I brought a crocs worth rs 2500 from an online service portal before 2 months.
Its gum got of so quikly and the sole is now detached.
Iam not even able to wear and walk with it. Online service portal is not ready to replace it.
I have to replace it some how. I think i was cheated by the company.
They are putting high price tags and providing cheap quality materials. Please help me somehow...

I bought crocs t strap sandals for rs 2500. I have heard about croca being so expensive due to its extreme comfort level, quality and durability. But to my surprise, this 2500 rs sandal did not last me for even 6 months! Very unhappy with crocs. Never buying them or suggesting it to anyone ever. Whats the point paying so much for not at all durable local quality wear. I would get way more durable stuff at half the price or even less

I bought my first pair of crocs swiftwater wave women from lifestyle inorbit mall hyderabad, however i am greatly disappointed. Even though it's the right size the shoes (Closed ones) it keeps biting. I have hardly worn them 2 times for very short duration and they are just lying and i don't wear it with the fear of bad shoe bites. I would like to exchange this product with another crocs product which i can atleast use. Please advice what needs to be done.

I hope that you will be revert my complaint vi am complaining about my foot wear which i purchased this in pacific mall subhash nagar when i purchase this it's lower surface will very good but now it's totally slipper scuff it's gonna be bow very slippery i purchase this in the month of july and now is november it's very bad experience from crocs am very disappointing with this brand. While i was driving for 6 hours my crocs swift water wave got cut without any mazor impact. I realized it when i reached my destination that just 2 months old crocs which were perfect brfore i started my journey, now got teared. I gave it to the store and they returned it after a week stating that it can not be rrplaced. I also dropped an email to crocs customer care but did not get any response even after a month. This is my 3rd pair of crocs and i know how to take care of them but really a pathetic after sales service by crocs.

I have brought crocs 2days ago after using gum is present in crocs is started to coming out and i have been contacted with the company customer care service they are not responding properly.. So please make an immediate action about my issue... It was an humble request from my side

I bought my first pair of crocs after great reviews from family and friends and must say have been greatly dissapointed... Even though it's the right size the shoes (Closed ones) keep biting... One was bought 2 years back worth 2, 200 but the strap came out within one year o[censored]se
Another one was bought 1 year back worth 1, 500 and again its strap broke.

I bought two pair of crocs for my son and the size was too big so i had to return. This was a cash order. The customer service agreed to refund and asked for bank details. We missed sending the account number and no one ever asked for it, they just responded that they have received the details and that the amount will be refunded.
The wait time when you call crocs is extraordinarily high. Either they do not have customer support available, or the customer support is just having a gala time not and refusing to attend to customer calls. Today (Sep11) i was on hold trying to connect to a rep for full 30 mins (I m not exaggerating at all) and no one answered, finally i had to hang up without talking to anyone.

Crocs your customer support sucks. I hope u work towards fixing it.

I have purchased my kids crocs from jabong and i got its delivery on 28 july 2017 and its been almost a month only that my product is damaged please replace it as soon as possible my kid also is getting very problem in wearing that broken crocs as he doesnt like to wear any other slippers except crocs and that to original one i want you take my request seriously and take some action against it

This is really unfortunate and is really difficult to get the straps .

Refer my last week complaint. Ur reply received me that within 24 hrs we will resolve your issue. But after 6 days over no reply received yet. I am attaching the photos of my slippers. You can verify the sole of chappals which is sparingly used. What is the benefit on believing the name of crocs and pay a huge amount of money ie rs.4000/- just on two pairs of chappals. I am 60 years old, and a physically handicapped and a working woman. Our money is received by hard working. So this is my humble request to you to exchange the product as soon as possible and take some precautionary measure in future a customer like me could purchase the product of crocs. I have purchase thro on line. When contacted they are saying pl contact the brand owner. So i am complaining you directly. Pl. Resolve my issue at the earliest. Pl reply me. Bought a pair of crocband clogs about 15 days back. I ised them for a day or two. The fit was smaller than usual. I have been using the crpcband model for 2 years now and the same size fits me perfectly. The shoe was smaller than usual. I asked for a replacement under size issue and was sent photos of my crocs saying the tag was removed and they are used. Given that this is a manufacturing defect it should be refunded without any complaints. Need assistance.

I had brought a crocs ladies slipon shoe from indiranagar 100ft road on 11/1/2017, as it was 3000/- i and my husband had asked them ab out the gaurantee they said 3 months and anything happens we will do the service here. The shoe got cut in the month of april last week, and i had to travel to kerela for the summer vacation and had no time to visit the showroom to give it to then. As i came back i went to the showroom and gave the shoe to them on 4/6/2017, they told me they will send the same to the company and get it repaired and call me when it is done. They did not call me so i went to the showroom after a week so they said it is not done, and they will call me when it is ready, i waited for a month they did not call me, i personally went today and asked, they gave me back my shoe and said it cannot be done. I personally feel the shoe has not reached the company nor they have tried to do anything, because the shoe is in the same condition as i gave it. It was kept in the showroom and returned to me, this is how you people cheat the customer. I am very sorry to tell this.

I purchased an expensive crocs flats online, from myntra.com.

I have worn it thrice so far, i got blisters every-time. The back support of the flats is high and stiff, though the flats are very well my size, they hurt badly. I am supporting it with a picture attached.

This reflects very bad on crocs products. After buying expensive stuff, customer realizes that the product has not been tested well and hurts just like any cheap local products. I wear all good brands like clarks, carlton london etc but i have never had such an experience. I request for a review of this product and a suitable exchange/refund be made.

I had purchased a pair of slipper for my wife from shopcrocs.in. The size of the same was larger so I returned the same to the company. It was shipped back to the company by the courier personnel of company choice (shopcrocs had sent the courier person). Now the shopcrocs is saying that they haven't received the pair even after a 7-10 days and are not even replying to my mails. I want my money back.

I purchased crocs floater 1 year back. Product was good and satisfactory. But in these floaters were kept in sunlight. Due to sunlight heat the floater got shrink. Now I am unable to wear it since size has shrunk. Pls advise what to do. These were costly floaters beyond my budget and now i am unable to use it. I think there is some problem in raw material which cannot sustain sunlight heat. I would request you to exchange with new floater
