I brought an ipad 128 gb on 5th evening at 9pm from croma whitefield (Boring road) for a birthday present for my son.
I was offered a hdfc discount (Cash back) of 5k in case i swipe the hdfc card and take the emi option, i agreed for it and was send to another croma centre in marathi along with a supervisor for the card swipe.
I had wry clearly discussed with sales representatives "abrar" that to ensure that i get the 5k back and that am using the hdfc debit card. Had also explained sachin (Manager croma), to ensure that i get the cash back and that in no way shall i end end up paying interest to bank and not get the cash bank, sachin calculated the bank interest for 6 month emi of some 1800/- for 6 month and assured that i would get the 5k cash back.
Upon confirmation of same we went ahead for billing.
Upon reaching croma marathalli outlet for swipe, i gave my hdfc debit card and the manager there confirmed it 2ice in presence of abrar on the debit card and even they discussed to confirm if cash back was available.
Post swipe and billing i was told not to open the seal of the pack and that i would get a confirmation the next day on cash back of 5k else the product shall be returned.
1. The drama started from here. I chased the next day and was told that there is no cash back on debit card and that 5k cash back is not valid. I needed to contact my bank and ask them to cancel the transaction.
2. I contacted my bank and took croma rep abrar and sachin on conference with hdfc bank. Bank clearly explained them that cancellation is to be done by metchant (Croma) and that bank cannot do it.
3. I was assured to keep the product and that croma ho in mumbai shall send the confirmation of cancellation to outlet and post which i would be able to get the refund and return the sealed /unused product.

Above is just hilarious and am yet waiting for the conformation from croma while my emi is to start from 1st for transactions not required by me and for sale which was done to me by croma with wrong promise of 5k of cashback on usage of hdfc card on emi.
Pls help me resolve this immdly.

    Hi, sorry to say but my first experience is very bad with croma. I had a complaint to customer service regarding automatic washing machine for repair before 5-6 days n according to cce agent will come within 3 working days but still no any response even no cce attend any calls and even i had a experience with same time from other brand and there is quickly positive responses but very bad experience with the brand of croma. Please suggest.

    Croma company washine machine is in warranty...we call to croma complain number more then 25 time then after not give any time proper reason ..why not come to service...

      Respected authority,

      I am a loyal customer of Croma limited. Recently on 29th December 2017, I bought a Dell laptop from the Himalaya Mall in my company name located at Gangtok, Sikkim 737121 giving my GST number. As a thumb rule, intra-state supplies attract SGST + CGST, and inter-state supplies attract IGST. In spite of repeated reminders to the store manager and the store executive to generate me an IGST BILL, they charged me with the SGST+CGST BILL AND NOT IGST BILL due to some system failure. I had demanded an appropriate bill from the manager before buying the product worth sixty-three thousand rupees. To address my issue of rebate I talked to my CA regarding the same and he told me that the bill was not appropriate and I must approach Croma for the same. Within three working days, I had a talk with the store executive named Ankit and he was really harsh oh his language and after two weeks of argument on the same he finally connected me to the store Manager named Rupesh. He assured me that he will solve my issue ASAP and also told me to wait as he has put across my issue to the higher officials. During this period I called him several times for the update regarding the same but he always failed. Today (on 3rd March 2018) I called him and he told me that nothing can be done now.

      I have been Croma's loyal customer for several years and just for a simple Bill, you treat your customer with an utmost disrespect saying that you cant rebill it?

      This is a very serious issue to be addressed. I have attached the bill for reference. It was really a very bad experience with Croma and I would never hesitate to put my words to my nearest Consumer Court and Social Media if my problems are not addressed with the utmost interest.

      Regarding the issue addressed above the Croma Manager gave me a call just now saying that I should courier my laptop bought on 29th December 2017( with all my data) to the store and he will again courier to Croma's warehouse and again ship it back to me and all the courier charges to be borne by me. I couldn't understand why I should ship my bought laptop to Croma Store with all my business data just for the Inappropriate Bill provided by croma due to the system failure. I don't mind paying for the courier charges but I seriously feel that nobody will give their bought laptop with all their data to the company for the exchange of false bill issued by Croma and made me feel cheated.

