I have purchased Whirlpool washing machine on 30th June 2018 from CROMA store located at College road Nashik
Delivery boy didnt delivered universal Stand. He took back stand stating its faulty and he didnt yet contacted me till now. I am continuously doing follow up with CROMA Helpdesk but I am not receiving proper response.
This is not TATA culture.
Please deliver my items as per invoice Today itself, as already its been delayed

I have purchased whirlpool washing machine on 30th June 2018. Machine is delivered on 10th July but the universal stand is not yet delivered. Delivery boy said stand is faulty and he took back the stand stating you will get new stand.
Till now I didnt get the stand. I am continuously doing follow up for the stand but I am not getting proper response.

Machine is delivered but the stand for Machine which I have purchased is not yet been delivered. Delivery boy took back stand stating its faulty and replacement stand not been yet delivered. I have raised complaint many times, continuously doing follow up for the expected delivery date and time. But not proper update I am getting. I am asking store contact details but team is not helping me with the details. Please deliver the stand today as its already been delayed. Is there any escalation matrix available? or I will get compensation for the delay and inconvenience caused to me due to your delivery fault?

    I had purchased a washing machine from bandra branch & gifted the same to my house servant, the invoice is in name of jaya anil kadam, however from he day of the company person giving doing the installation & demo the machine was faulty and did not operate, thereafter the company sent many technicians several times to check the machine but the machine did not work.

    My complaint number being bof190618fs00777, i had followed up with the bandra branch several times but the managers there could not resolve my problem.

    On 01.07.18 my servant delivered the faulty machine at the bandra branch.

    I demand a complete refund immediately failing to which i shall log a complaint with the consumer department for forcing to accept a faulty product and mental harassment

    Kindly contact me urgently and initiate the refund immediately

    I purchased LED (croma) TV from croma LB nagar, Hyderabad on 07/07/2018.
    I was promised installation within 24 hrs. Till now I am not informed when will be installation done. I called customer care number several times, however no installation person has yet called or there are any signs of happening the same.

      Dear
      I am very sad that my croma led tv again and again creates problem some time sound is increase and some time decrease. But after few days some technician repaired. After repair the display show only line again technician said it will replace not repair. Its hurting by croma service and not resolved approx 7days. When i called custmer care daily they are also said that we will reach tomorrow but not appear how to believe that please help me or what to do next step.

        so, I want them my money back. they said we return ur money and gave me a void sale of receipt...and they told me that ur money will be back in 1 week...

          I purchased lg v30+ mobile from croma showroom, citywalk mall, new delhi.
          Its performance is worst than the worst
          Battery drains too quick.
          Gets heated too much
          Camera quality is not same as they had shown in the sample moblie in showroom
          For this i called lg customer care.. They told me to go nearest service center which was 180 km away from my city
          But such a hot summer i went there and they dont provide me any sollution
          Even they were not ready to accept my complain
          I am having suspect either the showroom had provided me fake product or my phone had something fault
          The sample from which they had given me demo in the showroom was good, but mine is worst than worst
          It cost rupees44990

          Purchased AC from Chroma store on 22nd June no one turned up gor installation for a week despite follow up. Today when the person came he asked for uninstall charges. This is pathetic service.

            I purchased an hp deskjet printer on 17th june. The wrong model was delivered to me on 18th. The same was returned. Yet again a wrong model was delivered to me on 19th was returned. Since then i am waiting for the correct model to be delivered to me. Every time i call up the customer care they give me false dates and confirmation the same will be delivered. I am extremely unhappy with the service of the store. Henceforth will never make any purchases from croma.

                I have a gift card of rs.2000 and now as per croma customer care it's total waste because it expired and i can not redeem that balance anywhere. I know that croma can add rs.500 and activate card which they did earlier but customer care is not ready to help. It's not a less amount and definitely not charity. I am ready to recharge more or i should atleast get refund of 2000.

