I purchase the sony led from croma mulund store... on dt 05/06/2016 but some issues in the product ..i visit the store in tell the issue to store manager on dt of 08/06/2016. But theri is no satisfied reply from store manager mr Umesh. I visit the store much time but also geting no reply. Now i dont want that prouct.. from u. I need my refund.. nw i m hell tire with u r service .. . plz give me the my refund other wise i ll make the police complaint against croma...

    My this croma ac is in extended warranty till june 2017
    On 16th of april 2016, i had register complaint about no cooling from my croma ac. (Sr[protected]), (Mum160416fs00038),

    After a week technician came and checked and concluded and condenser has to be changed. To do this change they took another 10 days. To our sad part withing 3 to 4 hours o[censored]se no cooling were happening so we register the complain. (Sr[protected]). This time they decided that outdoor unit has to be taken to workshop. Now its been two months nothing has happened.


    I have diligently called croma service almost 3 to 4 times every week.In reply everytime they have promised that they will look into it on priority basis. But till date i have go no technician visit nor even a call from them.

    Also in between to my sad surprise they have changed the complaint status to resolved one. (Sr[protected]) & (Sr[protected])

    I have even gone to kharghar croma store customer service desk but haven't got any help except mere false words. (Sr[protected])

    The many more sr which is no use of writing all here.
    Loosing much hope i am trying to approach submit complain at nch then may see to proceed legally.

    My advice to consumers that be aware with croma products and services.

      Subject : Poor after sales service of your company(Mulund west)

      I, Siddhesh Wadkar am a regular customer of Croma, a loyalist with croma. I buy all my electronics from croma, the record of which you must be having. Samsung LED TV, Samsung Note phone, Front Load washing machine, Sony C5 Mobile phone, LG Refrigerator, Voltas air condition, Vacuum cleaner. The list just goes on. I do not even compare prices elsewhere.

      However in the recent past me and my family are finding it difficult to deal with croma. It doesnt seem to be as good as it earlier used to be.

      There was this recent incident when my Sony C5 had a problem with the speaker on the very second day of purchase. I Couldn't go to go to croma on the same day so I went after few days. When I finally visited croma just for getting my phone checked your people called up on that particular phone and told me that there is no problem as such. When I insisted, they sent it to Sony's service center and found out that there indeed was a issue.

      I have been loyal with croma since the last 6 to 7 years during which my address has changed from Kurla to Mulund, till date they haven't updated my new address in spite of giving them a photocopy of my passport with the updated address. I recently had a problem with my air condition, they sent the technician to my old address where nobody resides.

      Also When my front loading washing machine (Bosch) was delivered at my place it was fully open. Unfortunately I wasn't there at that time. When my parents asked the delivery guys they said it comes like that only they didn't give the box also. I came to know about it very late as my parents didn't inform me about it fearing that I may fire those delivery guys. This is feel is poor service by you guys.

      And When I took my voltas air condition a year back I got good service only till the time A/C was delivered to my place. Again I had to go personally to croma to tell them that it wasn't installed yet. Had croma communicated to voltas regarding this I wouldn't have to run around. Now the A/c's maintenance is due and I Don't know how much I would have to struggle for it.

      My request to you is to kindly look into the matter at the earliest before it gets too late. I am sure it wouldn't matter to you if one person like me stops patronising croma and switches to some other dealer but I have been loyal to you guys and it would hurt me more to switch to someone else.
      I would be forwarding this email to every possible department of your management as well as to the customer satisfaction cell of Tata, the brand image which is ultimately getting affected due to the poor after sales service of Croma.
      Kindly look into this matter. Awaiting your reply as well as looking forward to a better experience with Croma.

        This is to bring in your kind notice that we had bought a portable ac from croma outlet in phoenix mall, lower parel that is still under guarantee period. since last four days, the ac is not working at all for which we have lodged our complaint to croma customer care 3 days ago. we repeated our complaint several times but till now di'nt got any response from there side. kindly consider and do the needful.

          Dear sir/mam,

          This is dattatray, writing this mail to complain regarding my croma headset. I have attached images of headset and bill.

          I had bought a croma earphone (Hook earphone with mic, model no : crea7283) on 08-apr-2016. Yesterday i faced an issue with headphone that whenever wire gets wagged by air or if i am walking then sound gets lower, higher and sometimes its not audible at all.