      If so, I would rather request you to Refund My Money Back and I will be sending back your product with utmost care through courier service.

      Hope you understand the seriousness of the problem addressed herby.

      I have faced same issue. Wrong GST billing and I am fed up of calling them to get an IGST bill. As usual no response from them. Pls dont buy anything from there. I wish to bring this awareness to every customer.

        May i solicit your kind help so that this case of mine gets resolved through proper channel

        I had brought a split ac of 1 tonne from the croma store at select city walk, new delhi.

        I had purchased it on 02.03.2018 (Friday). My invoice number is sla[protected].

        The installation guy was unprofessional right from the beginning.

        He called me up on saturday to enquire what all i needed, did i need extra copper wire length, did i need bracket, pipe etc.. When i told him that i had purchased bracket from croma and that there was no need for extra copper wire for me, he said then your installation will take time
        After lot of request he came on sunday (Today).
        He was constantly on the phone (Earphone) with some girl talking in vulgar language which was so uncomfortable for my family
        He said that the bracket i had purchased from croma was not useful and got another longer one.
        He charged rs 1550 from me, without getting any signatures done (No job sheet was given to me to be signed) and did not provide any bill for it. When asked for it he said go to the croma store and get a bill
        He took away around 1m of copper wire that was left after the installation
        The remote provided with the ac was not working and he even refused to address it. Saying that i had brought it from croma and that croma would send a demo team to address concern
        The installation has been done in a very ugly manner without any neatness (The sleeve provided with the ac was not used, the drian pipe is not clamped etc)
        He entered my house at 12:45 am and left after 4 hours around 4:40pm leaving the entire place in a mess without even trying to clean anything

        Kindly look into this matter since i believe in brand tata and this guy looked like a criminal to me

          I have purchased hitachi window ac from croma on 02/09/2016 after replacement of their corma ac (Which is totally dump ac). After replacement of croma ac, i have made second mistake by buying the next hitachi ac from croma. I also taken extended warranty cover of 2 years. Now my original 1 year warranty have been expired and i want the service from hitcahi. Now, hitachi is refusing to provide any service as normal warranty have expired and there is no extended taken by me. After discussing with croma customer care, i am surprised that they are selling their own extended warranty and no clarity on the same was given to me at the time of purchase. Croma is fraudulently is selling their product in the name of extended warranty.in common parlance, extended warranty is from the manufacturer, but corma is fraudulently selling their product. At the time of purchase, we have been convinced to take 2 years extended warranty by telling that general service will also covered and you can save general service charges of rs 800 (Rs 400x2 years) and effectively extended warranty will cost you a very small amount. Now croma is refusing that extended warranty does not include general service.
          I have very bad experience with croma and will not suggest to buy any product from croma.

              Below email sent to Tata as no contact Email ID for Croma. Expecting a response.

              Hi Team,

              As there was no nodal officer or contact email for one of your operative company Infiniti Retail which operates under brand Croma, hence reaching out the contact email for the parent companies.

              Apologies for reaching out to you but did not had any other option. Contacting the official number [protected] is very time consuming and without any resolution.

              This email is in relation to purchase done through Croma for Whirlpool air conditioner and the below listed problems. I had raised my concern to the Croma phone number and the service request number was SR[protected]. The matter is still not resolved. Here are the concerns.

              1.) While purchasing the AC I was promised a gift coupon of INR Rs. 500 however while making the payment I was informed that the coupon is not applicable.

              2.) I was promised that the installation will be free, however I was charged INR Rs. 500 (have the receipt for the same). When informed the technician of Whirlpool that the installation should be free they declined. As previously mentioned that contacting the Croma number is very time consuming I was left with no option and made the payment.

              3.) The AC remote was not sent separately and was inserted in the AC. Intialy we thought the remote was not provided and when we started the AC then we realised that the remote had got stuck in the AC fan. Not sure if this has caused a severe damage to the AC. The AC is running ok at present.

