Purchased crocs from crocs India website .order#[protected]. Was asked to rerun since I had quality issues. Was shipped to crocs warehouse and got a confirmation that it was received at warehouse in Sep 2nd week. Still replacement not done. They are unable to track the shipment in warehouse. No proper response from customer care team....