                    I complaint twice for the same thing, I purchase my TV from croma on 24/6/2017, there is a patch thing on my TV and the volume is always displayed on screen, when we low the volume of the TV, its automatically came on 100, please resolve my problem ASAP, whe your executive came he only change my cable and he did nothing.                       I bought one Croma make 1 Ton AC split AC from sector 29 Gurgaon on 9th June 2018.
                      It was delivered on 10th June 2018 to my residence.
                      I got a call asking me to inform what time the installation team should visit on 11June(Today). I told them any time around 11AM.
                      Since morning we have been waiting for installation guy.
                      No phone call no news despite complaining twice on phone [protected].
                      Please inform when to expect installation team/Guy.

                        We online purchased philips sp8000b from croma. They delivered in 3 days. But after plugin the speakers they didn't work. We called croma regarding this issue but everytime they told us technical guy will call us soon.
                        They also send the guy from philips
                        Service centre but that person also told us that this piece is defective. We asked croma to replace this product or refund our money back (As the product is defective) they are not giving us the satisfactory answer

                          I have bought a whirlpool refrigerator from chroma (Vikrampuri kharkhana, hyderabad) last year and had a warranty of 1 year (Ie. Till 02 jun 2018) and extended warranty of 2 years.
                          I had lodged a complaint for the above said refregerator on 31 may 2017 to your customer care and have been continously calling the customer care for the status, but every time they said the have lodged a complaint request to whirlpool and technician will reach you within 3 working days. On 05 jun 2017 i got the complaint number registered from chroma to whirlpool. On calling customer care whirlpool they said the complaint had been closed because they were not able to contact the customer contact number provided by chroma and they have informed about this to chroma customer care (The croma customer care nevertold this to me) and have reopened the complaint, on 06 jun the technician came and said that the warranty has been expired and i have to pay for repair, i called chroma care and told them about the situation, they told that their senior technician have dealing with the whirlpool technician and will get in done, till 07 jun 2018 no technician came and the i again called the customer care and told to lodge a complaint for the refrigerator to be repaired atleast in extended warranty period but still (Ie. 10 jun 2018) i have not got my refrigerator repaired. This is very pathetic service experience with croma products and even want to file a complaint in consumer disputes redressal forum for cheating (While the complaint was closed by the whirlpool customer care and this was reported to croma care but the croma never told this to me instead they told the technician from whirlpool will arrive) you are requested to please forward the detials of progress (Comlpaint number of croma care, whirlpool with date which i have given from 31 may 2018) or if you want me to file rti to get these details please do me know...

                            I bought two ac’s from #tata #croma ambience gurugram

                            On 6th may 2018 purchase made

                            First complaint : 7th may 2018, 10th may as display was missing when installation team came we reported the matter to customer care. Inspite there being an issue and installation not complete the guys wanted us to sign the installation sheet. I believe you guys have got lousy third party installation guys.

                            13th may again complaint

                            21st may water complaint

                            23 may water complaint and close

                            2nd june water complaint

                            4th june water complaint

                            6th june abdul rahim customer care executive again says he will arrange a visit. I mean are you guys siting in head office have made #tata a government run enterprises because i am sure tata is paying money to these third party for visit’s and yet the problem is not being solved.

                            Ravi floor supervisor has promised a resolution today itself.

                            Its bloody one month and 8 time’s i have already called. I am not sure if i want this product i request you to remove this and refund my money or else i will have to use consumer court.

                            I am compelled with your appalling services hence i have no choice to to post it on social media.

                              I have purchased a Microwave Oven from Croma Koramangala (SAMSUNG 28 LITERS MC28H5145VK/TL CONVECTION MICROWAVE (BLACK)) Bangalore on 03.06.2018 and it got delivered on 04.06.2018. The box was sealed and hence we did not bother to check anything. But when the delivery guys left, i took the microwave out and could see there were no accessories provided along with it such as Wire rack/ Crustly Plate/ Multi Spit and Quick Guide Label.

                              I have been trying to reach customer service ever since then but every single i was responded saying "they will call you" but i eventually i got only one call mentioning we need to check if that has to be provided or not hence attaching an image of the same microwave with accessory list from Croma website only. Hope the accessories will be delivered by today.

