Purchased the above model with counter price of 2999/-. I proceed for the product which was against earlier bought bluetooth speaker muveacoustics which didn't performed on usage. The product was exchanged within 2 hrs of purchase. However on sale i was charged rs 3498/= charging on site warranty on the product which was as good as mrp of the product. I never asked for onsite warranty. This charges was imposed on me which is wrong. You are therefore requested to refund the additional charges levied on me. Thank you in anticipation of due refund to me.

    Subject - Complaint no. BOF250418EW00054 not yet resolved

    With reference to the above subject, I would like to inform you that it has been almost 15 days that we have lodged our complaint but till date it has not been resolved. Unfortunately from last 4 days your customer care team has been promising me that with 24 hrs it will be resolved. If a customer buys a product from a store like Croma his expectation is that he will get the best service but unfortunately I am highly disappointed and have to think atleast twice before buying any product from Croma. If during summer season we have to wait for more than 15 days for service then what is the use of buying a air conditioner. Hope that the complaint will get resolved by tomorrow.

      I am swarn kamal and my contact no is [protected].There was Cooling issue in my croma Split AC so I contacted Croma Customer care on 22nd April 2018 and executive told me that your issue will be sort out withing 72 hours but i did not get any call from Croma in next 13 days.So on 5th May again i called on Croma customer care and i briefed everything then again they provided me Complaint no DEL0550518FS00233.
      I got call from croma service centre on 5th may and they sent a technician on 6th may.After inspection technician told me there is no gas so there is need of refill the gas.I asked why gas got empty then technician told me that there is minor leakage somewhere so gas got empty.Then i told okay please complete and sort out the the leakage issue first then you Refill the gas otherwise again i will have to Refill the gas.Then technician told this minor leakage issue can not be removed and it will remain.He told the Gas i will refill will work out for this season and again in next season you will have to refill the Gas.Technician told next day again i will come and will refill the gas.
      Please let me know what kind of service it is.Means every year i will Refill the gas.it is very pathetic.
      So again i called to croma customer care and explained everything to him then customer care executive told me that you do not worry sir.This time i will send you the Proper Engineer and definitely he will sort out your issue.He told me that will get call withing 2 hour.
      50 hours passed but i did not receive any call from Croma service centre. How pathetic your service is.So this is kind of service croma is providing to its customer.All this incident is making me feel i did a big mistake by buying a product from Croma.
      i am very annoyed with this kind of service.If this not sorted out shorty then i will file a complaint to consumer forum.

        I was very much disappointed when i went today may 5th to exchange / return an electric kettle which was purchased on may 1st - i was denied an exchange, i even asked for a credit note. Pls note item was undamaged, unused and in saleable condition.
        Appreciate if you could revert at the soonest
        It was purchased at croma aundh store on may 1st as indicated above. When i returned home with the appliance i was informed i already had one home so we changed our mind and proceeded for an exchange.
        Therefore i visited store today at noon may 5th and approached customer care - i was informed it can't be exchanged. Request you to look into this and let me know at the soonest

        We have purchased 1.5 tonne voltas AC from croma..and is not cooling at all from first day.

        We have made several complaints in voltas and in croma but not receivng any resolution.

        We want croma to either replace our product or refund our money. Such tata brands delivering defective products to the customers is highly disgusting..

        Purchase an electric kettle on May 1st and due to change of the mind went to return today or May 5that 12 noon Kettle was unused, undamaged and saleable condition but it was denied for an exchange. I even ask for a credit note.The conversation at Aundh pune store was not at all pleasant.Please look into this and revert ASAP

          Dear Team,

          Your technician visited home today. He waited for 15 min, after he leftthe cooler startee leaking

          We called him to inform, he said he has gone far and would come in eve.

          We called him again, now he denied saying, I won’t come, you lodge a complaint again and we would attend it tomorrow or day after tomorrow.

          Such disgusting services and liar technicians have filled with you.

          I really feel mistaken for choosing Croma over Reliance digital. Reliance digital has fantastic customer care service.

