This is regarding a Crocs shoe I bought from Regal Shoes showroom located at City Center 2 in Kolkata in the month of March 2016. This shoe got broken after a very moderate use of 2 months. I contacted the dealer in June 2016 from whom i bought the shoe, but he just ignored me saying that it is not his responsibility.

I tried to contact Crocs in many ways but all were in vain. Finally i got this email ID from the Crocs Mumbai....

I buy crocs clog as recommended by physician of apollo hospital on may2016 from shop no:6, usha niketan 32, kamla nagar, delhi,
Duet max black/charcoal m8/w10, 1pair. rs. 4000/- cash.
After 5months o[censored]se my clog size shrinks heavenly,

I purchased crocs online under BOGO scheme on invoice no[protected] dtd 17-sep-16. The slippers are biting severly after wearing for 2 hours. when i complained to heir customer service, they refused to do anything on it. No where in their return/exchange policy or invoice is it written that the products bought under buy one get one scheme will not be returned/exchanged...

I purchased a pair of slippers (crocs) from shop named katwalk of z square mall of my city(kanpur).
i used the slippers for around 4 hours which resulted into severe shoe bite and blisters.
i immediately went to the shopkeeper to change them for which he just denied.
how do the shopkeepers expect someone to know everything about the product before hand, things like shoe bite cannot be tested as the time of trail.br...

I have purchased a pair of crocs from ambiance mall, vasant kunj new delhi and while purchase attended told me that we can exchange the product within 4 months from the date of purchase. But sorry to say but the quality i purchased was that bad, it broke with two months from purchase when we went for exchange the staff told us that it can be "repaired" by the company. What does that mean??? We also that broken shoes can be mend...

I had bought the crocs from flipkart (crocs men sandals) but after 2 to 3 months of light usage i observed the size of the sandas have changed and the sandal size doesn't fit my foot. i have tried crocs customer care almost 15 times but it was always busy.
Now flipkart is not ready to take the ownership of the product also.
I have been using crocs for long but this is the first time i observed the change in the size of the sandals....

I purchased a pair of croslite crocband navy blue clogs from jabong and within 2 months the clogs have disfigured and have reduced by atleast 3 sizes. forget fitting an adult it won't even fit a kid now. this was my first purchase from crocs and i m shocked and utterly disappointed with the quality of the clogs. a locally made clog would have lasted longer than these clogs from crocs. this kind of quality can not be expected from a brand...

I have been trying to get in touch with customer care of shopcrocs for past 3 days regarding my latest order at shopcrocs.in,

I have repeatedly called customer care number provided on the website it always gives the same message saying all the executives are busy!

I must have made at least 10 calls in past 2 days!!!

I have also sent emails to [protected]@shopcrocs.in and i have received no response...

I purchased a pair of slippers - size 7/9 five months ago in Chennai, From Express Avenue Mall. one of the slippers has shrunk, to at least a size smaller. See attached images. We have been using crocs for some 9 years now, never had we any problem. this is totally bizarre as to how the quality could be so questionable.

Since the slippers are in good condition, the company should exchange this for the correct pair....

I had placed an order of two pair of shoes some one month ago. Now your people say they have lost the shipment n told me to wait for a new delivery. This was conveyed by an exceptionally sweet female who sounded too convincing. Today when I wrote n enquired stating that I may approach the consumer court...yr people tells me that they could not reach me on my cell. ...a blatant lie! So r people of crocs a damn reputed company bent on harassing...

I had ordered a pair of footwear from crocs india. first i got a wrong size, that can be considered as my mistake. that product was picker up again and replaced with a new one.

Emboldened by the quality of my daughter's slippers my wife decided to buy one flips for herself but it gave way with a month....

I give my compalint to crocs on 10th Janyary2016 for defective sleepers but i got no reply from crocs India. Please sort out it as early as possible....

I bought croc band_ xflip from mumbai . My son use it for rarely 1 month and its strip is broke. I disappoint very much because my son always use orthoheel brand. We narver face such problems....
