I have purchased this laptop from Croma store on 26/01/2018 (invoice number - SLA[protected] and from the time of installations the software it start getting hang but the store person told me that it will not gets hung in future...i take this laptop at home and it gives me the same problem and then i reached to the croma store and the person has rebooted the laptop but the problem is still there and the croma person agreed that the laptop is getting hang but as DELL denied that there is no issue so they are denying for the services... THEY HAVE THE SEEN THE ISSUE BUT STILL DENING FOR THE EXCHANGE... BECAUSE DELL SAID THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM...Mr Ratan tata please check how your chain retailer is dealing with the customers... We came to crome just because of TATA name but they guys are damageing your brand goodwill...my contact number is [protected] and the email address is [protected]@gmail.com please contact asap and help the needful...

    I had purchased a mini usb - hdmi connector cable from the croma outlet at rajiv gandhi airport, hyderabad on 20jan2017. During the purchase i requested the sales person at the outlet to check the functioning of the cable to which he expressed his inability. He said that he doesnot have the wherewith all for the required check.

    Having bought the cable, once i checked it at my home at delhi it did not work properly. Please guide me to change the cable at any outlet closer to malviya nagar, new delhi, pin - 110017 as soon as possible.

      I have bought a washing machine 1 year back and the dryer has not working for last 15 days. I have lodge the complaint and the engineer has visited at once at home, he said the motor is damaged so the dryer is not working, so when the new motor will come at our service center we will replace but now 10 days completed now there is no response from croma, we have given the call to their customer care 2, 3 times but not receive any positive respnose.

        croma e-gift voucher : beware of fraud

        Fraud at croma. I am an old customer of croma for 10 years. I was given an e-gift voucher for rs 2500/- with specific instructions to provide the same at billing counter at croma store or redeem online. I went to croma and after my final purchase, went for billing, but surprisingly the cashier at billing counter told that its not activated, you have to activate it by calling customer care.         I purchased samsung s8 on dated 14-1-18, from croma aundh pune at the time of purchase salesman told me that you will receive a voucher of rs:[protected] within three days but i didn't receive any voucher within 72 hrs. Than i call the customer care no given on the website than the customer care confirm me that you will receive your voucher within 15 days because there is some process and it will take time and you have to wait.

        Why there is fake commitment by croma aundh pune.

          I had bought croma 80cm crel 7326 on​ 04.05.2017 from rohini sec 7.

          The led is having a black spot under the front panel (Main screen) left bottom area since i purchased the tv. Also, the speed of tv response is very very slow. It takes too much time to process any request. Apps usually starts and closed due to error. Now remote has also stopped working within just 6 months.

          Complained twice for the same. But both the times, engineer visited and told me that this tv will be replaced as it is beyond repair.

          But no response till now. Almost 5 months, just a mail to wait...

          Worst servies, worst quality of croma product..

          Now after complaining on this portal, My TV Replacement is approved. I have been to showroom yesterday for the same, but now Rohini Croma Store people are asking to pay Rs.2000 extra for replacement. They say that my model is updated and I have to pay difference.

          Somehow, I have got a replacement. But Unfortunately it seems that they have given a repaired piece as there is a Kalawa tied up on the power cable and a sign of tilak is clearly visible on the panel. Remote was also put in a plastic pouch with multiple tapes like we normally do. Air Mouse was without its receiver. while they said that it is a new piece.

          I really dont know what this big brand Tata is doing...

              I have gone to the branch nearly two times and followed up on mails nearly 10 times but did not receive my gift card back
              ... I had three cards with me and the cashier redeemed two cards and returned the third one back for me to redeem later...                 I have been having a traumatic experience as a customer of Chroma.Their inefficiency has costed me 3 days of leave from work and I am still left with a non working fridge.The technician that was send to our house was extremely creepy and had absolutely no idea what had to be done.He could not fix our problem and didnt even know what was wrong with the fridage even after multiple visits.
                The customer care attendants at Croma keep promising that they will work on it but nothing has been done so far.
                I can't believe that TATA hires such inefficient hands to handle their customers.

                Very very disheartened with your services.I will take this up with the consumer court.

                  I have purchased a phone worth rs.65000 from croma store in bangalore and at the time of purchase i was informed i will be getting cashback of 5% after 90 days. After completion of 90 days i haven't received a cashback and when i had called the customer care they informed that cashback doesn't apply if i purchased on sunday. The stores are not supposed to make fake promises which they cant fulfill.

                    I purchased device from croma apple iphone 5s at 14, 999 which was actual cost of device. But salesman of croma forced me to buy insurance policy saying that its actual cost is 1500 and you will get it in 500 rs because of some offer. But in invoice they printed wrong values of devices and policies.
                    Now when i am trying to claim insurance i am getting 65% of 13, 999.
                    I dont believe that tata is such a big name and they are trying to fool people with that onsitego insurance company.

                      Dear sir,
                      I trust you would read this email carefully to understand our concern.
                      We had a pathetic experience at chroma sarjapur road, bangalore. Where we visited chroma for the fourth time on 23 dec 17. We were interested in model number mu6100, 50 inches size or any other model of 55 inches. We asked price for their displayed model 50 inches mu6100, then by croma employee (I have namr details with me) it was told that there is a better model available mu6470 displayed unit was 55 inches tv and price was told 1.10 with 10 percent discount, after negotiating further they gave a special category discount of 2.5 percent and price came to around 96 k. We immidiately told them to pack this model. Now the product delivered and installed and then no where it looked 55 inches to us. We measured the size and checked its 49 inches. Here we got shocked to know model number mentioned on bill is 49mu6470. There was no where in our mind that this bluff can happen and we need to check size specifically on the bill. We blindly trusted chroma and later realized that it was a mistake to have this trust. We have clarified our needs to their employee and talked only about displayed size, 55 inches, trust no one will think that they are billing for a different product.
                      Sir, first point to understand where mu6100, 50 inches model i was getting in 77 k in chroma then why would i agree to pay 20 k more on 1 inch less tv. Mu6470, 49 inches.???