          I have visited to your customer support desk @r city, ghatkopar. When i shown my headset to your executive (Riya and asma who were sitting on chair) they check (Hardly 3-5 mins) and said that there is no issue we cant replace the same. But (Dear sir/mam) tell me i have already informed your executive i am facing this problem only when i am walking or wire get wagged by something, now you tell me how can they conclude that headset is not defected when they were sitting on chair.

          Simple logic!!!

          And also when riya checked the same initially she has doubt that there is problem, and again when asma and riya checked the same, they both said there is no issue.
          Now you tell me if same product giving different-different output at 2 different-different times, is it possible that headset is working fine???

          We are not expecting such response thing from your side.

          1. 24hrs means how many days.
          2. Shortly means how many hrs.

          As usual i called @ur call center on day before yesterday, mr alok told (Committed) me you will get headset (Repaired headset, croma have replaced one part) within 2 days. For the same i have not received any confirmation call or mail yet. (2 days has over)

          If you see my first mail, i have already mentioned that your executive (Riya and asma) told me if we do not found an issue we cant replace, if we found issue we will replace it (I. E. I will get new one). Now your technician found an issue so why you people are giving me repaired headset. That clears that customer is mad and only you peoples are smart.

          Thing is not about what was the cost of headset, thing is why we do shopping from croma only because its name. And you people are trying to make me fool since day1.

          Now i want only new piece of same model or different, if its not possible then please keep repaired headset with you only, i am not beggar on road. Every time i need to do a follow up.

          If its possible to give new headset then only revert otherwise i will take necessary action.

          It's very disgusting.

          On[protected] i received call from croma, croma executive said that, sir our technician has checked your headset and replacement has been done so you want same model or different model. So i asked her which model i can get she said any model with same cost or higher (From other brands too). So again i asked her if cost is more than current headset's cost then she said no problem you only need to give extra amount.
          For the same i have attached call recording.

          So i visited @croma store, r city, mr jafar was there, he was like you will get same model only. So i requested him to listen call recording but he was very rude he refused to listen recording and told me "call pe bola rahega to rahega bt aise hota nahi hai"

          Uch a bad service ever seen...

          For this issue i have visited croma more than 3 times, my office is @ powai. I wasted around rs 300 on traveling.

          O please return my money (650+300) otherwise give me a headset cost of rs 950 or above, i will pay extra amount if headset cost is above 950.

              I have bought corma led television in the year 2012, the product is under warranty.                 I bought mobile on may 13, 2016 from croma, kharkana branch hyderabad. Gionee s6 rs. 19, 999/-. On 14th may 2016 i launched a complaint that the phone is heating while charging as well unable to speak because of the heat. At that time itself i asked for the replacement. They said they will send to the service centre and do the needful. After 2 days they called back and said the problem is rectified. We took the mobile. I still face the same problem. What to do they said they cant do anything. Then i purchased flip cover so that i can manage it. On june 4th 2016 i went for a function their while taking pics my mobile got struck and switch off. The phone is in high heat but mobile is not getting on it is almost 2 hrs. I immediately went to croma and gave the customercare the same piece she also couldnt switch on. Then she took the piece gave us a slip. I strictly asked for replacement.In the month of may we purchased samsung smart tv 40 inches from the same retailer. Because their service was good i purchased mobile. On 10th june 2016, they called and said that mobile is repaired and asking us to collect. I told the manager of croma that i need the replacement as we are coming for the second time. I really need justice for 20000/- its a small amount for us. I told them also i will buy a mobile from them. Not even a month i used this mobile properly. Always it asks for send error report. Reboot often. The major problem is you cant speak keeping the phone near your ear. I mostly used speaker phone.

                  Then on 5th june wrote an emails on which received a response on 6th may that we will resolve this within 24 hrs (Attached). But again no call till date.

                    Hello, I had purchased a Bose Lifestyle HT 535 from Croma which was promised to be delivered latest by April 07, 2016 . However, when I had tried to reach them by calling and finally going to the store on April 07, 2016...when I was informed that there were inventory issues with Bose the reason the delivery was delayed. This continued for the next 21 days after which I thought I need to take control and find out the actual reason. I reached out Reliance Digital and to my surprise they had the product. I went back to them in the store and met the Store Manager Jatin Gada. I dialed and Spoke to Reliance in front of him who confirmed the availability and also promised additional discounts if purchased from them.

