I'm very sad about your company i have ordered panasonic speaker on 14th december amount is paid by net banking but i did not get any confirmation from croma and when i'm looking in my order list there also i don't find any information so i called croma customer support i have called 20 times from that day and i have sent a mail regarding same complaint they are telling that we have raised the ticket as but i have called once again no response some are disconnecting the call please refund my money back or ordered material please deliver.

    Hi i have purchase samsung c9 pro on 13 dec from bhyander branch n saw that camera quality is third class also phone is hanging... I went to store today morning n they send me to service centre of samsung.. The plastic cover of the back side was removed by service centre executive n saw there was a scratch on phone which is why he is not able to approve doa. Now i don't want this phone i m fed up since yesterday n running around from croma to service centre and visa versa... This is really not acceptable that u guys are not helping me.. Executive has drop an email already n i m really frustrate that the phone is just one day old n i hav3 to face so much of run around.. Worst customer service u guys are giving me.. N i just don't want this phone now... Let me know what u can do

      I bought 2 products from croma and faced poorest customer service in both of them. You'll did not help me with the technical fault with the dell laptop which is under warranty and made me run from post to pillar to get it sorted. The representative in croma connected me to another technician who asked me 2000 rs to remove my hard disk which i did for free of cost in the authorized service centre. Also, i bought the product in march 2017and the dell records show it was purchased in jan 2017 which is the month they shipped it to croma. Croma didn’t update that in dell records and the customer service representative in croma in phoenix market city, kurla is asking me to call dell and ask them to update in their system.

      My 2nd product is a water purifier which i purchased a year ago with 2 years extended warranty. After a year i came to know that it was partnered with a 3rd party warranty company whom croma had to pay the money they took for me for the extended warranty. When lodged a request for the repair, the technician from the brand company asked me to pay as they weren’t aware of any extended warranty. He told me that it is a big racket where croma takes money from its customers for the extended warranty but doesn’t pay it to the 3rd party company. So whenever there is an issue, the customer has to pay first and then gets that amount reimbursed from the 3rd party company called onsitego. But if there is no repair in the extended warranty period, all the money goes in croma's pocket. When i checked with onsitego, they told me that there are not tied up with a few brands and hence the customer has to pay first which croma does not tell the customer while purchasing the product.

        Our refrigerator is having problem of no cooling, request for service was made on dec. 4, 2017. Tech person came in two days and said' no cooling' problem is due to not having enough gas in system and another tech support will come to fix problem in 3 days. After calling so many times no body has showed up to fix the problem till today (Dec. 12, 2017). Such a small problem can not be resolved in 8 days i do not know what should i say about your service efficiency and customer care. My registered mobile no [protected]. Today dec 12 your customer care promised that service tech. Will show up on dec.13 at 10 : 30 am it is very hard for me to believe that will happen.

          Hello,

          I would like to lodge a complaint against croma. I ordered a tv online from croma for my parents in panchkula, haryana. The tv costed 30, 000 inr. First of all tv took forever to arrive and bluedart kept updated false messages of premises being closed. My parents were stuck 4 days in the house waiting for tv and then when the tv arrived, the tech did not arrive and asked to wait for 2 days as he was away for a wedding. They waited two days for tech and finally when the tech arrived, he said that tv was faulty and had to be replaced and just left. I feel so helpless and have no idea what to do as i live out of india and my parents cant do much about it. We wasted 30, 000 and have ended up with lots of inconvenience and not working tv. Also i trusted tata brand but i feel it was the biggest mistake to put my money there.

          They sent a replacement and that was faulty too.. terrible company..

            I bought livpure water purifier from croma before one year... At that time they sold there extented 1 year service of purifier... They never called me about this... Now when i asked for a service they sent 1 person from onsite for checking on 11/12/17... He was not having a single genuine part of livpure... Membrane of purifier was covered free of cost in my service... He placed a duplicate 500 rs voytron membrane instead of original 2500 rs original membrane... I am attaching pics of that duplicate filter... The height of the matter is that the service provider man who came was even not knowing correctly how to reassemble the purifeir... He took 3 hrs for it... Purifier leaked for 3 times... I wasted my time... This was never expected from a company like croma... Now they are calling me that this time they will send a genuine person this time with genuine parts... But this is not enough... I want all my other filters also to be replaced free of cost amonting only 1000 rupees... Thank you...

