I visited the seawoods mall store of crocs. An offer on sandals, 20% off was displayed and 4 styles were shown in the offer poster.
I have purchased a style shown in the poster yet was not given the offer saying it is only on select styles.

This is a clear case of misleading advertisement and fooling customer into believing they have bought the offer product with discount. I raised this to crocs customer care but after continuous follow up they have just replied that select styles is written on the poster.
Crocs is showcasing the best designs in the advertisement but misleading customers in the process.
Kindly look into the matter.

I got this slipper not even 6 months the sole has come out

I bought a new crocs clogs from the flipcart dealer. It was a worth of 3900 something. But its side was damaged itself means it was broked

Extremely low quality product & pasting - metro brands ltd - fun republic mall lucknow

I recently purchased your product through a local retailer (Metro brands ltd - fun republic mall lucknow) and i was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. (Poor sole pasting) i have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that i have come to expect from you.

Quality of product : pasting is very poor, whole sole come out from the base, had a word with store manager they told me that your product is not covered in replacement warranty months.

As i stated previously, i have come to expect much more from your products and, therefore, this has been very upsetting for me.

I do not believe that i am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all i want to have this product replaced with one that works properly.

This is to inform you that I bought crocs footwear price worth @3890 from Ajmal Khan Rd., Karol Bagh outlet.

Whenever I use them unpleasant, annoying and nagging sound comes out of it.

I have drop them at same outlet for repairment. After one week they return the product without any repairment and told me that they cannot do anything on their behalf and they asked me to report this concern at customer care.

Please see through it. And take necessary steps to address my complain(like repairment, replacement).

I have been using crocs swiftwater sandals and I have encountered that back belt has been cut while I was wearing it, such a poor thing I have used it for only 2 months and it’s not worth the price, the company outlets or the shops are not responding for even paid repair and failed to claim the service within warranty and also please do don’t ruin the company name .

This is to inform you that i buy a pair of crocs but within 3 months time sole pasting got removed.

When the salesperson was selling he said it has got 6 months guarantee but when we reached and complained the same in the same showroom they said it is repairable and will be repaired within 4 days but even after 20 days things are unchanged and this is really pathetic service and product both!

I feel i have been cheated by crocs!
Poor product and poor service.

Pathetic is the right word for crocs.

I had purchased a pair of crocs flipflops from AJIO site which started peeling off its outer covering from the very first usage itself. Only 1 side of the pair has the issue and the other side looks fine now.

I believe a brand like crocs would not be making such cheap products and that this could either be a fake product or a defective one. What are the ways of taking this forward other than taking this up with AJIO?

I bought crocs wedges worth rs.3000 on flipkart. I used it for my work place only for
About 2 weeks and the strap broke, although crocs are for daily and rough use.
I purchased it keeping in mind that crocs are worth paying for but, i never had an idea that it would be similar to the ones we get on street with the gluing so poor that it wears off in few days o[censored]se. I have a warranty of 6 months.
I want my problem to be fixed as soon as possible.

I have purchased a crocs modi flip flop from amazon on line on 17th october amounting to rs 2495/- but after wearing about 10 days only a strip has broken. I made complaint to amazon but in their reply they asked me to go to sellers condition and i am not able to get sellers condition. How can i exchange the item please help me. I also purchased a flip flop for my wife also at mg mall gurgaon and they have given the full warranty for 2 years. I think if i would have purchased from the store i might have also the products warranty and it was very easy to get it exchanged. Now i am depending on only on the crocs customer care with having hope that they will solve my genuine issue.. Thanks

I bought two footwears of worth rs. 5500/ (One for 3000 and another for 2500/-) in august end.

With this item the first layer got peeled off before 2 months. I went to crocs mahagun mall and got served by mr. Sonu. He promised to send it to company and look for replacement as 90 days weren't complete.

I didn't get any call regarding the update of my footwear. After several follow ups from my side, they said the replacement is promised but the size 7 is unavailable and i can't get the pair from any other outlet of crocs.

Now it's been more than a month after recieving the complaint slip and today (22nd nov) i got a call (From raj chopra - manager crocs mahagun mall) stating that your footwear can't get exchanged and should be taken back as it is.

