Refer my last week complaint. Ur reply received me that within 24 hrs we will resolve your issue. But after 6 days over no reply received yet. I am attaching the photos of my slippers. You can verify the sole of chappals which is sparingly used. What is the benefit on believing the name of crocs and pay a huge amount of money ie rs.4000/- just on two pairs of chappals. I am 60 years old, and a physically handicapped and a working woman. Our money is received by hard working. So this is my humble request to you to exchange the product as soon as possible and take some precautionary measure in future a customer like me could purchase the product of crocs. I have purchase thro on line. When contacted they are saying pl contact the brand owner. So i am complaining you directly. Pl. Resolve my issue at the earliest. Pl reply me. Bought a pair of crocband clogs about 15 days back. I ised them for a day or two. The fit was smaller than usual. I have been using the crpcband model for 2 years now and the same size fits me perfectly. The shoe was smaller than usual. I asked for a replacement under size issue and was sent photos of my crocs saying the tag was removed and they are used. Given that this is a manufacturing defect it should be refunded without any complaints. Need assistance.

I had brought a crocs ladies slipon shoe from indiranagar 100ft road on 11/1/2017, as it was 3000/- i and my husband had asked them ab out the gaurantee they said 3 months and anything happens we will do the service here. The shoe got cut in the month of april last week, and i had to travel to kerela for the summer vacation and had no time to visit the showroom to give it to then. As i came back i went to the showroom and gave the shoe to them on 4/6/2017, they told me they will send the same to the company and get it repaired and call me when it is done. They did not call me so i went to the showroom after a week so they said it is not done, and they will call me when it is ready, i waited for a month they did not call me, i personally went today and asked, they gave me back my shoe and said it cannot be done. I personally feel the shoe has not reached the company nor they have tried to do anything, because the shoe is in the same condition as i gave it. It was kept in the showroom and returned to me, this is how you people cheat the customer. I am very sorry to tell this.

I purchased an expensive crocs flats online, from myntra.com.

I have worn it thrice so far, i got blisters every-time. The back support of the flats is high and stiff, though the flats are very well my size, they hurt badly. I am supporting it with a picture attached.

This reflects very bad on crocs products. After buying expensive stuff, customer realizes that the product has not been tested well and hurts just like any cheap local products. I wear all good brands like clarks, carlton london etc but i have never had such an experience. I request for a review of this product and a suitable exchange/refund be made.

I had purchased a pair of slipper for my wife from shopcrocs.in. The size of the same was larger so I returned the same to the company. It was shipped back to the company by the courier personnel of company choice (shopcrocs had sent the courier person). Now the shopcrocs is saying that they haven't received the pair even after a 7-10 days and are not even replying to my mails. I want my money back.

I purchased crocs floater 1 year back. Product was good and satisfactory. But in these floaters were kept in sunlight. Due to sunlight heat the floater got shrink. Now I am unable to wear it since size has shrunk. Pls advise what to do. These were costly floaters beyond my budget and now i am unable to use it. I think there is some problem in raw material which cannot sustain sunlight heat. I would request you to exchange with new floater

I brought crocs for 4000 rs

Its been under a month i purchased grey crocs flip flops with a gold film kind on the top entire band . My complaint - the god has cracked & dropping out . the inside band has been causing shoe bites - strange for crocs !

with a price tag 0f 3000/- its not a cheap buy ! But now this pair sure seems cheap ... very very disappointed .. please replace them with a better & comfortable pair .

Hello crocs India, I would like to inform you about my crocs which I bought online at jabong on 3rd October 2016. Recently they have deformed and the white strip came out. Due to deformation, they have become useless. I think its a manufacturing defect because my brother bought them a few weeks before me, but his are very well. They have tightened a lot and I'm not able to put my legs a in it.Please see attached photo. Please reply me with a solution ASAP.

I purchased Crocs slipper on 15th Aug, 2016 from City Centre crocs showroom, Siliguri and the same has been torn out and the condition is very worse.
I paid ₹3, 295 for the same and i dont understand after paying such an huge amount, what kind of product do you provide.
I want to return the product and fed up of the quality of service.
I have attached the bill copy as well as the photo of the product by which you can understand the situation of the product.
Please take this complaint seriously as it is not a small thing. Because you guys sell the product but do not maintain the quality.