              4). The remote provided does not belong to this model of AC and does not work at all.

              5.) The AC water drainage pipe has also not been provided.

              As mentioned that intialy we thought the remote was not provided so I had placed my complaint at 9:52 AM. I had specifically asked to place my complaint on priority but then also I received a call back from Croma at 4:00 PM approx. I was informed that the matter will looked upon, but till date no resolution has been provided.

              First I had never expected that I will go through all theses problems with one of the most reputed company of India. But still have some hope that these matters will be looked into with utmost priority.

              I am including the purchase receipt and the receipt for the charges paid for the installation.

                Hi,

                I had placed an order from croma.com on 26th feb 2018 16:15
                Ist (Approx.), an specified amount has got deducted from my bank
                Account however neither i have received any order number nor invoice
                Number.

                When i am trying to place order again, i am receiving an error while
                Doing transaction, error attached.

                Request you to refund the amount i paid else complete the order.

                And order which i had placed is still showing in my shopping cart.

                I have been following since two days and the executives are just
                Saying might be there is some technical issue "order will proceed in a
                Hour or two".

                  Croma the leading mega store for buying electronics!
                  But it was a bad experience for me going brand not always work
                  I was happy buying lg tone active + hbs a100 bluetooth stereo headphone than cost 12000 which is no less price expecting a great voice quality and noice reducing power in the device as written on the box i bought it which has a warranty of 6 months. As i started using it i started to get complains from my family that they are not able to hear rather they can hear surrounding noise clearly than mine
                  So on this fine date on 17 feb 2018 i visited croma i told them about my issue expecting a greater hospitality and calmness to listen my problem but the revert was not expected they faced the same from listening to that head sets they were not able to hear me while testing and still they noded that they are able to hear still i could make out they are not able to hear as they were trying to listen me putting hands on there other ear. Still i showed them patience n told them to keep the product as suggested by lg customer care and sent to there service center and let thm find the default they were ok with it after 6 days almost i get a call from the croma center manager named shantanu today saying that u can take the product back we followed up with lg they are saying no default is found where as when i am calling lg center say are saying the request was sent today at 1:41 pm you will get a call from lg in 24 hours. Forwarding this detail to manager of croma in vr bengaluru he said me we contacted lg on monday mean 19 of feb! Whom should i believe on or should i think i m being bluffed both by lg n croma n it was a big mistake buying a product from croma a leading electronic store or believing that life isn’t good where as lg subtitles life’s good

                  I got my old product back from the Croma store in VR Bangalore ! I m writing this mail to tell you that it was not at all a good experience because keeping my manner and my up bringing as a line as i was continuously listening that" product is ok" made me give up although me and wife were clearly facing issue the product they handed me to check was clearly giving a better noise reduction than my product but the Croma store manager Pushkar was making use of his management skills and trying to give a justification ! Though i got my product back but as a earning person I am not willing to give up over my money so I will try reaching consumer court ..

                    Hey,

                    I bought a croma powerbank and being used it just 2 months back, it was working very fine and then day before yesterday it stopped working/charging my phone. I tried to check it and got to know that input side is working but the output side is jot working. I thought as it is not at that much fault and i should visit the croma store for knowijg the best possibilities. I went to south ex croma branch and had that formalities and reiterated the version. She checked my details ans got to know that i purchased this on August 2016 and explained to me the warranty process of 6 months. I again stated that i did not have the clue about date of purchase and she said it could be replaced as no repair is possible in power banks and only replacement is an option. But told me to have a discussion with the store manager and have it replaced since my concern was genuine and being a tata employee. I reiterated the whole version to manoj, introduced himself as the manager and was so rude to the customer and did not want to listen any facts. Only going by the fact that the product is out of warranty. I hope we all knw when we are dealing with the customer we have to see certain parameters and go by certain things. Please look into the matter and suggest me a wayout please.

