I have purchased crocs sandals after thinking about it for 2 years as it was very costly to me, one day one of my friend motivated me and said i am using it from many years and you buy it i promise it will last for more than 5 years, you will get bored but it will not break on his words i purchased 2999rs crocs from fun republic mall gomti nagar lucknow in july 2019, to my shock i noticed i cut in sole from
Where we bend toe, i thought it’s my mistake i have rubbed it somewhere but to my shock now i noticed same cut on other leg then i got
To know it’s manufacturer defect.

It’s my hard earned money i am not asking for refund but give me new sandals of same value.

I have purchased slippers from your dt store in gurgaon. I am highly disappointed with the poor quality of the product. This is not for the first time my slippers broke from the centre. Crocs is always know for its comfort and long lasting material but these days the quality of the product has been detorated. I purchased slippers some 3 months back and it has been broken from the corner which can’t be repaired. I think spending 3000 rs on your products has been our last option.

The pics i saw about the product is different to the product I got delivered. So I need a immediate refund of my product . I also need the product to be taken away. So that I can order other product that makes me happy to wear them. Please resolve this complaint as soon as possible.and also make sure that the delivery boy talks properly to the customers and my order I'd is:-[protected] so please resolve this complaint.

I had purchased slipper from your jamshedpur (M/s. Progressive enterprises, hindustan building, main road bistupur, jamshedpur vide bill no. 1083 dated 11.12.2018.

This slipper is used only for in house purpose. One of the strap of slipper has prematurely broken.

Crocs is a reputed brand and we do not expect this kind of quality.

Please advise your agent to replace.

The issue that i have experienced was: its company mistake they have sent me a wrong size as i asked to give me a replacement they denied, now i am asking to refund they are not picking up the products, everyday there is a new story. I am middle class person, neither i get my new product which i was supposed to use nor my money back which is blocked at you people. After that mental stress to return the product, the courier partner is asking me to visit their office and give the product, this is not at all acceptable.

I bought a pair of crocs shoes from mall of india noida on 23/12/2019. While buying the poduct, i was told that i would be given a discount of 250/- when i purchase any other product next time.in lieu i have to register myself first on the message they had sent to me on my phone. They told me 2-3 times to register myself if i have to avail the discount. I opened the link n the feedback link opens where i fill in my feedback (Which i was not aware). After filling the feedback, i get another message wherein i fill in my details, n i get the discount stating its available for only a month. The guy did say the discount is there but for one month was not told. This half information is cheating with a customer. Crocs shoes are expensive n mist of the clientage will not buy an expensive shoe again within the same month. Full information should have been given. I would have never given a good feedback had i known this.

I purchased women slip on the size sent to me was not ok after repeated emails someone came to pick the order for return after 10 days didnt receive any email or msg as to my return was done again after request got an email send your bankdetails which i shared 4 days back am still clueless weather and when will i get the refund

My name is chandra. I made order in https://shopcrocs.in.I received the product from them. The size is not fit, at the time i spoke with customer care people they told me, you can return the product, i asked them, will i self return the product?, they told, you can, we will refund you courier charges also.
On sep. 09. 2019 (Your order #[protected] has been updated with a status of refund in process_courier charges.) received mail from them. I foreword to my bank details nearly five times. They are playing with customer's. They are giving nearly poor service.

Please take necessary action on shopcrocs.in.. And resolve my issue as early as possible..

I had purchased in month of may 2019 within in little span the grip (Bottom) part started cracking. With in the period of 4months. I had seen these cracks. I had purchased from the centro guntur;andhra pradesh;india.

Now it has been almost 8 hours have tried calling their customer care number but till they closed their center was still in queuealso opted for live chat and that too in vain after reading all reviews am so upset as think my 2000 rs all gone in vain if that is the response wen will someone come for return and after return how many months will i have to wait to get the correct size

The crocs lulu which i had brought five month ago. It damage in spite of minimum usage but crocs arr renowned brand and trusted it's quality but it's surprising

When i used my crocs (Swift water wave of slate gray and orange coloured) in rainy weather a particular type of black spots are visible on the top portion (On the slate gray colour). As you are saying these are water resistant, then how about these black spots?