Hi, I got a pair of footwear in the Month of 12 Jan 17 during sale from one of the bangalore stores and today is 31 March 17. But I would like to inform you that I am not happy with the product quality. It gives pain in my leg and also not able to walk straight. I bought Crocs for comfort however it's sad to even this co. Has such bad quality. I would either need a refund or exchange. Not happy with Crocs. Who will pay for the medical expenses if anything happens to leg because of wearing wrong shoes. I will not recommend anyone.

Additional comment : when i first put the shoe, i felt uncomfortable in right foot but i thought it was because comfort differs on different brand shoes then while i'm walking i felt air bubble under my foot. Then now i realised that it's because of defect in my shoe. But when i complained about the product defects, i'm not getting any proper response from the customer care executives. Please see to it that its been rectified and i'm being satisfied.

I have purchased crocs khaki standard fit loafers on dt 23feb 2017 from snapdeal online shopping app.. But unfortunately yesterday I saw there is a cut on stiches.
So I contact snapdeal customer care for complaining they refused me that there is no warranty or guarantee . What is this, crocs is the b rand and costly.

I have purchased a pair of crocs athens ii unisex slip on m2w4 from amazon on 25th december 2016. It's hardly a month that my slipers sole is isolated.
No one is helping me not even the amazon as i have purchased it online they are saying contact the brand owner. I am paying so much of amount for buying such a good brand sliper but then also if they are also not working properly then it is of no use to buy the crocs brand slipers.

It has only been 6 months since I purchased the product I.e black slippers for men size 13 and today I saw that the sole of the slippers has completely separated from the base (left foot). The slipper too has not been used in very rough locations and still the product has fallen apart. This is really disheartening considering that a product from such a reputed brand turned out to be faulty.

I bought a shoe from shopcrocs.in which was delivered to me on time. But since i found the size was smaller for me, i initiated a return request for this. Before initiating the return request, i called up their customer care[protected] to know the entire process for initiating the return and getting the process completed. I was told about how to initiate the process in system but was not conveyed that after return request approval, they will send an rma label in my email id which has to be printed and pasted on the package while returning the product. Since this was not conveyed, i didnot login to check their email which was sent on 2nd january, 2017. On 3rd january, 2017 the package was picked up by delhivery courier for which i also have the receipt. But when i called shopcrocs customer care to convey that the label was not pasted, they said they are not responsible if the package doesnot reach their warehouse. They even acknowledged that this information that the customer has to attach the rma label has to be conveyed by their representative. But for me this was not done.
Now i want some solution from them so that so that i donot lose my rs 1998. But they are not helping me out with that. My order number is[protected].

I have purchased the crocs sandals from mochi, Lulu mall Cochin. Within two months the sole and the strap is torn. I managed it with the adhesive for some time but it keeps coming off. It's been a year since we purchased the item. I don't have an invoice with me. Please do the needful as early as possible. Thank you.

I had ordered a pair of shoes from www.shopcrocs.in on nov. 7, 2016. On next day i requested them to return because size of shoes was small for me . After that they told me that they will arrange reverse pickup, i waited for 7-8 days but no one called me for reverse pick .so i called customer care again and they said service of reverse pick up is not available at your area so send it yourself and we will refund your money . So on 24 nov 2016,...

This is regarding a Crocs shoe I bought from Regal Shoes showroom located at City Center 2 in Kolkata in the month of March 2016. This shoe got broken after a very moderate use of 2 months. I contacted the dealer in June 2016 from whom i bought the shoe, but he just ignored me saying that it is not his responsibility.

I tried to contact Crocs in many ways but all were in vain. Finally i got this email ID from the Crocs Mumbai. After spending 3495 Bucks on a rubber shoe I definitely expect the after sales service from Crocs. It's extremely unfortunate that after spending such an exorbitant amount I can't use the product even for two months.

Please find attached the pics of the broken shoe and the original bill from the shop. I am looking forward to get the support from your end to make these shoes usable either by replacing them or by repairing them.