                    Jatin (Store Manager) promised to escalate this with Bose and get back to me. This was on May 07, 2016. However, no one from Croma bothered to contact me and suddenly I was reaching month end. On May 20 again I reached the Dy. Store Manager Umesh Patil and asked him to ensure that my EMI does not go through if my product is not getting delivered to which he ensured that he would take care of this. This continued for the next week and in the process I had been to the store for at least 5 times. I was told the same story of inventory. I then reached out to the Bose stores in vicinity Thane, Ghatkopar and Vashi who confirmed that they have at least 1 unit if the home theater system and they would deliver it the same day loading it in my car. I reached them again on May 27, 2016 when I was promised again by Jatin that he would take it up with Bose. I called up Umesh Patil again who mentioned would get back with the decision from Croma the same day.

                    I was really shocked by the response...after nearly 2 months they were talking of a decision. I gave my stand that I need the product. I got a call from Croma the first time now in 2 months on May 30, 2016 when Umesh mentioned that I would get the Home theater latest by June 01, 2016 delivered at my residence.

                    I waited for June 01, 2016 and my EMI too statrted on June 02, 2016 but I did not get the product nor any response from Croma that the product is getting delayed again.

                    I reached Umesh Patil again on June 03, 2016 and I got the biggest shock of the life when they started demanding additional 12, 904 towards the brackets for the Home theater...only then the product would be delivered.

                    I mentioned to him why this was not brought to light earlier.? I had multiple conversations with them and visited the store too multiple times, why did not they asl for this then ? Why was this not mentioned till May 30, 2016 when I was assured of delivery by June 01, 2016...probably they waited for my EMi to be debited and then resort to such unethical ARM TWISTING tactics. I asked the to drop an email which they did.

                    I then decided to check with Bose if they sold the brackets separately from the Home Theater as Croma guys were claiming when I got another shock as the Bose Stores mentioned that brackets are complementary with the Home theater and are NOT charged in India as they are in some other countries. I communicated the same to Croma but they have resorted to continue the traumatic experience to me by asking the additional money for brackets which is not legal and also unethical when they ask for it which actually they are not liable for.

                      I have purchased bose by hset series ii right.
                      I removed the package and wanted to charge the product and removed it and found it as broken after removing it. At first place, i thought i got a duplicate piece of bose. I have approached chroma, they said, they would get back to me whether they can replace the item with new one but now they are saying, its broken from my end intentionally. Why would i broke my piece which is actually gifted by my wife. And the guy from chroma said, he would have only option for a replacing with new one and dont have any option for making it serviced. If you donot have option of making service why would you sell bose products and say we would even service them within a year.
                      Why would croma sell bose products and say they would service them and cheat customers by giving warranty.

                      We have never used it bluetooth from the purchasing date, i have only used once that too for charging it. But later i found it was broken from inside. I have attached even the screenshots for the same.

                      Either give me a refund or give me a new piece now.

                        My mother was visiting me in London from India so she bought me a Macbook Air on Friday 27 May 2016 from the Bombay Croma store as a gift.

                        However I have just bought a Macbook this week from London and have already set it up and started to use it.. She was not aware of this and now we have 2 Macbooks in the house.

                        I have not opened the packaging and even the plastic over the box is intact.

                        Can I please make a special request that we be allowed to return this Macbook to the Croma store? Ideally it would be great if we could get a refund, but if you can give my mom a Credit Note for the purchase which she can use at the Croma store that will be great too.

                          Hi, I have filed a complain of low cooling for the AC of croma on saturday, 28/05/16. They have a SLA of solving the issue in three working days maximum. The technician visited my complain on Tuesday morning. & hesitantly confirmed the gas leakage of my AC, & said another technician will come & fill the gas, till evening.

