I am a super dissatisfied and angry chroma ac customer. We have 1 window and one split ac which are just 3 year old (Bought by my brother jayant sanyal) but now i want to throw both of them outside my house!!
1. March 5, 2018 service id del050318fs00175 was generated for both the acs. This was only a servicing request at the beginning of the season.
2. 3days later technicians came without calling. My mother is a senior citizen and is unwell and was alone at home and so requested them to come later. The techs spoke to my brother jayant sanyal and assured them that they would come back on the upcoming saturday.
3. The techs were karamjit and arvind from shivoham electronics tilak nagar
4. They forgot to come again. After several reminders they came on march 30 and serviced both the acs and charged rs.1, 550.00.
5. After they left we noticed that a big water leakage had started from the split ac and the window ac was not proving any cooling despite their filling up the gas.
6. Jayant sanyal again called customer service and after many reminders, a tech came to inspect the split ac on april 19.
7. This tech, rahul, was from deepak aircon, dwarka. He opened the ac to find that the drain pipe and tray were damaged and needed to be replaced. He told us that this should have been pointed out by the techs who serviced this earlier.
8. Rahul took photos of the defect and assured us that he will generate a report. He wanted us to generate a new service id and get that id routed to their service center.
9. On april 19, the same day, we called customer care to generate a new one del 190418ew00026.
We asked cus care to route it to deepak aircon dwarka servc center
10. On april 23rd, we came to know that the service id was sent to shivoham and not to dwarka. Deepak aircon
11. On april 23rd, we again called customer care to generate a new id del230418ew00100 and specifically asked cus care to route both the ids to deepak aircon dwarka.
12. On april 25, a tech (Mukesh) from deepak aircon service center came and said that still only one id (Ending in 026) had been routed to them
13. Mukesh checked both acs to find that window ac was showing severe gas leakage issues and will require total replacement of parts.
He also said that this should have been pointed out by the techs who serviced this earlier who had plainly ignored it.
14. Mukesh fixed the leakage in the split ac. But just after he left, cooling stopped. So, after checking the ac for 15mts, at around 2pm, we again called deepak aircon service center and informed rakesh sharna
