing at Phoneix mall customer complaint book(Incident happen on yesterday 25.12.14, Time by around 6 to 6.30 PM you may check your CCTV camera if you have installed in this store, see how they argue with the customer very cheaply). customers are not an annoyance, we are the onces who play her salary.       Sir /Mam,

      I recently purchased your product through a local retailer(Metro brands ltd -fun republic mall lucknow) and I was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. (poor sole pasting) I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.

      Quality of product : pasting is very poor, whole sole come out from the base, had a word with store manager they told me that your product is not covered in replacement warranty months .

      As I stated previously, I have come to expect much more from your products and, therefore, this has been very upsetting for me.

      I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want to have this product replaced with one that works properly.
