Hello crocs India, I would like to inform you about my crocs which I bought online at jabong on 3rd October 2016. Recently they have deformed and the white strip came out. Due to deformation, they have become useless. I think its a manufacturing defect because my brother bought them a few weeks before me, but his are very well. They have tightened a lot and I'm not able to put my legs a in it.Please see attached photo. Please reply me with a solution ASAP.

    I purchased Crocs slipper on 15th Aug, 2016 from City Centre crocs showroom, Siliguri and the same has been torn out and the condition is very worse.
    I paid ₹3, 295 for the same and i dont understand after paying such an huge amount, what kind of product do you provide.
    I want to return the product and fed up of the quality of service.
    I have attached the bill copy as well as the photo of the product by which you can understand the situation of the product.
    Please take this complaint seriously as it is not a small thing. Because you guys sell the product but do not maintain the quality.
    Kindly provide me the feeback of the same.

      Hi, I got a pair of footwear in the Month of 12 Jan 17 during sale from one of the bangalore stores and today is 31 March 17. But I would like to inform you that I am not happy with the product quality. It gives pain in my leg and also not able to walk straight. I bought Crocs for comfort however it's sad to even this co. Has such bad quality. I would either need a refund or exchange. Not happy with Crocs. Who will pay for the medical expenses if anything happens to leg because of wearing wrong shoes. I will not recommend anyone.

        Additional comment : when i first put the shoe, i felt uncomfortable in right foot but i thought it was because comfort differs on different brand shoes then while i'm walking i felt air bubble under my foot. Then now i realised that it's because of defect in my shoe. But when i complained about the product defects, i'm not getting any proper response from the customer care executives. Please see to it that its been rectified and i'm being satisfied.

          I have purchased crocs khaki standard fit loafers on dt 23feb 2017 from snapdeal online shopping app.. But unfortunately yesterday I saw there is a cut on stiches.
          So I contact snapdeal customer care for complaining they refused me that there is no warranty or guarantee . What is this, crocs is the b rand and costly.

          Hi,
          I had been to relatives place and the Crocs footwear got exposed to Sunlight and it Shrink. Now I am unable to wear it . Will you be able to replace ?

            I have purchased a pair of crocs athens ii unisex slip on m2w4 from amazon on 25th december 2016. It's hardly a month that my slipers sole is isolated.
            No one is helping me not even the amazon as i have purchased it online they are saying contact the brand owner. I am paying so much of amount for buying such a good brand sliper but then also if they are also not working properly then it is of no use to buy the crocs brand slipers.

              It has only been 6 months since I purchased the product I.e black slippers for men size 13 and today I saw that the sole of the slippers has completely separated from the base (left foot). The slipper too has not been used in very rough locations and still the product has fallen apart. This is really disheartening considering that a product from such a reputed brand turned out to be faulty.

                I bought a shoe from shopcrocs.in which was delivered to me on time. But since i found the size was smaller for me, i initiated a return request for this. Before initiating the return request, i called up their customer care[protected] to know the entire process for initiating the return and getting the process completed. I was told about how to initiate the process in system but was not conveyed that after return request approval, they will send an rma label in my email id which has to be printed and pasted on the package while returning the product. Since this was not conveyed, i didnot login to check their email which was sent on 2nd january, 2017. On 3rd january, 2017 the package was picked up by delhivery courier for which i also have the receipt. But when i called shopcrocs customer care to convey that the label was not pasted, they said they are not responsible if the package doesnot reach their warehouse. They even acknowledged that this information that the customer has to attach the rma label has to be conveyed by their representative. But for me this was not done.
                Now i want some solution from them so that so that i donot lose my rs 1998. But they are not helping me out with that. My order number is[protected].

                  I have purchased the crocs sandals from mochi, Lulu mall Cochin. Within two months the sole and the strap is torn. I managed it with the adhesive for some time but it keeps coming off. It's been a year since we purchased the item. I don't have an invoice with me. Please do the needful as early as possible. Thank you.

After that they told me that they will arrange reverse pickup, i waited for 7-8 days but no one called me for reverse pick .so i called customer care again and they said service of reverse pick up is not available at your area so send it yourself and we will refund your money .                     This is regarding a Crocs shoe I bought from Regal Shoes showroom located at City Center 2 in Kolkata in the month of March 2016. This shoe got broken after a very moderate use of 2 months. I contacted the dealer in June 2016 from whom i bought the shoe, but he just ignored me saying that it is not his responsibility.