                      We immidiately rushed to croma store to show our concern but they are not ready to exchange since the product got installed 15 minutes back that day of complaint. We told them that we are ready to pay price difference but our need is 55 inches tv, still they were not ready to listen.
                      We just expected the right communication and right product to be delivered what they have shown and promised to give.

                          I bought extended warranty from croma who promised door pickup and door delivery for service/repair and periodic updates - hindrance free support.

                          I raised complaint for my gionee mobile phone issue "cant hear the caller" on 18th dec and phone was picked up on 19th dec 2017 - i was asked to fill the form about the issue and description of the phone. Later no call from croma or the servicing person to confirm if they understood the issue and troubleshooting for the right purpose. I kept calling croma multiple times they dont have a clue on what i am speaking, everytime i call i had to explain newly to them. Somebody from croma calls me back to check what the status - it was irritating as i was expecting somebody to update the status.

                          I called the partner of croma who actually took my phone the "go online" who is another pain - when we call them it goes to customer care person and she/he has no clue on where is the phone and whats the status and they say i have pay for the repair which i dont know if they are troubleshooting for the right issue. Till now its like we have given mobile to somebody who i dont know.. I should have damn ignored the croma extended warranty and pay the money outside and finish this.. It was a very horrible customer experience and still waiting for an update from these poor customer service croma

                            I have purchased chrome cast 2 from from site on 31st dec 2017, with express delivery option. I have made complete payment.

                            Express delivery states date delivery in 24 hours. But till now nobody contacted me and also no update on delivery. I have contacted from support and they are mentioning it may deliver tomorrow but cannot guaranteed. What does it mean? What kind of service it is? One of the worst service seeing first time. They alao suggesting me to pickup from store. If so then why they given shipping option in their site?

                              I bought a apple iphone 8 for rs 64, 000/-from croma vashi on 16/12/2017 and found that the earpiece was not working on putting it on, immediately informed them and was told to bring the handset to their shop went there and was told to leave the handset so that they can send it to the service centre after continuously following with them i got a call from them to come and collect a new phone from them on 23/12/ went there to collect the new phone on 25/12 and was made to wait for almost 2 hours stating that d. O is missing hence they cannot give me the new phone and was told to contact them on 26/12 spoke to many people there mr nishant, aditya patil, irfan but no avail, i contacted them on 26/12 many times and was told that the phone has to be sent to banglore and it will take 7 days but till date nothing has been done and neither they are giving any concrete reply.                                   Hi,
                                  I purchased a philips induction stove from croma new bel road, bangalore branch today and the experience provided by your representatives was really bad and disheartening. First of all, they asked us to park our vehicle in a separate paid private parking spot as their own parking space was full owing to a wrongly parked employee vehicle and their personal vehicles. We parked our vehicle there and brought the item after going through the pathetic experience which was not approving at all as the sales person was not showing any interest at all.

                                  The representatives showed absolutely recalcitrant attitude towards purchasing a 3569 worth item (A small item - in their own words) and above that they were not even ready to reimburse the parking amount for the private parking space (100rs). Its not about the 100rs extra that we had to pay, more importantly its the attitude of your representatives which was very demeaning. I had purchased items (Well never kept a track of it but yeah easily worth lakhs from from croma retail over the years including exhauxst fan, water purifier samsung note2 and samsung s7 edge which in itself is worth over a lakh to mention a few of them from different branches in bangalore.

                                  Well, dont know how to express the saddening yet horrifying experience and that too on a new years eve (Jan 1st 2018).

                                  Note:parking of car was done in a different spot upon advice by the security guard and also upon expressing our concern to the sales people, they didnt bother and gave a deaf ear to it.

                                    I have purchased the above all in one desktop from croma juhu. I was informed that the product has an option of extended warranty online. But it dosent seems to have. Why was the wrong information provided for the extended warranty which is not available. I have already written to acer but it is wrong to misguide customers on the basis of which a customer makes a decision for purchasing a product.

                                    I want the extended warranty at any cost to be done by croma. I am ready to pay but i want this to be arranged.

                                      I have buy the galaxy s8 phone from croma - eva mall manjalpur, vadodara.
                                      Buy on 20/12/2017 and after 2 day mobile get problem that it getting frozen or hang & get restart automatically. Since i already inform to the croma person since problem occurs 1st time..
                                      But now chroma manager is telling that we are getting u the results next day bcoz our head is not present today. While at time of buying they told if any problem occur within 7 day we will replace you the item or refund.
                                      Now chroma manager is telling we will have to wait for do release from samsung care and then i have to wait for our chroma service head manager who is absent today and so on all excusing answer. Online is also better coz they actually means commitment and this person dont care commitment.
                                      I have also taken consent with signature that i[censored] dont replace by today otherwise u have to refund. But now hw is telling that wait 1 more day. Go to whenever you want to go and make my complaint, and told aaj to kuchh nahi hoga aur consent paper ko jaha leke complaint karni hai kar lo, i will reply.
                                      Dekho ye attitude chroma walon ka...
                                      I m suggest you to not buy the s8 or u like buy it from anywhere else croma store..