I had purchased a pair of Crocs last yr invoice no 42925 bill dated 18.06.2018 from Crocs khar linking road which I had to get replaced since I had a constant complaint of them slipping away and since it was under warranty the same had be replaced by the store .
But after the exchange the rains had stopped and dint really get a chance to test the Crocs and the usability of the model.

This year in rains I again got them out and started facing the same issue. Infact the worst happened wen I completely slipped and fell flat. I literally have had swelling in my leg and have been visiting Dr after the fall.

After which I called up one of the stores to understand what was the issue where in I was explained tht the roka model has the issue of slipping away.

I as consumer really have a question,

1) how could someone sell a faulty model?

2) Profit being the motive of any business, is it to be earned at the cost of customers ???

I have also researched about the model and how it is slippery and all the reviews related to it

To sum it up, it is very disappointing to know that after knowing abt the issue wid the model, Crocs still sells the product.

I would like to return the shoes and get full refund of the product. Usually I would have just taken another product from Crocs but right now it's more like I am not sure I trust the brand and it's values any more. Since it' sells faulty products even after knowing about the same.

Had they informed me about it last year when I asked for an exchange complaining of slipping away I would have not really appreciated that they genuinely accepted their mistake and would have happily exchanged to another model of Crocs. Infact the khar Crocs personel did not even mention the true reason on the good acknowledgement note and on questioning the same, just told me it was an internal matter and that they will get the exchange done any ways so I din't pay heed to them when they put up a different reason for exchange of shoes. Which clearly shows a reason to deceive and hide the truth In Some form.

Kindly look into the matter and revert at it's earliest. Attaching the bill for your reference

After billing as i checked another slipper. Was told will get replacement in a days time and will get call. Visited store with no call and the staffs were discussing product has yet not come and kept me waiting to finish billing of other clients. I was waiting with 2yrs old toddler and they finally came up with size 24 that's the size. I told them that u had a discussion it's not come and how is this the right one. My child was crying and i left the store with it and walking for 5mins i realised it a size small and my feet is coming out. Such a shame on a brandto hire liars. My legs paining after 20mins of walk. Big liars.

I purchased crocs w 6 sandle with 30% off. But the size i bought is smaller than the size i have at home which is also w 6.
The crocs dealer has refused to exchange while it id manufacturing fault. I’m suffering because of company’s wrong product.
Kindly look into the matter and issue an order to the dealer to exchange with correct size.

Ordered Crocs clogs size 10 online but received Size 11 so returned the product.
Bluedart courier person took the return product on 16th July but the status is not changed in crocs website. Tried contacting customer care many times but no Answer. Also sent messages to customer care but no reply from them as of Now. Its almost 20 days from the date of Order. Pathetic Experience for First time for buying Online.

I purchased 2 items on 13th jan' 2019 from d shoe lounge, sg 31, dlf phase 4, galleria market, gurgaon, the crocs slipper item code as above with little use has become hard and is biting my feet with sores being developed al across, i had gone in for this expensive brand thinking the slippers would be soft and comfortable feet but on the contrary i feel let down, the other item purchased a pair of shoes is fine.

I want the company to take back the slippers and refund the amount i paid. Either it is a issue of quality or spurious products being sold from your outlets,

I have recently buyed a Croslite Clogs with Striped Midsole shoe type from nearest mall store at Lulu Mall, Kochi
i started wearing it to my office, it is really uncomfortable and my foot sore, paining and wound came.

Hi Iam purchased crocs men's gray sneakers in paytm on 7th may 2019 but this shoes colour change on only 40days duration very poor quality of this shoes how can I use this shoes two different colours plz refund my money ore refund one onther shoe pair.shoes was very poor quality just one month only colour change product was refund or money refund to me.
