I have purchased 3 Split ACs from CROMA Stores, RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad during last year April, 2017. At the time of commissioning. it was noticed by the commission engineer that there was no GAS in one 1.5 T Split AC. Someone came and filled the GAS. These were under operation for few weeks and later these were switched off due to change of weather.
This year, before switching ON, I requested to CROMA Customer care that "Please get service my all 3 ACs since summer has started during Last week of March 2018. After couple of days, the team of 3 persons came to my house on April 04, 2018 and did the service but they found that in one 1.5T AC, GAS was not there. It was the same AC which was having same problem during installation & commissioning. They confirmed us that our person will come to fill the GAS within 24 hours. It was more than 10 days, nobody turned up. Finally, I visited CROM Stores at RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad on April 14, 2018 and shared my problem with store manager who put me with Mr.Devesh Rana and confirmed that within 48 hours your problem will be sorted out. Finally one Engineer namely Sanjay came to my place and started to find out the problem. After investing for 3 hours, he could finally found that there is leakage in Condenser of Outdoor unit. He also confirmed that at the time of installation, the technicians used second hand Copper pipes for connection which are having brazing at 2 points. He gave his report ( scan copy attached) and advised to discuss with Service manager and ask him to replace complete unit because it seems that it was defective unit and it is under Warrantee. According, I approached to Mr. Sandeep who is NCR Head as he conveyed but it was height of situation when he talked so rudely on mobile and said " We are not going to replace this unit rather we can repair it only". I said " Sir ! it is under warrantee, hence it should be replaced. It was really shocking for me, when he said" It is not under warrantee since it's warrantee expired on April 11, 2018".
Just see, I have lodged my request during March end and Engineers visited on April 04, 2018 and conveyed GAS issue but Mr. Sandeep is claiming that warrantee expired on April 11, 2018. It is just like cheating and threatening to the customer.
In view of above, I would like to request you to please look in to the matter and get replaced my AC within 24 hours of this complaint otherwise I shall left with no option but to proceed legally with Consumer court and Govt. grievance cell.
I am really shocked that why I have purchased so many products from CROMA.
I am keeping the copy of this complaint in record for onward proceedings if require.

We have made several complaints in voltas and in croma but not receivng any resolution.
We want croma to either replace our product or refund our money. Such tata brands delivering defective products to the customers is highly disgusting..