              I had visited croma showroom at infinity 2 mall, malad on 18th april 2018 as i wanted to buy tv for our home on auspicious occasion of akhaytritya. We were looking out for models in tv and 1 sales person name deepak assisted us. We selected 1 tv model dled worth rs. 12990/. Sales person deepak was purposely deviating us for other models and confusing us for no reason. After spending 1 hour we still sticked to the dled croma tv of 12990/- and asked person to be quick in payments as we had to catch train. Later by talking something to his manager he came back after 15 mins daying it will get delivered in 7 days.. Again he went back to some manager and said tv will get delivered in 10 days. We were still ok with the date. Again there was some confusion in sales person head he wasted more 10 mins and as we were getting late we insisted for payment procedure. While at cash counter sales person took our details, address and said that tv price have changed now for 14990/-. We got shocked as after spending 1.30 mins with same sales person how he can change his statement. We asked him to cal his manager. His manager (Vinita raman) was not ready to meet customer. (I believe croma managers are too busy to solve customer queries). Again waiting for more 20 mins another manager came (Altamash khan) and said this pricing ups and downs happens in system. I was shocked how can such a big brand say that pricing issue happens so casually. I have not come to any local brand, and pricing diffrence was not 100/- 200/- bucks it was 2000/-. When you display price in front of tv and sales person is describing about its features and price, while paying time how can anyone say price have increased for 2000/-. Ulimately, manager (Altamash khan) managed to give us in original price what was actually displayed. This is disgusting and shameful act which we have faced in croma. I will definitely make sure i will thing twice before purchasing from such brand. Croma you have definitely lost your customer. I would request plz take strict action against this staff.

                I have made request for servicing for 2 croma window air conditioners (One in service period and second as paid service) on 08.04.18 and regularly asking for the same but a single reply engineer will come today but no one come.

                I have no alternate to do the same job thru available sources in market and paid the money.

                But till today no response from croma.

                This is not good customer service by tata group.

                  To whomsoever it may concern,
                  I have bought a faulty sony power bank from croma bhandup west mumbai and am not getting a refund in cash as per their policy,
                  When tested in presence of croma customer service desk in croma bhandup west mumbai the product proved faulty by me due to it not complying with its features like "through charge" and capacity of 10000mah which should have charged a 2000mah battery atleast once fully. Then croma sent the product to the service centre, croma says its not faulty even though it doesnt perform the "through charge" feature. They said incase of it being faulty they will provide a voucher from croma of the amount which means i have to buy from their limited choice of products and defies their policy of refund in orignal mode of payment which was me paying cash. The power bank is 10000mah (About 6000mah in real) which means it should charge a 2000mah battery at least 2 times but it doesnt even charge my phone or any phone of 2000mah battery even once fully. The power bank is currently with them and i'm awaiting status and refund with me having done the return of faulty product. I bought the product on 22nd and informed them on 25th within 4 days and they told to return it at the store which i did.
                  Kindly provide reply and resolution asap.

                      I am a super dissatisfied and angry chroma ac customer. We have 1 window and one split ac which are just 3 year old (Bought by my brother jayant sanyal) but now i want to throw both of them outside my house!!

                      1. March 5, 2018 service id del050318fs00175 was generated for both the acs. This was only a servicing request at the beginning of the season.

                      2. 3days later technicians came without calling. My mother is a senior citizen and is unwell and was alone at home and so requested them to come later. The techs spoke to my brother jayant sanyal and assured them that they would come back on the upcoming saturday.

                      3. The techs were karamjit and arvind from shivoham electronics tilak nagar

                      4. They forgot to come again. After several reminders they came on march 30 and serviced both the acs and charged rs.1, 550.00.

                      5. After they left we noticed that a big water leakage had started from the split ac and the window ac was not proving any cooling despite their filling up the gas.

                      6. Jayant sanyal again called customer service and after many reminders, a tech came to inspect the split ac on april 19.

                      7. This tech, rahul, was from deepak aircon, dwarka. He opened the ac to find that the drain pipe and tray were damaged and needed to be replaced. He told us that this should have been pointed out by the techs who serviced this earlier.

                      8. Rahul took photos of the defect and assured us that he will generate a report. He wanted us to generate a new service id and get that id routed to their service center.

                      9. On april 19, the same day, we called customer care to generate a new one del 190418ew00026.
                      We asked cus care to route it to deepak aircon dwarka servc center

                      10. On april 23rd, we came to know that the service id was sent to shivoham and not to dwarka. Deepak aircon

                      11. On april 23rd, we again called customer care to generate a new id del230418ew00100 and specifically asked cus care to route both the ids to deepak aircon dwarka.

                      12. On april 25, a tech (Mukesh) from deepak aircon service center came and said that still only one id (Ending in 026) had been routed to them

                      13. Mukesh checked both acs to find that window ac was showing severe gas leakage issues and will require total replacement of parts.
                      He also said that this should have been pointed out by the techs who serviced this earlier who had plainly ignored it.