                          Today is 2/6/16, No ONE came for the service in spite of making n no. of calls to the customer care. Customer care responses:

                              Maine ek week pehle aapke yaha se air conditioner liya tha aur aapke yaha se kaha gaya tha ki installation ke liye aapko sirf stand ke 750 rupees dene hai uske uper aapko ek bhi paisa nai dena padega ...aur aapki company mai se bola gaya tha ki 2 din mai installation ho jayega ..maine air conditioner 23/5/16 ko liya tha aur aaj 1/6/16 ko company mai se installation ke liye aaye ...it's already too late ..aur vo bhi mere 4 baar phone karne ke baad ...aur company vale jab installation ke liye aaye tab vo log mujse 1000 rupees extra lagenge aisa bol rahe the maine mana kiya ki meri already baat ho gai thi ki installation ke naam pe sirf stand ke 750 hi dene hai ...aur mene mana kar diya to vo log chale gaye ...maine air conditioner croma ke Himalayan mall vali branch se purchase kiya hai ...and i am not satisfied with your company service...and give me solution

                                I have a bought an LG LED TV from one of your stores in Koramangala on 1st of May 2016 and an LG DVD player was included with the product. I was initailly promised that the product will be delivered in 2-3 working days.

                                But now I have been chasing up your customer care regarding the product from 15th of May 2016 and still get no proper professional response from them until 31st of May which is 31 Days after buying the product.

                                I have called numerous times for the product and the customer care replies are as follows:

                                1. On 15th May: Please give us 24 hours time and we will let you know the status
                                2. On 16th May: Please give us another 24 hours
                                3. On 17th May: Please give us 72 hours of time, we will arrange the product by 20th
                                4. On 20th May-Product still not delivered: We will arrange a call back from supervisor in 1 hour
                                5. On 20th May: I called 3 times and I was promised call backs which never happened even until 1 week
                                6. On 22/23rd May : we will arrange a call back with the store
                                7. Finally I decided to return the TV or arrange for an alternate product or provide me vouchers for the same so that I can buy a similar product. Then your Customer care says wait till 31st and it will be delivered, if not we will arrange for an alternate product or cash refund

                                ...and it is still not delivered. I have called up again and they say give us 24 hours??????


                                This is highly unprofessional and Croma lacks minimum customer service skills or courtesy that they cannot keep in touch and update the customer. It's a big shame that the company and it's system cannot still tell me when the product can be delivered after 31 Days???? and even on 31st they say that the product will be delivered SOONER!!! and when I asked when is this SOONER, they don't have an update. So is this SOONER 1 MONTH OR 1 YEAR OR 10 YEARS???? Croma lacks minimum professionalism and they can never keep up their word

                                If the product is out of stock, why do you even sell it to the customer and why don't you maintain transparency while selling the product that it won't arrive till 1 or 2 months. Is business all about SELLING for Croma???

                                  I placed the order for usha maxx air 400mm pedestral fan on[protected] through www.cromaretail.com. & made the total payment of rs.2674/-by croma instant e voucher of rs. 2500/ & rs 174/ by axis bank (Two times of 174 rs deducted my axis account). Product under home delivery, i have received confirmation by email, but without order no. Delivery schedule, i have call to customer care, then call centre says sir, it will take 24 hrs at least... Sorry to hear such response from tata people... Croma is not adding star to reputation. Kindly arrange to provide us order no., delivery schedule & refund of rs. 174-, which is deducted twice in my account.

                                    Just bought a new AC(183myi) from Croma Retails on 21st May 16 and on the day of installation it was revealed that some part of AC is broken. Technician tried to hide the fact and installed the AC, however, after questioning revealed that some part is broken and cannot be fitted and AC is a damaged piece. We wrote the same thing in installation report and also called Croma customer care and registered our complaint. but neither Croma nor Voltas took any action.
                                    Since, no response was received, We had to call Croma & Voltas many times and finally when we visited Croma, we were told that Voltas engineer will visit us and decide the further action. After a day, Voltas engineer visited us and after thorough inspection informed that yes this piece is damaged and would be replaced as it cannot be repaired. Also he informed that this piece was earlier sent to someone else and may be becoz of its defect was returned by them and now same piece is handed over to us.
                                    Now even after 7 days there is no response from Voltas and Croma. Both of them blaming each other and we even after paying the money sleeping without AC. Both of them ruining the goodwill of Tata.
                                    Now enough is enough and we dont want replacement, and just want our money back.

                                      I ordered this pedestal fan on 3-may-2016.
                                      Luckily i had saved screen shots of the order page.
                                      1. Haven't received any confirmation till date in my e-mail
                                      2. Spoke to customer care executives around 6 times. All of them assure service within the next 24 hours. Nothing till date.
                                      3. Sent a bundle of emails to customer care. Got 2 replies saying the exact same as the above point.