                        I had purchased a eureka forbes vacuum cleaner from croma retail and they delivered a defected piece. Now croma is denying refund or replacement of the product.
                        I am being harrassed completely. Every day they tell me someone will call you back but they are not replacing the product at all.
                        With the limited budget that i have, i trusted the brand croma and now i have been completely let down.
                        I request that this should be stopped as croma is selling defective products through its online portal.

                          I purchased a dell inspiron 15 3000 services laptop on 08/02/2018 at 8:52 pm from koramangala croma
                          After bringing it home i realised that there is some issue with the laptop's touch pad as it is bulging out from the normal position every time you use it and again you need to push it back to its normal position. So i called customer care of croma for solution they told me to go to the store they'll resolve your issue. When i reached the store one girl checked the laptop and told yes there is some problem with this and she called her manager mr. Uday kumar. He simply told us they can get this repaired but no refund or replacement will be there. When we refused to accept this solution and waited for some alternative he just to avoid us for that moment told us to go to the dell service centre in domlur and they'll give us a letter for replacement. We went there and the guys in the dell service centre told they don't provide any such things to retailers and they know that. And told if we purchase from any retailer they can only replace the product and the manager might have sent you only to avoid you. Again we went to the croma store. Again that manager came and gave all vague excuses and indirectly told us that it's our mistakes that we didn't checked each and every key while purchasing. Whereas last night when we were checking the guy who was giving the demo told us you can update and install everything after going home by connecting a wifi so we believed them and didn't checked it in detail. And that was our biggest mistake to trust them. After getting all those vague excuses and solutions i brought the laptop back home and i don't know what to do with this junk. With such big brand name how can they cheat the customers with defective product and not taking any responsibility once they have conned someone. I have attached the proof of purchase and the photo of the defective product

                            Very slow and horrible service..

                            i had order for iPhone 8 64GB gold online.. but morning i received a mail for silver i mail them that i have not order for silver have order for gold.. customer care asked me to mail them i did the same... and i mail them when will i get my handset delivery no idea on that too... wrong date and time was print in invoice, customer is paying for the phone it is not free that Croma treat customer like this...

                            I was bought ASUS laptop from croma store, it's very poor quality laptop sell by croma. When I update product review on website of croma it's not updated by company because ASUS may offer high revenue for sell ASUS laptop and it's very fair because ASUS sell very poor products on based on high revenue pass on to dealer.

                              I have purchased this laptop from Croma store on 26/01/2018 (invoice number - SLA[protected] and from the time of installations the software it start getting hang but the store person told me that it will not gets hung in future...i take this laptop at home and it gives me the same problem and then i reached to the croma store and the person has rebooted the laptop but the problem is still there and the croma person agreed that the laptop is getting hang but as DELL denied that there is no issue so they are denying for the services... THEY HAVE THE SEEN THE ISSUE BUT STILL DENING FOR THE EXCHANGE... BECAUSE DELL SAID THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM...Mr Ratan tata please check how your chain retailer is dealing with the customers...                                 I had purchased a mini usb - hdmi connector cable from the croma outlet at rajiv gandhi airport, hyderabad on 20jan2017. During the purchase i requested the sales person at the outlet to check the functioning of the cable to which he expressed his inability. He said that he doesnot have the wherewith all for the required check.

                                Having bought the cable, once i checked it at my home at delhi it did not work properly. Please guide me to change the cable at any outlet closer to malviya nagar, new delhi, pin - 110017 as soon as possible.

                                  I have bought a washing machine 1 year back and the dryer has not working for last 15 days. I have lodge the complaint and the engineer has visited at once at home, he said the motor is damaged so the dryer is not working, so when the new motor will come at our service center we will replace but now 10 days completed now there is no response from croma, we have given the call to their customer care 2, 3 times but not receive any positive respnose.

                                    I purchased samsung s8 on dated 14-1-18, from croma aundh pune at the time of purchase salesman told me that you will receive a voucher of rs:[protected] within three days but i didn't receive any voucher within 72 hrs. Than i call the customer care no given on the website than the customer care confirm me that you will receive your voucher within 15 days because there is some process and it will take time and you have to wait.