                      14. Mukesh fixed the leakage in the split ac. But just after he left, cooling stopped. So, after checking the ac for 15mts, at around 2pm, we again called deepak aircon service center and informed rakesh sharna

                          We had purchased a croma brand refrigerator with extended warranty the sales person persuaded us that we will take care and always take care of your needs and service timely if any problem occurs
                          Since jan 2018 the product isn’t working so raised a complaint after persistent follow up my complaint was attended after a long wait they said we will repair the compressor and february it was repaired again in march the same issue the refrigerator stopped working again
                          In april a technical person came to visit said within 2-3 working days will fix the compressor but now he doesn’t answer our calls and nothing has been done
                          Haven taken extended warranty service is not rendered how awful is that on your company
                          Stop lying to people and sell brands which you can’t give service for

                          I have spoken to their customer care team Some lady Vijayshree first she said your complaint will be attended soon then when I persisted I wanted name of the senior Management she again put me on hold and said 23/04/18 before 2 PM technical person will come with the required part and repair.
                          She even confirmed my complaint was raised 1st in Month of February 2018
                          I just got off the phone with the technical person who had visited my house to check what the complaint was for and he also had assured me repair in 2-3 working days. Today he says I do not know the status of the part that was supposed to be replaced his contact no. [protected]. Come on Croma you can do better with excuses
                          Your just wasting my extended warranty time and then put your hands up and say your out of warranty period.

                            Croma has horrible customer care helpline number. I am trying to call since 2 days. They just say we will transfer your call. But no one picks up on other end.
                            Plus even after visiting store i get a damaged product then i better buy from amazon.
                            Plus after arrival it was damaged so i told delivery boy he said man will come from company and you talk with him. So in utter confusing i called custome care service but no response. No one picks up. Bsnl or sbi have better service helpline.
                            I use to vouch for their products. But i am highly disappointed this time.

Customer service manager (mr Sandeep) dont know how to speak with Customer, he even dont want to hear infact used irritating communication with me. If I would know that these types of employees croma have hired, i definately wont purchase your Ac...You peoples may be good in sales but your customer support is worst in customer Behavior.

                            I have purchased 4 Ac's from pacific mall Sahibabad... Its very very sad, Mr Sandeep badly destroyed my excitement of new croma ac... I will never recommend croma ac to any one...

                              Right from the time the installation guy was there at my place till date i've always regretted my decision to buy this 1 tonne window ac from croma. Here's a list of my misery :
                              1. Croma installation guy visits my place in april 2018 and goes back without doing a thing as he says the wooden work is out of his scope of work even if we pay him extra for that. So, since he was useless in this regard, we had to hire someone else to do that for
                              Us.
                              2. On his second visit, he starts to do the work, breaks the wall surrounding the wooden frame into pieces, installs the ac and then goes away. After using it for a few days, we realize that when the ac is on for more than an hour or so, it starts leaking water right
                              On our bed. To make matters worse, we also realized that the remote is damn slow in sending signals to the remote sensor on the ac.
                              E. G. When you press a button on the ac remote, it responds after a couple of seconds or so which is something i've seen for the first time in my life and is damn irritating.
                              3. So, now we call up another croma technician, who's kind enough to accept that it was the installation guy's mistake as he hadn't levelled it well enough which was the reason for the water leakage. He rectified that and went away after which the ac worked alright.
                              4. I log a request for servicing on the 7th of apr. Through croma customer care no. ([protected]). I got a call from croma representative on the 10th of apr. Which i feel is way too slow when the request was logged on the 7th. Anyways, we agreed to get the
                              Service done the next day and fixed the time for 12 pm. The next day, i get a call from the guy who was supposed to visit my place at around 10:45 am. I told him that the time for the visit nwas 12 pm. So, please visit my place at 12 pm as i was at my office and my
                              Wife was not available at home at that time. The guy told me that he was busy and had other service requests to cater, so he wouldn't be able to visit my place at 12 pm and if he gets time in the evening then he'll try and accomodate that. This is totally unprofessional. When the time was fixed at 12 pm, is it supposed to be the customer's fault that he's trying to visit the customer's place at 10:45 am?
                              After he was probably given a scolding by his manager and he did visit my place sometime in the afternoon. Once he did visit, he called me up and said that he'll only do the dry servicing as that is only covered as a part of my warranty. By dry servicing he said, he'll simply clean the filter that you take out after taking the cover. Do you only have dry servicing covered in the initial 1 year warranty? What's the point of having a servicing guy there for that. The customer doesn't even need someone for
                              That. To make matters worse, what i've just realized is that he has broken the clips that get fitted onto the ac body from the cover that you use for taking out the cover/fitting in the cover into the ac. I'm extremely upset with your service and your service guys
                              Especially. Right from the installation till this date, your guys seem to be lacking knowledge and expertise which really should be the basics in your field. I'm really unhappy with croma as the product as well as service that you guys provide is nothing short of poor and i would never recommend anyone to buy any electronics equipment from croma with the kind of torrid time you guys have given me. If you guys have any sense of shame left in you then get the free service (Not the dry one but a proper one) as well as the damage done to my ac rectified at the earliest.