            Complaint is regarding the mentioned mobile pls check attached copy of my complaint.

              delivery not done on time.

              Dear sir/mam

              Warm greeting of the day!!!
              As per my subject, i did not got my product which i purchase on dt[protected] by doing online payment. I did payment in croma store in front of one sales person of croma. Next morning i got call from the delivery boy to deliver product i told please deliver in evening 4 pm because in afternoon i will be office so in evening i will take leave for 3hrs for receiving the product....

              We bought a 32 inch croma tv from r city mall ghatkopar. From last 40 days the after sales service has not been given to us. They had just been giving us dates, they are just fooling us, seriously i am sick of this brand and i want these stupid brand to be kicked out of the market. I mean dude which brand does this to their consumers, sick sick sick of these stupid brand promises. Warranty in this name they fool us.

                  I purchased a samsung refrigerator from croma phoenix market city bangalore. At the time of purchase the sales mentioned that it would be installed the day after delivery.
                  Today when i called customer care, they informed that they will raise a request for installation which will take two working days.
                  This is highly unprofessional and pathetic.

                  Why lie to customers while selling. I will neither buy nor recommend anyone to purchase from croma.

                    I have chroma privilege card worth 10k and i can't redeem it as it is expired. I tried recharging it but it says expired. I had confirmed in the store that i will be able to recharge it later and they only suggested me you can recharge an expired card online. The customer care now wants me to go back to the store and try recharging.

                    Can you please help me with this confused answers and website responses.

                    Hello team,

                    This is all about pathetic services provided by croma.

                    I had purchased four items from croma-wakad store on 12th nov, 2017 and paid full amount to them. After so many follow-ups i got 3 out of 4 items in 3-4 days (Took more time to deliver) and few items attached to the product were missing. When i called to them, they told me that they have stopped these items now but they haven't told me anything at the time of purchasing and committed me that they will provide all items such as microwave starter kit.
                    Now where is my 4th product which is whirlpool refrigerator so again after so many call and follow-up it got delivered to me on 19th nov, 2017 late evening (Purchase date was on 12th nov, 17 so total days they took to deliver my refrigerator was 7 days). Next day, whirlpool demo/installation person came to my home and when he opened the outerbox of the refrigerator we both found big scratch on the outerbody. So i have registered my complaint to croma on 20th nov, 17 as soon as i have seen the damaged and provided damaged product delivered from croma as a feedback to whirlpool person. Now today is 30th nov, 17 and till today i haven't got my refunded amount and when i told them to provide me the replacement, they told me to get new product replacement it will take 15 days working days so as per calculation it will around 1 month. I requested to refund my amount and for this also they haven't processed my refund yet. My question to them is what's the mistake of mine. I have already paid full payment then why you are having the problem to get my replacement or to refund amount. Such a bad service from croma. Never expected from them. They are just enjoying the interest on my payment and not bothered about their customer.

                      I purchased nokia 3 dual sim black mobile from janakpuri croma store on 14th oct, 2017 and within 15 days i was facing issue with the phone, that handset display always out, i've visited janakpuri store 4 times with that issue but there is no resolution so far, infact my handset has covered under 2 years insurance plan.

                      Moreover, today i've received call from croma to pick up my deffective handset, don't know what type of analysis they have done with handset. Really, very disapointment that how they cheated customer at the time of purchasing. What is the meaning of insurance plan and product warrenty, and what customer do when product creating problem within 15 days. It seems to me that big brand (Croma and nokia) only fool or cheat the customer.

                      I just requested you to please do the needfull as my financial condition is not so very good to bare that loss (Rs. 11000).

                        I have purchased apple iphone x 64gb space grey (Hsn/sac-8517) on 17-nov-2017 and after placing order i got to see that the order will be delivered after 27 days. I instantly canceled the order within 15 mins by talking to the customer care. Now today is 22nd and still my order is not canceled and its still show the status as invoice generated. Every day i call them and they say its in process don't know how many days they will going to take for canceling it. I am paying interest to bank everyday for 90, 000 inr.

