I purchased Hitachi led 55 inch TV on 19th may 2018 Saturday, I got the delivery next day i.e20th may .
The installation engineer visited my location today, when he opened the box there was no back panel behind the TV, also many wires where hanging around(PFA, images for the same)
I tried to call customer care, somehow I was able to connect with customer care after multiple calls, they logged a service request and told me to wait for 24 hrs.
This is not the service which we expect from croma, as I am the regular customer and buying many electronic things from croma, this was the pathetic service from croma.
As I am modifying my wardrobe, I have to pay daily wages to the workers. Due to this incident my work will be delayed by 2 or more days, for which I have to pay my workers unnecessarily.
This time I am not happy with the service, I personally came n requested in croma store by skipping my office.
It was a waste of time and money for me