                                Not got any solution yet from Croma side.

                                Croma technician called me on Saturday 21/04/2018 and he was asking for visit charges for visit to my home for LED pickup.

                                At that time immediate i update the same thing to customer care team but still not got any update from their side.

                                Avery time they told we escalate your complaint to upper management.

                                But i don't know what are they doing since 16 April 2018. As i understand with their interaction they just fool the customer.

                                  I have purchased the above super general ac in the month of january, 2018. Now, first time, i have tried to open the ac on 16.04.2018 due to increase in temperature, but it did not start cooling. I have made a complaint on 17.04.2018 at 9.00 am and the engineer visited at my place on 18.04.2018 and stated that there is no gas in the ac and another engineer will visit. On 18.04.2018 i have visited their showroom at raddison blue, dwarka, new delhi and met mr. Daksh sharma and briefed him about the case. He assured me that the engineer will visit my place on 19.04.2018. On 19.04.2018 engineer visited our place at around 5.45 pm he checked up the ac and till 8.30 pm. He could not trace the problem and nothing has been done till now. I am sure that you have installed a faulty ac at my place for that i request you to kindly arrange to replace the same with the new ac at the earliest.

                                    This is the worst nightmare of my life. I placed an order for iPad 2018 edition through Croma mobile app and paid online an lumpsome amount of 28000. After that there has been no trace of order ID nor invoice. When we call customer care they tell within 4hrs you’ll be receiving, but invain. The customer care is irresponsive and irresponsible to the core. I had to wait 15 mins on line to contact an executive who even doesn’t know how to address or solve the problem. These people are a total fraud. Some insider might have flunked with the amount. This is my 1st order with Croma and probably the last one. Inspite providing the transaction reference ID there has been no response. What do I do now??

                                      I have purchased 3 Split ACs from CROMA Stores, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad during last year April, 2017. At the time of commissioning. it was noticed by the commission engineer that there was no GAS in one 1.5 T Split AC. Someone came and filled the GAS. These were under operation for few weeks and later these were switched off due to change of weather.
                                      This year, before switching ON, I requested to CROMA Customer care that "Please get service my all 3 ACs since summer has started during Last week of March 2018. After couple of days, the team of 3 persons came to my house on April 04, 2018 and did the service but they found that in one 1.5T AC, GAS was not there. It was the same AC which was having same problem during installation & commissioning. They confirmed us that our person will come to fill the GAS within 24 hours. It was more than 10 days, nobody turned up. Finally, I visited CROM Stores at RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad on April 14, 2018 and shared my problem with store manager who put me with Mr.Devesh Rana and confirmed that within 48 hours your problem will be sorted out. Finally one Engineer namely Sanjay came to my place and started to find out the problem. After investing for 3 hours, he could finally found that there is leakage in Condenser of Outdoor unit. He also confirmed that at the time of installation, the technicians used second hand Copper pipes for connection which are having brazing at 2 points. He gave his report ( scan copy attached) and advised to discuss with Service manager and ask him to replace complete unit because it seems that it was defective unit and it is under Warrantee. According, I approached to Mr. Sandeep who is NCR Head as he conveyed but it was height of situation when he talked so rudely on mobile and said " We are not going to replace this unit rather we can repair it only". I said " Sir ! it is under warrantee, hence it should be replaced. It was really shocking for me, when he said" It is not under warrantee since it's warrantee expired on April 11, 2018".

                                      Just see, I have lodged my request during March end and Engineers visited on April 04, 2018 and conveyed GAS issue but Mr. Sandeep is claiming that warrantee expired on April 11, 2018. It is just like cheating and threatening to the customer.

                                      In view of above, I would like to request you to please look in to the matter and get replaced my AC within 24 hours of this complaint otherwise I shall left with no option but to proceed legally with Consumer court and Govt. grievance cell.

                                      I am really shocked that why I have purchased so many products from CROMA.

                                      I am keeping the copy of this complaint in record for onward proceedings if require.
