I have been trying to get in touch with customer care of shopcrocs for past 3 days regarding my latest order at shopcrocs.in,

I have repeatedly called customer care number provided on the website it always gives the same message saying all the executives are busy!

I must have made at least 10 calls in past 2 days!!!

I have also sent emails to [protected]@shopcrocs.in and i have received no response from the team!

This is the most unprofessional behavior i have ever come across!!

I would appreciate it is some action can be taken against them!

    I purchased a pair of slippers - size 7/9 five months ago in Chennai, From Express Avenue Mall. one of the slippers has shrunk, to at least a size smaller. See attached images. We have been using crocs for some 9 years now, never had we any problem. this is totally bizarre as to how the quality could be so questionable.

    Since the slippers are in good condition, the company should exchange this for the correct pair.

      One of its strap has broken within six months. I went to the shop on 13/2/2015 and complained about it. They said it will be exchanged and you will be informed. I did not receive any message from them.I thought it takes time in such cases. After 10 days i contacted again. They said you don't have the bill that's why it won't be exchanged. I said i have the bill, they asked me the bill no and said we are again sending the message to the company. It passed more than 15 days, i did not receive any phone call from them. I went to the shop again then they said company gives the guarantee for 3 months only that's why it won't be exchanged nor repaired.
      So please punish the company for such poor quality.

        I had placed an order of two pair of shoes some one month ago. Now your people say they have lost the shipment n told me to wait for a new delivery. This was conveyed by an exceptionally sweet female who sounded too convincing. Today when I wrote n enquired stating that I may approach the consumer court...yr people tells me that they could not reach me on my cell. ...a blatant lie! So r people of crocs a damn reputed company bent on harassing customers who r into online shopping for the last decade n into wearing crocs for the last 8 years?? I have all my phone record list of BSNL n myself being a government employee will not tolerate such nonsense in democratic India...Regards .Dr.Chhandashree Bhuyan ( plz refer to your for details of my order)

        UNFRIENDLY RUDE AND ILL MANNERED STAFF . Staff at your store at City Center, Siliguri West Bengal does not know how to talk to a person. Not only being racist he miss behaved too. Dint expect this from such a big brand. Is this how CROCS treats its customers ? its really sad.

          I had ordered a pair of footwear from crocs india. first i got a wrong size, that can be considered as my mistake. that product was picker up again and replaced with a new one.
          This time i get wrong product itself. this was again scheduled for return and i sent it back. Now i have not got the correct product yet.I am unable to track the courier also.The status says the item is delivered but not to me.

            Dear Crocs,

            Emboldened by the quality of my daughter's slippers my wife decided to buy one flips for herself but it gave way with a month.

            Crocs India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            Same thing happened with my crocs slippers, the quality is third class and there is no customer care response for the issues and low quality. Had it been in US or other European country they would have created good quality slippers and addressed the issues.                 I bought croc band_ xflip from mumbai . My son use it for rarely 1 month and its strip is broke. I disappoint very much because my son always use orthoheel brand. We narver face such problems.

                  Order #[protected] I have requested for exchange two weeks ago, and there has been no revert from the customer care. Nobody is bothered for a pick up. Shopcrocs.in says 'Easy Exchange' please change the label. its not at all easy exchange. shoes worth of 3177Rs, its my money so obviously i will be worried. many requests had been sent, but still no action from shopcrocs.in . Feels like exchanging and asking for a pick up is worst thing in crocs.

                    Sir/Madam, I bought 2 pair of Crocs sleeper from your authorized retail shop "D'shoe Lounge at Metropolitan Mall" in the month of April'2015 ( 21/04/2015) in Gurgaon. after the use of 7 month one pair of sleeper strip came out. Today I was contacted Crocs Company Representative in Gurgaon Mr Anil singh and sent him my mother damage sleeper pic. But straight forward he denied to replace that product and told me to send complaint through Customer care. My Friend is orthopadic doctor and he suggested to my father and Mother to bought Crocs Sleepers due to his Ankle pain. We spent Rs 3900 for two pair of Crocs sleepers and after got some problem in one pair, they is no solution. I was planning to buy Crocs product but after saw this type of issue, i have to change my mind and suggest to my friend to stop give suggestion to anybody. This type of company attitude shows that no need to buy this type of expensive product. All these companies service is very poor.                       Purchased crocs from crocs India website .order#[protected]. Was asked to rerun since I had quality issues. Was shipped to crocs warehouse and got a confirmation that it was received at warehouse in Sep 2nd week. Still replacement not done. They are unable to track the shipment in warehouse. No proper response from customer care team.

                          Item ordered online at crocs website, india. order #[protected], on 12th June 2015. Order value Approx Rs. 3000/- The item has not been delivered yet to us. Also, on calling Crocs, they are unable to track the shipment and give us a proper response towards the reason for delay. Finally after chasing them continuously for 10 days, we relented and asked for a refund on 25th June. The reply we get from Crocs is that they will initiate the refund only after the item reaches their warehouse. We havent received the money yet. It has been 3 weeks since ordering and with rains already lashing Mumbai, it has been inconvenient to use other footwear. We had to buy alternate shoes under emergency which cost us lot of money and time from other planned activities. Online ordering should have been a convenient option, but has become a pain for us.

                            Crocs Phoenix Mall (customer Service the worst ever) customer Service the worst ever...No respect. Absolute rudeness. Store Is mess. Was tryibng to buy shoes for my daughter and ask for 60% discount prodcut wwhich was placed in mirror(shoes upto 60% off) . the store CSA as told no 60% stock and speak very rude in fornt of my wife and daughter.and no respect to the customers and most disappointing service ever faced in any retail stores. i am regular customer for buying bying crocs for my daguhter, after this incident i will never buy anything fronm this compnay again for giving worst cutomer service. also i refer my fiends also don't go Phoneix mall crocs showroom. Hate it. Can't even rate it as a store and the store manager is absolute rudenss and no respect.Never again will i purchase from crocs @ Phoenix mall. I already writen my complaing at Phoneix mall customer complaint book(Incident happen on yesterday 25.12.14, Time by around 6 to 6.30 PM you may check your CCTV camera if you have installed in this store, see how they argue with the customer very cheaply). customers are not an annoyance, we are the onces who play her salary.                             I recently purchased your product through a local retailer(Metro brands ltd -fun republic mall lucknow) and I was very upset to find that it did not work as expect. (poor sole pasting) I have been a very loyal customer of your company for a number of years and this is certainly not the quality that I have come to expect from you.

                            Quality of product : pasting is very poor, whole sole come out from the base, had a word with store manager they told me that your product is not covered in replacement warranty months .

                            As I stated previously, I have come to expect much more from your products and, therefore, this has been very upsetting for me.

                            I do not believe that I am asking for much in return for my time and effort, as all I want to have this product replaced with one that works properly.
