Sir i purchased your crocs shoe @4500 /-. Rupees, i fall down lot of time due to this my back bone problem and my foot problem arises, i am warning you that your cheap quality products harmful for me and your product harm my body, so for this reason i am taking a legal action in consumer court as soon as possible if you are not solving my problem, it is your responsibility to check your product and then sell it

    I bought crocs 25 april 2018.. Its belt will broken aftr 10 days... I m very much disappointed.. N im very much sure about ur quality.. So i m not kept ur receipt... Now im exchange my crocs..       Hi, i bought crocs from reliance footprints, focus mall, calicut. I just used it for one week and then i kept it unused as i was out of station. Then once i returned back, it got shrinked. I went to the showroom and talked to the manager, mr sajeesh. His behaviour wasn't satisfactory and asked go to crocs with complaint. Thing is, i am buying crocs for first time, and i am having bad times. As you know, it's expensive compared to other products, i couldn't use it now. Kindly provide me a replacement with next higher size

        I brought a crocs worth rs 2500 from an online service portal before 2 months.
        Its gum got of so quikly and the sole is now detached.
        Iam not even able to wear and walk with it. Online service portal is not ready to replace it.
        I have to replace it some how. I think i was cheated by the company.
        They are putting high price tags and providing cheap quality materials. Please help me somehow...

        I bought crocs worth Rs 3500 and i got several shoe bite within a week what kind of quality do they provide disappointed with my decision of buying those can I get a refund or at least a replacement

        Hi,

        I bought crocks sandals by paying 2745 but it's glue is so weak, came off within 18 days. Very disappointed with your product. Please don't cheat consumers. You are losing brand value due to cheap products.
        Bought rainy sandal cross one week back from metro store for rs 2000. It was promised by the sales girl that shoe bite will not happen... But am having 8bites due to which am not even able to walk... Very very disappointed with quality... So cheap quality used... Will not recommend to any of my friends... Badly disappointed... Is there any way I can get refund
        I bought two crocks sandal worth Rs. 4, 990/- from crocs store, add- C-10, C Block, Inner Circle Connaught Place, New Delhi-110001. But I am not happy with these product, these products are not comfortable in my feet. Even cheaper quality would be better than this. And the customer support services also poor, they are response properly. On crocs site they show the refund policy but when I return the unused footwear they denied for refund.

        Crocs product and services are not good. even cheaper quality is better then crocs.

        I never use crocs.

          Hi,
          I bought crocs t strap sandals for rs 2500. I have heard about croca being so expensive due to its extreme comfort level, quality and durability. But to my surprise, this 2500 rs sandal did not last me for even 6 months! Very unhappy with crocs. Never buying them or suggesting it to anyone ever. Whats the point paying so much for not at all durable local quality wear. I would get way more durable stuff at half the price or even less

            I bought my first pair of crocs swiftwater wave women from lifestyle inorbit mall hyderabad, however i am greatly disappointed. Even though it's the right size the shoes (Closed ones) it keeps biting. I have hardly worn them 2 times for very short duration and they are just lying and i don't wear it with the fear of bad shoe bites. I would like to exchange this product with another crocs product which i can atleast use. Please advice what needs to be done.

              I hope that you will be revert my complaint vi am complaining about my foot wear which i purchased this in pacific mall subhash nagar when i purchase this it's lower surface will very good but now it's totally slipper scuff it's gonna be bow very slippery i purchase this in the month of july and now is november it's very bad experience from crocs am very disappointing with this brand. I hope that you will be help me for this bad foot wear and it's cost rs 2500. Ery soon.

                I want to return my crocs shoes as I am tired by them that shoes caused me a severe pain because of that I could not walk properly for 2 days I don't want them and please give me my money back as I m irritated by it and if something would not be do e I would take severe actions so crocs please do something for I would be thankful to you
                I am not able to use this shoe. It's not at all flexible. It hurts the legs so much
                I bought swiftwater wave black lazer cut sandals on 7th dec on jabong. i used it only once and it badly gave me shoe bites. and my left leg slipper is very smaller than right one. and it is very tight for me. my left leg slipper has manufacturing defect. i already hav one slipper frm crocs the size is same. and jabong refused to return or exchange

                  While i was driving for 6 hours my crocs swift water wave got cut without any mazor impact. I realized it when i reached my destination that just 2 months old crocs which were perfect brfore i started my journey, now got teared. I gave it to the store and they returned it after a week stating that it can not be rrplaced. I also dropped an email to crocs customer care but did not get any response even after a month. This is my 3rd pair of crocs and i know how to take care of them but really a pathetic after sales service by crocs.

                          I bought two pair of crocs for my son and the size was too big so i had to return. This was a cash order. The customer service agreed to refund and asked for bank details. We missed sending the account number and no one ever asked for it, they just responded that they have received the details and that the amount will be refunded.
                          The wait time when you call crocs is extraordinarily high. Either they do not have customer support available, or the customer support is just having a gala time not and refusing to attend to customer calls. Today (Sep11) i was on hold trying to connect to a rep for full 30 mins (I m not exaggerating at all) and no one answered, finally i had to hang up without talking to anyone.

                          Crocs your customer support sucks. I hope u work towards fixing it.

                                Refer my last week complaint. Ur reply received me that within 24 hrs we will resolve your issue. But after 6 days over no reply received yet. I am attaching the photos of my slippers. You can verify the sole of chappals which is sparingly used. What is the benefit on believing the name of crocs and pay a huge amount of money ie rs.4000/- just on two pairs of chappals. I am 60 years old, and a physically handicapped and a working woman. Our money is received by hard working. So this is my humble request to you to exchange the product as soon as possible and take some precautionary measure in future a customer like me could purchase the product of crocs. I have purchase thro on line. When contacted they are saying pl contact the brand owner. So i am complaining you directly. Pl. Resolve my issue at the earliest. Pl reply me.                                   Bought a pair of crocband clogs about 15 days back. I ised them for a day or two. The fit was smaller than usual. I have been using the crpcband model for 2 years now and the same size fits me perfectly. The shoe was smaller than usual. I asked for a replacement under size issue and was sent photos of my crocs saying the tag was removed and they are used. Given that this is a manufacturing defect it should be refunded without any complaints. Need assistance.

                                  I have bought my crocs from z squre from catwalk and they have broken both the stick were the thumb rest they had broken in both.I have tried tostick it with quickfix buti failed.

                                      I had brought a crocs ladies slipon shoe from indiranagar 100ft road on 11/1/2017, as it was 3000/- i and my husband had asked them ab out the gaurantee they said 3 months and anything happens we will do the service here. The shoe got cut in the month of april last week, and i had to travel to kerela for the summer vacation and had no time to visit the showroom to give it to then. As i came back i went to the showroom and gave the shoe to them on 4/6/2017, they told me they will send the same to the company and get it repaired and call me when it is done. They did not call me so i went to the showroom after a week so they said it is not done, and they will call me when it is ready, i waited for a month they did not call me, i personally went today and asked, they gave me back my shoe and said it cannot be done. I personally feel the shoe has not reached the company nor they have tried to do anything, because the shoe is in the same condition as i gave it. It was kept in the showroom and returned to me, this is how you people cheat the customer. I am very sorry to tell this.

                                      The strap of the shoe was broken prematurely . I enclose a picture below to demonstrate the complaint. I bought this from one of your dealer few months back. Crocs should not fail soon. Please send me a replacement immediately.