Mr. Raj chopra (Manager - employee id up7775) is really a mannerless and rude person. He is completely absent minded and has no etiquette to behave with female or any customer.

Also, during my purchase i needed size 7. It was in their stock but they didn't care to check and said it's unavailable and i should buy from other outlet like g. I. P or dlf mall of india, noida.

I checked myself in the racks and found my size in the same style i wanted. So bought it immediately.

If this is how metro employees behave and work, i think crocs should take an action.

This customer has spent her 3000 grands and waited for a long time now so that she can enjoy wearing crocs everyday and not haunted by employees like raj chopra and sonu.

If no action is taken here within reasonable time, i will be taking an legal action and also going to write about it on social media platforms.

I have recently buyed a crocs ladies open shoe type from nearest mochi store in pattom at trivandrum, kerala.
On the same day i started wearing it to my office, it is really uncomfortable and my foot sore, paining and wound came.
Please give my money back. Since it is too expensive. I lost my money and health.
To public : please don't buy any crocs products.

I had purchased back crocs slipper and pink sandals in 2018. It is very bad experience. As its a renown and expensive brand but now in these days quality of this brand is getting poor day by day.
Black slipper is not comfortable at all. It pinches my feet a lot. I got my foot sore. And the another product got damaged. Its sole got seperated.
Pls look into the matter.

I had purchased a crocs flip flop model last year in the month of july 2017 (Military model). I had paid 3500 rupees for the same. To my surprise it got torn last month. I tried getting it fixed in various outlets in chennai but cudnt get it fixed as it’s one single mould. I belong to chennai, india. I trust crocs brand so much that we as family love wearing it and we often purchase from crocs. Even this month we made 2 purchases. But i m thoroughly disappointed with what happened to my flip flops. Kindly revert back to if it can be fixed.

I brought crocs isabella strappy sandals with buckle closure white colour for rs.3495 from hi lite mall calicut on[protected].
I used the product only twice and its colour turning yellowish here and there. How can such expensive product damage so soon. The product does not worth. I need compensation or replacement of the product. I hope you will find a solution

My name is lakshmi reddy.. Recently i have ordered a shoe from flipkart. The product was delivered to me on 1st oct 2018.

Regret to say that i got severe shoe bite and swelling and not even able to use my other shoes... Its been 15 days and still hurting a lot. I stopped wearing the crocs shoe for 5-6 days (Thinking any shoe will initially give you bites), and used it after 10 days again i got the bites and swelling.

I am worried about the kind of material you guys have used. This is my 1st experience and the it is worst.

Request a immediate revert and solution to this. As i have bought a branded shoe and a local one. Expecting a positive revert at the earliest.

I had purchased crocs lite ride slippers sko-lo rajiv nagar sec 14, gurgaon vide bill no 1011 dated 11/10/2018 for rs.3495 the right side of the slipper has manufacturing defect as it is hurting the inner side of the thumb and the first finger and the back side of the toe automatically goes out of the slipper. I had been wearing crocs slippers for last so many years but for first time i had this kind of experience. This is really a major problem which i think would be in all the slippers of this model. Crocs are known for their comfort but i am really sad to say that your quality has gone very bad and no quality control checking has been done on this model. I need to give them back and want my money back. How to go about this

I bought a pair for my daughter and within 2 months the 2 pc became 4 pc. Road side available unbaranded lasts for atleast 6 months!!!. The worst quality product i have ever used in my life. This product i purchased from mangalore city center crocs brand shop on the first floor. When i went for a replacement they told they need permission to do so and called back after one week. When visited on sunday they told we don"t entertain replacements on sundays and come on monday. When visited on monday they told the size not available come after one week. After one week they are informing not available it will take more time. I asked them for refund. They told they cannot refund. They insist on to buy other by paying difference.
My request to you is just refund me at the earliest. No more interested in crocs

Women footwear bought from crocs site six months ago in March, is detaching from base as shown in pics. This is not as expected from such an expensive brand. It's been only six months. I bought it fresh, just at a discount you offer on first order. Now it is in a condition it will hardly run for 2-3 months more. Is this the life of crocs footwear??