                    I tried to contact Crocs in many ways but all were in vain. Finally i got this email ID from the Crocs Mumbai. After spending 3495 Bucks on a rubber shoe I definitely expect the after sales service from Crocs. It's extremely unfortunate that after spending such an exorbitant amount I can't use the product even for two months.

                    Please find attached the pics of the broken shoe and the original bill from the shop. I am looking forward to get the support from your end to make these shoes usable either by replacing them or by repairing them.

                    Please don't let down my trust on Crocs, and contact me at first opportunity.

                        I purchased crocs online under BOGO scheme on invoice no[protected] dtd 17-sep-16. The slippers are biting severly after wearing for 2 hours. when i complained to heir customer service, they refused to do anything on it. No where in their return/exchange policy or invoice is it written that the products bought under buy one get one scheme will not be returned/exchanged

                          I purchased a pair of slippers (crocs) from shop named katwalk of z square mall of my city(kanpur).
                          i used the slippers for around 4 hours which resulted into severe shoe bite and blisters.
                          i immediately went to the shopkeeper to change them for which he just denied.
                          how do the shopkeepers expect someone to know everything about the product before hand, things like shoe bite cannot be tested as the time of trail.
                          what kind of customer service is this that is provided by your company crocs.

                            I have purchased a pair of crocs from ambiance mall, vasant kunj new delhi and while purchase attended told me that we can exchange the product within 4 months from the date of purchase. But sorry to say but the quality i purchased was that bad, it broke with two months from purchase when we went for exchange the staff told us that it can be "repaired" by the company. What does that mean??? We also that broken shoes can be mend and it can be done at any road side cobbler's shop, then what is the benefit on believing the name of crocs and paying a huge amount of money just on a shoe, life time of any shoe cost rs 200 can also survive for 2 months.
                            O this is my humble request to you to exchange the product as soon as possible and take some responsibility of the damaged product so that in future a customer like me could purchase the product of crocs.

                              I had bought the crocs from flipkart (crocs men sandals) but after 2 to 3 months of light usage i observed the size of the sandas have changed and the sandal size doesn't fit my foot. i have tried crocs customer care almost 15 times but it was always busy.
                              Now flipkart is not ready to take the ownership of the product also.
                              I have been using crocs for long but this is the first time i observed the change in the size of the sandals.

                                This is regarding the online order of crocs women shoes which i ordered on 16july2016 and it was delivered to me on 20july2016.
                                Unfortunately the size was big for my feet. I had contacted their customer care email asking for exchange of the product with a smaller size of the same design.
                                They didn't responded to my email.
                                I also called their customer care number several times (More than 10 times in a day) but none of them were picked up by their operator.

                                  I bought pair of crocs sandle (august2015) and after about 2-3 months its shape was changed and it became very tight and uncomfortable while wearing. only the right footwear is creating problem and the left being normal. and then i went to the store from where i purchased it (inc.5 db mall bhoapl mp) and they said we r helpless and we can't do anything about it. so it's my request to you kindly do the needful.

                                    This is for your kind information that i had a very bad experience with your sales rep, at the cosmos mall siliguri, west bengal. The lady: ms. Chettri is in no way trained to talk to customers, she seems to have no interest in selling the product, and fails to realize the customers she deals with are mostly premium customers. Comos mall, does not have any cros show room (So it seemed), product was being sold in an "open shop", asked the sales rep if there was any place where i could try the slippers, as removing shoes and socks in the middle of the hall was not my thing, to which her reply was more or less: full of sarcasm with a very frustrated tone, saying you have no option. When i complained about the way she was talking to customers, and when i advised her that that was very unprofessional, and she could have given the same reply in a better tone and way, her answer was full of arrogance stating that she had reached that "level" after a lot of experience! Later i however purchased (Which she could have told me in the beginning, instead of lying and telling me that there is no way for me to try the slippers) the slipper after trying it on, in the same shop branch in the same mall : sai balaji creations, rs, 1793 vide sl. No.1598 dt, 17/07/16. I hope you take this customer feed back seriously and warn and train the concerned sales rep (First time experience with such unprofessional person).                                       I purchased a pair of croslite crocband navy blue clogs from jabong and within 2 months the clogs have disfigured and have reduced by atleast 3 sizes. forget fitting an adult it won't even fit a kid now. this was my first purchase from crocs and i m shocked and utterly disappointed with the quality of the clogs. a locally made clog would have lasted longer than these clogs from crocs. this kind of quality can not be expected from a brand like crocs. i need replacement of the clogs.