                                I purchased a croma split ac 1.5 ton from croma, rajouri garden, new delhi on 12th may 2018 and scheduled its delivery on 21st may and installation on 22nd may 2018. Accordingly, it was delivered and installed as per the dates.

                                However, on opening the box the ac remote was found to be broken and an immediate complaint was registered online, i. E. On 22nd may 2018. I got no revert from them. Next day morning i. E. On 23rd may, i called there customer care to enquire, so they told me the issue was under process and further they 'escalated' the issue to give me prioritized service.

                                2 days passed an still no response from there side. So, i went to croma store on 25th may to meet them and ask about the issue in person. The lady at the service centre of croma, rajouri garden informed me after duly checking her records, that the issue was already escalated and that they could not provide me the remote by hand there only because they didn't have stock at the store. Further, she promised to that she would call me and inform about the status of my complaint and when can i expect the new remote. As expected i didn't receive the call.

                                Next day, i. E. On 26th may again i had to take a visit at croma, rajouri garden (Which i started to hate eventually). The lady apologized for her mistake and gave me contact no. Of mr. Shamim, who was the service manager of the store and asked me to contact him directly. I called him and he said i would receive the remote at my residence on 31st may and on same day the person, who will come to deliver the remote would give me ac demo as well. As expected on 31st may as well no one turned up at my place.

                                Therefore, on 31st may as well i made my 3rd visit there. This time too staff seemed to be quite casual in there approach. However, they told me that i would receive the remote the next day, i. E. On 1st june. Obviously, i didn't receive it that day also.

                                Poorest service and some 3rd grade staff and managers.

                                Yes, still i haven't received the ac remote.

                                  I moved to noida on on 27th may and on same day i went to croma, gip noida and purchased a split ac as the heat was just too much and kids were struggling to rest, leave alone sleep.

                                  They said that it is not in warehouse and delivery will happen on 28th may, installation by 29th (As that is the sop). Now my wife and i have been calling them for last 4 days, and installation hasn't happened yet.

                                  Only reason given is - we had wrong address for installation. I bought a window ac around 7 years ago from croma and that was the same address being used. This is the lamest reasons of all - how come ac was delivered to my address next morning, if the address was wrong.

                                  I spoke to sachin chaudhary, ass. Deptt manager, he said that ac will be installed by eod 1st june or 2nd june morning, anyhow. Its already 4pm and no call has come.

                                  I want to return this product and want a full payment back, with mental and physical trouble caused to me because of their fault upto rs. 10, 000.

                                    We have brought a croma ac last year and have two year extended warranty. We have been continuously chasing your customer care from the last 15 days for ac service but no proper response have been received. Every time they said our technician will reach tomorrow and issue new complaint no. This is very pathetic service experience with croma product and we will definitely not suggest anyone for buying croma products.

                                      So the worst decision one can make is to purchase a croma led tv..in just 2years (Average usage) the entire back light panel is gone.. And the tv screen is completely blank when switched on.
                                      We have been following up on the issue since more than a month now, since the tv is on extended warranty period.. We were told we may either get a replacement or a credit note of the tv value. This was told to us almost 2 weeks ago and till now we are still waiting! Inspite of several calls and visiting the store
                                      Would really appreciate the final decision from croma!!!
                                      Ps: please do not purchase any in-house croma product as the quality is average and their after service is pathetic

                                        It is extremely disappointing when a company like tata croma gives such poor service to its customers.
                                        I purchased croma powerbank from croma retail store - phoenix mall on[protected]. On 17th may 2018, the device blasted. The electricity was not on and it blasted on its own.in the process my clothes got burnt, i got minor burn injuries but left me traumatized mentally. I was just saved by god’s grace. Now when i contacted croma consumer support, first they didn’t care to reply and after my continuous messages they checked the details and this was the given solution - mam you can buy anything of 550rs from our nearest store. I mean this is your solution??? This is how you deal with such kind of problems. The device doesn’t work is fine but device gets blasted is something to worry about. And now their last response was - we are sorry about it mam but we can’t do anything about it. Seriously??? This attitude... And that too under the name of honourable mr ratan tata. Please stay away from these kind of devices people. We never know what when our life comes at stake. 😒😒😒