                        Its really unfair to hold such a big amount of customer and give them excuses for so many days.

                          I had purchased new croma led tv 42' before an year by having much confidence on croma industry and on its service. But just after 4 months it went on repair within warranty period itself. Then croma service took 2 to 3 months to resolve that issue even after many followups.

                          Now again am facing the problem as picture is not visible (Even no light in the screen) and sound is audible well enough although. I have raised a request for service. Technician have come for service and conveyed me that pcb was got damaged and has to be replaced. But i strongly believe pcb is working fine since if it got damaged then nothing have to be worked, here i could hear the sound clearly from tv, the only problem is picture is not visible.

                          And i have got a call from spare parts department to ask for opinion to buy the "pcb" which costs around rs.7000 to rs.10000. Am really not satisfied to pay this amount because it is very new tv and even i didn't remove the cover untill now. I have bought this tv for rs.40000 but it is not even worked for 2 years without any repair then how can i suggest others about this croma product.

                          Please take this as very serious concern and do some favor by offering the all the services from your end. Am ready to pay service charges and but am worried to pay this much high cost spare parts without even completing 2 to 3 years of age.

                            Im un happy with croma customer service and handling.
                            Again you guys are proving that tata has good in product but very bad in service.

                            Last 5 years, im purchasing all my home needs in croma for best in product and didnt have chance to experience the croma customer care as i didnt faced any issues in purchased electornics but last time, purchased honeywell dual led charger made me experience poor customer service in croma.
                            Im really feel bad about after sale service and handling.

                            On nov 5 purchased this product in bharagattha road croma. I found that its not working in my car in next day. I want to double confrim its defect product or issue in my car charge socket. So i checked in my friend new car also and confrimed its defective product and it took one week. So i reached sarajapur road croma on nov 14th for replaceament but they sent me back as checking person is not available and asked me to come next. On nov 17 agian visited the croma sarajur road again they asked me to come on monday. Today, i visited again, this time, croma saying, i have to visit the croma bharagatta road for replacement. Sarajapur road crom is not willing to resolve my issue.

                            My expectation :
                            Croma sarajapur raod have to inform me in my first visit about their limitation. But croma sarajpur road asked to do several visit without any use. Wasted my time and energy for just rs 1500 product.
                            Croma is chain trusted store, why they are not willing to handle bharaghatta road purchase.
                            I bought the product on nov 5 if i used for few days atleast. Im ok with repair but its dead on arrival. Croma have to replace the product or give credit note.
                            If croma is not willing to handle the dead on arrival. Whts use of buying in store. I would have go for online purchase whihc gives 15 days money back / return policy.

                            Finally, it made to feel that buy all future product in online only but not in croma sarajur road

                              I purchased voltas s/ac 1t 123mys 3s from croma store in marathahalli area in bangalore on saturday 18th nov, 2017. Invoice, no: sla[protected].

                              I got the product delivered on sunday 19th nov, 2017.

                              Installation team from voltas came to install today. After opening the box, the installation team told that the product is either used or damaged.

                              I got a damaged/used product delivered. This is bad customer experience.

                              I called the customer care at 11:13 today (20th nov 2017) and the customer care representative told me that they raised a compliant and i will receive a message. I didn't get a message till now. 45 minutes after my call, i sent an email to [protected]@croma.com did not even receive an automated email. Even bad customer experience.

                              I am regular customer of croma. They lot a customer now!

                              Representative from Voltas came for inspection. Attached are the pictures of the damaged/used AC. He was shocked to see the state of the AC.

                              1. Remote and AC with scratches
                              2. Oil leakage in box
                              3. Electric connection screws are left open
                              4. Copper cable connected.
                              5. No voltas seal on the box. The box is sealed with transparent tape.

                              I got the replacement product from Croma. It took 4 days time, few calls and mental stress. Waiting for the Voltas team to install the AC.

                              I made a decision not to buy from Croma again.

                                  I have purchased samsung led tv last year and now it comes under extended warranty. I raised the complaint 10 days before and still i didn't get calls from service engineer. Now they are saying the third party not able to find my details. I have invoice and croma also having and they are not provide this info to 3rd party. They are telling to wait another 24 hrs. This is so pathetic from croma and they are fraud.
